Installing Memory Modules
1. LocatetheDIMMslotsonthemainboard. Flipopenthe retainingclipateachside
ofthe DIMMslot.
2. Alignthenotchonthe DIMMwiththe keyonthe slot.InserttheDIMM verticallyinto
theDIMM slot. Thenpushit inuntilthegolden fingeron theDIMMisdeeplyinserted
intheDIMMslot.Theretainingclipat eachsideofthe DIMMslotwillautomatically
closeif the DIMM isproperlyseated.
3. Manuallycheckif the DIMMhasbeenlockedin placebytheretaining clipsat the
sides.
4. Followthesameprocedurestoinstall moreDIMMsif necessary.
Important
Youcanbarelyseethe golden fingeriftheDIMM isproperlyinserted inthe
DIMMslot.

Thisconnectorallowsyoutoconnecta24-pin powersupply. To
connectthe24-pin powersupply,makesurethepowersupply
connectorisinserted in theproperorientationand thepinsare
aligned.Then pushdownthepowersupplyfirmlyintotheconnector.
Youmayusethe 20-pin powersupplyaswell. If you’dliketousethe
20-pinpowersupply,pleasealign yourpowersupplyconnector
withpin1&pin13. Thereisalsoafoolproofdesignonpin11, 12,23
&24toavoid wronginstallation.
