If you need additional information on Software
updates, service and maintenance specics, or have
other questions about this equipment use and oper-
ation, please visit www.moniron.com or contact our
technical support via 8 800 250 2828 (free of charge
in Russia). The basic Software version upgrade is a
paid service. The list and location of service centers
can be found at www.prondustry.com
10. Warranty
The Manufacturer warrants the device’s successful perfor-
mance during the warranty period from the day of purchase
provided the user complies with storage and operation
requirements specied in this User’s Manual.
Please keep the original box, the User’s Manual and the lled
warranty certicate. Warranty is revoked in case the device
is shipped without its original packaging, or the storage and
operation requirements have not been complied with. The
Manufacturer is not liable for any defects that occur due to
improper transportation, storage and operation, and due
to mechanical damages. In case the device fails to function
properly during the warranty period, the owner is entitled to
have it repaired at the Service Center. The device is accepted
clean, free of dust and dirt. Cleaning services are not included
in warranty maintenance and are provided at extra charge.
Warranty maintenance and services do not include training to
operate the device and/or perform any functions to support
the device operation (plugging, testing, adjustment, routine
maintenance, etc.) which can be performed by the owner
according to instructions in this User’s Manual.
The Manufacturer reserves the right to implement software
and engineering changes not described in this User’s Manual.
Warranty services are not provided if:
• the warranty certicate is missing or incorrectly lled;
• information in the warranty certicate is edited;
• the operating instructions specied in the “Operating
Instructions” section have not been followed;
• the device has mechanical damages;
• there are foreign items or liquid inside the device;
• there is evidence that the sealed device has been opened.
This warranty does not cover accumulators, power adapters,
power supply units, connectors, lamps, batteries, belts, fuses,
brushes, parts of the device cover and/or any other parts
which have their own limited uptime. The warranty does not
cover the defects caused by unstable environmental condi-
tions or power failures. Replaced defective parts are property
of PRO Intellect Technology. Defective equipment is shipped
to the Service Center at the owner’s expense.
