2. CAUTIONS
I. Flashing & Servicing must be undertaken by qualified personnel only.
II. Ensure all work is carried out at an anti-static workstation and that an anti-static wrist strap is worn.
III. Use only approved Tools & components as specified in the parts list.
IV. Ensure all components, modules, screws, and insulators are correctly re-fitted after servicing and
alignment.
V. Ensure all cables and wires are repositioned correctly if Handset disassembled.
VI. Electrostatic discharge can easily damage the sensitive components of electronic products. Therefore,
Service Centre must adhere the precautions which mentioned above.
3. Assembly Procedure
(1) Soldering the sidekey as shown.

(2) Assemble coaxial cable, camera and camera mylar.
(3) Fit the main FPC on small board and affix the mylar.

(4) Assemble LCD as show, on the left is the shell module that already installed the LCD.
Need tear off the
two sides release
papers of A cover,
and then assemble
LCD.

(5) Assemble GPS and WIFI antenna, assemble speaker.

(6) Assemble small board and main FPC ; soldering motor.

to A cover.

(7) Assemble main board, button up LCD/TP FPC and main FPC, and fix the sidekey.

(8) Assemble the main camera, stick on the connector and battery compartment mylar. Push 1pc of screw on mainboard,
finally put the coaxial cable into the groove and arrange it.

(9) Stick on the black mylar and assemble speaker.

(10) Assemble the speaker FPC to B cover as shown.

(11) Assemble the sidekey to B cover and stick the radiating film to B cover.
(12) Assemble GSM antena stand to B cover.

(13) Close the cover and push 7pcs screws.
