Important Safeguards
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be
followed.
1.Check that the voltage indicated on the rating plate corresponds with that of the local network
before connecting the appliance to the mains power supply.
2.This appliance cannot be used by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory
or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge unless they have been given
supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the
hazards involved.
3.Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
4.This appliance contains no user serviceable parts. If the power supply cord, plug or any part of
the appliance is malfunctioning or if it has been dropped or damaged, please contact customer
service for help.Improper repairs may place the user at risk of harm.
5.Keep the appliance away from heat or sharp edges that could cause damage.
6.Keep the appliance away from other heat emitting appliances.
7.Do not immerse the appliance in water or any other liquid.
8.Do not operate the appliance with wet hands.
9.Do not remove from the adaptor from the power outlet by pulling the cord, switch off the
vacuum and remove the plug by hand.
10.Do not use the appliance if it has been dropped or if there are visible signs of damage.
11.Do not use the appliance for anything other than its intended use.
12.Do not use any parts/accessories or adapters other than those supplied with this appliance,
as this may cause damage.
13.Do not use any damaged accessories or adapters.
14.Do not use this appliance outdoors.
15.Do not store the appliance in direct sunlight or in high humidity conditions.
16.Do not use this appliance if any of the openings are blocked.
17.Do not use the appliance to pick up flammable liquid, matches, cigarette ends, hot ashes or
any hot, burning or smoking objects.
18.Do not use this appliance to pick up hard, sharp objects such as glass or nails, etc.
19.Do not use the appliance to pick up water or any other liquid, as this poses risk of an electric
shock.
20.Take care when equipping accessories with rotating parts as this could cause entrapment.
21.Switch off the appliance and unplug it from the outlet before changing or fitting accessories.
22.Always ensure that the appliance has cooled fully after use before performing any cleaning or
user maintenance.
23.Use of an extension cord with the appliance is not recommended.
24.Only use the appliance with the power supply unit provided.
25.This appliance should not be operated by means of an external timer or separate remote
control system.
26.This appliance is intended for domestic use only. It should not be used for commercial
purposes.

Electric Floor Brush
1. Push the telescopic aluminum tube end into the suction port of the hand vacuum in horizontal
direction. A "Click" would be heard if it is fitted well.
It can be fitted into both the tube and the hand vacuum. Press the button on it to switch it between
brush and nozzle.
1. Push the floor brush into the snap joint of the telescopic aluminum tube. The sound of "click" means
right and successful installation.
2. To remove the floor brush, press the release button and pull it out.

Please make sure the appliance is charged fully before using. It's recommended to change for 6
hours before its first use.
1. Charge the battery on the appliance.
Choose the accessory according to actual cleaning requirements. The vacuum has two modes of
speed to choose from. Press the power switch first time to start working, second time to switch to
high speed mode and third time to stop working.

2. Charge the battery pack alone.
It's recommended that charge the battery on the appliance to know how much it has charged from
LED indicator lights on the hand vacuum. Charging before the battery runs out completely
would prolong the service life.
It's recommended to do some maintenance daily to keep the machine works regularly and to prolong
its service life.
Unplug the appliance and power it off before cleaning and maintenance.
Scrub it with water and neutral detergent. Prevent the water from flowing into any opening to avoid
short-circuits and damage.
It is recommended that empty the dust cup after each use. The sign is a reminder mark for
emptying the dust cup. Please empty the dust cup once dust approaches or arrives . To dump
dust, aim for the dustbin and press dust dumping button .

Regular cleaning helps to ensure product performance. Just take out the HEPA and its cover out from
the dust cup and wash under the faucet. Please put it back when it's air dried.

It is recommended to clean once after every 4 to 5 times use of the floor brush.
Remove the buckle on the floor brush and take out the fluff brush, clean hair and debris on them.
Remember to put back the fluff brush and lock the buckle well.

The 1-year Limited Warranty is valid for products purchased from our MOOSOO only, starting from
the date of the original retail purchased. We will provide customer service for any defects in quality or
materials under normal, non-commercial use.
1.According to the requirements outlined in this instruction manual, the warranty is subject to the
following conditions and exclusions.
2.This warranty provides, at no extra cost to you all labor and parts necessary to ensure your
machine is in proper operating condition during the warranty period.
3.We provide the repair or replacement of your MOOSOO appliance if your MOOSOO appliance is
found to be defective due to faulty materials, workmanship function within 1 year of purchase or
delivery. ( If any part is no longer available or out of manufacture, we will replace it with a functional
replacement part).
1.Under your MOOSOO guarantee, MOOSOO shall not be liable for costs of repair or replacement of
a product incurred as a result of: Accidental damage, faults caused by negligent use or care, misuse,
neglect, careless operation or handling of the MOOSOO appliance which is not in accordance with
this MOOSOO Instruction Manual.
2.Machines purchased from an unauthorized dealer.
3.Use of parts and accessories other than those produced or recommended by MOOSOO.
4.Repairs or alterations carried out by unauthorized parties or agents.
5.Use of the machine other than for normal domestic purpose, e.g. for commercial or rental purposes.
6.Reduction in battery run time due to battery age or use.
