Wireless Interface Control Quick Start Guide
POWER BUTTON
Turns remote on/off.
MENU BUTTON
DISPLAY MENU: Sets display options.
SETTINGS MENU: Adjusts speed of
parameter increase/decrease,
accesses engine/maintenance hours,
performs factory reset.
ENGINE BUTTON
ENGINE START: Press once, then
immediately press again and hold for
three seconds.
ENGINE STOP: Press and hold for
three seconds.
ENTER BUTTON
Changes parameter selection on default
weld output screen (see MENU BUTTON).
Selects highlighted item on a menu.
INCREASE BUTTON
Increases amperage, voltage, etc.
Scrolls menus up. Press and hold for
one second to increase output by one
step (set by user in SETTINGS MENU).
Press and hold for three seconds to
increase output at faster rate.
DECREASE BUTTON
Decreases amperage, voltage, etc. Scrolls
menus down. Press and hold for one second
to decrease output by one step (set by user
in SETTINGS MENU). Press and hold for three
seconds to decrease output at faster rate.
PROGRAM BUTTON
Press and release to change the out-
put to a program saved on the welder/
generator.

ENGINE
STATUS
Displays on, off
and starting
DUAL OPERATOR
INTERFACE INDICATOR
Will display A or B
CONTACTOR ON/OFF
INDICATOR/SELECTOR
Indicates whether the contactor is on
or off. In remote welding modes, the
contactor can be manually turned on
or off, eliminating unintentional arc
strikes between welds.
ARC CONTROL
Quickly adjust and save arc control
settings — including DIG, DIG Range
Inductance and Auto-Stop features
— with the remote, ensuring that the
highest level of arc quality can be
achieved without returning to your
engine drive.
AMPERAGE/VOLTAGE
ADJUSTMENT
Easily use the remote to adjust
parameters while welding.
Adjustments can be made in
amperage, voltage or percent,
and the rate of adjustment can
be tailored to the preference of
the welder.
PROCESS
SELECTOR
Shows the process
selected. Use the
navigational buttons to
quickly switch between all
available processes from
where you are working:
• SMAW XX10
• SMAW XX18
• CAC-A
• Lift Arc GTAW
• Remote TIG
• Remote Stick
• Remote GMAW/FCAW
• Gas GMAW/FCAW
• No Gas FCAW-S
PROGRAM NUMBER
Displays the program number.
Save custom presets in up to four
programs so you can easily switch
between pre-programmed settings
for multi-pass welds or multiprocess
operations to maximize efciency.
