4.1 Description and function
The purpose of the Heavy Harry underground baler module is to compact materials such as
residual waste, paper and plastic.
Due to its modular design, the underground compacting module can be fitted into any new or
existing underground container. This makes the underground compacting module unique in the
market. Every company, organisation or municipality has the possibility to upgrade the existing
underground containers and thus increase the waste capacity in the container without a large
investment. The underground compactor module works on 230V and has been developed with a
wireless charging system that allows for carefree emptying.
The Heavy Harry is efficient and strong. Four times as much residual waste or eight times as much
plastic in a standard container is no problem for the Heavy Harry. Because of the unique patented
drive system the Heavy Harry can reach a pressing force of 3,5 tons. The Heavy Harry is available in
three different press force versions, varying from 2200 kg up to 3500 kg.
The underground press module is cleverly designed. Through a specially developed algorithm, the
system knows exactly the filling percentage. As a result, you can remotely see, among other things,
how many kilograms are in the underground container. With this data, which can be viewed via our
smart platform 'Smart City Manager', you can empty the container at the moment it is actually
needed. This way, you save money and reduce C02 emissions.
The underground press module was developed in accordance with the highest requirements of the
machinery guidelines. The baler is equipped with a smart patented fall protection device. This
makes it possible to detect a living creature when it falls into the container. If a living creature is
detected, the system enters a safe mode to prevent a life-threatening situation with regard to the
baling module.
The Heavy Harry has a patented drive system. Because of this technique and the use of A-quality
parts, the Heavy Harry is low-maintenance.
The Heavy Harry is standard equipped with a wireless charging system. This is a charging system
that charges the Heavy Harry without plugs. The wireless charging system easily bridges the
distance between the pit and container. This results in convenience during emptying, as there is no
need to consider vulnerable cabling and plugs.

7.1.2 Noise emission
The noise emissions during commissioning were measured at our plant. The noise level during
operation of the plant in a room without other processing machines and without other noise
sources was determined to be less than 80 dB(A).
The sound pressure level for operators of the underground press module depends on the location
and whether or not machinery is in operation. The measured values of noise emissions can deviate
significantly from the values measured in our factory.
7.1.3 Letter types
•“Text" (normal): Descriptive, informative text
•“Text" (text in bold): Highlight important information; subheadings
7.1.4 Signs that indicate the meaning of the text
➢Enumeration: This symbol indicates places in the text that cover the same subject in terms of
content and logic. An enumeration can also be part of an action instruction.
➢Action instruction: This symbol identifies passages of text containing specific action
instructions for the user of the installation. Each action instruction contains at least a request
to perform a specific action or to refrain from action in connection with the operation of the
installation. If an operating procedure consists of several instructions for action, these must
be carried out in the correct order.
Result of action instruction: This ➢character is used for text passages describing the result of one
or more action instructions (operation steps).
