INTRODUCTION
This compact DC - DC Isolated Power Converter uses the latest switch-mode
technology and is designed to meet all modern automobile applications. It can
be easily installed in mobile homes, caravan, truck and sailing vessels.
Since the DC supply from a vehicle’s generator is often unstable and this will
shorten the life time of an electronic device. The DC-DC isolated power
converter provides a stable and clean voltage supply to keep the electronics
device working at its best performance.
Galvanic isolated means you can connect to any load without worrying about
interference from the input to the output. Because of the regulated output, you
can use this isolated power booster to charge battery in mobile homes and boats.
Single or Parallel operation gives you the great flexibility to expand the power
whenever is needed.
INTRODUZIONE
Questo compatto DC-DC isolati convertitore di potere utilizza la più recente
tecnologia switch-mode ed è progettato per soddisfare tutte le moderne
applicazioni automobilistiche. Può essere facilmente installato in case mobili,
roulotte, camion e navi a vela.
Poiché l'alimentazione DC dal generatore di un veicolo è spesso instabili e questo
si riduce il tempo di vita di un dispositivo elettronico. Il DC-DC isolati convertitore
di potere fornisce una tensione di alimentazione stabile e pulita per mantenere il
dispositivo di elettronica di lavorare al meglio delle prestazioni. Galvanico isolato

ISTRUZIONI E RISPOSTA NORMALE
1. Collegare l'ingresso alla sorgente DC . Utilizzando il cablaggio dimensioni
adatte e fusibile . Assicurarsi che la polarità sia corretta prima di collegare

spegne per controllare la temperatura interna del dispositivo .
6. Il convertitore di potenza è stato progettato con protezione sovraccarico e
corto circuito.Si spegne automaticamente l'unità e riavviare se il sovraccarico
o corto-circuito è corretto
INSTRUCTIONS AND NORMAL RESPONSE
1. Connect the input to the DC source. Using suitable size cabling and fuse.
Make sure the battery polarity is correct before connecting.
2. Turn on the power on/off switch, the “Power On” LED lights up. This
indicates the input DC voltage is present and the regulated DC voltage is ready
at the output terminal. The device is ready for use and load can be connected
to the output terminals.
3. The yellow LED lights up if the input voltage is low. The booster will stop
working if the input DC voltage is too low.
4. The red LED lights up if the booster is overloaded or the output is short
circuit. The booster will stop operating and will automatically re-start if
excessive load is reduced or short circuit problem is corrected.
5. The cooling fan is thermal controlled. It will switch on and off to control the
internal temperature of the device.
6. The power converter is designed with overload and short circuit protection. It
will automatically switch off the unit and re-start if the overload or short circuit

Il terminale maschio (6,3 mm) sul pannello frontale viene utilizzata in remoto
l'accensione del dispositivo applicando 9-30VDC tensione positiva (es
accensione del motore del veicolo o un interruttore esterno). Nota: La tensione
di funzionamento è 32VDC massimo. L'alimentazione del dispositivo di
accensione / spegnimento deve essere spento se si utilizza questa funzione.
ATTENZIONE!
Non collegare il terminale maschio di fonte DC sopra 32VDC o il dispositivo
sarà danneggiato. Mantenere isolato il terminale remoto ON / OFF se non è in
uso.

ATTENZIONE!
1. Non utilizzare il dispositivo in prossimità di materiali infiammabili o in
qualsiasi posizione che può accumularsi fumi o gas infiammabili.
2. Superficie calda durante il funzionamento, soprattutto in condizioni di
pieno carico.
3. Assicurarsi che la polarità sia corretta.
4. Non posizionare il dispositivo sulla parte superiore della batteria.
Soprattutto allagata, tipo di batteria Wet. Può generare vapore gas
durante la carica.
5. Non ricaricare batterie non ricaricabili.
6. Utilizzare l'apparecchio solo nel modo descritto.
7. Non esporre il dispositivo a una fonte di calore, come la luce solare
diretta o riscaldamento.
8. Conservare il dispositivo in un luogo fresco e asciutto
Remote on/off controls
The male terminal (6.3mm) on the front panel is used for remotely switching on
the DC-DC charger by applying 9-30VDC positive voltage (e.g. ignition from the
vehicle engine or an external switch). Note: The working voltage is 32VDC
maximum. The device power on/off switch must be switched off if you are using
this feature.
CAUTION!
Do not connect the male terminal to DC source over 32VDC or the device will be
damaged. Keep the remote ON/OFF terminal insulated if it is not in use.

Caution!
1. Do not use the device near flammable materials or in any location that
may accumulate flammable fumes or gasses.
2. Hot surface when operating, especially at full load condition.
3. Make sure the polarity is correct
4. Do not locate the device on the top of the battery. Especially Flooded,
Wet type battery. It may generate gas vapor while charging.
5. Do not charge non-rechargeable batteries.
6. Use the appliance only in the described manner.
7. Do not expose the device to a heat source, such as direct sunlight or
heating.
8. Store the device in a dry and cool place
Safety Operation!
1. If cables have to be fed through walls with sharp edges, always use tubes
or ducts to prevent damage.
2. Do not pull on the cable, fasten the device and cable securely. Lay the
cable so that it cannot be tripped over..
3. Ensure the device is standing firmly that it cannot tip over or fall down.
4. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the
device.
5. Do not allow water to drip or splash on the device.
6. Make sure the air inlets and outlets of the device are not covered.
7. Operate the device only if you are certain that the housing and the
connection cables are undamaged.

utilizzare sempre tubi o canaline per evitare danni.
2. Non tirare il cavo, fissare il dispositivo e il cavo in modo sicuro. Posare
