SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
When using this appliance, basic precautions should always be followed, including the

2. Always unplug the appliance from the power socket before cleaning or when not in use.
3. Close supervision is necessary when operating the multi cooker near children. Ensure that the
power cord does not hang over the work surface.
4. Do not use this appliance with a damaged power cord or power plug, or if it has been damaged in
any manner. Return it to the nearest Authorized Service Centre for examination, repair, or
adjustment.
5. Do not use the multi cooker for other than its intended use.
6. Do not operate this appliance in the presence of flammable materials such as curtains, furniture
etc., and near inflammable substances such as gas, petrol etc.
7. Always detach the power plug from the power supply before cleaning.
8. Always operate the appliance on a flat sturdy surface.
9. Do not immerse the appliance in water or any other liquids, and do not spray water on it.

HOW TO COOK INSTANT NOODLES
BOILING EGGS
* Power indicator light will only illuminate during heating. When water is boiling, the power indicator light
may power on and off intermittently to maintain boiling temperature.

CLEANING THE INNER POT
DISCOLORATION/STAINS POSSIBLE CA SES
Discoloration of inner pot Usually caused by contents of tap water and not
due to corrosion.
Reddish rust spots (stains) Usually caused by the oxidization of iron in tap
water.
Milky dark discoloration or multi-colour Usually caused by various impurities in tap water.

HOW TO CLEAN THE DISCOLORATION / STAINS
1. Cut lemon into 4 pieces, wrap in cloth and place into the inner pot.
2. our in water and fill to the maximum water indicator mark.
3. Boil and allow water to stand for about 1 hour.
4. Drain water and use a soft sponge to clean discoloured areas.
5. Boil another pot of water and drain to remove lemon odour.
CLEAN WATER SPOTS
1. It is normal for brown/white water spots to appear after boiling with the cooker. Water spots are
caused by the presence of minerals in the water.
2. When water is heated for long periods, minerals such as calcium will tend to accumulate on the
heating elements.
3. Use either citric acid, ordinary white vinegar or lemon to remove these spots.
CLEAN CRUSTED OR FOOD BUILD-UP
1. Soak pot in warm, soapy water for a few hours or preferably overnight.
2. Alternatively, scrub vigorously using a scouring pad. Take note not to use steel wool or copper-based
scrubbers and abrasive detergents as these may damage the exterior finishing.
CLEAN BODY & TOP COVER
1. Wipe body using a damp cloth.
2. Do not immerse in water or other liquids to avoid electrical damage.
3. Do not use abrasive detergents, gasoline and turpentine cleansers as these may damage the
surface.
4. Wash the top cover with water or dishwasher.
STORAGE
1. Ensure appliance is thoroughly cleaned and dried.
2. Cover it with a plastic bag to prevent pests from getting into it.
