BEFORE YOU GET STARTED
IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE GETTING
STARTED
If your device is operated by a battery, your
product will come with the battery disconnected.
Before attempting to use the battery, please make
sure to charge the battery using the included
battery charging adapter.
If your device has a power cord attached to it
so it plugs into the wall, you do not need to worry
about the above.
IMPORTANT WARRANTY INFORMATION: Please do
not remove the warranty sticker on your device,
we need this to identify the date built and who
built the device. If this has been removed or
tampered with, it may affect the lifetime warranty
on the device. You may be charged fees or denied a
return.

CHARGING THE BATTERY
1. Connect the battery to the battery charging
adapter following the picture guide below.
2. The battery will take between 6-8 hours to
charge.
3. The red LED on the battery charging adapter
will turn blue once the battery is fully charged.

HOW TO POWER ON THE CAMERA
1. Hold the A button on the remote control for 3
seconds and let go.
2. The device will vibrate for 1 second. The
device is in Standby mode and is now waiting
for commands from the remote control.
a. To power off, hold the A button for
another 3 seconds and let go while in
standby mode. The unit vibrates for 1
second and turns off.
b. After two minutes of being in standby
mode with no buttons being pressed, the
camera will automatically shut off.

HOW TO RECORD CONTINUOUS VIDEO
1. When the camera is in Standby Mode, press
the B button once quickly. The unit will vibrate
three times.
2. Once the device stops vibrating, it will start
recording video.
3. To stop the recording and save the video,
press the B button again. The device will
vibrate 3 times. The device is now in standby
mode again.

HOW TO RECORD WITH MOTION
DETECTION
1. In Standby mode, press the D button one
time. The unit will vibrate twice.
2. The unit is now in motion detection mode and
will begin recording video once motion is
detected. Note: there will be no indication
when the device detects motion –it will simply
start recording.
3. To return to standby mode and stop motion
detection recording, press the D button again.
The unit will vibrate twice. The unit is now in
standby mode.

HOW TO TAKE A PHOTO
1. When the camera is in Standby Mode, press
the C button. The unit will vibrate once. The
unit has now taken a picture and returns to
standby mode.

HOW TO RETRIEVE FILES OFF THE
MICROSD CARD - WINDOWS
1. Connect the MicroSD card to your computer
using the included MicroSD card reader.
2. If AutoPlay opens, choose ‘Open folder to
view files’.
3. Your videos will be in the VIDEO folder and
photos will be stored in the PHOTO folder.
●If Auto Play does not open or you use a Mac,
please continue on the next page.

MICROSD CARD - WINDOWS
4. On Windows computers, click on the manilla
folder icon on your task bar to open the File
Explorer.
5. On the left hand navigation pane, select ‘This
PC’.
6. Then open the Removable Disk drive by
double clicking on it.
7. You can access your videos by opening the
VIDEO folder, and photos will be stored in the
PHOTO folder.
●It may also be named ‘USB Drive’. The letter of
your USB Drive will more than likely differ than
the below example.

HOW TO RETRIEVE FILES OFF THE
MICROSD CARD - MAC
1. Connect the MicroSD card to your computer
using the included MicroSD card reader.
2. Click the blue two-faced icon to launch the
Finder app.
3. The removable disk should show up in the
navigation pane of Finder under ‘Locations’.
●This could also display as ‘Devices’ on some
Mac devices.
4. You can access your videos by opening the
VIDEO folder, and photos will be stored in the
PHOTO folder.

HOW TO SET THE DATE/TIME STAMP
1. Remove the MicroSD card from your device
and plug it into your computer using the
included MicroSD card reader.
2. Visit the following website in your web
browser:
http://mgidownloads.com/Date_Time_Set/
3. Choose ‘All Bush Baby Stealth’ under Device
SKU and choose your time zone in the drop
down below, and then click download.
4. Right click the downloaded file and ‘copy’ it.
5. Go to the storage of the MicroSD card and
‘paste’ the file.
●Do not paste the file in the VIDEO or PHOTO
folders.
6. Re-insert the MicroSD card into the device,
power the device on, and take a test recording
to ensure the date/time stamp updated.

TROUBLESHOOTING
•THE DEVICE WON’T TURN ON
oPlease charge the device’s battery for 6-8
hours.
•THE DEVICE ISN’T CHARGING
oPlease try a new charging cable.
oIf you are charging via your computer’s
USB port, please try using an AC adapter.
•MY COMPUTER DOESN’T RECOGNIZE THE
MICROSD CARD
oPlease try a different USB slot on your
computer.
•OTHER PROBLEMS
