2. CAUTIONS
I. Flashing & Servicing must be undertaken by qualified personnel only.
II. Ensure all work is carried out at an anti-static workstation and that an anti-static wrist strap is worn.
III. Use only approved Tools & components as specified in the parts list.
IV. Ensure all components, modules, screws, and insulators are correctly re-fitted after servicing and
alignment
V. Ensure all cables and wires are repositioned correctly if Handset disassembled
VI. Electrostatic discharge can easily damage the sensitive components of electronic products.
Therefore, Service Centre must adhere the precautions which mentioned above.
3. Flashing Procedure
Driver Installation:
1. Connect the handset with PC.
2. Install the driver using the file named ‘dpinst.exe’. Note: Select specific driver for
32/64 Bit.

Note: Need to install driver when firstly connect with mobile phone and the computer
Language must be English and keep connecting with internet
3. “WinUsb Device”or “UEFI USB Simple Windows Phone I/O Protocol” port will
showin device management, Refer below pictures

4. Double click “ffutool.bat”, below screen will be shown. Then press space key to
continue.. When it shows “pass” and the DOS window becomes green, it is finished
Flashing Process:
1. Handset must be in Switch off mode,
2. Press volume up and power key simultaneously
2. Wait for the phone to vibrate then remove your finger from power key and keep pressing
volume up till “Flashing sign” comes.
3. Now connect the USB cable and run BAT file named ‘ffutool’ from software.

4. Below screen will appear on Computer
5. Press any key to start the Flashing and let the process Complete
