INSTRUCTIONS TO FOLLOW BEFORE USING CREMACCINO®MILK FROTHER FOR THE
FIRST TIME:
Unpacking
After the unpacking of Cremaccino®make sure that it is intact. In case of doubt do not
use it.
N.B. Keep package components out of the reach of children since they are a potential source
of hazard. They must be disposed of or kept according to national environmental regulations.
Location
Place Cremaccino®in a safe location where nobody can make it fall or be injured. Do
not use the machine outdoor; never leave it in places at a temperature lower than or
equal to 0°. Do not place the machine on hot surfaces or near open flames to avoid
damaging it.
N.B. We suggest that you keep the package for future re-use for the event the machine
needs to be carried to the service centre.

IMPORTANT WARNINGS AND SAFETY RULES TO FOLLOW AND RESPECT TO USE
MESETA®CREMACCINO®MILK FROTHER
- Read all the instructions before using it.
- Cremaccino®milk frother must be used only to froth milk. Never use it for different
purposes.
- Cremaccino®milk frother must be used only by adult, responsible and autonomous
individuals, then it is recommended to keep it out of the reach of children and persons
with disabilities. The user must be in good mental and physical conditions.
- This milk frother must not be used by individuals, children included, with reduced phy-
sical, sensorial or mental capabilities, or by those lacking in experience and knowled-
ge, unless they have been instructed or are under the supervision of a person responsi-
ble for their safety in the use of this machine.
- Always make sure that children do not play with Cremaccino®and for this reason
never leave it within their reach, use or custody.
- This milk frother must be used and handled with care since hot milk may come out
while using it, causing scalds and burns.

- Never lift the lid (1) while the machine is working. Never separate the milk container
(3) from the milk frother electrical base (6) while the machine is working.
- Never put your hands inside the container (3) while the milk frother is working or
when the milk is hot.
- Keep your hands and any tools out of the container (3) while Cremaccino®is working
to avoid the risk of injuries, scalds to persons and/or damage to the milk frother.
- Always use the milk frother with the lid (1) in place. Make sure that the lid (1) is per-
fectly applied to the milk frother container (3).
- Never touch the hot surface. Always hold it at the heat-resistant cover (4).
- Always use the utmost attention when you move the milk frother containing hot milk
- The use of accessories not suggested or sold by the manufacturer may cause fire,
electric shocks or damage to persons and property.
- Never immerse the milk frother base and/or its live components in water, since there
is a short-circuit/electrocution hazard.
- The milk frother does not contain any components that may be repaired at home: do
not attempt to open or repair the machine and have it serviced only at authorised servi-
ce centres. It is forbidden to make technical modifications to the machine and any illicit
alteration that may cause any hazard to people safety.
- Before cleaning the milk frother it is absolutely necessary to switch it off using the rele-
vant button and then disconnect the power plug from the outlet: moreover wait for
Cremaccino®to cool down. Do not use bleach, chemicals and sterilising tablets in the
water container and in the machine. Do not use abrasives, antibacterial products and
detergents to clean the machine.
- It is forbidden to dry any part of the machine in conventional and/or microwave
ovens.
- Never use the power cord supplied with other electrical devices and never use other
power cords with the milk frother. Never use the milk frother if the power cord is defecti-
ve: have it replaced immediately only by authorised service centres. Never pass the
power cord on sharp corners and edged, over very hot objects and protect it from oil.
Do not carry the milk frother hanging from and/or pull it from the power cord.
- The electrical base supplied must be used exclusively with this milk frother
- Keep the milk frother at a distance of at least 90 cm from sinks, taps, flames, hot surfa-
ces. Do not take out the plug by pulling the power cord or touch it with wet and/or
damp hands.
- The milk frother is intended for use in places such as home kitchens, offices, corner
shops, hotels, bed & breakfasts and all residential environments.
- Do not use Cremaccino®outdoor.
- Keep these instructions

WARNING: ALWAYS DISCONNECT THE POWER CORD FROM THE ELECTRICAL OUTLET
IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:
1) Before inserting the container (3) on the electrical base (6).
2) To fill the container (3) with milk.
3) In case of failure.
4) When the milk frother is not used for a long period of time.
5) Before cleaning the milk frother.
N.B. Meseta®reserves the right to modify some details and/or particulars of the product
marketed without prior notice. The machine meets the requirements of the European
Directive.
Disposal of the end-of-life machine
Disconnect the plug from the outlet and cut the power cord.
Deliver the milk frother to a suitable collection centre.
For disposal of the product or of its components always comply with local waste
disposal regulations.
PRODUCT WARRANTY
All products are covered by the warranties laid down in the regulations in force.
The User / Consumer looses its right if s/he does not report the lack of conformity to
the seller within the terms required by law.
In case of lack of conformity, the seller will take care, at no cost for the User, of bringing
back the products into conformity through their repair/replacement or reduction of the
price or full repayment of the amount paid, as appropriate.
EXCLUSIONS FROM WARRANTY
All the parts that may be defective because of negligence or careless use, failure to
follow operating instructions provided with the product, wrong installation and/or
maintenance, maintenance carried out by unauthorised personnel, transport damage,
or any circumstances that can not be attributed to manufacturing defects of the products
are not covered by the warranty.
Aesthetic parts and in general removable parts are not covered by the warranty unless
it is demonstrated that there are manufacturing defects. Interventions relevant to instal-
lation and connection to power supply systems are excluded from warranty as well.
Warranty repairs carried out on Meseta coffee capsules machine do not entail an
extension or renewal of the warranty period of the machine. Moreover the warranty is
excluded in all cases of misuse of the products.

SUGGESTIONS FOR THE FIRST USE
The milk frother can be used for the following purposes:
1) Frothing and heating milk;
2) Frothing milk without heating it
Before using the milk frother clean all the parts according to the instructions contained
in section "Cleaning and maintenance".
Important: never wash any part of the milk frother in the dishwasher. Never dip for any
reason the electrical base of the milk frother (6) in water. Such actions may irreparably
damage Cremaccino and void the warranty.
The milk frother is equipped with a milk frother beater.
NOTES: minimum and maximum capacity of the milk
frother container (3) are 75 ml and 150 ml of not
frothed milk. Always unplug the milk frother from the
power outlet when it is not used.
USE OF THE MILK FROTHER
1) Frothing and heating milk
1 - Place the milk frother on a flat surface.
2 - Bring the milk frother beater (2), open the lid (1) and insert the beater in the rod
placed on the base of the container (3).
3 - Fill the container (3) with the desired quantity of milk, respecting "MIN" and "MAX"
marks. Close the milk frother and its lid (1).
4 - 4. Place the container (3) with milk on the electrical base (6) and press the button
with the heating symbol. A red indicator switches on and when the milk is ready it
switches off.
NOTES: respect "MAX" quantity indicated on the milk container (3) to avoid spillage
of milk upon frothing.
2) Frothing milk without heating it
1 - Place the milk frother on a flat surface.
2 - Bring the milk frother beater (2), open the lid (1) and insert the beater in the rod
placed on the base of the container (3).
3 - Fill the container (3) with the desired quantity of milk, respecting "MIN" and "MAX"
marks. Close the milk frother and its lid (1).
4 -4. Place the container (3) with milk on the electrical base (6) and press the button
with the cooling symbol. A red indicator switches on and when the milk is ready it swi-
tches off.
Warning: allow the milk frother to rest for at least 3 minutes before using it again.
When not used, Cremaccino must be switched off and unplugged from the power
outlet.

Cleaning and maintenance
Always unplug the milk frother from the power outlet and wait for it to cool down
before cleaning.
Warning: never dip the container or the electrical base in water. Prevent drops of moi-
sture from coming into contact with the electrical base (6).
1 - Wash the container (3) with water and a mild detergent: rinse and wipe it with a
cloth. Never washer the container in the dishwasher.
2 - Remove the milk frother beater (2) and wash it under hot tap water.
3 - Clean the inner part of the milk container (3) with a mix of water and mild detergent
using a soft cloth.
4 - Clean the outer part of the container (3) with a damp cloth.
NOTES: never clean the outer part of the container (3) with chemicals or other abrasive
agents to avoid loss of gloss of the container.
SUGGESTIONS, RECOMMENDATIONS AND INSTRUCTIONS
Suggestions for safety and energy saving
- If the milk frother is not used for a long period of time, unplug it from the power outlet
and empty any contents of the container (3).
Instructions to store Cremaccino®milk frother
- If the milk frother is not used for a long period of time, unplug it from the power outlet.
Store the milk frother in a dry place, protected from dust and out of the reach of
children.
- We recommend storing the milk frother in its original package. The temperature of the
room in which it is stored must not be lower than 5 degrees centigrade in order to pre-
vent possible damages to the inner parts of the milk frother.
Instructions for maintenance/repair
- In case of malfunction of the milk frother, unplug it from the power outlet and take it
to a service centre.
Warning: never use the milk frother in case of fault.
- Only authorised service centres can service or repair the milk frother as required. The
manufacturer is not liable for any damage to property and/or individuals that might
occur if repair operations are carried out without following these operating instructions
and by unauthorised personnel.

DISPOSAL OF THE END-OF-LIFE MILK FROTHER ACCORDING TO EUROPEAN
DIRECTIVE 2002/96/EC
Deliver end-of-life devices free of charge to a service centre for proper disposal. Imme-
diately dispose of devices with hazardous failure and make sure that they can not be
used any more. For protection of the environment never dispose of the devices within
household waste.
