Le presenti istruzioni di montaggio riguardano i due modelli di scale JAZZ 22 - JAZZ 25 differenziati dalla sigla “FX”
e“SC” e suddivise in due parti:
Per modello “FX” si intende una tipologia di scala in cui la ringhiera è caratterizzata dalla presenza di cavi flessibili
per tutto il suo sviluppo.
Per modello “SC”si intende una tipologia di scala con ringhiera semplice.
STRUCTURE OF THE MANUAL
The present assembly instructions relate to the two JAZZ 22 - JAZZ 25 staircase models - which are differentiated by
the “FX” and “SC” labels -and are subdivided into to parts :
The “FX” model refers to a staircase type the banister of which is characterised by the presence of flexible
cables along its full length.
The “SC” model refers to a staircase type characterised by a simple banister.

Les notices de montage ci-jointes concernent les deux modèles d’escaliers JAZZ 22 - JAZZ 25 sont identifiées sous
le sigle “FX” et “SC” et elles sont divisées en deux parties:
Pour le modèle “FX”, on entend une typologie d’escalier où les câbles flexibles sont présents sur toute la longueur
de la rampe.
Pour le modèle “SC”, on entend une typologie d’escalier à rampe simple.

Diese Montageanleitungen beziehen sich auf die beiden Treppenmodelle JAZZ 22 - JAZZ 25, mit den
Unterscheidungskennzeichen “FX” und “SC” und Aufteilung in zwei Teile:
Mit Modell “FX” ist ein Treppentyp gemeint, dessen Geländer über seine gesamte Ausdehnung hinweg durch
flexible Seile gekennzeichnet ist.
Mit Modell “SC” ist ein Treppentyp mit einfachem Geländer gemeint.

Las presentes instrucciones de montaje son aplicables a los dos modelos de escalera JAZZ 22 - JAZZ 25 diferenciados
por las siglas “FX” y“SC”, y están divididas en dos partes:
Por modelo “FX” se entiende un tipo de escalera en la que la barandilla se caracteriza por la presencia de cables
flexibles en todo su desarrollo.
Por modelo “SC” se entiende un tipo de escalera con barandilla sencilla.

Prima di procedere con le varie fasi di montaggio, vuotare il cartone e posizionare tutti i particolari su una superficie
piana, verificare la presenza di tutti i componenti come da distinta allegata, che il numero dei pezzi sia conforme a
quanto riportato sulla scheda allegata e che non vi siano parti danneggiate.

Before proceeding with the various assembly stages, empty the package and arrange all components on a flat
surface, check that all components included in the list attached are present, that the number of pieces is the same
as the number reported in the attached file and no component is damaged.

Avant de procéder aux différentes phases de montage, retirer tous les éléments du carton et les disposer sur une
surface plane. Contrôler que tous les composants sont présents en se référant à liste d’accompagnement, contrôler
que le nombre de pièces est conforme aux indications reportées sur la fiche ci-jointe et vérifier qu’aucun élément ne
soit endommagé.

positionieren und prüfen, dass alle Bauteile laut beiliegender Packliste in der angegebenen Menge vorhanden
sind und keine Beschädigungen aufweisen.

Antes de proceder con las diversas fases del montaje, vacíe el embalaje y disponga todas las piezas sobre una
superficie plana. Compruebe que están todos los componentes de la lista adjunta, que el número de piezas
coincide con el indicado en la ficha y que no haya piezas dañadas.

“H” Höhenmaß (Abb. 2)
“P” Auftrittsmaß, laut Angaben auf S. 24 zu berechnen.
“A” Tritthöhenmaß, laut S.25 zu erfassen, siehe beiliegende Zeichnung (Treppengrundriss)
Merke: Alle im Handbuch angegebenen Maße sind in “mm” (Millimetern) ausgedrückt.
DETERMINACIÓN DE LA ALTURA ÚTIL
En la fig. 1, se indican las medidas que hay que establecer.
“H” Medida de la altura (fig. 2)
“P” Medida de la huella, calculada según las indicaciones de la pág. 26
“A” Medida de la contrahuella; para eterminarla utilice el método de la página 27. Véase el dibujo adjunto
(planta de la escalera).
NOTA: Todas las medidas que se indican en el manual son en milímetros (mm).

IMPOSTAZIONE JAZZ 22 - JAZZ 25
Le istruzioni di montaggio di seguito riportate, si riferiscono a due tipologie di scale modulari:
JAZZ 22 - JAZZ 25.
Questi Modelli di “scale modulari” consentono di regolare l’alzata “A” e la pedata “P” in funzione dello spazio a
disposizione, e vengono eseguiti direttamente all’atto della posa.
Con la sigla “JAZZ 22”, si intende il modello di scala con una larghezza del gradino che può variare da 600 mm a 850
mm, con incremento di 10 mm ( come indicato nella tabella sottostante).
Con la sigla “JAZZ 25”, si intende il modello di scala con una larghezza del gradino che può variare da 750 mm a 950
mm, sempre con incremento di 10 mm.
La tipologia e le istruzioni per un corretto montaggio sono identiche.
Prima di procedere con le operazioni di montaggio, è opportuno stabilire la giusta configurazione.
La scala può essere addossata ad una parete o ambientata in uno spazio aperto.
L’ambientazione e lo spazio a disposizione determinano inoltre il senso di salita, che può essere destro o sinistro e
la configurazione vera e propria della scala, con una forma chiamata a “L” o ad “U”, come viene illustrato nelle pagine
successive.

CONFIGURATION JAZZ 22 - JAZZ 25
The assembly instructions reported below refer to two types of modular staircases:
JAZZ 22 - JAZZ 25.
They are “modular staircases” since their rise “A” and tread “P” may be adjusted according to the
available space.
The label “JAZZ 22” refers to the staircase model the step width of which may range from 600 mm to 850 mm
with a 10 mm increase (as reported in the table below).
The label “JAZZ 25” refers to the staircase model the step width of which may range from 750 mm to 950 mm
with a 10 mm increase (as reported in the table below).
The staircase type and correct assembly instructions are the same.
Before proceeding to the assembly operations, the correct configuration must be identified.
The staircase may lean against a wall or located in an open space.
The available setting and space also define the climbing direction, which may be right or left, and the actual
configuration of the staircase, which may be “L-” or “U-shaped”, as shown in the following pages.

Les notices de montage reportées ci-dessous se réfèrent aux deux types d’escaliers modulaires:
JAZZ 22 - JAZZ 25.
Ils sont “escaliers modulaires” car il est possible d’ajuster la hauteur de marche “A” et le giron “P” en fonction de
l’espace à disposition.
Le sigle “JAZZ 22” se réfère au modèle d’escalier dont les marches ont une largeur qui peut varier de 600 mm à 850
mm, à incrément de 10 mm (comme indiqué sur le tableau ci-dessous).
Le sigle “JAZZ 25” se réfère au modèle d’escalier dont les marches ont une largeur qui peut varier de 750 mm à 950
mm, toujours à incrément de 10 mm.
La typologie et les instructions à suivre pour effectuer un bon montage sont identiques.
Avant de procéder aux opérations de montage, il est opportun de déterminer la configuration.
L’escalier peut être appuyé contre un mur ou placé dans un espace ouvert.
L’agencement et l’espace à disposition déterminent aussi le sens de montée qui peut être à droite ou à gauche, ainsi
que la configuration finale de l’escalier à forme dite en “L” ou en “U”, comme illustré sur les pages suivantes.

EINSTELLUNG JAZZ 22 - JAZZ 25
Die folgenden Montageanleitungen beziehen sich auf die beiden Modultreppen:
JAZZ 22 - JAZZ 25.
Sie werden als “Modultreppen” bezeichnet, weil deren Tritthöhe “A” und Auftritt “P” je nach dem verfügbaren
Raum eingestellt werden kann.
Mit “JAZZ 22” ist das Treppenmodell mit einer von 600 mm bis 850 mm veränderlichen Stufenbreite gemeint,
(Zunahme jeweils um 10 mm laut unten stehender Tabelle).
Mit “JAZZ 25” ist das Treppenmodell mit einer von 750 mm bis 950 mm veränderlichen Stufenbreite gemeint
(Zunahme ebenfalls jeweils um 10 mm).
Die Methode und die Anleitungen für eine korrekte Montage sind identisch.
Vor Beginn der Montage ist eine korrekte Konfiguration zu bestimmen.
Die Treppe kann an einer Wand anliegend oder in einem offenen Raum aufgestellt werden.
Der Raum und der verfügbare Freiraum bestimmen außerdem die entweder rechts- oder linksläufige
Aufstiegsrichtung und die eigentliche Treppengestaltung in der “L”- oder “U”-Form laut Erläuterung auf den
folgenden Seiten.

COLOCACIÓN DE LAS JAZZ 22 - JAZZ 25
Las instrucciones de montaje que se dan a continuación se refieren a dos tipos de escaleras modulares:
JAZZ 22 - JAZZ 25.
Se denominan “escaleras modulares” porque es posible regular su contrahuella “A” y su huella “P” en función del
espacio de que se dispone.
Con la sigla “JAZZ 22”, se nombra el modelo de escalera con una anchura de escalón que puede variar de 600 mm
a 850 mm, con incremento de 10 mm (como se indica en la tabla siguiente).
Con la sigla “JAZZ 25”, se denomina el modelo de escalera con una anchura de escalón que puede variar de 750
mm a 950 mm, también con incremento de 10 mm.
El tipo y las instrucciones para el correcto montaje son idénticos en ambos tipos de escalera.
Antes de proceder con las operaciones de montaje, es útil establecer la configuración adecuada.
La escalera puede colocarse adosada a una pared o ambientada en un espacio abierto.
La ambientación y el espacio a disposición determinan también el sentido de subida, que puede ser a izquierdas o
a derechas, y la verdadera configuración de la escalera, con una forma denominada en “L” o en “U”, tal y como se
ilustra en las páginas siguientes.

di esecuzione di scala, (a ventaglio o con pianerottolo),

delle misure di larghezza. Le variabili che definiscono
i modelli JAZZ 22 - JAZZ25, in funzione della
larghezza scala, possono essere rilevate a pag. 8.

CALCOLO DELLA ALZATA
Occorre, per prima cosa, ricordare che le alzate hanno un incremento di 5 mm. Capiterà pertanto, molto spesso, di
avere due tipi di alzata per ogni configurazione di scala.
Inoltre, come dato generale, esse possono variare da un minimo di 170 mm ad un massimo di 235 mm. Sarà
pertanto opportuno che il valore trovato rientri in tali limiti o venga opportunamente arrotondato al valore più vicino e
divisibile per 5.
La prima alzata è sempre 205 mm.
Esempio di calcolo:
Come trovare l’alzata in sei semplici passaggi.
Dal rilievo dell’altezza da pavimento inferiore a pavimento superiore, viene definito il valore della quota “H”
in 3000 mm.
