15. Do no use he cable for purposes for which i was no in ended. Never use he cable o pull he plug from he socke .

16. Secure he work piece. Use clamps or a vice o hold he work piece firmly. They will hold i more securely han your hand
can.
17. Avoid abnormal pos ures. Make sure o s and securely and always keep your balance.
18. Main ain your ools wi h care. For be er and safer work, keep cu ing ools sharp and clean. Follow he ins ruc ions for
lubrica ion and changing ools. Regularly inspec he elec ric ool's connec ion cable, and if i is damaged, have i replaced
by an au horized exper . Regularly check ex ension cords and replace hem if hey are damaged. Keep he handles dry,
clean and free of oil and grease.

23. Be aler . Pay a en ion o wha you do. Approach your work sensibly. Do no use he elec ric ool when you are dis rac ed.
24. Check he elec ric ool for damage. Before using he elec ric ool, you mus inspec safe y equipmen or sligh ly damaged
par s carefully o ensure ha hey work properly and as in- ended. Check o see ha he moving par s opera e freely and
don' s ick, and o make sure no par s are damaged. All par s mus be moun ed properly and mee all he condi ions for
ensuring rouble-free opera ion of he elec ric ool. Damaged safe y equipmen and par s mus be properly repaired or
replaced by a professional facili y, unless o herwise indica ed in he user manual. Damaged swi ches mus be replaced by
a cus omer service facili y. Never use an elec ric ool whose swi ch canno be urned on and off.

1. The machine shall no be connec ed direc ly o he drinking wa er supply. Shor erm connec ion is, however, allowed only
if a an i re urn flow valve wi h an aera or is fi ed in he inle pipe, before he machine.
2. Hose lines are o be guided in such a way ha hey are no pinched or damaged by bodies wi h sharp edges. Ex ended
ensile and bending s ress o he hose lines is o be avoided.
3. The opera or mus ensure ha he proper condi ion of he impor an par s and safe y devices is checked every ime
before he fluid spray gun is pu in o opera ion. Any faul s are o be remedied before s ar -up.
4. For pipe cleaning work do no swi ch on un il he nozzle and he hose are inser ed in o he pipe un il he mark on he
pipe. Please also observe he “Guidelines for fluid spray guns“ and “Safe y of elec ric devices for domes ic use and similar
purposes”.
5. Never ake in solven or acid solu ions such as pain hinner, pe rol, oil or similar fluids. Observe he informa ion provided
by he manufac urers of he addi ives. The seals in he device are no solven and acids resis an . The a omised spray of
hose solu ions is highly inflammable, able o explode and oxic, dangerous in general.
6. This appliance was designed o be used wi h de ergen s which are supplied or recommended by he manufac urer. The
use of o her de ergen s or chemicals may compromise he safe y of he appliance.
7. The high pressure je may no be direc ed a persons, animals, live elec rical equipmen or a he appliance i self.

The high-pressure pipe cleaning wa er je ers are self-priming compac devices for cleaning pipes, drains, downpipes, house service
connec ions, rain downpipes and for cleaning work in general, as well as for wa er es ing.
Working pipe diame er is variable accordingly o he nozzle ins alled on op of he pipe.
All models are equipped wi h:
•Variable pressure regula or from 0 o ra ed max pressure
•High quali y pump wi h 3 ceramic pis ons running in an oil ba h, run-dry safe, s ainless s eel valves, brass pump head,
leak refeed, pressure gauge wi h bar/psi scale
•In egra ed vibra ion knob, solven feed ou side of he pump
•When using a washing lance (included in he scope of supply) he high-pressure cleaners also serve o clean he surfaces
of mo or vehicles, buildings, machines, e c...

WATER SUPPLY CONNECTION

Use he gauge glass o check he oil level every ime before s ar -up (please observe horizon al posi ion). The oil level should be
half way up he gauge glass.
Check ha he fil er is clean every ime before s ar -up!
Please ensure ha he wa er is clean when aking in a ou side loca ions. The hose cross-sec ion mus be a leas ½“ =12.7 mm
The firs oil change should ake place af er 500 opera ing hours. Fur her oil changes af er 1000 opera ing hours in each case. Type
of oil: SAE20/30.
Warran y of any kind shall expire if he pump is opera ed wi hou a universal safe y valve or if he limi ing values for empera ure
and speed are exceeded ("Guidelines for fluid spray guns").
The safe y valve mus be se in such a way ha he maximum opera ing pressure canno be exceeded by more han 10%

your local was e disposal au hori y. Oils and lubrican s: Only specialis companies are au horized o dispose of old oils. Old oils and
con amina ed oils mus be s ored and disposed of in sealed, oil-resis an con ainers (me al drums). Defec ive elec rical appliances
and machines ha canno be repaired mus be opened and cleaned o remove he remaining oil. Oil roughs mus be cleaned so
ha here are no races of oil. No oils (even very small amoun s) may be allowed o en er he ground!
