Memphis Audio recommends all installations be completed by a certified authorized Memphis Audio dealer.
Memphis Audio direct fit OEM audio systems include everything you need to make your machine the loudest on the trails. These kits are
designed to fit directly into your vehicle with zero custom fabrication required. Lightweight durable polypropylene speaker enclosures
are tuned for maximum output and feature RGB LED lighting which illuminates the speaker cone, Memphis badge and provides down
lighting making your machine stand out from the crowd. All the components used in this kit are marine grade IP66 rated and designed
to withstand water and the elements allowing you to bring the party wherever the trails take you.
MEMPHIS AUDIO DIRECT FIT OEM POWERSPORTS SPEAKERS
This product has a 2 year warranty from the date of purchase for defects in material or workmanship. This warranty will be extended to 3
years when installed by a Memphis authorized dealer using Memphis Connection products. The warranty is void if the product has been
physically damaged by improper usage or abuse. If repairs are attempted outside of a Memphis Audio facility, the warranty is void.
This warranty is limited to the original retail purchaser and does not cover any expenses incurred in the removal or re-installation of the
product. This warranty does NOT apply to product exterior and cosmetics. Memphis Audio disclaims any liability for incidental or
consequential damages caused by product defects. Memphis Audio liability will not exceed the purchase price of the product and the
warranty period specified.
What is NOT covered under warranty
• Damage due to improper installation
• Damage caused by exposure to moisture, excessive heat, chemical cleaners and/or UV radiation
• Damage through negligence, misuse, accident or abuse. (Repeated returns for the same damage may be abuse)
• Product damaged in accident and/or due to criminal activity
• Service performed by anyone other than Memphis Audio
• Subsequent damage to other components
• Any cost or expense related to the removal or re-installation of product
• Products with tampered, missing , altered or defaced serial numbers/labels
• Freight damage
• The cost of shipping product to Memphis Audio
• Return shipping on non-defective items
• Any product not purchased from an authorized Memphis Audio dealer
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages. The above limitations or exclusions may not
apply to you. This warranty gives you specific rights, you may have other rights which vary from state to state.
If warranty service is required, a return authorization number is required to return the product to Memphis Audio. Warranty shipments to
Memphis Audio are the responsibility of the purchaser. Pack the product carefully in the original carton if possible Memphis Audio will
not be responsible for damages incurred in shipment or due to improper packaging materials used by the purchaser.
If determined to be within warranty your product will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Memphis Audio.

STEP 4:
Follow the same steps as above using the “Driver’s Side” template.

Cut out the inside template (driver/passenger) along
the cut line. Position the template on the kick panel
above the foot rest making sure to line up the arrows
on the template to the curves of the vehicle panel as
shown above. Secure the template to the panel with
tape to prevent it from moving. Scribe the 3 points
above. These points will correspond to the threaded
inserts on the back of the appropriate enclosure.
Place the pod on kick panel mounting location. The holes should line up with the threaded inserts in the
enclosure. You will then use the provided M6 screws and washers to loosely tighten the pods in place through
the drilled holes. Once all three screws are loosely threaded, then tighten all three by hand until snug.

Remove the template, locate the 3 scribe marks and
use a 1/4” drill bit to drill holes in each marked
location.

WARNING:
These instructions are designed to be used on 2016 and newer Polaris General Models. These pods are designed specifically to work with these types of
machines. If you have a different year or model machine, check with your authorized Memphis Audio dealer or contact Memphis Audio customer service
at 800-489-2300 prior to attempting installation. These kits are not designed to be used with any other model or year vehicle. Attempting to install
these speakers on any other vehicle may result in permanent damage to your vehicle.

Check your template prior to drilling holes. Be certain the fold line
and the cut line correspond to the angles and features of the panel.
Do not drill holes without double checking for accuracy. Mark the
panel itself prior to drilling. Do not attempt to drill directly through
this template. The template may move or become damaged by the
drill and you will not achieve an accurate hole pattern. Scribe the
markings directly onto the panel itself prior to drilling. If you do not
feel comfortable drilling into your machines panels, stop now and
see your local authorized Memphis Audio dealer. Memphis is not
responsible for any damage that may occur to your machine during
this installation process.
