ファームウェア Ver.4.0 より、次の機能が追加になりました。
本書をお読みになり、十分理解してからご使用ください。
お使いになっているインクの種類や色を変えることができます。
インクを変更したいとき
•「4色モデル」から「6色モデル」にするなどインクセットを変更したい場合は、サービスマンに
よる作業が必要です。弊社サービスまたは販売店にお問い合わせください。
インク種類を変更する インクカラーを変更する
ES3 インクから SS21 インクに変更したい場合など、
お使いのインク種類を変更するときは、次のようにし
てください。
SS21 インクの「6色」と「6色+白」を切り替えたい
場合など、お使いのインクカラーを変更するときは、
次のようにしてください。

現在お使いのインク種類によっては、変更できる
インク種類に制限があります。右の表を確認して
ください。
•インクカラー変更の注意事項
SS21 の白インクを「SS21W」から「SS21W-2」に交換する場合は、別紙『新白インク (SS21W-2)
をお使いになる前に (D201848)』に従って作業を行ってください。
•洗浄を行うには、専用の洗浄液カートリッジ (別売 )が必要です
現在お使いのインク種類に合った洗浄液カートリッジを使って洗浄を行ってください。
装置に残っているインクの「排出」と
ヘッドやチューブの「洗浄」を行う

4色インクセットで、同色の供給経路にインクカートリッジとオプションのバルクインクシステム (MBIS1) を混在
して使用している場合、優先して使用するインクを選択できます。

インクカートリッジと MBIS1 を混在時のインク供給経路の切替
•通常、同色のインク供給経路にインクカートリッジとバルクインクシステム (MBIS1) を混在して使
用する場合、バルクインクシステム (MBIS1) 側のインクを優先して使用します。
•本機能は 4色インクセットをお使いの場合のみ有効です。
•インクカートリッジとバルクインクシステム (MBIS1) が混在している供給経路がない場合は、本機
能は設定できません。
•本機能で選択しているカートリッジを引き抜くか電源を入れ直すと設定は無効となります。

Thank you very much for your purchase of the JV33 series.
The following functions are added from firmware version 4.0.
Please read this manual and fully understand it before using the device.
Ink type or the color used can be changed.
Changing the ink
• To change the ink set such as changing from “4-color model“ to “6-color model”, the machine must
be worked by our service engineer. Contact our service office or the distributor in your region.

To change the ink type used such as changing from
ES3 ink to SS21 ink, work as follows.
To change the ink color used such as changing from
“6-colors” to “6-colors + white” of SS21 ink, work as fol-
lows.
•Note for changing ink type
Changeable ink type is limited by the type of ink
used. See the table on the right.
•Note for changing ink color
To replace white ink of SS21 from “SS21W” to “SS21W-2”, follow the exhibit “Before using new White
Ink (SS21-W2)” (D201848).
•When washing, use a special cleaning solution cartridge (sold separately).
Wash with the proper cleaning solution cartridge for the used ink type.
“Discharge” the remaining ink in
the machine, and “Wash” the head
or the tube.

When both an ink cartridge and the optional bulk ink system (MBIS1) are set in the supply paths of the same color
for 4-color ink set, you can select the ink to be used first.

• It enters in the LOCAL or the REMOTE mode.
Switch setting of ink supply path when both
ink cartridge and MBIS1 are set
• Usually, when both an ink cartridge and the bulk ink system (MBIS1) are set in the supply path of the
same color, the ink in the bulk ink system (MBIS1) is used first.
• This setting is only available for 4-color set.
• If supply path does not have both ink cartridge and the bulk ink system (MBIS1), this function cannot
be set.
• Pull out the ink cartridge selected on this function or turn the power on again to disable the setting.
