Connect wirelessly to 2 devices (multipoint connection)
To connect to phone and music device at the same time:
1. Pair and connect to your phone first (see section “Connect Wirelessly).
2. Turn off your phone and your speaker system.
3. Turn your speaker system back on. The Bluetooth indicator flashes to indicate the speaker system is in
discoverable mode.
4. Turn on your music device. Make sure the Bluetooth feature is turned on in the device.
The music device searches for your speaker system.
5. Complete steps 5 & 6 on section “Connect Wirelessly” to pair and connect your music device and speaker
system successfully.
6. Turn off your speaker system.
7. Turn your phone back on and make sure the Bluetooth feature is turned on in both the phone and music
device.

Connect with a cable
To listen to your music using a wired connection, connect your music device to the Audio port on your speaker
system using the included audio cable.
See figure 4 on page 2
Notes:
• The Audio port functions as an input port from a music device only (not as a headphone jack).
• Playback controls provided on your speaker system cannot be used when listening to music input from wired
connection.
• In wired connection, if no audio is heard turn up volume on music device.
Control your tunes
See figure 1 on page 1
Playback controls on your speaker system can be used when listening to wireless music streaming from a
Bluetooth-enabled music device that also provides remote control capabilities (AVRCP).
When remote control capabilities are not supported by your music device, the EQ7 simply acts as a speaker
system, and music should be controlled from your music device.
