Installation of batteries
1. Slide the battery compartment cover open on the back of the unit
2. Install two AAA alkaline batteries (UM-4) with the correct polarity.
3. Slide the cover back into place.
Use of the alcohol meter
Warm up
1. Press the On key once, the alcohol meter screen lights up with a beep sound.
2. The warm-up symbol is displayed. The countdown function starts from 10 to 0 and indicates that the alcohol meter is
warmed up.
Note:
There is always a certain amount of gas and impurities present on the surface of the sensor; If you use the device for the
first time, or if you have not used it for a long time, the device will need more time to warm up. Press the ON key again
and try again if it fails for the first time.
Test
1. The "Blow" symbol is displayed as soon as the unit is warmed up, the countdown function starts from 10 to 0, indicating
that the meter is in test mode.
2. Place the alcohol meter at your mouth and blow for 3-5 seconds in the bladder opening.
3. Read the test result on the digital LCD screen.
4. The "Caution" symbol appears when the alcohol concentration is high
5. The "Hazard" symbol appears with a sound alert when the alcohol concentration reaches the following levels:

Auto Power Off:
1. Once the result is displayed, the «OFF» symbol will be displayed for 15 seconds after 15 seconds and the unit will
automatically turn off.
2. As long as you do not blow into the nozzle while the device is in «Test» mode, the LCD display shows the "0.00" value.
Note:
To obtain a more accurate result, we recommend that you run this test 2-3 times in a row.
Low battery warning light:
If the «L» symbol begins to flash on the screen, this means that the batteries are weak and the device will automatically

Warning

Each body reacts differently to alcohol. A person may be legally prevented from driving at a limit below the legal alcoholic

Batterie installieren
1. Öffnen Sie die Schiebeabdeckung des Batteriefaches auf der Rückseite des Gerätes.
2. Legen Sie zwei Batterien vom Typ AAA (UM-4) ein. Achten Sie auf die Angaben zur Polarität.
3. Schlieβen Sie das Batteriefach.
Verwendung des Alkoholtestgerätes
Vorbereitung
1.Drücken Sie die Starttaste einmal. Die LCD-Anzeige des Alkoholtesters schaltet sich ein und es ertönt ein Signalton.
Erwärmung
Das Symbol zur Erwärmung (warm up) wird angezeigt. Der Countdown (10 –0) startet, um anzuzeigen, dass das Gerät
funktionsbereit ist.
Anmerkung
Vor der ersten Entnahme aus der Verpackung bzw. vor der erstmaligen Verwendung nach einem längeren Zeitraum
können sich Gase & Schmutz auf der Oberfläche des Sensors abgesetzt haben. Daher wird mehr Zeit für die Reinigung
und Erwärmung des Sensors benötigt. Drücken Sie die Starttaste mehrmals, wenn dies erforderlich ist.
Test
Nach der Erwärmung wird das Symbol zum Pusten angezeigt. Der Countdown 10 –0 startet, um anzuzeigen, dass das
Gerät im Testmodus ist.
Pusten
1. Halten Sie das Gerät an den Mund und pusten Sie in den Atmungseingang für 3 –5 Sekunden.
2. Lesen Sie das Testresultat auf der LCD-Anzeige ab.
3. Das Symbol für “Warnung” wird angezeigt, wenn folgende Alkoholkonzentrationen vorliegen:
“ 0,02% BAC (oder 0,2 g/l) bis 0,05 % BAC (oder 0,5 g/l).
“ 0,05% BAC (oder 0,5 g/l) bis 0,08 % BAC (oder 0,8 g/l).

4. Das Symbol für Gefahr wird zusammen mit einem hörbaren Signal angezeigt, wenn folgende Alkoholkonzentration
vorliegt:
“ 0,05 % BAC (oder 0,5 g/l) oder höher.
“ 0,08 % BAC (oder 0,8 g/l) oder höher.
Automatische Abschaltung
1. Nach der Anzeige des Resultates für ungefähr 15 Sekunden erscheint für 2 –3 Sekunden das Symbol für “AUS”. Danach
schaltet sich das Gerät aus.
2. Wenn im Testmodus kein Pusten in den Atmungseingang erfolgt, erscheint auf der LCD-Anzeige der Wert “0,00”.
Anmerkung:
Um ein genaueres Resultat zu erhalten, wird vom Hersteller empfohlen, den Test 2 bis 3 Mal vorzunehmen.
Anzeige für schwache Batterie
Wenn das Symbol “L” auf der Anzeige zu blinken beginnt, ist die Batteriespannung nicht ausreichend. Das Gerät schaltet
sich automatisch aus. Ersetzen Sie bitte die Batterien.
Batterien auswechseln
Ersetzen Sie die zwei Batterien vom Typ AAA, wenn das Testgerät nicht gestartet bzw. erwärmt werden kann.

Sicherheitshinweise
Nach der Einnahme von Alkohol mindestens 20 Minuten warten, da erst nach dieser Zeit der Alkohol von den Verdauungsorganen
aus dem Blut absorbiert wird. Restalkohol aus der Mundregion braucht diese Zeit zum Verflüchtigen.
Für akkurate Resultate den Test erst nach Ablauf von 3 Minuten wiederholen.
20 Minuten vor dem Test darf weder geraucht noch gegessen werden.
Verwenden Sie keine Chemikalien wie Benzole, Lösungsmittel oder Benzin zur Reinigung des Testgerätes.
Keine Flüssigkeiten in den Atmungseingang pusten.
Halten Sie das Gerät von Reizsubstanzen, wie Schmerzmitteln, Insektiziden oder Alkoholen fern.
Verwenden Sie das Testgerät nicht in geschlossenen Umgebungen mit verschmutzter Luft.
Modifizierungen oder Manipulierungen an den inneren Komponenten des Gerätes können zu einer fehlerhaften Betriebsweise
führen.
Dieses Gerät soll als Hilfsmittel für vorschriftsmäβiges Verhalten beim Autofahren dienen. Es ist nicht geeignet, den Alkoholspiegel
vor Verwendung von Fahrzeugen, Maschinen oder Geräten zu kontrollieren. Das Gerät nimmt keinerlei Bezug auf Angaben zum
Alkoholgehalt im Blut oder zu anderen Messungen von Rauschmitteln, die durch die Regierung oder medizinische bzw. andere
Organe gesetzlich festgelegt sind. Das Resultat des Alkoholspiegels BAC dient lediglich als Referenz. Der Hersteller übernimmt
keinerlei gesetzliche Verantwortung.
Jeder Mensch reagiert individuell unterschiedlich auf Alkohol. Es kann sein, dass eine Person nicht in der Lage zum Autofahren ist,
obwohl deren Alkoholspiegel unterhalb des Grenzwertes liegt.

Installation des piles
1. Faites glisser le couvercle du compartiment des piles qui se trouve à l’arrière de l’appareil.
2. Placez deux piles alcalines AAA (UM-4) en respectant la polarité indiquée.
3. Remettez le couvercle en place.
Comment utiliser l’alcootest
Warm up (préchauffage)
1. Appuyez une fois sur le bouton de mise en marche, l’écran de l’alcootest s’allumera avec un signal sonore.
2. Le symbole du préchauffage s’affichera. Le compte à rebours de 10 à 0 se met en marche, ce qui indique que l’alcootest
est en phase de préchauffage.
Remarque :
Il y a toujours une certaine quantité de gaz et impuretés à la surface du détecteur ; lorsque vous utilisez cet appareil pour
la première fois, ou bien si vous ne l’avez pas utilisé pendant une longue période, le temps de nettoyage est plus long et
le préchauffage risque de prendre aussi plus de temps, vous devrez certainement appuyer de nouveau sur la touche de
mise en marche et réessayer une nouvelle fois.
Test
1. Le symbole « Blow » (souffler) s’affiche une fois que le préchauffage est terminé, le compte à rebours de 10 à 0 se met
en marche et indique que le testeur est en mode test.
2. Approchez l’alcootest de votre bouche et soufflez dans l’embout pendant 3-5 secondes.
3. Lisez le résultat du test sur l’écran numérique LCD.
4. Le symbole « Caution » (Attention) s’affiche si la concentration d’alcool est élevée :
5. Le symbole « Danger » s’affiche avec une alarme sonore lorsque la concentration d’alcool atteint les niveaux :

Arrêt automatique
1. Une fois le résultat affiché, après 15 secondes, le symbole « OFF » s’affichera pendant 2-3 secondes et l’appareil
s’éteindra automatiquement
2. Si vous ne soufflez pas dans l’embout pendant que l’appareil est sur le mode « Test », l’écran LCD affichera la valeur
« 0.00 ».
Remarque :
Dans le but d’obtenir un résultat plus précis, nous vous recommandons de faire ce test 2-3 fois de suite.
Indicateur de piles épuisées :
Lorsque le symbole « L » se met à clignoter sur l’écran, ceci indique que les piles sont faibles et que l’appareil s’éteindra
automatiquement. Veuillez remplacer les piles.
Remplacement des piles :
Placez deux piles AAA lorsque le testeur a du mal à se mettre en marche ou à effectuer le préchauffage.

Avertissement
1. Après avoir bu, il est recommandé d’attendre au moins 20 minutes avant de faire le test, c’est le temps nécessaire pour

9. Cet appareil est destiné à servir d’aide à une conduite raisonnable. Il ne peut en aucun cas être utilisé à titre préventif
pour la conduite de quelque véhicule que ce soit. Les résultats sont donnés en mesure BAC uniquement comme
référence.
10. Le taux d’alcoolémie varie d’un individu à un autre. Vous pouvez être en infraction si votre taux dépasse le seuil indiqué
par la loi.

Como utilizar el alcoholímetro
Warm up (calentamiento)

2. El icono de calentamiento se visualiza. Se inicia la cuenta atrás de 10 a 0 que indica que el alcoholímetro está
calentándose.
Observación:
Siempre hay indicios de gas o impurezas en la superficie del sensor; cuando utilice este aparato por primera vez, o si no
lo ha utilizado durante un largo período de tiempo, el tiempo de limpieza y calentamiento es más largo; en caso de ser
necesario vuelva a pulsar la tecla de puesta en marcha e inténtelo de nuevo.
Prueba
1. El icono « Blow » (soplar) se visualiza una vez que el calentamiento esté finalizado, se inicia la cuenta atrás de 10 a 0
que indica que el aparato está en el modo de prueba.
2. Acerque el alcoholímetro a su boca y sople en la boquilla durante 3-5 segundos.
3. Lea el resultado de la prueba en la pantalla digital LCD.
4. El icono « Caution » (Atención) se visualizará si la concentración de alcohol es elevada:

Paro automático

Observación:
Con el fin de obtener un resultado más preciso, le recomendamos que haga esta prueba 2-3 veces de suite.
Indicador de pilas gastadas:

contenido de alcohol en la sangre u otras medidas de intoxicación promulgadas por el gobierno, agencias médicas u
otras instancias. Los resultados son dados en la medida BAC únicamente como referencia.
La tasa de alcoholemia varía de una persona a otra. Podrá incurrir en una infracción si su taza excede el límite indicado
por la ley.

Installazione delle batterie

3. Richiudere il coperchio del vano batterie.
Istruzioni per l’uso dell’etilometro
Riscaldamento
1. Premere il tasto di accensione: lo schermo LCD dell’etilometro digitale si accenderà mentre viene emesso un segnale
acustico.
2. Sullo schermo apparirà la scritta “Warm up” (riscaldamento) e inizierà il conto alla rovescia da 10 a 0 a indicare che
l’apparecchio è in fase di riscaldamento.
Nota:
La superficie del sensore del livello di alcolemia spesso potrebbe assorbire una grande quantità di particelle di gas o di

impurità. La prima volta che viene utilizzato l’etilometro una volta estratto dalla confezione, oppure dopo un lungo periodo
di non uso, potrebbe essere necessario più tempo per la pulizia e il riscaldamento del sensore, è perciò consigliabile
premere di nuovo il tasto di accensione per diverse volte di seguito.
Misurazione
1. Una volta effettuato regolarmente il riscaldamento, sullo schermo apparirà la scritta “Blow” (soffia) e inizierà il conto alla
rovescia da 10 a 0 che indica che l’apparecchio si trova nella modalità di misurazione.
2. Avvicinare l’inalatore alla bocca e soffiare per 3-5 secondi.
3. Leggere sullo schermo LCD i risultati della misurazione del tasso di alcolemia.
4. La scritta “Caution” (Attenzione) appare quando il livello di alcolemia raggiunge i valori:
da 0,02% BAC (o 0,2 g/l) a 0,05% BAC (o 0,5 g/l)
da 0,05% BAC (o 0,5 g/l) a 0,08% BAC (o 0,8 g/l)
5. La scritta “Danger” (Pericolo) appare insieme a un allarme acustico quando il livello di alcolemia raggiunge valori:
pari o superiori a 0,05% BAC (o 0,5 g/l)
pari o superiori a 0,08% BAC (o 0,8 g/l)
Spegnimento automatico
1. Dopo aver mostrato sullo schermo il risultato della misurazione per circa 15 secondi, apparirà la scritta “OFF” (spegni) per
2-3 secondi a indicare lo spegnimento dell’apparecchio.
2. Se non si soffia nell’inalatore quando l’apparecchio è nella modalità misurazione, sullo schermo LCD apparirà il valore
“0,00”.
Nota:
Per ottenere un risultato più attendibile si consiglia di ripetere la misurazione 2-3 volte di seguito.
Indicazione batteria scarica
Sullo schermo appare il simbolo “L” lampeggiante a indicare che l’alimentazione fornita dalle pile non è più sufficiente e
l’apparecchio si spegnerà automaticamente: è consigliabile sostituire immediatamente le batterie.
Sostituzione delle batterie
Sostituire le due pile “AAA” quando l’apparecchio non si accende o prolunga eccessivamente la fase di riscaldamento.
Dispositivo per il trasporto
Collegare il polo di plastica al laccetto da polso (incluso).

Precauzioni per l’uso
Dopo aver bevuto alcolici è consigliabile attendere almeno 20 minuti, perché questo è il tempo necessario per il
passaggio dell’alcol dagli organi digestivi al sangue, sempre 20 minuti è anche il tempo necessario per l’eliminazione dei
residui di alcol dalla bocca.
Per un risultato più accurato non ripetere la misurazione prima di 3 minuti dall’ultima misurazione effettuata.
Non fumare e non mangiare per 20 minuti prima della misurazione.
Non utilizzare prodotti chimici, come benzene, diluenti o petrolio per la pulizia dell’apparecchio.
Non soffiare liquidi nell’inalatore.
Mantenere l’etilometro lontano da sostanze tossiche, come pitture, insetticidi o alcol.
Non utilizzare l’etilometro in ambienti chiusi e con aria viziata.
La modifica o la manomissione dei componenti interni dell’apparecchio possono causare un funzionamento inadeguato.
L’apparecchio è pensato come un ausilio per conducenti responsabili. Non deve essere utilizzato per anticipare l’uso o

Installatie van batterijen

Gebruik van de alcoholmeter
Warm up (opwarming)
1. Druk een keer op de Aan toets, het scherm van de alcoholmeter licht op met een beep geluid.
2. Het opwarmingssymbool wordt weergegeven. De aftelfunctie van 10 tot 0 start en duidt aan dat de alcoholmeter wordt
opgewarmd.
Opmerking:
Er is steeds een bepaalde hoeveelheid gas en onzuiverheden aanwezig op de oppervlakte van de sensor; als u het
toestel voor de eerste keer gebruikt, of als u het lange tijd niet gebruikt heeft, heeft het toestel meer tijd nodig om op te
warmen. Druk opnieuw op de AAN toets en probeer opnieuw als het de eerste keer niet lukt.
Test
1. Het « Blow » (blazen) symbool wordt weergegeven zodra het toestel opgewarmd is, de aftelfunctie van 10 tot 0 start en

2. Breng de alcoholmeter bij uw mond en blaas gedurende 3-5 seconden in de blaasopening.

Automatische uitschakeling:

Opmerking:

Waarschuwing
