4. INSTALACIÓN Y USO
4.1. Inspección
Verique si falta alguna pieza (la lista de vericación para los
accesorios estará sujeta a la lista adjunta con el producto).
Paso 3: Instalación de la caja de control
1. Fije los tornillos 2xM5x10 en los oricios de la estructura
como se muestra en la siguiente imagen:
Paso 4: retire e instale la caja de la batería.
Extracción: presiona hacia abajo el interruptor A y retire la
batería siguiendo la dirección de B (Fig. 1).
Instalación: Coloque la batería en su lugar y presione el
interruptor a lo largo de la dirección C. Asegúrese de que la
batería no se separe sin presionar el interrupto (Fig. 2 y 3).
4.2. Proceso de instalación
Paso 1: Suelte la contratuerca y el perno y luego levante el marco
y aliee los oricios. Fije el perno como se muestra en el dibujo de
la derecha. Asegúrese de que lo ha colocado correctamente y de
que no haya movimiento en el marco.
Paso 2: Suelte la correa.
2. Gire la cerradura hacia la dirección de apertura. Sujete la caja
de control con la estructura y bloquee los tornillos superiores.
3. Gire el bloqueo 90 grados hacia la derecha y bloquee la caja
de control.

5. MANUAL DE USUARIO
5.1. Uso del mando
Controle la parte superior e inferior del brazo elevador
mediante el botton arriba y abajo del mando.
La elevación del paciente deja de funcionar una vez que se
sueltan los botones de subir y bajar.
5.4. Botón ascenso y descenso de emergencia
En caso de mal funcionamiento en el controlador o sin
controlador, pre de ascenso y descenso para volver a colocar
el actuador en su lugar.
5.2. Ajuste del ancho de la base
El ancho de la base se puede ajustar con el pedal. Pise el pedal a
la izquierda para obtener una base más ancha y pise el pedal a la
derecha para obtener una base estrecha.
5.5. Conexión del dispositivo de control
Hay 4 puertos en el dispositivo de control, 1 para el controlodaror,
2 para el actuador y el resto para la fuente de alimentación.

5.3. Botón de parada de emergencia
El botón de parada de emergencia se utiliza para encender/apagar la alimentación. Permite que el motor deje de funcionar inmediata-
mente en caso de peligro.
Apagar: presione el botón rojo (vea la imagen A).
Encendido: gire el botón rojo en el sentido de las ajuas del reloj (vea imagen B) y el dispositivo de control se activará.
Se recomienda presionar este botón si la grúa no se usa en más de 3 días, para prolongar la vida útil de la batería.

5.5.1. Inserte 4 cables en 4 puertos

5.6. Descenso y ascenso de emergencia
manual
Gire el manguito rojo a lo largo de la dirección de la echa para
obtener el descenso de emergencia manual y el reverso para
ascender manualmente.
5.7. Bloqueo y desbloqueo de la rueda trasera
Puede bloquear las ruedas traseras. Opere con su pie para
bloquear y desbloquear las ruedas traseras.

Atención: no es necesario bloquear las ruedas traseras durante un movimiento de ascenso y descenso.
Advertencia: bloquear las ruedas durante la elevación del paciente, aumenta el riesgo de vuelco durante el movimiento de ascenso y
descenso.
5.8. Operación de elevación de pacientes.
5.8.1. Operación de seguridad
Mantener el brazo elevador y el cuerpo en posición vertical. Advertencia: un desequilibrio de ascenso crea el riesgo de vuelco.
5.8.2. Elevación del paciente
Desde/ hasta: Cama Silla/Indoro Suelo
Nota: una almohada bajo la cabeza del paciente lo hará más confortable

5.8.3. Estructura plegable
1. Baje el actuador y luego je completamente el brazo de elevación (g. 1).
2. Retire el perno antes de doblar el marco (g. 2).
3. Debe soltar la placa de soporte antes de que el marco se levante (g. 3)
Nota. Quite la caja de control antes de plegar la estructura
6. CARGA DE LA BATERÍA
1. Cuando a la batería le quede solo 1 barra, la caja de controlador sonará 4 veces, para recordarle que cargue de inmediato. El acutador
no funcionará sin cargar.
2. Procedimineto de carga de la batería.
Cuando la batería emite un pitido, apague el botón de parada de emrgencia y enchufe la caja de controlador. Una vez que la batería
está completamente cargada, el estado del nivel de la batería muesta 4 barras (100%) y el LED de la caja de control dejará de parpadear.
Notas
1. Apague el botón de parada de emergencia y deje de usar la grúa durante la carga.
2. Retire la caja de control y manténgala en la sombra, si el paciente no la usa durante mucho tiempo. Cargue la batería una vez al mes.
3. No cargue la batería en un ambiente húmedo.
4. En el caso de que no se use a diario, se recomienda que apague el botón de parada de emergencia para mantener el nivel de la batería.
7. CUIDADO Y MANTENIMIENTO
Por razones de seguridad, la rutina de inspección que se indica a conitnuación se realizará todos los días.
1. Compruebe si hay algún daño o desgaste
2. Asegúrese de que los tornillos y tuercas del brazo de elevación estén asegurados.
3. Compruebe si el gancho en el brazo de elevación funciona correctamente.
4. Vericación del controlador, del actuador y del ajuste de ancho de base.
5. Vericación de la función de descenso de emergencia.
6. Vericación de la función de ascenso de emergencia.
Si es necesario, para limpiar la grúa, utilice agua tibia o alcohol. Asegúrese de que no haya polvo y pelo en las ruedas.
Atención; para limpiar la grúa, no utilice productos con fenol o cloro, ya que puede causar daños en el material de plástico.
Transporte y almacenamiento
Presione el botón de parada de mergencia para transportar o si no la va a usar durante un tiempo determinado. La temperatura para el
almacenamiento de la grúa debe ser superior a 0º y una humedad relativa menor que 60%.

Inspección
Haga una inspección completa al menos una vez al año. Preste mucha atención a las piezas desgastadas, las conexiones y los tornillos.
8. SOLUCIÓN DE PROBLEMAS
DESCRIPCIÓN SOLUCIÓN DEL PROBLEMA
Si la grúa no funciona correctamente
1. Compruebe si el botón de para de emergencia está presionado.
2. Verique que el controlador y los cables del actuador están
correctamente conectados.
3. Verique el nivel de la batería en la pantalla de visualización en
el panel de control.
4. Verique si hay algún problema o daño en el panel de contacto
de la batería.
Si el cargador no carga la batería
1. Compruebe si el cargador está enchufado correctamente.
2. Verique si hay algún problema o daño en el panel de contacto
de la batería.
Si la grúa se para durante el ascenso
1. Compruebe si el botón de parada de emergencia está presio-
nado.
2. Utilice el descenso de emergencia.
9. INDICACIONES Y CONTRAINDICACIONES
Indicaciones
Todos los pacientes cuya movilidad esté limitada, pero que no estén mencionados en las contraindicaciones.
Contraindicaciones
Los síndromes como la osteogénesis imperfecta, la osteoporosis o los daños en la columna vertebral y la aberración mental o los ataques
epilépticos pueden ser contraindicaciones. El uso de HY101-01A (HY201) sólo está permitido después de que el médico y el personal
asistencial hayan estudiado detenidamente a cada paciente.Mientras tanto, debe evitarse el uso de una grúa para pacientes si el paciente
está agitado, se resiste o es combativo.

4. ASSEMBLY AND OPERATION
4.1. Inspection
Please verify if there are missing parts (checklist for accessories
shall be subject to list attached with the product).
Step 3 : Installation of control box
1. Fasten the 2xM5x10 screws into threaded holes on the frame
as in the following picture:
Step 4: Remove and install the battery box.
1. Removal: press down the switch A and remove the battery
following the direction of B (Fig. 1).
2. Installation: Put the battery in place and press the switch
along the C direction. Make sure that the battery does not
separate without pressing the switch (Fig. 2 and 3).
4.2. Installation procedure
Step 1: Release the locknut and bolt and the raise up the frame
and align the holes. Fix bolt as shown in drawing on the right
and have not properly attached (make sure no movement on
the frame).
Step 2: Release the strap.
2. Rotate the lock to direction of open. Fasten the control box into
the frame and have the upper screws locked.
3. Turn the lock 90 degrees to the right and lock the control box.

5. USER MANUAL
5.1. Use of controller
Control the upper and lower part of the lift arm by means of the
hand control’s up and down buttons.
The patient lift stops working once the up and down buttons
are released.
5.4. Emergency ascent and descent
In case of malfunction at the controller or no controller, press
the up/down button to return the actuator to its place.
5.2. Base width adjustment
The width of the base can be adjusted with the foot pedal. Press
the pedal to the left for a wider base and press the pedal to the
right for a narrow base.
5.5. Control device connection
There are 4 ports on the control device, 1 for the controller, 2 for
the actuator and the rest for the power supply.

5.3. Emergency stop button
The emergency stop button is used to switch the power on/o. It allows the engine to stop running immediately in case of danger.
O: press the red button (see picture A).
On: turn the red button clockwise (see picture B) and the control device will be activated.
It is recommended that this button be pressed if the lift has not been used for more than 3 days, to prolong the battery life.

5.6. Manual emergency descent and manual
emergency ascent
Turn the red sleeve along the direction of the arrow for manual
emergency descent and the reverse for manual ascent.
5.7. Locking and unlocking of the rear wheel
You can lock the rear wheels. Use your foot to lock and unlock
the rear wheels.

Caution: It is not necessary to lock the rear wheels during a raising and lowering movement.
Warning: locking the wheels during raising the patient increases the risk of tipping during the raising and lowering movement.
5.8. Patient lifting operation
5.8.1. Security operation
Keep the lift arm and body in an upright position. Warning: an unbalanced lift creates the risk of tipping over.
5.8.2. Lifting the patient
From/to: Bed Chair/Toilet Floor
Note: A pillow under the patient’s head will make it more comfortable.

5.8.3. Folding structure
1. Lower the actuator and then fully secure the lift arm.
2. Remove the bolt before folding the frame.
3. The support plate must be released before the frame is lifted.
Note: Remove the control box before folding the structure.
6. BATTERY CHARGE
1. When the battery has only 1 bar left, the controller box will beep 4 times, reminding you to charge immediately. The actuator will not
operate without charging.
2. Battery charging procedure.
When the battery beeps, turn o the emergency stop button and plug in the controller box. Once the battery is fully charged, the battery
level status shows 4 bars (100%) and the LED on the controller box will stop ashing.
Notes
1 .Turn o the emergency stop button and stop using the lift during loading.
2. Remove the control box and keep it in the shade, if the patient does not use it for a long period of time. Charge the battery once a month.
3. Do not charge the battery in a humid environment.
4. In case it is not used daily, it is recommended that you turn o the emergency stop button to maintain the battery level.
7. CARE AND MAINTENANCE
For safety reasons, the inspection routine listed below should be carried out daily.
1. Check for any damage or wear
2. Make sure that the nuts and bolts on the lift arm are secure.
3. Check if the hook on the lift arm is working properly.
4. Check the controller, actuator and base width adjustment.
5. Check emergency lowering function.
6. Verication of the emergency ascent function.
If necessary, use warm water or alcohol to clean the lift. Make sure that there is no dust and hair on the wheels.
Caution: When cleaning the lift, do not use products containing phenol or chlorine, as this may cause damage to the plastic material.
Transport and storage
Press the emergency stop button for transport or if the lift will not be used for a certain period of time. The temperature for storage of the
lift should be above 0° and relative humidity less than 60%.

Inspection
Make a complete inspection at least once a year. Pay close attention to worn parts, connections and screws.
8. TROUBLESHOOTING
DESCRIPTION SOLUTION TO THE PROBLEM
If the lift doesn’t work properly
1. Check if the emergency stop button is pressed.
2. Verify that the controller and actuator wires are properly
connected.
3. Check the battery level on the display screen on the control
panel.
4. Check for any problems or damage to the battery contact panel.
If the charger doesn’t charge the battery
1. Check if the charger is plugged in correctly.
2. Check if there is any problem or damage to the battery contact
panel.
If the lift stops during the ascent 1. Check whether the emergency stop button is pressed in.
2. Use the emergency lowering.
9. INDICATIONS AND CONTRAINDICATIONS
Indications
All patients whose mobility is limited but not mentioned in the contraindications.
Contraindications
Disorders such as Osteogenesis imperfecta, osteoporosis or spinal column damage and mental aberration or epileptic attacks can be
contraindications. HY101-01A (HY201) only permitted to be used after careful consideration of the individual patient by the doctor and the
care personnel. Meanwhile, the use of a patient lift should be avoided if the patient is agitated, resistant or combative.

4. ASSEMBLAGE ET FONCTIONNEMENT
4.1 Inspection
Vériez s’il manque des pièces (la liste des accessoires doit être
soumise à la liste jointe au produit).
Étape 3 : Installation du boîtier de commande
1. Fixer les vis 2xM5x10 dans les trous de la structure comme
indiqué sur la photo ci-dessous:
Étape 4 : Retirez et installez le boîtier de la batterie.
1. Retrait : appuyez sur l’interrupteur A et retirez la batterie en
suivant le sens de B (Fig. 1).
2. Installation: mettez la batterie en place et appuyez sur
l’interrupteur dans la direction du C. Assurez-vous que la
batterie ne se sépare pas sans appuyer sur l’interrupteur (Fig.
2 et 3).
4.2. Processus d’installation
Étape 1 : Desserrez le contre-écrou et le boulon, puis soulevez
le cadre et alignez les trous. Fixez le boulon comme indiqué
sur le dessin de droite. Assurez-vous que vous l’avez positionné
correctement et qu’il n’y a pas de mouvement dans le cadre.
Étape 2 : Relâchez la sangle.
2. Tournez la serrure dans le sens de l’ouverture. Maintenez
le boîtier de commande avec le cadre et verrouillez les vis
supérieures.
3. Tournez le verrou de 90 degrés dans le sens des aiguilles d’une
montre et verrouillez le boîtier de commande..
