INTRODUCTION TO THE PRESSURE COOKER IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
The pressure cooker is an all-purpose cooking unit that cooks food without the need for oxygen. Foods
cooked in a pressure cooker will retain color, flavor, vitamins and minerals because of the small amount
of liquid used and the quick cooking time. No salt nor additional fats or oils are needed. The cooking
process is fully automated. Depending on the chosen program, you can cook rice, beans/tendon, soups,
chicken/meat, stew, fish and many more.
ATTENTION!
For additional protection it is reasonable to install a residual current device (RCD) with nominal
operation current not exceeding 30 mA. To install RCD, contact an authorized technician.
