ควรอ่านข้อควรระวังต่อไปนี้อย่างละเอียดก่อนใช้งาน
1. ก่อนใช้งานควรตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่า ระบบไฟในตัวเครื่องตรงกับระบบไฟในบ้านของท่าน
2. หากท่านพบว่า เกิดความเสียหายกับตัวเครื่องหรือสายไฟ ซึ่งอาจเกิดจากเครื่องหล่นจากที่สูงหรือเหตุอื่นๆ
ควรหยุดใช้งานทันทีแล้วส่งเครื่องเข้าตรวจสอบ ณ ศูนย์บริการฯ
3. ถ้าพบรอยฉีกขาดที่สายไฟควรหยุดใช้และส่งเข้าศูนย์บริการฯ เพื่อทำการเปลี่ยนสายใหม่ทันที
4. ควรปิดสวิตช์และถอดปลั๊กออกจากเต้าเสียบไฟบ้านทุกครั้งที่มิได้ใช้งาน ขณะถอดหรือใส่อุปกรณ์
ขณะทำความสะอาด
5. อย่าปล่อยให้สายไฟรัดตรึงกับขอบโต๊ะหรือวางใกล้แหล่งความร้อน
6. ห้ามจุ่มตัวเครื่องลงในน้ำหรือน้ำยาใดๆ หรือใส่ในเครื่องล้างจาน อุปกรณ์ชิ้นเดียวที่สามารถจุ่มลงน้ำคือ โถใส่
เม็ดกาแฟที่ถอดออกจากตัวเครื่องแล้ว
7. ดูแลอย่างใกล้ชิดหากใช้งานใกล้เด็ก หรือผู้ด้อยความสามารถทางกายภาพ
8. หลีกเลี่ยงอย่าใส่นิ้วลงในช่องบดกาแฟ
9. ห้ามเปิดฝาโถจนกว่าเครื่องจะหยุดสนิท
10. ห้ามใช้งานในสภาพเปิดฝาเครื่อง
11. ห้ามใช้อุปกรณ์อื่นร่วมกับเครื่อง เพราะอาจเป็นสาเหตุให้เกิดความเสียหายและอันตรายแก่ผู้ใช้ได้
12. ตรวจสอบอย่างสม่ำเสมอ เพื่อมิให้วัสดุอื่นเข้าไปในโถใส่เม็ดกาแฟ
13. เครื่องบดกาแฟนี้ไม่ควรอนุญาตให้เด็ก ผู้ด้อยความสามารถทางกายภาพ ผู้มีจิตใจไม่สมบูรณ์ และผู้ขาด
ประสบการณ์การใช้งานอุปกรณ์ไฟฟ้าเหล่านี้เป็นผู้ใช้ ท่านอาจอนุญาตให้บุคคลดังกล่าวใช้อุปกรณ์ได้ภายใต้

พาณิชย์ กรณีเช่นนี้จะทำให้การรับประกันสิ้นสุดลงทันที

1. นำเครื่องออกจากกล่อง แล้วเก็บวัสดุให้เรียบร้อยอย่าให้เด็กเล่น
2. ใช้ผ้าชุบน้ำบิดหมาดเช็ดให้สะอาด
3. นำโถใส่เม็ดกาแฟ และโถใส่ผงกาแฟออกล้างด้วยน้ำยาล้างจาน แล้วเช็ดให้แห้ง
4. ติดตั้งโถใส่เม็ดกาแฟ
1. วางตัวเครื่องบนพื้นราบ
2. ติดตั้งโถใส่เม็ดกาแฟที่ส่วนบนของตัวเครื่องโดย
2.1 หันโถที่มีเครื่องหมาย ให้ตรงกับเครื่องหมาย บนปุ่มปลดโถ
2.2 วางโถลงตรงๆ ให้สลักโถตรงกับร่องของตัวเครื่อง กดลงจนสุด
2.3 หมุนโถตามเข็มนาฬิกา จนโถเข้าล็อกติดกับตัวเครื่องแน่น
2.4 การถอดโถออกจากตัวเครื่อง ทำได้โดยกดปุ่มปลดโถ แล้วหมุนโถทวนเข็มนาฬิกา โถจะหลุดออกจาก
ตัวเครื่องโดยง่าย
อันตราย !
1. ห้ามจุ่มตัวเครื่องลงในน้ำ
2. ห้ามเทน้ำลงในโถใส่เม็ดกาแฟ เพื่อล้างโถ
หมายเหตุ : การติดตั้งโถเข้ากับตัวเครื่องจะมีสวิตช์เชื่อมต่อเองได้ ถ้าท่านมิได้ใส่โถให้ถูกต้อง
เครื่องจะไม่สามารถทำงานได้

3. เปิดฝาโถแล้วเทเม็ดกาแฟใส่ลงโถ (โถสามารถบรรจุเม็ดกาแฟได้สูงสุดประมาณ 360 กรัม) ควรใส่เม็ดกาแฟ
ในปริมาณที่ต้องการใช้เท่านั้น การใส่เม็ดกาแฟไว้ในโถ และไม่ได้ใช้เป็นเวลานานจะทำให้คุณภาพของเม็ด-
กาแฟด้อยลงได้

5. ปิดฝาโถใส่ผงกาแฟให้แน่น แล้วใส่ลงบนฐานเครื่องโดยวิธีดันเข้าไปจนเข้าที่ (บริเวณช่องออกกาแฟจะมีลูกยาง
ที่มีความนิ่มทำให้ท่านสามารถดันโถเข้าที่ได้โดยง่าย) ควรตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าช่องจ่ายผงกาแฟบดตรงกับช่อง-
รับกาแฟ
6. หมุนปุ่มปรับระดับความละเอียดตามต้องการ (การหมุนปุ่มควรหมุนขณะเครื่องกำลังทำงาน จะทำให้หมุนได้
ตลอด หากท่านหมุนขณะเครื่องหยุด ท่านจะสามารถหมุนได้ครั้งละ 2-3 ระดับเท่านั้น)
7. ท่านสามารถตั้งปริมาณกาแฟที่ต้องการได้ โดยหมุนปุ่มตั้งปริมาณกาแฟ ซึ่งจะทำงานโดยใช้เวลาเป็นตัว-
กำหนด ตามตารางต่อไปนี้
หมายเหตุ : เครื่องบดกาแฟนี้ มีระบบความปลอดภัยป้องกันมอเตอร์ หากท่านใช้งานต่อเนื่อง
นานประมาณ 5 นาที จนทำให้มอเตอร์เกิดความร้อนเกินระดับ ระบบจะตัดการ-
ทำงานทันที ควรปล่อยให้เครื่องเย็นลงประมาณ 30 นาที เครื่องจะสามารถกลับมา
ทำงานได้ตามปกติ
ท่านสามารถเลือกโปรแกรมได้ตามต้องการ เริ่มต้นบดโดยการกดปุ่ม 1 ครั้ง ถ้าต้องการหยุดให้กดอีก 1 ครั้ง

4. ปิดฝาโถให้สนิท ท่านควรปิดฝาโถให้สนิทเพราะจะช่วยยืดอายุเม็ดกาแฟให้มีกลิ่นและรสชาติได้นานขึ้น

10. เมื่อบดกาแฟเสร็จสิ้นเล้ว ท่านสามารถถอดโถใส่ผงกาแฟออกนำกาแฟไปใช้ได้ และควรถอดปลั๊กออกจาก
เต้าเสียบไฟบ้านด้วย
8. เสียบปลั๊กเข้ากับเต้าเสียบไฟบ้าน สัญลักษณ์บนปุ่มตั้งเวลาบดจะเริ่มต้นที่ ทุกครั้งที่เปิดเครื่อง
เมื่อท่านเลือกปุ่มตัวตั้งเวลาบดแล้ว กด 1 ครั้ง เครื่องจะเริ่มบด ผงกาแฟจะจ่ายออกที่ช่องจ่ายผงกาแฟและ
ตกลงในโถ หากท่านใช้โปรแกรมตั้งเวลา เครื่องจะหยุดเองโดยอัตโนมัติ
9. การบดโดยใช้โปรแกรมตั้งเวลาบด เครื่องจะหยุดเองเมื่อหมดเวลา และจะอยู่ในโหมด Stand by
พร้อมใช้งานอีกครั้ง

หมายเหตุ : โปรแกรม Sleep mode (ดับเองอัตโนมัติ) หากไม่มีการใช้เครื่องเป็นระยะเวลานาน
กว่า 90 วินาที สัญญาณบนปุ่มตั้งเวลาจะดับ และจะสว่างขึ้นเมื่อมีการหมุนปุ่ม
หมายเหตุ : หากมีการใช้งานต่อเนื่องยาวนานติดต่อกันถึง 5 นาที ต้องพักเครื่องเป็นระยะเวลา 30
นาที แต่หากใช้งานรอบละ 90 วินาที ติดต่อกัน 2 รอบก็ควรมีการพักเครื่องเช่นกัน
ข้อควรระวัง! : ควรถอดปลั๊กออกจากเต้าเสียบไฟ้บ้านก่อนทำความสะอาดทุกครั้ง ห้ามจุ่มเครื่องลง
ในน้ำหรือของเหลวใดๆ เพื่อทำความสะอาด หากเครื่องมิได้ถูกใช้งานก็ควรถอดปลั๊ก
ออกจากเต้าเสียบไฟบ้านเช่นกัน
หมายเหตุ : ท่านสามารถกดปุ่มเพื่อให้เครื่องเริ่มบด และกดอีกครั้งเพื่อให้เครื่องหยุดเวลาใดก็ได้
หมายเหตุ : โถบรรจุกาแฟบดสามารถใส่กาแฟได้ 155 กรัม โปรดใช้ความระมัดระวัง อย่าบดจน

การบำรุงรักษาและทำความสะอาด
1. ถอดโถใส่เม็ดกาแฟ และโถใส่ผงกาแฟออกจากตัวเครื่องแล้วนำไปล้างด้วยน้ำยาล้างจาน แล้วเช็ดให้แห้ง

2. ยกหูหิ้วของจานบดตัวนอกขึ้น (A) แล้วหมุนทวนเข็มนาฬิกา จานบดตัวนอกจะหลุดออกมาโดยง่าย
ใช้แปรงปัดจานบด (B) ให้สะอาด ท่านสามารถใส่จานบดกลับเข้าที่โดยวางจานบด ให้ร่องใส่จานบด (C) ตรงกับ
สลัก (D) แล้วหมุนจานบดตามเข็มนาฬิกา จนจานบดติดเข้ากับเฟื่องบดตัวใน (E) เข้าที่
1. กาแฟบดหยาบ ใช้กับเครื่องชงกาแฟชนิดกรอง เช่น French Press กาแฟบดปานกลาง ใช้กับกาแฟดริป (Drip)
กาแฟบดละเอียด ใช้กับเครื่องชงกาแฟเอสเปรสโซ (Espresso)
2. เพื่อให้ได้รสชาติกาแฟที่สดใหม่ ควรใส่เม็ดกาแฟลงในโถให้เพียงพอสำหรับการบดในแต่ละครั้งเท่านั้น ไม่ควร
ใส่เม็ดกาแฟทิ้งไว้ในโถหรือทิ้งกาแฟที่บดแล้วในโถกาแฟบดเป็นเวลานาน เพราะจะทำให้เสียรสชาติที่สดใหม่
ของกาแฟไป เมื่อเปิดถุงกาแฟแล้วควรพับถุงให้อากาศไม่สามารถผ่านเข้าออกได้ แล้วปิดด้วยเครื่องหนีบ-
ถุงกาแฟ วิธีนี้จะช่วยให้เม็ดกาแฟมีรสชาติสดใหม่ได้นานกว่าปกติ โถใส่เม็ดกาแฟ โถใส่ผงกาแฟบด
ช่องบดกาแฟ จานบด ควรทำความสะอาดอย่างสม่ำเสมอ
3. เครื่องบดกาแฟนี้ใช้บดกาแฟที่แห้งกรอบเท่านั้น ไม่ควรใช้บดสิ่งอื่นที่ไม่ใช่เม็ดกาแฟ เพราะอาจทำให้มีกลิ่น-
ตกค้างและทำให้กาแฟมีรสชาติผิดไปได้

ตองมีบรรจุภัณฑอยางสมบูรณและสินคามิไดถูกใชงานมากอน โดยลูกคาตองนำหลักฐานการซื้อเพื่อคืนสินคา

Important Safeguards
Before using the electrical appliance, the following basic precautions should always be followed
including the following:
1. Before use checks that the voltages of wall outlet correspond to the one shown on
the rating plate.
2. Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug or after the appliance malfunctions,
or is dropped or damaged in any manner. Return appliance to the nearest authorized service
facility for examination, repair or electrical or mechanical adjustment.
3. If the supply cord is damaged it must be replaced by the manufacturer or a authorized service
agent or a qualified technician in order to avoid a hazard.
4. Unplug from outlet when not in use, before putting on or taking off parts, and before cleaning.
5. Do not let cord hang over edge of table or hot surface.
6. Do not immerse the motorized base in liquid, or place in dishwasher. Damage to the unit will
occur if submerged in liquid or filling the liquid into the container. Only the top cover may be
immersed.
7. Close supervision is necessary when your appliance is being used near children or infirm persons.
8. Ensure fingers are kept well away from moving parts.
9. Do not remove cover until blade has completely stopped.
10. Do not attempt operation without the cover being in place.
11. The use of accessory not recommended by the manufacturer may cause injuries to persons.
12. Check grinding chamber for presence of foreign objects before using.
13. This appliance is not intended for used by persons (including children) with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been

Before The First Time
1. Carefully unpack your coffee grinder and remove all packing materials.
2. To remove any dust that may have accumulated during packaging.
3. And then detach the bean hopper by following the operation as below: press down the bean
hopper release button and simultaneously turn the bean hopper anticlockwise to remove
the bean hopper from bean hopper holder for cleaning.
4. After it, rinse the bean hopper, bean hopper lid, ground coffee container lid and ground coffee
container with water and then dry thoroughly.
1. Place the coffee grinder on a flat surface.
2. Assemble the bean hopper to the bean hopper holder by following
the operation as below :
Firstly, put the bean hopper into the bean hopper holder by making the tab on the bean hop-
per align with the groove on the bean hopper holder and then turn the bean hopper clockwise
until it is tightly locked into the bean hopper holder When disassemble, press down
the bean hopper release button and simultaneously turn the bean hopper anticlockwise to re-
move the bean hopper from bean hopper holder.
CAUTION : Never immerse the body in water for cleaning and do not fill the bean hopper
with water for cleaning.
NOTE : The bean hopper is equipped with micro switch so that it must be assembled in position
before operate, or the appliance will not work.

4. Close the bean hopper lid.
5. Put the ground coffee container (with lid in position) on the ground coffee container holder.
Ensure that the opening of ground coffee container shall align with the coffee powder outlet.
6. Turn the strength control dial to select your desired coffee strength. Turn it to the right,
the coffee strength will be increased while it will be decreased when turn the strength control
dial to the left.
7. The coffee-dispensing amount is determined by grinding time, therefore, you can turn the
click-wheel to select your desired grinding time by referring to “ Table 1”. When select,
the corresponding indicator of your selected grinding time will light at 100% brightness.
If you do not want to adjust the grinding time, the appliance will work under the default
grinding time.
3. Pour appropriate amount of coffee beans into the bean hopper,
it must be noted the quantity of coffee beans shall not exceed 360g.
NOTE : If run the appliance without coffee beans, the appliance will stop working after runing
for about 5 minutes. And the appliance must rest for 30 minutes if it is operated for

9. When desired grinding time has reached, the coffee grinder will stop working automatically
and go back to standby condition, at that time, the first indicator (the defaultgrinding time setting)
lights at 100% brightness while the other indicators and the indicator of Start/Stop button light
at 50% brightness.
10. Unplug the appliance, remove the ground coffee container lid and pour out the coffee
Ground directly.
8. Connect the appliance with the power source, the first indicator (the default grinding time
setting) lights at 100% brightness while the other indicators and the indicator of Start/Stop
button light at 50% brightness. And then select your desired grinding time by following
“Step 6” based on your demand. After it, press the Start/Stop button, the appliance starts
to grind coffee bean under the selected grinding time, after a while, the coffee powder
dispenses from the coffee powder outlet. The indicator of Start/Stop button keeps blinking
NOTE : The appliance will enter into the sleep state if no any operation within 90 seconds
after plug in.
NOTE : The appliance must rest for 30 minutes if it is operated for 5 minutes continuously.
And it is suggested to operate this appliance for less than 90s per time and mini-
mum 90 seconds rest time must be maintained between continuous two cycles
NOTE : You can press Start/Stop button to make the appliance stop running at any time
during grinding process.
NOTE : The maximum amount of ground coffee container is 155g, make sure the coffee
ground shall not overflow.

1. Disassemble the bean hopper by following the operation mentioned above, and then rinse
the bean hopper, bean hopper lid, ground coffee container and ground coffee container lid
with water, and dry them thoroughly.

2. Lift the handle of grinding wheel and then rotate it anticlockwise to remove the grinding wheel,
after it, clean the grinding blade with a brush and rinse the grinding wheel with water and then
dry it thoroughly. To replace the grinding wheel back in position, firstly, put the grinding wheel
into the grinding chamber by making the groove on the grinding wheel align with the tab on the-
grinding chamber, and then rotate the grinding wheel clockwise until it is fixed well in postion
(see Fig.2).
CAUTION : Be sure to unplug this appliance and make it cool down completely before
cleaning.
To protect against electrical shock, do not immerse cord, plug or body in
water or liquid and do not fill the bean hopper with water for cleaning.
After each use, always make sure plug is first removed from wall outlet.
NOTE : Please operate carefully as the grinding wheel & grinding blade are sharp.

Cleaning and Maintenance
1. The coarse ground coffee is generally used for percolators and coffee urns. Medium ground
coffee is used for drip coffee makers and steam-type espresso machines. A fine ground coffee
is used for espresso machines with an electric pump.
2. For the freshest, most flavorful coffee, grind only enough for the pot you are making.
Coffee beans keep up to 2 months in the freezer in an airtight container and can be ground
while still frozen. Coffee grounds left in your grinder can become stale and affect the flavor
of freshly ground coffee. Be sure to clean grinding chamber, blades and grinding wheel after
each use.
3. This grinder can only grind dry, brittle foods. It will not grind anything moist, extremely hard,
or gummy such as whole ginger, chocolate, sesame seeds or oily spices such as cinnamon,
cloves or nutmeg. Do not grind peanuts or grains such as wheat, rice, barley, or dried corn.
Attempting to grind any of these foods may damage the unit. Never use it to chop ice cubes.
4. Freshly ground peppercorns have a strong aroma and taste that may affect the flavor of coffee
beans ground afterward. You may want to purchase a separate grinder if you plan to grind
peppercorns.
