read arefully before the use and a urately kept for the future.

Item 904100 is used for: general un logging, for small gas, water and air systems tests, for loading expansion
boilers.

FOR UNCLOGGING A DRAINAGE
1.Put the pump to the wished pressure. We suggest you to try with less pressure (~ 3 atm.) and to in rease later in
the event the tube has not been un logged.
2. Insert the oni al pad in the drainage to un log, eventually using the bigger diameter pads for larger drainages
already en losed in the equipment.
3. After that be sure that the drainages onne ted to the one to un log are losed with something so that the water in
the tubes does not go out (Es. a wet rag), open the express tap keeping pressed the pad in the drainage.
TO TEST SYSTEMS
1.Close the tap and tight the s rew without using other instruments. Please also lose the slider tap.
2. lose the express tap and tight the s rew with the same here above pre aution; open the slider tap and put the
pump to the wished pressure.
3. For the period relevant to the ne essary time for test, remember to lose the slider tap. In order to maintain the
system in pressure without leaving the pump in the working area, MGF suggests to use HELP (Art.904400) not
supplied in the pump equipment.
FOR LOAD EXPANSION BOILER VASES
1. Conne t the pump to the expansion vase to load and exe ute operations 1. and 2. like in the previous operation.

Use the pump only for its fun tions following general safety rules. Keep the ma hine far from hildren. Keep the
working pla e lean and with good light.
Put the pump in a way as that loading operation an take pla e in a safety way. Avoid loading the pump on
dis onne ted or not horizontal surfa es.
Exe ute the loading operations making sure that there is a good keeping of the handle. Do not work with greased
hands; if ne essary, lean the hands before loading the pump.
During the loading, always help the return of the piston keeping well the handle.
Remember that the opening of the express drainage tap generates a rea tion (reper ussion) on the tube. The intensity
of su h rea tion depends from the pressure to whi h it has been loaded the pump, but is in any ase less than 20 N
(~2 Kg). Keep the tube strongly before opening the express drainage tap. In any ase, keep far strangers and
hildren. Never address the tube towards people, animals or things.
The constructor declines responsibility for damages caused from the non respect of the destination use,
of the instructions and of the warnings mentioned in the present document.

The pa king of the express drainage tap an be damaged with use, redu ing the resistan e of the same tap. In this
and any other ase, use original a essories and make only skilled staff doing repairing operations.
In ase you de ide not to use the ma hine, it is re ommended to keep it far from hildren.
In ase you wanted to throw it away, please disassemble the ma hine and olle t the homogeneous parts in
a ordan e with digestion rules. Do not use these pasts as spare parts.
