damage. Reduce the volume to minimum before wearing these headphones, then
increase the volume to a comfortable listening level.
•Do not expose this device to excessively high temperatures. Do not place it in, on,

direct sunlight.
•This device contains a Lithium-polymer battery. Dispose of this device only in
accordance with local, state, or federal regulations for electronic waste.
•Charge the battery before first use and at least once every three months to keep it
fresh and capable of holding the full charge.
•Clean using a soft, dry cloth only. Do not use chemical cleaners, solvents, or
detergents. For stubborn deposits, moisten the cloth with warm water.
•This device has no user serviceable parts. Do not attempt to open, service, or
modify this device.

HEADPHONES BUTTON OPERATION

TRANSMITTER CHARGING BASE BUTTON OPERATION

CHARGING
The internal battery should be charged before first use and at least once every two months
to keep the battery fresh and capable of holding a full charge.
Cable Connection
1. When the LED Indicator begins flashing red or when you hear Low Battery in the
Headphones, the battery charge is low and the Headphones need to be recharged.
2. If power is on, slide the Power Switch to the OFF position.
3. Plug one end of the included Micro USB Charging Cable into the Micro USB
Charging Port on the Headphones, then plug the other end into a USB power
source, such as a wall charger, computer, power bank, etc. (available separately).
The LED Indicator will illuminate solid red, indicating that charging is in progress.
4. When charging is complete, the LED Indicator will turn off.

Transmitter Charging Base
1. When the LED Indicator on the Headphones begins flashing red or when you hear
Low Battery in the Headphones, the battery charge is low and the Headphones
need to be recharged.
2. If power is on, slide the Power Switch on the Headphones to the OFF position.
3. If the Transmitter Charging Base is not already connected to a USB power source,
plug one end of the included Micro USB Charging Cable into the Micro USB
Charging Port on the Transmitter Charging Base, then plug the other end into a USB
power source, such as a wall charger, computer, power bank, etc. (available
separately).
4. Place the Headphones on the Transmitter Charging Base. Ensure that the
Transmitter Charging Base Connector on the Headphones mates with the
Headphones Charging Connector on the Transmitter Charging Base. The LED
Indicator on the Headphones illuminates solid red, indicating that charging is in
progress. If the Transmitter in the Transmitter Charging Base is powered on, it will
automatically power off and the LED Indicator on the Transmitter Charging Base will
flash red once.
5. When charging is complete, the LED Indicator on the Headphones will turn off.
BLUETOOTH PAIRING
1. With the Headphones powered off, slide the Power Switch to the ON position. If
the Headphones are not already paired with a mobile device or if the paired device
is off or out of range, the Headphones will automatically enter Bluetooth® pairing
mode. The LED Indicator will flash red and blue alternately, indicating that the
Headphones are in Bluetooth pairing mode.
Note: If already paired to a mobile device and that device is powered on and within
range, the Headphones will automatically reconnect with that mobile device,
instead of entering Bluetooth pairing mode. If you want to pair a different mobile
device, press and hold the Volume - and Volume + buttons at the same time for 5
seconds to delete the pairing record.

2. Ensure that your mobile device is within 3 feet of the Headphones. Open the
Bluetooth® settings on your device and scan for nearby Bluetooth connections.
3. Locate and select the MP43250 entry. If prompted for a passcode, enter 0000 (four
zeros). Once connected, the LED Indicator will illuminate solid blue.
4. If your mobile device supports the AVRCP Bluetooth profile, you can use the
controls on the Headphones to answer calls, adjust volume, play/pause playback,
and skip tracks.
Note: If the connection is lost due to moving the paired devices too far apart, the
Headphones will attempt to reconnect every 15 seconds. After 10 minutes of no reconnect,
the Headphones will enter Bluetooth pairing mode.
PAIRING AND BINDING THE TRANSMITTER CHARGING BASE
Perform the following steps to pair and Bind the Headphones to the Transmitter Charging
Base.
1. With the Transmitter Charging Base powered off, slide the Power Switch to the ON
position.
2. Press and hold the MFB for 5 seconds to put the Transmitter Charging Base in
Bluetooth® pairing mode.
3. Double press the MFB to delete the existing pairing record.
4. With the Headphones powered off, slide the Power Switch to the ON position. The
Headphones should automatically enter Bluetooth pairing mode, with the LED
Indicator flashing red and blue alternately.
5. Place the Headphones next to the Transmitter Charging Base. They should pair and
connect within 5-30 seconds. The LED Indicators on the Headphones and
Transmitter Charging Base should illuminate solid blue, indicating that they are
connected to each other.
6. Double press the MFB on the Transmitter Charging Base to Bind the Headphones
and Transmitter Charging Base. The LED Indicator on the Transmitter Charging Base
will flash blue 5 times, indicating that the Binding was successful.

Once Binding has been completed, the Transmitter Charging Base and Headphones will
automatically reconnect after being powered on.
MULTIPOINT PAIRING
In addition to pairing with the included Headphones, the Transmitter Charging Base can be
paired with a second pair of Headphones, a Bluetooth speaker, etc. Perform the following
steps to pair a second device with the Transmitter Charging Base.
1. Ensure that both the Headphones and the Transmitter Charging Base are powered
on, paired, and connected.
2. Press and hold the MFB on the Transmitter Charging Base for 5 seconds to put it
into Bluetooth® pairing mode. The LED Indicator will flash red and blue alternately,
indicating that it is in Bluetooth pairing mode.
3. Power on your second device and put it into Bluetooth pairing mode. Place the
second device next to the Transmitter Charging Base. The device should pair to the
Transmitter Charging Station within 5-30 seconds. The LED Indicator will illuminate
solid blue, indicating that a Multipoint Connection is active.
Note that the selected audio codec is determined by the codecs supported on the two
devices. The priority order is aptX™ Low Latency, aptX™, and SBC. If the two devices do
not support the same codecs, the SBC codec will be selected.
AUDIO CONNECTIONS
3.5mm Headphones Connection
If your audio device does not have Bluetooth® or if you prefer to not use Bluetooth, you
can plug the Headphones directly into the audio output of your device.
1. Plug one end of the included 3.5mm Audio Cable into the 3.5mm Audio Jack on the
Headphones, then plug the other end into the Headphones jack on your phone or
another 3.5mm audio source.

2. Use the audio playback controls on your connected device to control playback. The
controls on the Headphones do not function without a Bluetooth connection.
Optical Transmitter Charging Base Connection
You can connect the Transmitter Charging Base to a digital optical audio output from a
television or audio amplifier/receiver.
1. Plug one end of the included Optical Audio Cable into the Optical Audio Input on
the Transmitter Charging Base, then plug the other end into the optical audio
output on your device.
2. Use the controls on the connected device to control playback. Use the Volume -
and Volume + controls on the Headphones to adjust the volume level.
Note that the Optical Audio Input on the Transmitter Charging Base is disabled whenever a
cable is plugged into the 3.5mm Audio Input.
3.5mm Transmitter Charging Base Connection
You can also connect the Transmitter Charging Base to an analog audio source, such as the
headphones output on a smartphone.
1. Plug one end of the included 3.5mm Audio Cable into the 3.5mm Audio Input on the
Transmitter Charging Base, then plug the other end into the 3.5mm audio output on
your audio source device (e.g., smartphone).
2. Use the controls on the connected device to control playback. Use the Volume -
and Volume + controls on the Headphones to adjust the volume level.
Note that the Optical Audio Input on the Transmitter Charging Base is disabled whenever a
cable is plugged into the 3.5mm Audio Input.
