1. Product Introduction
1.1 Product Summary
The DVR (Automotive) is a cost-effective, functional and scalable device designed for mobile video surveillance.
It uses a high-speed processor, an embedded Linux platform and combines the most advanced IT processes
H.264 Video Compression/Decompression, and the best Product structure design(Dual shockproof ). The DVR
enables CIF, D1 ,720P and 1080P video formats to record. The DVR can be record drivers' many driving
information, such as driving route/speed/video/audio and others, recording data are uploaded to HDD or SD
Memory Cards. It's make company or personal very easy to manage the vehicles. The DVR may look simple in
its exterior design, provides powerful auto black box features, installation flexibility and high reliability.

3.1 Open the lock and remove the rim in the correct direction

3.2 Point the 2.5-inch SSD SATA hard in the direction of the hard disk entry and insert it directly until the
hard disk is flat with the panel

2-A 4 Take out the hard disk
Note: only when the disk is turned off can the disk be taken. Otherwise, the company will not be responsible for
illegal shutdown and damage of the hard disk caused by the disk being taken without power off.
4.1 Open the lock with the key, then press the arrow to open the top cover
4.2 Press the down arrow button with your hand, and the hard disk ejects 10~15CM

2-B 2. MDVR Installation
2.1 Set the main unit and the shockproof mount apart
Unfasten the two main screws of the DVR with a screw driver and remove the shockproof mount.
2.2 Install the shockproof mount
Please installed the shockproof mount on an appropriate place (under the front
Passenger’s seat or other side / wherever convenient) (Unit: MM)

2.3 Install the DVR into the shockproof mount again, and fixed the screws.
2.4 Step 4 Lock the two screws against the hole of the screw

2-B 3. Hard disk installation
3.1 Remove the HDD case from the DVR
Turn the key to off state, and remove the HDD case.
3.2 Take the SATA connector out from the HDD Case
Remove the 4 screws on the back side of the hard drive case, then take the SATA connector out from the hard
drive case.
