1. GENERAL INFORMATION
Transmitter MOBILUS C-AR module MOBILUS operating in COSMO | 2WAY system. Designed to
control MOBILUS receivers: ER, ERS, MR, actuators, MOBILUS C-MR modules, based on the signals
from the control panel control interface. The small dimensions of the module allow for placement
in the wall box
2. IMPORTANT INFORMATIONS
• Read the instructions carefully before use.
• When unpacking the unit, make sure that there is no damage in the transport. If so, you
should immediately inform the supplier.
• Read the operating manual carefully before use.
• MOBILUS C-AR module should be powered by 230 V ~, 50 Hz. Its installation should only be
carried out by persons with electrical qualifications according to the enclosed electrical diagram in
accordance with all applicable regulations.
• The appliance must be installed in place not accessible for children.
• MOBILUS C-AR transmitter is designed for cooperation with all COSMO, COSMO | 2WAY
receivers.
• The range of the radio control is limited by regulations for maximum power of the remote
control and the conditions of the installation of the equipment. When designing the location
of the remote control, consider limiting the range to about 20m by 2 walls.

Range of operation: up to 40 m in open area, up to 20 m in building (depending on type of construc-
tion, materials used and units).
Installation location – concealed box �≥ 50 mm.
Working temperature:0 °C – 40 °C.
Dimensions – 44 x 46 x 19 mm.

5. INSTALLATION OF THE DEVICE
1. Make sure that the mains voltage is disconnected.
2. Connect the MOBILUS C-AR module as shown in - Fig. 5.
3. Place the MOBILUS C-AR module in the electrical box or near the control panel.
4. Properly align the antenna (as far away as possible from metal elements).
5. Turn on the mains voltage.

6. LOADING THE MOBILUS C-AR MODULE INTO THE RADIO ACTUATOR
1. Using a remote control MASTER enter the actuator to the programming mode.
1. On the remote control, press and hold simultaneously the STOP and UP buttons until the
drive of the actuator performs one sequence of micro movements down / up, confirming
entry in the PROGRAMMING MODE. - Fig. 6a.
2. On the MOBILUS C-AR module briefly press the programming button - the actuator will
execute one sequence of micro moves down / up. - Fig. 6b.

3. If within 20 sec. no programming will occur, the actuator will automatically return to the
OPERATION MODE. You can accelerate to the OPERATION MODE by hand using the MA-
STER control. In this case, press the STOP and UP buttons on the remote control and hold
it for more than 5 seconds. In both cases, the return to the WORK MODE will be confirmed
by a sequence of micro moves down / up of the drive. - Fig. 6c.

command is sent to the receiver.

Opening the K2 and COM connectors sends the UP command to the receiver - Fig. 8.2a.
Shorting of the K2 and COM connectors sends the DOWN command to the receiver - Fig. 8.2b.
9. CHANGE OF COSMO - COSMO 2WAY COMMUNICATION MODE
Transmitter MOBILUS C-AR works in the latest version of the radio communication COSMO | 2WAY.
If you need to change the mode to an older version (eg if you buy a module for older types of radio
actuators with COSMO communication) Please follow the instructions below:
1. Press and hold the programming key P - Fig. 9 for about 10 seconds.
2. LED illumination and sound length indicate activation of appropriate communication standard:
a) 5x short LED flash and short beeps - latest COSMO | 2WAY communication;
b) 5x long LED flash and long beeps - current COSMO communication;
