THE MoTorola MT2000 SErIES
Streamline scan-intensive data applications and processes in retail and warehouse environments with the
MT2000 Series of handheld mobile terminals. Combining the simplicity of a scanner with the intelligence of a
mobile computer, these handheld mobile terminals provide advanced 1D/2D bar code, DPM and image capture,
as well as the ability to key in and view data. 802.11a/b/g, Bluetooth, corded and batch connectivity options
provide the flexibility to meet a wide range of business needs, and the ergonomic yet rugged design offers
comfortable, reliable operation throughout your environment. Built on the .Net platform for easy application
development, the MT2000 Series also comes pre-loaded with inventory software and an MCL client to
facilitate porting of new and legacy applications.
The MT2000 is available in two models, the MT2090 and the MT2070. Both can scan, store and forward data,
have memory for up to 50 thousand UPC codes and feature 300ft open Bluetooth. The MT2090 also has the
extra advantage of 802.11 a/b/g connectivity for complete and secure wireless freedom throughout your
facility, while the MT2070 does offer a Bluetooth/Batch option for secure wireless data transmission.
Both models are durable for use in retail settings and warehouse environments, and feature the following:

Active Studio
Description:
Active Studio is a rapid application development toolkit for the MT2000 which can be used as
well by non-programmers than by programmers.
Active Studio uses XML document as reference and is this document that Active Developer
helps you create. Component “Application Engine”, or “Program Client” runs on the MT2000,
Active Studio allows designing the application on a PC using a MT2000 emulator that mimics
the functioning close to reality. Applications can be completed in minutes or hours rather than
weeks or months, thereby saving considerable time and money.

• Multi Platform: To ensure compatibility with future and give you the choice of the terminal,
the xdoc ensures that applications are easily transferable from one device to another.

The interface of the MT2000 system allows many inventory scenarios: blind inventories,
inventories by location, with or without correction of location, whether to display the quantity
for testing, etc...
With a consistent interface, Inventario offers sorting, selection by criteria, research, publishing
status, etc..
Inventario can also export the inventory results as a spreadsheet compatible file for example.

APP MY SELF
Description:
Program to download for Motorola MT2070. Setting the number of fields, entering the name
of these fields (eg Stock No, item, quantity, serial number ...), their minimum and maximum
length, type of allowable input (keyboard / laser), the definition of logical sequence. Ability
to change or delete the application to create a new one. Function export / import of the
application to the PC to clone into another MT2070. The data is transferred to the PC using
MCL Link / Link Lite.
