DESCRIPTION
TheMOTORLINEROSSO60/100requiresAC230V50Hzpowerinputandhasa24VDCmotor.Whenthedoorisin
operation,movementcanbeinterruptedbyactivationofthesafetyinputs(manualpullcord,transmitter,wall
buttoniffittedandphotocellsiffitted).Anencodersetsopenandclosepositions,slowsdownthespeedattheendof
thecourseanddiminishesthenoise.
A433.92MHzradioreceiverisbuiltintothecircuitboardandtheReceiveriscodedwiththeself-learningtechnique.
Asanalternativetothebuilt-inreceiver,theunitwillacceptanyoftherangeofplug-inradioreceivers.Theunithas
beendesignedtoprovidemaximumreliability,safetyandflexibilityofuse.
Theauxiliaryoutputforphotocellsandexternalreceivers’powersupplyisabletoprovideupto250mAh.

Remembertherearespecificstandardsthathavetobestrictlyfollowedregardingthesafetyofautomaticgatesand
doors’electricalinstallations.
Aswellasthelegalrequirementsandstandardsthatmustbeadheredto,pleasetakenoteofthefollowingpointsto
ensuremaximumsafetyandreliabilityofyourinstallation:
01-Priortoinstallingcheckthesurroundingenvironment.Carefullyevaluateanyhazardstherecouldbefrom
physicaldamage(transitingvehicles,partsoftreesfalling,etc.),possiblecontactwithstrangebodies(insects,leaves,
etc.),floodinghazardsoranyotherexceptionalevents;
02-Checkifthemainpowersupplyvoltageisthesameoneasrequestedinthismanual;
03-Checkifthereissuitableelectricalprotectionagainstshortcircuits/powerspikesandpropergroundonthemain
powersupply.
04-Takecarewiththecontrolunit:partsmaybesubjecttodamageifabused;
05-Makesureyouhaveallthenecessarymaterialsandthattheyaresuitableforthiskindofuse;
06-Readalltheinstructionsthroughatleastonce;
07-Beforestartingtheinstallation,carefullyanalyzealltherisksregardingtheautomatizationofthedoor.Verify

damagecausedbyerroneousinstallation.

Thereare7functionsonthemanualasfollowing:

ThechoiceofthefunctiononthemenuismadebypressingAorDkey(theoperationisnotcircularandeachtime
youpressakeyyoumoveonelevelupordownonthemenu).
Whenthenon-operationonallfunctions'settingexceptforfunctionP1isover20seconds,thesystemwill
automaticallyquitfromthesettingstatus.
1- Thesettingoftheupperlimitand thebottom limitfor door-moving.
1.1- PressandremainthePbutton4Seconds.AftertheLEDdisplaysP1,repressPbuttonfor2secondsandthe
digitalscreendisplaysOP.Thesystemaccessesthesettingoftheupperlimit.Thepositionoftheupperlimitis

adjustedbytheAkeyorDkeyandLEDdisplaysOP.RepressthePkey2secondsandthedigitalscreenshowsCLto
accessthesettingofthebottomlimit.
1.2- ThepositionofthebottomlimitisalsoadjustedbytheAkeyorDkeyandLEDdisplaysCL.Once
approved,pressthePkey2secondsandthesystemquitsfromthesettingofthelimitpositionwiththe2seconds'
flash.Thenthedoorwillautomaticallymovefromtheclosuresituation(LEDdisplaysCL)totheopeningsituation
(thedigitalscreenshowsOP)andonceagaintotheclosureposition(thedigitalscreenshowsCL). Oncethe
automaticlearningcomestoend,theopenerreturnstothestand-bysituation and LEDdisplays --

2.1- PressandremainonthePkey4secondsandLEDdisplaysP1.AccessP2bypressingtheAkey.ThenpresstheP
keyfor2secondsand LEDdisplaysthecurrentpower-grade.TosetthereversepowerpresstheAkeyorDkey.There
are9gradesofthepowerfromF1(min.)toF9(max).
Oncethegradeofpowerisapproved,pressthePkeyfor2secondsandthesystemquitsfromthesettingofthe
reversepower.Finally,thesystemReturnstothestand-bysituation--.
2.2- Theoriginalsettingofpower-grade:F2
2.3- Thelampwillflashoncebeforethedoorsgoesbycontraries.
3.The settingofthephotocell
3.1- PressandremainthePkey4seconds.Atthesametime,LEDdisplaysP1.AccessP3bypressingtheAkey.Then
pressthePkeyfor2secondsandLEDdisplaysthecurrentstatusH1(photocellisworkable) orH0(photocellis
unworkable). ThechangeofthestatusisbypressingAkeyforH1ortheDkeyforH0.PressthePkeyfor2seconds
andthesystemquitsfromthesettingofthephotocells,returningtothestand-bysituation--.
3.2- Theorginalsetting:photocellisunworkable.
Note:Whenthefunctionofthephotocelliseffectedfortouchinganobstacle,thelampwillflashtwicetime.Then
doorwillgoupward.
4.The settingoftheautomaticclosingtime
4.1- PressandremainonthePkey4secondsandLEDdisplaysP1.AccessP4bypressingtheAkey.ThenpresstheP
keyfor2secondsandLEDdisplaysthecurrentstatus.Thetimeofautomaticclosingcanbeadjustedfrom10seconds
to90secondsbypressingtheAkeyorDkey.
Oncethetimeoftheautomaticclosingisapproved,pressthePkeyfor2secondsandthesystemquitsfromthe
settingoftheautomaticclosing,returningtothestand-bysituation--.
5.The settingofthemodeloftheautomatic closing(automatic closureenable ordisable)
5.1- PressandremainthePkeyfor4secondstillLEDdisplaysP1andaccesstoP5bypressingAkey.ThenpresstheP
keytodisplaythecurrentsituation.PressAkeytoaccessB1 orDtoaccessB0.Finally,pressPkeytoconfirmthe
choice.Thenbackthestand-bysituation--.
B0:Theautomatic-closingdoesnotwork.Thetransmittercanstoptheopeningdoor.Thestoppeddoorwillgo
downward(close).Theclosingdoorwillgoreversely.
Themodesequence:opening-stop-closing-openning.
B1:Theautomatic-closingwillworkattheanypositionafterthesettime.Fortheopeningdoor,thetransmittercan
notwork.Afterpressingthetransmitter,thefullyopeneddoorwillclose.Theclosingdoorwillgoreverselyafter
pressingthetransmitter.
6.The settingoftheflashcautionforthe maintenance
6.1- PressandremainthePkey4secondsandLEDdisplaysP1.AccessP6bypressingtheAkey. ThenpressthePkey

soforth,C9meanstheflashcautionwillappearafterthedoormoves18000times.PressPkey2secondstosetthe
choiceandthesystemquitsfromthesetting.Finally,Returnstothestand-bysituation--.
6.2- Ifwanttosetanewtimes,firstlychooseC0.Thenchooseanewlevelandthecountoftimeswillberestarted.
6.3- Whengetstothesettimes,thelampwillflashandremain2minutes.
7- Code-matching
7.1- PresstheCkeytoaccessthecompatibilityofthetransmitterswhenthedigitalscreenshowsSU. Pressanykeyof
thetransmitterandreleasethekey.ThenrepressthekeytillSUflashesquickly.Oncetheflashstops,thecode-
matchingissuccessful.
7.2- Theclearanceofthecode:pressandremainontheCkeytillthedigitalscreenshowsSU.Pleasenotepressand
remainontheCkeyover8secondstodeleteallthecodesandthedigitalscreenshowsDL.
7.3- IfthedigitalscreenshowsaflashFUmeansthememoryspaceisfullanditcannotfillmoretransmitters.If
wantstoinputmorecodesunderafullsituation,allprevious30codeshavetobedeleted.
(Note:thiscontrolboardcanworkwith30pcsofthetransmitters.)
7.4- TheLogicBoardiscompatiblewithSTATEUROPRollingCodetransmitters.
MAINTENANCE
NoparticularmaintenanceisrequiredtotheCentral.
VerifyatleasttwiceayeariftheDoorisproperlybalancedandifthemovingpartsareingoodcondition.
NOTE:Adoorthatdoesn’tmatchestherequirementsduetoincorrectloadscanaffecttheengine’slifetimeandwill
voidthewarranty.
Checkatleasttwiceayearthereversingsensitivityandadjustifnecessary.

OncetheMOTORLINEopenerhasbeeninstalled,theusermustbeinformedabouthowitworksandalltherisksthat
cancomefromanimproperuse.Theusermustavoidplacinghimselfindangeroussituations,suchasstanding
withinthedoor’soperatingrangewhenmoving.Donotletchildrenplaynearthedoorandkeeptheremotecontrols
outoftheirreach.
Allservicing,repairsorchecksmustbecarriedoutbyprofessionallyqualifiedpersonnelandnotedonamaintenance
registerkeptbytheuser.
