SAFETY WARNINGS
• Theinstallation,electricalconnection,operatingtestandmaintenance
must only be carried out by a qualied operator.
• Install the product in compliance with the laws and regulations in
force.
• Onlyusethefuelrecommendedbythemanufacturer.Theproductmustnotbe
usedasanincinerator.
• Itisstrictlyforbiddentousealcohol,petrol,liquidfuelforlanterns,diesel,bio-
ethanol,uidsforlightingcharcoalorsimilarliquidstolight/rekindletheame
in these devices. Keep these ammable liquids well away from the appliance
wheninuse.
• Donotputanyfuelotherthanwoodpelletsinthehopper.
• The instructions provided in this manual must always be complied with to
ensure the product and any electronic appliances connected to it are used
correctlyandtopreventaccidents.
• This appliance can be used by children aged 8 years and above and
persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack
of experience and knowledge provided they are supervised or have
been given instructions regarding use of the appliance in a safe way
and understand the hazards involved. Children must not play with the
appliance. Cleaning and maintenance to be performed by the user
must not be carried out by children without supervision.
• Theuser,orwhoeverisoperatingtheproduct,mustreadandfullyunderstand
thecontentsofthisinstallationguidebeforeperforminganyoperation.
• Theusercanonlymakeasignicantcontributiontotheeco-friendlyoperation
of the heat generator if all requirements set out in the operating instructions
aremet.
• Disposeofcombustionashinaccordancewithcurrentlaws.
• Donotclimbonorleanontheproduct.

• Donotdrylaundryontheproduct.Anydryingracksorthelikemustbekeptat
asafedistancefromtheproduct.Fire hazard.
• The product maintenance operations must be exclusively carried out by a
qualiedoperatoronayearlybasis.
• A non-compliant or improper/lack of maintenance of the product can cause
hazardoussituationsand/orirregularoperation.
• The manufacturer is relieved of any civil and criminal liability for damage
causedbyimproperuseand/ormodication/tamperingwiththeproductand/
oritsaccessory.
• We do not recommend waiting for the parts to get worn out before having
themreplaced.
• Onlyuseoriginalspareparts.Theretailer,servicecentreorqualiedpersonnel
canprovideallnecessaryinformationregardingspareparts.
• Many surfaces of the product get very hot (door, handle, glass, smoke outlet
pipes, etc.). Avoid coming into contact with these parts without
adequate protective clothing or suitable equipment, such as gloves
with thermal protection or “cold handle”operating systems.
• It is forbidden to operate the product with the door open or the glass
broken. During operation, all the doors provided on the product must
remain closed, with the exception of the one on the hopper which can
be opened temporarily and only for the time required for topping up
the fuel.
• The doors/covers on the appliance must remain closed when it is not
being used.
• Theproductmustbeelectricallyconnectedtoaproperlyearthedsystem.
• Switchtheproductointheeventofafaultormalfunction.
• Accumulated unburnt pellets in the brazier after each“failed ignition”
or abnormal emptying of the pellet hopper must be completely
removed before lighting again. Always check that the brazier is clean
and positioned properly before lighting the product again.

• Do not allow the product to come into contact with water, it contains live
electricalparts.
• Donotwashtheproductwithwater(orotherliquids)astheycouldpenetrate
insidetheunit,damagingtheelectricalinsulationwiththeriskofelectrocution.
• Donotusedetergentstowashthestove,theycoulddamagetheaestheticparts
oftheproduct.
• Donotstandforalongtimeinfrontoftheproductinoperation.Donotoverheat
the room you are in and where the product is installed.This may harm one’s
physicalconditionsandcausehealthproblems.
• Install the product in rooms that do not pose a re hazard and are equipped
withpowerandairsuppliesandsmokeoutlets.
• Inthe event ofrein thechimney,turn othe device,disconnect itfromthe
mains and do not open the door whatsoever. Then contact the competent
authorities.
• The product and the cladding must be stored in a dry place and must not be
exposedtoweathering.
• It is recommended not to remove the feet that support the product in order
toensureadequateinsulation,especiallyiftheooringis madeofammable
materials.
• Assessthestaticconditionsofthesurfaceonwhichtheweightoftheproduct
willrestandprovidesuitableinsulationifitismadeofammablematerial(e.g.
wood,ttedcarpetorplastic).
• Intheeventofamalfunctionoftheignitionsystem,donotforceitonbyusing
ammablematerials.
• It is forbidden to manually load the fuel into the brazier. Failure to
follow this warning can lead to hazardous situations.

• Thesoundpressurelevelofthisappliancedoesnotexceed70dB(A).
• Live electrical parts: only power the product once it has been fully
assembled.
• Disconnecttheproduct fromthe230Vpowersupplybeforeperforming
any maintenance operations. The plug must be removed in such a way
that an operator can verify from any point to which he/she has access,
that the plug remains unplugged.

• Whentheproduct isswitchedonfor thersttime,it isnormalforit toemitsmoke duetothepaint heatingupforthe rsttime.
Thereforemakesuretheroomitisinstallediniswell-ventilated.
• Periodicallycheckandemptytheinspectionablepartsofthesmokeduct(e.g.Teettingcaps)
• Havethesmokeoutletsystemperiodicallycheckedandcleaned
• Theproductisnotacookingappliance.
• Alwayskeepthecoverofthefuelhopperclosed.
• Storethisinstallationandusermanualwithcareasitmustaccompanytheproductforthedurationofitsusefullife.Iftheproductis
soldortransferredtoanotheruser,alwaysensurethemanualisalsohandedover.
INTENDED USE
Theproductonlyworkswithwoodpelletsandmustbeinstalledinsidearoom.
PRODUCT PERFORMANCE CHECKS.
All our products undergo ITTTESTS carried out by a notied third party laboratory (system 3) and in accordance with Regulation (EU)
number305/2011“Constructionproducts”,accordingtostandardEN14785:2006forhouseholdappliancesand“MachineryDirective”EN
303-5forboilers.
Inthecaseoftestsforanymarketsurveillanceorinspectionsbythirdparties,pleaseconsiderthefollowingwarnings:
• Toreachthedeclaredperformancelevels,theproductmustperformanoperatingcycleofatleast15-20hoursbeforehand.
• Settheaveragedraughtofthecombustionfumesasspeciedinthe“technicalproductfeatures”table
• ThetypeofpelletsusedmustcomplywiththecurrentENISO17225-2classA1regulation.Firpelletsareusuallyusedforcertication.
• Theamountofthermalenergycanvaryaccordingtothelengthand caloricvalueofthefuel.Thismayrequiresomeadjustments
(accessedfromtheusermenu)tocomplywiththehourlyconsumptionspeciedinthe“technicalproductfeatures”table.Usingclass
A1pelletsguaranteesacaloricvaluethatislikelytobeclosetothatusedintheproductcertication;thesizeofthepelletgrainscan
signicantlyaecthourlyfuelloadingandconsequentlyperformance;itisthereforesuggestedtousepelletswitha6mmdiameter
andanaveragelengthofaround24mm(avoidpelletsthataretoolongorexcessivelycrushed).
• Withwood-burningappliances,thefuelmustcomplywiththecurrentENISO17225-5classA1regulation.Checkthecorrectmoisture
ofthefuel,asitmustbewithintherangeof12-20%(itisbestifthemoistureiscloseto12%,asisnormallyusedincertication).As
thefuelmoistureincreases,dierentcombustionairsettingsarerequired,whichareimplementedfromthecombustionairregister,
therebymodifyingthemixtureofprimaryandsecondaryair
• Itisimportanttochecktheoperationofdevicesthatcanaectperformance(forexampleairfansorelectricsafetydevices)incase
ofdamageduetohandling.
• Nominalperformancehasbeenobtainedbysettingthemaximumamepowerandroomventilationinmanual mode.
Performanceatreducedpowerwasachievedatminimumameandventilationpower(P1andV1)inmanualmode.
Theotherconditionscorrespondtointermediateventilationandpower.
• If a“verication”mode is provided in the menu, set this function during the readings to ensure that no temperature modulation
occursduetoanincorrectsettingoftheoperatingparameters.
• Lastly,strictlycomplywiththesamplingpointsspeciedintheregulationsintermsofemissionsaswellastemperature

Information for management of waste electrical and electronic equipment containing batteries and
accumulators
Thissymbolappearsontheproduct,onthebatteries,ontheaccumulatorsorontheirpackagingorontheirdocumentation;itindicates
thattheproductandthebatteriesortheaccumulatorsincludedmustnotbecollected,recycledordisposedofwithhouseholdwasteat
theendoftheirservicelife.
Improper management of waste electrical and electronic equipment, batteries or accumulators can cause the hazardous substances
containedwithintoleakout.Inordertoavoidharmingtheenvironmentorhealth,theuserisrequiredtoseparatethisequipment,and/
orthebatteriesoraccumulatorsincluded,fromothertypesofwasteanddeliverthem tothelocalcollectioncentre.Thedistributorcan
be asked to collect the waste electrical and electronic equipment under the conditions and according to the procedures laid down by
LegislativeDecree49/2014.
Separate collection and correct treatment of waste electrical and electronic equipment, batteries and accumulators contribute to
conservingnaturalresources,respectfortheenvironmentandensuretheprotectionofhealth.

TheproductsalsocomplywiththeessentialrequirementsofDirective2009/125/EC (Eco Design) and,whereapplicable,Directives:
2014/35/EU (LVD-LowVoltagedirective)
2014/30/EU (EMC-ElectromagneticCompatibilitydirective)
2014/53/EU (RED–RadioEquipmentdirective)
2011/65/EU (ROhS)
Havingspeciedtheabove,wehighlightandreportthat:
• This manual and technical data sheet, also available on our website, bearallofthespecicindicationsandnecessaryand
essentialinformationtochoosetheproduct,toinstallitcorrectlyandtoproperlysizethesmokeexpulsionsystem;
• theProductsmustbeinstalled, controlled and serviced byaqualiedoperator,accordingtotheinstructionsinthismanualand
incompliancewiththelawsandinstallationandmaintenancestandardsinforceinindividualcountries,soastoprovideanecient
heatingsystem,properlysizedaccordingtotheneedsofthehome;
• if the Products are thermally stressed,constantlyoperatingforseveralhoursathighpower(e.g.3,4hoursadayatoutputsP4
orP5),werecommendmorefrequentcleaningandreducingtheintervalbetweenroutinemaintenanceoperationsaccordingtothe
operatingconditionoftheproduct.Wefurthermorepointoutthattheseoperatingconditionsincreasetheriskofprematurewearof
theproduct,especiallythosepartsexposedtothedirectheatofthere(e.g.combustionchamber),theoriginalconditionofwhich
canundergomodicationsanddeteriorationwhich,amongotherthings,couldgeneratenoiseduringoperationoftheunitdueto
mechanicalexpansion.
Themanufacturerwillnotbeheldliableiftheaboveinformationisignored.
