IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed, including the following:
1. Read all instructions before using.
2. Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter, or touch hot surfaces.
3. To protect against electric shock, do not immerse cord, plug, or dispenser body in water or any other liquid.
4. Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.
5. Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning.
6. Do not operate any appliances with a damaged cord, plug or after the appliances malfunction, or has been
damaged in any manner. Return appliance to nearest authorized service facility for examination, repair or adjustment
7. The use of accessory attachments not recommended by the manufacturer may cause injuries.
8. Do not use in outdoors.
9. Allow at least 2” (5cm) of space between the back of the dispenser and the wall to allow for proper air circulation.
10. Install water dispenser on a level counter or table. Do not install where it will be subject to direct sunlight or heat.
11. Do not install the water dispenser where the temperature will go below 59°F (15°C) or above 100°F (38°C).
12. Do not plug in the power cord or turn on the power switch when the water dispenser is empty.
13. To disconnect the power cord, turn the switch to “off “, then remove plug from wall outlet.
14. Always wash and dry your hands thoroughly before touching the water dispenser.
15. Extreme caution must be used when moving an appliance that contains hot liquid.
16. Do not use this dispenser to dispense anything other than water.
17. Do not use with water that is micro biologically unsafe or of unknown quality.
SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS
18. This appliance must be grounded. In the event of electrical short circuit, grounding reduces risk of electric shock.
19. This appliance has a power cord having a grounding wire with a grounding plug. The plug must be plugged into
an outlet that is properly installed and grounded. The water dispenser is intended to be plugged into a receptacle of
the ground fault circuit interrupting type (GFCI) for water dispenser installations in North America.
20. Consult a qualified electrician if the grounding instructions are not completely understood, or if doubt exists as to
whether the appliance is properly grounded.
21. If the outlet is a standard 2-prong wall outlet, it is your personal responsibility and obligation to have it replaced
with a properly grounded 3-prong wall outlet.
22. Do not under any circumstances cut or remove the third (ground) prong from the power cord.
23. Do not use an adapter plug with this appliance.
24. Do not use an extension cord with this appliance. If the power cord is too short, have a qualified electrician install
an outlet near the appliance.
25. Never place your fingers or any sharp metal object inside the water dispenser, as doing so may damage the
cooler, and also increase the risk of electric shock.
26. Do not immerse the appliance in the water to clean.
27. The appliance should not be exposed to rain.
28. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified
persons in order to avoid a hazard

OF COOLER UNTIL WATER CAN BE DISPENSED FROM
BOTH THE COLD AND HOT FAUCETS. OTHERWISE, YOU

GETTING TO KNOW YOUR COOLER
1. Removable Lid. Remove this lid to get
access to the Float Kit (see below).

1. Hot Water Drain. The only way to remove the
water from the internal hot tank is to pull out the
drain plug and let the water drain into a sink or
bucket. Please use caution when removing the
hot water drain plug. Before you remove the drain
plug, please turn off the hot water switch and let
the cooler sit for at least 8 hours to allow the
temperature to decrease.

FLOAT KIT INFORMATION: IMPORTANT
If water does not dispense
from your cooler once it is set
up, the backup safety shut off
mechanism has been
tripped.
If the backup float (round) is
tripped, it shuts off all water
to the cooler. This can
happen in transportation and
can happen if the cooler gets
bumped (after it is installed).
To reset, just push the red
button. Push the reset button
now to be sure it’s not
tripped. .

3. CHECK FLOATS
Look under the Float Kit. You will
see 2 air-filled “floats” - a main
“float” (square) that shuts offthe
water flow when reservoir is full,
and a round backup safety float if
the first float were to fail.
Occasionally, floats come loose in
transportation. If either float is not
attached, click it back into place.
Make sure that both floats can
freely move up and down.
2. LIFT OUT FLOAT KIT
When you remove the External Lid
(previous step), you’ll see the blue
Float Kit that seals the cold water
reservoir (and holds the 2 floats).
You need to remove that lid so
that you can check everything
inside the reservoir to be sure that
nothing has come offin shipping. "
Just grab the two handles on the
sides and pull straight up (see
diagram on previous page).
1. REMOVE EXTERNAL LID
Remove the lid on the Chill cooler
to expose the top of the Float Kit
(it is blue and covers the
reservoir). There is a small,
rounded “cut out” in the back of
the lid to help you remove it.

6. REPLACE LID
Replace the external lid. You’re
now ready to proceed with set up.

4. CHECK BAFFLE
a) Inside the stainless steel
reservoir, you’ll find a 2-piece
baffle. Sometimes, this can come
loose in transportation. Push the
baffle straight down to make sure
that it is secure. (If it is loose, it
can rise up and trip the safety
floats.) If the baffle is dislodged,
push it into the center hole in the
bottom of reservoir.
5. PRESS RESET BUTTON
a) Push the Float Kit back into the
reservoir to seal it. "
b) Then, press red reset button. If
the round Backup Float (from Step
3) is tripped, it shuts offall water
to the cooler as a safety
precaution. This can also happen
in transportation or if cooler gets
bumped (after it is installed). "
In the future, if water does not
dispense, pushing the red button
usually fixes the issue.

3. turn on Cold & Hot
Water
Turn on the sink’s cold water and
and hot water - let them run for
30-60 seconds.
2. PREPARE FILTER
Open the included MOJO Water
filter and remove the cap. "
Write the date on the front of the
filter so you know when you
installed/replaced the filter. "
Your Chill cooler uses model
M1000 filters that are always
available on MOJO Water's
website or on Amazon.
1. GENERAL Overview
The set up will show you how to
insert a T-style valve (called Angle
Stop) onto the cold water pipe
under a sink. Then, a 1/4”
waterway bring the water to the
filter inlet. Water will also continue
to feed the cold water side of the
sink. The purified water will leave
from the outlet of the filter and
then will be run through a small
hole in the countertop - and then
to the back of the Chill.
6. Remove Cold Water

Remove the line that connects the
cold water faucet line to the shut
off valve. Some water may spill
out.
5. Turn Off Cold Shut-
Off Valve
Shut-offvalves come in all kinds
of shapes and sizes - but they all
basically work the same way.
Rotate until the valve stops. The
water should now be off. Go up to
the sink and turn on only the cold
water. If nothing comes out, your
valve works and you’ve shut off
water to the sink.

4. Feel Temperature Of
Pipes
Under the sink, you should see 2
pipes. The overwhelming majority of
sink’s in the USA have cold water
on the right and hot water on the
left. To be sure, feel the temp of the
pipes to determine which is hot and
which is cold. You will be installing
the waterway onto the cold water
pipe.

9. Cut 3-Ft. Section Of
Waterway
Use a straight edge razor to cut a
3-foot section of waterway. (You
can also use sharp scissors.)
Make sure that you cut the
waterway at a 90 degree angle. If
it’s cut on a slant, it can leak. This
waterway will bring the water from
the Angle Stop Valve to the filter.
8. Turn Angle Valve

Turn the water OFF on the Angle
Stop Valve. It should be
perpendicular to the part of the
valve that it’s attached to. "
You can also turn the water ON at
the Shut OffValve (that feeds the
sink).
7. Attach ANGLE VALVE
to shut off valve
First, hand tighten the angle stop
valve adapter onto the cold water
valve. Then, finish tightening 1/2
turn with adjustable wrench. Be
careful not to over-tighten or
cross-thread as damage to
threads can occur. Some valve
threads may be exposed when
adapter is fully seated.
12. Look For Arrow On
Top Of Filter Head
You are now going to mount the
filter head to the inside of the sink
cabinet. The water can only flow
one way through the filter head so
it’s important to make note of
which way the arrow is pointing.
Water flows in that direction only.
11. TIGHTEN NUT
Tighten the nut which will lock the
waterway into place. Be careful
not to over-tighten or cross-thread
as damage to threads can occur.
Some valve threads may be
exposed when adapter is fully
seated.

10. Push Waterway Into
Angle Stop
Remove the nut from the angle stop
valve (may require a wrench). Then,
slide the nut onto the waterway. You
will then will push the waterway all
the way onto the Angle Stop Valve -
and then screw the nut back into
place. This will allow the waterway
to bring water to your new Chill
cooler - and also provide water to
your sink.

15. Push In Waterway
Push the waterway coming from
the wall into the Water Inlet
(marked Water In). You will feel a
slight resistance when you first
push the waterway into the Water
Inlet. Push the waterway past that
initial slight resistance (all the way
in). The waterway locks/seals
automatically. No tools are
needed. Pull gently on the
waterway to insure that it’s locked
into place.
14. Waterway: from
Angle Stop To Filter
You are now going to attach the
waterway to the INLET of the filter
head. Remember the direction of
the arrow? You have to attach the
waterway so that the water will run
in the same direction as the arrow.

to Wall Of Cabinet
Using a screwdriver, attach the
filter head to the wall inside of
your kitchen cabinet (under the
sink).

Pull the waterway through the
underside of the hole and push it
into the filter OUTLET. Push
waterway past the initial slight
resistance (all the way in). Pull
gently on the waterway to insure
that it’s locked into place. Attach
filter to filter head making sure that
the 2 guides are lined up.
17. Feed Waterway
Through Hole
Cut another piece of waterway
that is long enough to bring the
water from the OUTLET of the
filter to the back of the cooler.
Extra waterway is perfectly fine.
Push the waterway through the
hole so that it goes through to the
inside of the cabinet under the
sink.
16. Drill Small Hole In
Counter
The waterway that will bring the
water from the filter is 1/4” wide.
Drill a hole in the counter using a
drill bit larger than 1/4”. Make sure
that you line up the hole so that it
goes through to the cabinet under
the sink. There are many types of
counters and the scope of drilling
through all of those variations are
too large to be covered in this
manual.

3. PLUG INTO Electrical
OUTLET
Plug Chill cooler into standard 3-
prong electrical outlet. You do not
need to wait for the cooler to fill
completely from the previous step.
2. TURN WATER ON
Turn the water on by turning the
valve so that it is parallel with the
waterway. (Water is offwhen it is
perpendicular.) "
You will hear the water start to fill
the internal cold water reservoir.

(marked Water In). You will feel a

Inlet. Push the waterway past that

Do NOT turn on hot water switch.
5. TURN ON HOT SWITCH
After water comes out of hot
faucet (previous step), remove
label and turn on hot tank switch. "
TIPS: If you do not want hot water
to be dispensed from your cooler,
leave this switch off. Please note
that the red switch will light up
when the water heater is
activated. Once hot water
reaches desired temperature,
heater turns offand switch does
not illuminate.

6. FLUSH FILTER
a) Place a cup or bucket under the
dispensing area. "
B)Dispense about one gallon of
water from either cold or hot side.
Pour this water into the sink. It
may be a little bit offcolor. That’s
OK - it is from settlement that can
occur in the filter during shipping. "
Put drip tray under faucets. "
Wait up to 30 minutes for initial
cooling and heating of your water. "

4. FILL HOT TANK
a) Place a cup or other container
under the red hot water faucet. "
b) Squeeze hot water handle
together and then push down. "
c) Hold it until water comes out of
the faucet (may take 3+ minutes).
Once a steady stream of water
comes out, release button and let
cooler refill. Water must come out of
cooler before moving to next step.

TO DRAIN COOLER
The faucets do not drain the
cooler completely. If you need to
remove all water from cooler: "
1) Unplug cooler from electrical
outlet & let the hot water cool
down for an hour+. Then, 2)
remove drain plug on the bottom
of the cooler by pulling it straight
out. Let the water flow into a
bucket or sink. Be careful - water
may still be hot.
cold temp adjustment
Adjust the temperature of the cold
water by rotating the thermostat
control located on back of the
cooler. Use a “flat-head”
screwdriver. Clockwise is colder. "
TIP: If you turn the thermostat all
the way counterclockwise, you’ll
turn offthe cold function. The Chill
will now dispense Hot (assuming
the hot tank switch is on) and
room temperature water.
TO REMOVE WATERWAY
When the waterway was pushed
into the Water Inlet (marked Water
In), it locks into place. If you pull
the waterway out without
unlocking it, leaks can occur. "
To remove the waterway: Push on
ring around the Water Inlet while
you simultaneously pull the
waterway out. Pushing on the ring
unlocks the Water Inlet.
LINE UP FILTER GUIDES
When changing filter, make sure
that you’ve rotated the filter all the
way in place so that the guides
line up. When the guides are not
lined up, water will not flow. "

TURNING WATER OFF
To turn the water off, turn the
valve so that it is perpendicular to
the waterway. This is an optional
item because your Angle Stop
Valve has a shut off. If you use this
additional valve, it can be installed
between the filter and the Chill.
HEATING ON/OFF SWITCH
If you do not want hot water to be
dispensed from your cooler, turn the
hot water switch off. Please note
that the hot on/offswitch will
illuminate (red) when the water
heater is activated. Once hot water
reaches desired temperature, heater
turns offand light inside the switch
turns off.

CLEANING
CAUTION: Set Heating Switch (on the back of the dispenser) to “0" (off) position and unplug the
power cord before cleaning.
Sweep away or vacuum any dust from the condenser coils on the back of the unit. For best
results, use a brush specially designed for this purpose. It is a available at most appliance
stores.
ALL PLASTIC PARTS ARE DISHWASHER SAFE
Lid, drip tray/drip tray grill and shell can be cleaned with any non-abrasive household cleaner.
To prevent damage to plastic parts, avoid abrasive cleaning aids such as steel wool etc.
MAINTENANCE
Condenser: To ensure optimum cooler performance, condenser must be maintained free of dust
and lint. Condenser must be regularly inspected and cleaned with brush.
Drip Tray: The drip tray should be emptied and cleaned regularly. To remove, pull tray
straightforward from the cabinet.
Shipment: If the cooler is removed from service, the water must be completely drained from the
system before transportation.

This appliance is not intended for use by person (including children) with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been
given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for
their safety.
Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
Environment friendly disposal
You can help protect the environment!"
Please remember to respect the local regulations: hand in the non-working electrical
equipments to an appropriate waste disposal centre. The packaging material is
recyclable. Dispose of the packaging in an environmentally friendly manner and make
it available for the recyclable material collection-service.
