Clean the baking plates with a damp cloth or sponge.
Slightly grease the baking plates with a lile cooking oil.
Take care to prevent water from running into the appliance.

with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilies or lack of experience and
knowledge if they have been given supervision or instrucon concerning the use
of the appliance in a safe way understand the hazards involved. Children shall not
play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by
children unless they are older than 8 and supervised.
2. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children less than 8 years.

USING YOUR APPLIANCE
Before using the appliance for the first me, peel off any promoonal materials
and packaging materials, and check that the cooking plates are clean and free of
dust. If necessary, wipe over with a damp cloth. For best results, pour a teaspoon
of vegetable oil onto the non-sck plates. Spread over with an absorbent kitchen
towel and wipe off any excess oil.
When your appliance is heated for the first me, it may emit slight smoke or
odor. This is normal with many heang appliances. This does not affect the safety
of your appliance.
• Insert the pin plug into the power outlet, you will noce that the power and the
ready light will go on, indicang that the appliance has begun preheang.
• Allow your appliance to pre-heat unl the ready light goes out. This indicates
that the cooking plates have reached the correct temperature for cooking.
• Open the lid, put the meat or other foods on the boom cooking plate.
• Close the lid. The ready light will go on again.
• Cook for about 3 to 8 minutes, the ready light goes off again, or unl golden
brown, adjusng the me to suit your own individual taste.
• When the food is cooked use the handle to open the lid. Remove the foods
with the help of a plasc spatula. Never use metal tongs or a knife as these can
cause damage to the non-sck coang of the cook plates.
• Once you are finished cooking, disconnect the plug from the wall outlet and
leave the unit open to cool.
CLEANING AND CARE
• Always turn off the power and remove the plug aer and before cleaning.
• The cooking plates are coated with non-sck cooking surfaces, therefore lile
cleaning is required. Simply wipe cooking plates over with a damp cloth.
• Do not immerse the appliance in water or other liquid.
• Do not use abrasive scouring pads, powders, or cleaners.
• Do not place in the dishwasher.
• Before next use, lightly grease the cooking plates for easy removal of cooked
hamburgers.
STORAGE
• Always unplug the appliance before storage.
• Always make sure the appliance is cool and dry before storing.
• To minimize storage space in your kitchen, the appliance can be stored vercal-

VERWENDUNG IHRES GERÄTS
Bevor Sie das Gerät zum ersten Mal benutzen, ziehen Sie alle Werbe- und
Verpackungsmaterialien ab und überprüfen Sie, ob die Kochplaen sauber und
staubfrei sind. Wischen Sie sie gegebenenfalls mit einem feuchten Tuch ab. Um

ein opmales Ergebnis zu erzielen, geben Sie einen Teelöffel Pflanzenöl auf die
anhabeschichteten Plaen. Verteilen Sie es mit einem saugfähigen Küchen-
tuch und wischen Sie das überschüssige Öl ab.
Wenn Ihr Gerät zum ersten Mal aufgeheizt wird, kann es zu einer leichten Rauch-
oder Geruchsentwicklung kommen. Das ist bei vielen Heizgeräten normal. Dies
beeinträchgt nicht die Sicherheit Ihres Geräts.
- Stecken Sie den Stecker in die Steckdose. Sie werden feststellen, dass der Strom
und die Bereitschasanzeige aufleuchten, was bedeutet, dass das Gerät mit dem
Vorheizen begonnen hat.
- Lassen Sie das Gerät vorheizen, bis die Bereitschasanzeige erloschen ist. Dies
zeigt an, dass die Kochplaen die richge Temperatur zum Garen erreicht haben.

zange oder ein Messer, da diese die Anhabeschichtung der Kochplaen
beschädigen können.
- Wenn Sie mit dem Kochen ferg sind, ziehen Sie den Stecker aus der Steckdose
und lassen Sie das Gerät offen abkühlen.
REINIGUNG UND PFLEGE
- Schalten Sie nach und vor der Reinigung immer das Gerät aus und ziehen Sie
den Stecker.
- Die Kochplaen sind mit einer Anhabeschichtung versehen, so dass nur
wenig Reinigung erforderlich ist. Wischen Sie einfach mit einem feuchten Tuch

UTILISATION DE VOTRE APPAREIL
Avant d'uliser l'appareil pour la première fois, rerez les matériaux promoon-
nels et les matériaux d'emballage, et vérifiez que les plaques de cuisson sont
propres et exemptes de poussière. Si nécessaire, essuyez-les avec un chiffon

humide. Pour un résultat opmal, versez une cuillère à café d'huile végétale sur
les plaques anadhésives. Étalez-la avec un torchon absorbant et essuyez l'excé-
dent d'huile.
Lorsque votre appareil est chauffé pour la première fois, il peut émere une
légère fumée ou odeur. Ce phénomène est normal avec de nombreux appareils
de chauffage. Cela n'affecte pas la sécurité de votre appareil.
- Insérez la fiche dans la prise de courant, vous remarquerez que le témoin
d'alimentaon et le témoin de disponibilité s'allument, indiquant que l'appareil a
commencé à préchauffer.
- Laissez votre appareil préchauffer jusqu'à ce que le témoin de disponibilité
s'éteigne. Cela indique que les plaques de cuisson ont aeint la température
adéquate pour la cuisson.

da cucina assorbente e asciugare l'olio in eccesso.
Quando il vostro apparecchio viene riscaldato per la prima volta, può emeere
