Because the powerstation is universal and will work
with most USB devices, its hard to be specic about
how much additional power you will get – it depends
on what kind of battery you are charging and what
you’re using it for. But at 6000mAh, rest assured that
this thing will keep you going for hours and hours.
IP65 Rated
When we say this thing is rugged, we mean it. With a
rating of IP65, the powerstation PRO has been tested
using international standards for dust and water
resistance (IP = Ingress Protection). A rating of 65
means that this device is totally dust-proof (with the
ports closed) and resistant to water being sprayed
at it with a water-jet. Getting the powerstation PRO
wet is no big deal (even in the shower*), but don’t try
taking a bath with it.

Compatibility
The powerstation has been designed principally
with Apple products in mind – specically the
iPhone, iPod touch and iPad.We have done extensive
testing on these products and can assure you that
this device is fully compatible with all versions of the
above. If you’d like to try it with your blueberry or
slidekick, be our guest, but we do not guarantee the
outcome. If you do try it, feel free to give us a call

Charging your powerstation
Connectyourpowerstationusingtheincludedmicro
USB cable. You can charge your powerstation using
your computer or using a third party “Works with
iPhone”USB wall adaptor. You can even use your iPad
wall adaptor, which is the fastest method currently
available.(TheLEDslocatedonthetopofthedevice
will blink when charging, after 30 seconds the lights
will turn o. Press the status indicator before you
disconnect to make sure you are fully charged.)

Charging your device using the powerstation
We’ve included a USB A to micro USB cable. You can
use this cable to charge the powerstation, or, use it
backwardstochargeanymicro-usbdevice.Chances
are, if it’s not Apple, its micro-USB. If you’re device isn’t
micro-USB – you’ll have to bring your own cable to
the party.This way, the powerstation can play with
whichever device and connector you have lying
around, not limited to what we choose to ship it with.
In order to charge your device, you will need to have
aUSBcablecompatiblewithyourdevice.Thesecome
standard with all Apple products as well as most other
smartphones, tablets and MP3 players.
Checking the status of the powerstation
You can check the amount of juice your powerstation
has by pressing the button on the side of the device.
Thereare4totalLEDs.Whenthebuttonispressed
the LEDs will illuminate for several seconds. Four
LEDsmeans thatthepowerstationisfully charged
andoneLEDmeansthatit’salmostempty.
To keep your powerstation operating to its fullest
potential, make sure to do the following:
1. Keep your powerstation dry and away from
moisture and corrosive materials.

2. Do not wash the powerstation with harsh
chemicals, soaps or detergents. Just wipe the
case with a soft, water-dampened cloth. Wipe
the pins gently with a soft, dry cloth.
3. Re-charge your powerstation once every three
months when not in use, and remember to
charge it for one hour before putting it away
the rst time.

Will the powerstation charge my iPhone?
Youbet.Thepowerstationis fully compatiblewith
every iPhone.
Can I charge my iPad with the powerstation?
Yes, the powerstation can provide hours of charge
to an iPad. It will not, however, provide a complete
charge to the iPad.
Will the powerstation charge my device?
ThepowerstationhasbeendesignedprincipallywithApple
products in mind – specically the iPhone, iPod touch and
iPad. If you’d like to try it with your blueberry or slidekick,
be our guest, but we do not guarantee the outcome.

Which port is used for charging the powerstation
and which port is used to charge my device?
Connect your cable using the bigger, rectangular
USBporttochargeyourdevice.Thesmaller,micro
USB port is used to recharge the powerstation.
Can I charge the powerstation from a computer’s
USB port?
Yes, the powerstation will charge from any high-
current USB port – which are available on most
computers.Lowercurrentavailableportsonsome
computers, as well as USB ports on keyboards and
hubs, may not eectively charge the powerstation.
Whyaren’ttheLEDsblinkingwhilethepowerstation
is charging?
After connecting to a power source, the LED status
indicatorwillstartblinkingtoindicatecharging.Thelights
will turn o after 30 seconds allowing for a good night’s
rest. Remember to check the status indicator before you
disconnect to make sure you are fully charged.
How many charge cycles do you get in
the powerstation?
Thepowerstationisrechargeableforover500cycles
(These are full cycles. Partial cycles don’t count as
full. So, you can charge your powerstation 10% of
the way 10 times before it counts as a complete
cycle.) Don’t be afraid to top it o!

Can I charge my device while charging
the powerstation?
Sorry. This device does not have pass-through
capability. Please charge the powerstation separately
from other devices.

Chargement de votre powerstation
À l’aide du câble micro USB fourni, connectez
votre powerstation. Vous pouvez recharger votre
powerstation à l’aide de votre ordinateur ou d’un
adaptateur mural USB d’un tiers « compatible
iPhone ». Vous pouvez même utiliser l’adaptateur
mural de votre iPad, qui est la méthode la plus
rapide à l’heure actuelle. (Les LED situées sur le
dessus de votre appareil clignoteront lorsque le
chargement débutera, puis s’éteindront au bout de

Ces câbles sont standard chez Apple et chez la
plupart des autres fabricants de smartphones, de
tablettes et de lecteurs MP3.
Vérication de l’état de la powerstation
Vous pouvez vérier le niveau de charge de votre
powerstation en appuyant sur le bouton situé sur
le côté du périphérique. La powerstation dispose
de4voyants.Lorsquevousappuyezsurlebouton,
les voyants s’allument quelques secondes. Si les
quatre voyants s’allument, la powerstation est
complètement chargée. Si un seul voyant s’allume,
elle est pratiquement déchargée.
Pour utiliser la powerstation dans des conditions
optimales, respectez les consignes suivantes:
1. Conservezlapowerstationàl’abridel’humidité
et des produits corrosifs.
2. Ne la nettoyez pas à l’aide de produits chimiques
agressifs, de savon ou de détergents. Essuyez
simplement le boîtier à l’aide d’un chion
doux humidié d’eau. Essuyez les picots avec
précaution à l’aide d’un chion doux et sec.
3. Rechargez votre powerstation tous les trois
mois lorsque vous ne l’utilisez pas, et veillez à la
charger pendant une heure avant de la ranger
pour la première fois.
