The new Mcintosh 0-101 isa versatile powersupply designed to be used:
1. Whenever a separatepower supply isrequired to power
theMcintosh Pre-amplifier Equalizer.
2. When theMcintoshPre-amplifier Equalizer is to beop-
erated asa remote control panel at a distancegreater
than 30 feet from thepower amplifier.
3. Whenever a general purpose power supply is needed.
The power transformerand rectifier tube are capable of delivering
OC current up to 40 milliamperes, and by properly modifying the
filtercircuit, the usefulness of the 0-101 canbe extended to this
increasedcurrent rating.
Theripple frequencyvoltage output level from the 0-101 is.Ies~ than
800 microvolts, as shown in the schematic diagram.
The 0-101is fitted with a 110 voltreceptacle and power plug so that
its110volt supply can be integrated with a system having one off-on
switchas sho Vn in the wiringdiagram on thereverse sideof this sheet.
A mounting template is supplied with each unit.
Connectorcables,series J-107, areavailableto connect the equalizer
output circuit from this powersupply tothe input circuit of thepower
amplifier. (See reverse side)
