4140 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

Install the Locking-Handle Assembly, see Figure 1.

Position and secure handle (Part A) to
door panel by using the (2) 8-32 x .25"
long Screws (Part B). Position the Cam
with Pins (Part C) on the handle shaft.
Place the (2) Lock Rods (Part D)
through the slots in the upper and lower
door stieners and flanges. Position the
lock rod hole on the cam pins.
Insert the Cam Plate (Part E) on the
handle shaft and cam pins, and secure
with the Spring Retainer Clip (Part F).
If installation includes a wood or laminate top,
center top surface on cabinet.
Mark the hole locations for
drilling on bottom side of
top surface. (4) Hole
locations per cabinet.
Drill pilot holes 3/4" deep
using 5/32" drill bit .
***Do not exceed 1"
depth for risk of
breaking through
the top surface.***
Realign top surface onto cabinet and install
as shown with torx bit and #14 Wood Screws
(Part I).

For ganging multiple cabinets, use 1/4-20
Screws (Part G) and KEPS Nuts (Part H).
There are (4) hole locations for ganging
present on each side panel. Open center doors
outward for access to upper holes.
