Pairing A Multi-Channel Remote or Multiple Remotes

*Please note that a maximum of 5 Remotes/Channels or Devices can only be paired to each single channel Motor Control Unit
Pairing the Motor controller to a Remote Control:
1. Make sure power is switched on to the motor controller.
2. Pressandholdthe‘Learn’buttonontopofthemotorcontrolboxfor1second,youwillbeabletoseeaslowashingRED
light behind the tinted screen.
3. Nowontheremotecontrol,makingsureyouareontherightchannel/remote,brieypresstheup button. The motor
controller will emit three BLUEashinglightstoindicatethatthechannel/remoteispaired.
To Change Direction of the Motor (Two Methods)
(First method):
1. On a channel that is paired to the remote, push and hold the Stop Button for three seconds. the RED light on controller will
startashingataslowsteadyrate.
2. NowpushtheDownButtonandtheandthelightinsidethecontrollerwillashBLUEthreetimestoconrmthatthe
direction is changed.
3. Test the motor.
(Second method):
1. Undo the screw at the bottom of the motor controller and slide the front cover off.
2. Towards the top of the circuit board, you will be able to see a dip switch. Flick the switch to either left or right to change the
motor direction.
3. Test the motor.
To Take the Motor Out of Venetian Blind Mode:
In case the Motor Controller is set to Venetian Blind Mode you will need to:
1. On a channel that is paired to the remote, push and hold the Stop Button for three seconds. the RED light on the controller
willstartashingataslowsteadyrate.
2. NowbrieypushtheStopButtonandtheandthelightinsidethecontrollerwillashBLUEthreetimestoconrmthatthe
motor has been taken out of venetian mode.
3. Test the motor.
To Delete a Single Channel or a Remote from the Motor Controller:
If by chance a remote or channel has been paired by mistake, follow these steps to remove it:
1. On the Motor Controller, push and hold the stop button on the remote. The REDlightoncontrollerwillstartashingata
slow steady rate.
2. Making sure that you have the remote on the correct channel to be deleted, push and hold setting button on the remote until you
see the BLUE lightintheMotorControllerashthreetimesconrmingthatyouhavedeletedthatchannelorremote.
3. Test the motor.
