PRODUCT: LED Flasher Relay
The MetalCloak experience includes the ease of installation of our products. We design for most contingencies, but
installation may be different based dependent upon Jeep conditions, configurations and/or year.
We are continually trying to improve our products and instructions –please help us by providing feedback and pictures if
you find any part of the instructions that do not match your particular Jeep or are not easily understandable.

IMPORTANT NOTE: We use Stainless Steel Hardware where possible. Therefore, a tube of Silver Anti-seize is provided and
should be used on all bolts—only a small amount is needed.

Flasher Relay is located on steering column(A). To get to the relay you will need to remove the steering column clamshell housings by
removing the 4 screws located on the bottom housing(B). You will need a Phillips screw driver for this step.
Phase 1: Relay Installation
Step 1: Remove steering column housing to expose flasher relay.

Remove stock relay and replace with the LED Flasher Relay(E, F).
Reposition steering column clamshell housings and replace 4
screws.
Once the housing is removed, you will see a sticker on the
top of the steering column, the relay is located underneath
the sticker(C, D).

Step 2: Remove stock flasher relay, install LED flasher relay and replace steering column housing.
