2.1. SICHERHEIT AM ARBEITSPLATZ

a) Halten Sie Ihren Arbeitsplatz sauber und

gut beleuchtet. Unordnung oder schlechte

Beleuchtung kann zu Unfällen führen. Handeln Sie

vorausschauend, beobachten Sie, was getan wird,

und nutzen Sie Ihren gesunden Menschenverstand

bei der Verwendung des Gerätes.

b) Wenn Sie nicht sicher sind, ob das Gerät

ordnungsgemäß funktioniert, wenden Sie sich an

den Service des Herstellers.

c) Reparaturen dürfen nur vom Service des Herstellers

durchgeführt werden. Führen Sie keine Reparaturen

auf eigene Faust durch!

d) Halten Sie Kinder und Unbefugte fern; Unachtsamkeit

kann zum Verlust der Kontrolle über das Gerät

führen.

e) Verwenden Sie das Gerät in einem gut belüfteten

Bereich.

f) Während des Betriebs produziert das Gerät Staub

und Schmutz. Schützen Sie unbeteiligte Personen

vor schädlichen Auswirkungen.

g) Anschließen und Trennen der Druckleitung sollten

bei geschlossenem Luftventil erfolgen.

h) Richten Sie die Druckleitung nicht auf sich selbst, auf

andere Personen oder Tiere.

i) Unterbrechen Sie die Druckluftversorgung nicht

durch Quetschen oder Biegen der Leitungen.

j) Erhöhen Sie allmählich die Luftzufuhr zum Gerät, um

sicherzustellen, dass es ordnungsgemäß funktioniert.

Funktioniert das Gerät nicht ordnungsgemäß,

trennen Sie es sofort von der Druckluft und wenden

Sie sich an die Serviceabteilung des Herstellers.

k) Überprüfen Sie regelmäßig den Zustand der

Sicherheitsinformationsaufkleber. Falls die Aufkleber

unleserlich sind, sollten diese erneuert werden.

l) Bewahren Sie die Gebrauchsanleitung für

den weiteren Gebrauch auf. Sollte das Gerät

an Dritte weitergegeben werden, muss die

Gebrauchsanleitung mit ausgehändigt werden.

m) Verpackungselemente und kleine Montageteile

außerhalb der Reichweite von Kindern aufbewahren.

n) Halten Sie das Gerät von Kindern und Tieren fern.

o) Im Laufe der Nutzung dieses Werkzeugs

einschlieβlich anderer Werkzeuge soll man sich nach

übrigen Betriebsanweisungen richten.

Die Begrie "Gerät" oder "Produkt" in den Warnungen

und Beschreibung des Handbuchs beziehen sich auf

Pulverbeschichtungspistole. Benutzen Sie das Gerät

nicht in Räumen mit sehr hoher Luftfeuchtigkeit oder

in unmittelbarer Nähe von Wasserbehältern! Der

maximal zulässige Betriebsdruck der Maschine darf nicht

überschritten werden!

2.2. PERSÖNLICHE SICHERHEIT

a) Es ist nicht gestattet, das Gerät im Zustand der

Ermüdung, Krankheit, unter Einuss von Alkohol,

Drogen oder Medikamenten zu betreiben, wenn das

die Fähigkeit das Gerät zu bedienen, einschränkt.

b) Das Gerät darf nicht von Kindern oder Personen

mit eingeschränkten physischen, sensorischen und

geistigen Fähigkeiten oder ohne entsprechende

Erfahrung und entsprechendes Wissen bedient

werden. Dies ist nur unter Aufsicht einer für die

Sicherheit zuständigen Person und nach einer

Einweisung in die Bedienung der Maschine gestattet.

c) Das Gerät darf nur von körperlich geeigneten

fähig und entsprechend geschult sind und die

diese Bedienungsanleitung gelesen und verstanden

haben und im Rahmen der Sicherheit und des

1. ALLGEMEINE BESCHREIBUNG

Diese Anleitung ist als Hilfe bei der sicheren und

zuverlässigen Nutzung gedacht. Das Produkt wurde strikt

nach den technischen Vorgaben und unter Verwendung

modernster Technologien und Komponenten sowie unter

Wahrung der höchsten Qualitätsstandards entworfen und

angefertigt.

VOR INBETRIEBNAHME MUSS DIE ANLEITUNG

GENAU DURCHGELESEN

UND VERSTANDEN WERDEN.

Für einen langen und zuverlässigen Betrieb des Geräts muss

auf die richtige Handhabung und Wartung entsprechend

den in dieser Anleitung angeführten Vorgaben geachtet

werden. Die in dieser Anleitung angegebenen technischen

Daten und die Spezikation sind aktuell. Der Hersteller

behält sich das Recht vor, im Rahmen der Verbesserung der

Qualität Änderungen vorzunehmen.

ERLÄUTERUNG DER SYMBOLE

HINWEIS! In der vorliegenden Anleitung sind

Beispielbilder vorhanden, die von dem tatsächlichen

Aussehen der Produkt abweichen können.

2. NUTZUNGSBEDINGUNGEN

ACHTUNG! Lesen Sie alle Sicherheitshinweise und

alle Anweisungen durch. Die Nichtbeachtung der

Warnungen und Anweisungen kann zu elektrischen

Schlägen, Feuer und/oder schweren Verletzungen

oder Tod führen.

HINWEIS! Kinder und Unbeteiligte müssen bei der

Arbeit mit diesem Gerät gesichert werden.

3.2. VORBEREITUNG ZUR VERWENDUNG

ARBEITSPLATZ DES GERÄTES:

Das Gerät sollte an einem sprühsicheren, trockenen und

sauberen Ort mit ausreichender Beleuchtung, aktiver

Belüftung, ohne Brand- oder Zündquelle verwendet werden.

Verwenden Sie das Gerät nicht bei Umgebungstemperaturen

über 60 °C.

AUFBAU DES GERÄTES

1. Schließen Sie den Feuchtigkeitsabscheider [7] an die

Spritzpistole an.

2. Schrauben Sie den Farbpulverbehälter [4] ab und

legen Sie ihn mit der oenen Seite nach oben auf ein

sauberes Stück Papier.

3. Füllen Sie ihn mit Pulverfarbe (nicht im Lieferumfang

enthalten) bis zu einer Höhe von 5 cm.

4. Richten Sie die Pistole nach oben und schrauben Sie

den Farbpulverbecher ein.

5. Montieren Sie den Adapter [8] am

Feuchtigkeitsabscheider [7].

6. Schließen Sie den ¼-Zoll-Luftschlauch (nicht

mitgeliefert) an den Adapter [8] an.

7. Den Diusor einschrauben

8. Bringen Sie eine Erdungsklemme am beschichteten

Metallobjekt an.

HINWEIS: Die Erdungsklemme sollte an einer Stelle

angebracht werden, die nicht beschichtet wird (oder,

am Ende der Arbeit, die Klammer lösen und das

Fragment mit Hilfe der Schwerkraft beschichten).

Diese Verbindung ist unbedingt erforderlich, um

elektrisch geladene Partikel an den beschichteten

Gegenstand anzuziehen.

3.3. ARBEIT MIT DEM GERÄT

Das gereinigte und für die Lackierung vorbereitete Objekt

sollte in der Nähe von Belüftungsönungen aufgestellt

und geerdet werden. Wenn der Gegenstand Rillen oder

Vertiefungen aufweist, sollte es so positioniert werden,

dass die Pulverfarbe diese durch Schwerkraft füllen kann.

Nachdem Sie den Behälter mit Pulverfarbe gefüllt und

das Gerät montiert haben, können Sie mit dem Lackieren

beginnen. Vor der ordnungsgemäßen Lackierung wird

empfohlen, einen Test an einem Stück Metallabfall

durchzuführen.

HINWEIS: Wenn das Muster zu klein oder zu groß ist, kann

es mit einer Schraube [10] eingestellt werden. Lösen Sie

die Schraube, um das Muster zu vergrößern, und ziehen

Sie die Schraube an, um das Muster zu verkleinern. Es wird

empfohlen, mit voll angezogener Schraube zu beginnen

und diese schrittweise zu lösen, bis das gewünschte Muster

erreicht ist.

1. Schalten Sie den Kompressor ein und stellen Sie

den Luftdruckregler zwischen 1 und 3,5 bar ein. Mit

dem Druckbegrenzungsventil [10] können während

des Betriebs geringfügige Druckänderungen

vorgenommen werden.

2. Um den Spritzvorgang zu starten, müssen der Abzug

der Spritzpistole [12].

HINWEIS: Halten Sie die Pistole beim Beschichten in

einem Abstand von ca. 20 cm zum zu beschichtenden

Objekt. Die Pistole sollte in verschiedenen Winkeln

ausgerichtet werden, um eine vollständige

Abdeckung zu gewährleisten. Zum Schluss sollte das

Objekt vollständig mit einer matten, undurchsichtigen

Pulverschicht bedeckt sein.



3. Wischen Sie die Sprühspitze mit einem sauberen Tuch

ab.

4. Lösen Sie den Luftschlauch von der Spritzpistole.

5. Drehen Sie die Pistole auf den Kopf, schrauben Sie

den Farbbehälter ab und geben Sie das restliche, nicht

kontaminierte Pulver in den Originalbehälter.

HINWEIS: Die Pulverwolke ist explosiv. Entfernen

Sie vor dem Umschütten des Pulvers alle möglichen

Zündkomponenten vom Arbeitsplatz.

6. Vor der Aushärtung muss geeignete Schutzausrüstung

(Maske, Handschuhe) bereitgestellt werden.

7. Heizen Sie den Ofen auf die gewünschte Temperatur

(150 bis 260°C), legen Sie den Gegenstand auf den

Rost, schließen Sie die Tür und schalten Sie das

Lüftungssystem ein. Die Standardhärtungszeit beträgt

15 Minuten, aber bitte beachten Sie die Empfehlungen

des Pulverfarbherstellers. Die Aushärtungszeit kann

auch von der Produktgröße abhängen.

HINWEIS: Der Aushärtungszustand muss häug

überprüft werden. Das Farbpulver sollte zu einer

glatten, glänzenden Oberäche auf dem gesamten

Gegenstand schmelzen. Übermäßige Aushärtung

kann zu Oberächenrauhigkeit und zur Bildung von

einer so genannten Orangenschale führen.

8. Schalten Sie nach dem Aushärten den Ofen aus und

önen Sie vorsichtig die Tür, damit der Gegenstand

langsam abkühlen kann.

HINWEIS: Eine zu schnelle Abkühlung des Objekts

kann zum Anlaufen der Oberäche führen.

TIPPS FÜR DEN LACKIER- UND AUSHÄRTUNGSPROZESS

1. Verwenden Sie geeignete Farben.

2. Der Pulverbehälter muss vor einem Farbwechsel

gründlich gereinigt werden. Mischungen

verschiedener Pulver können Grübchen im

beschichteten Gegenstand verursachen.

3. Poröse Gegenstände müssen vor dem Lackieren

möglicherweise gründlich gereinigt und vorlackiert

werden.

4. Wenn sich das Pulver an einer Stelle ansammelt,

sollte es vorsichtig mit Druckluft ausgeblasen werden.

Pulveransammlungen können auch durch zu viel

Feuchtigkeit verursacht werden. Ersetzen Sie den

Feuchtigkeitsabscheider.

5. Wenn das Muster im Vergleich zur gewählten

Diusionsspitze einen zu kleinen Durchmesser hat,

passen Sie den Druck an oder ersetzen Sie den

Feuchtigkeitsabscheider.

6. Um den Orangenschaleneekt zu entfernen,

schleifen Sie den Gegenstand mit 400er-Schleifpapier

nass, trocknen Sie es und wiederholen Sie den

Beschichtungsprozess.

7. Zum Entfernen der ausgehärteten Beschichtung

können Sie einen Autolackentferner verwenden.

3.4. REINIGUNG UND WARTUNG

a) Bevor Sie anfangen zu reinigen, trennen Sie das Gerät

von der Stromversorgung.

b) Bewahren Sie das Gerät an einem trockenen, kühlen,

vor Feuchtigkeit und direkter Sonneneinstrahlung

geschütztem Ort auf.

c) Es ist verboten, das Gerät mit einem Wasserstrahl zu

besprühen oder in Wasser zu tauchen.



3. NUTZUNGSBEDINGUNGEN

Das Produkt wird zum elektrostatischen Versprühen von

Pulverlacken im tribostatischen Verfahren eingesetzt.

Für alle Schäden bei nicht sachgemäßer Verwendung

haftet allein der Betreiber.

d) Seien Sie aufmerksam und verwenden Sie Ihren

gesunden Menschenverstand beim Betreiben des

Gerätes. Ein Moment der Unaufmerksamkeit während

der Arbeit kann zu schweren Verletzungen führen.

e) Benutzen Sie eine persönliche Schutzausrüstung,

die den in Punkt 1 der Symbolerläuterungen

vorgegebenen Maßgaben entspricht. Die Verwendung

einer geeigneten und zertizierten Schutzausrüstung

verringert das Verletzungsrisiko.

f) Überschätzen Sie Ihre Fähigkeiten nicht. Sorgen Sie

für einen sicheren Stand während der Arbeit. Dies gibt

Ihnen eine bessere Kontrolle über das Gerät im Falle

unerwarteter Situationen.

g) Tragen Sie keine weite Kleidung oder Schmuck.

Halten Sie Haare, Kleidung und Handschuhe von

beweglichen Teilen fern. Lose Kleidung, Schmuck

oder lange Haare können durch sich bewegende Teile

erfasst werden.

h) Druckluft kann schwere Verletzungen verursachen.

i) Das Gerät ist kein Spielzeug. Kinder sollten in der

Nähe des Geräts unter Aufsicht stehen, um Unfälle zu

vermeiden.

j) Es ist verboten, die Pistole auf sich selbst, andere

Personen oder Tiere zu richten.

2.3. SICHERE ANWENDUNG DES GERÄTS

a) Überhitzen Sie das Gerät nicht. Verwenden

Sie nur geeignete Werkzeuge für die jeweilige

Anwendung. Richtig ausgewählte Geräte und der

sorgsame Umgang mit ihnen führen zu besseren

Arbeitsergebnissen.

b) Trennen Sie das Gerät von der Stromversorgung,

bevor Sie mit der Einstellung, Reinigung und Wartung

beginnen. Eine solche vorbeugende Maßnahme

verringert das Risiko einer versehentlichen Aktivierung

des Geräts.

c) Trennen Sie das Gerät von der Druckleitung, bevor

Sie Zubehör einstellen, auswechseln oder wenn

Sie das Gerät nicht mehr verwenden. Eine solche

vorbeugende Maßnahme reduziert das Unfallrisiko.

d) Nicht verwendete Werkzeuge sind außerhalb

der Reichweite von Kindern sowie von Personen

aufzubewahren, welche weder das Gerät noch die

Anleitung kennen. In den Händen unerfahrener

Personen können diese Geräte eine Gefahr darstellen.

e) Halten Sie das Gerät stets in einem einwandfreien

Zustand. Prüfen Sie vor jeder Inbetriebnahme, ob

am Gerät und seinen beweglichen Teilen Schäden

vorliegen (defekte Komponenten oder andere

Faktoren, die den sicheren Betrieb der Maschine

beeinträchtigen könnten). Im Falle eines Schadens

muss das Gerät vor Gebrauch in Reparatur gegeben

werden.

f) Halten Sie das Gerät außerhalb der Reichweite von

Kindern.

g) Reparatur und Wartung von Geräten dürfen

nur von qualiziertem Fachpersonal und mit

Originalersatzteilen durchgeführt werden. Nur so wird

die Sicherheit während der Nutzung gewährleistet.

h) Um die Funktionsfähigkeit des Gerätes zu

gewährleisten, dürfen die werksmäßig montierten

Abdeckungen oder Schrauben nicht entfernt werden.

i) Lassen Sie dieses Gerät während des Betriebs nicht

unbeaufsichtigt.

j) Das Gerät muss regelmäßig gereinigt werden, damit

sich nicht dauerhaft Schmutz festsetzt.

k) Verwenden Sie zur Druckluftversorgung ausschließlich

Luft. Verwenden Sie keine Gase.

l) Schließen Sie in Bereichen, wo die Gefahr einer

mechanischen Beschädigung hoch ist, einen

verstärkten Schlauch an die Druckluftanschlüsse.

m) Stellen Sie vor jedem Gebrauch sicher, dass das

Aufsatzstück korrekt im Gerät verbaut und der

Schlauch ordnungsgemäß gesichert und unbeschädigt

ist.

n) Die dem Gerät zugeführte Luft muss trocken, sauber

und frei von Verunreinigungen sein. Verschmutzungen

können die Leitungen verstopfen und zu Schäden am

Gerät und seinen Komponenten führen..

o) Das Gerät darf nicht an der Druckleitung getragen

oder aufgehängt werden.

p) Der empfohlene Versorgungsdruck darf nicht

überschritten werden, da dies das Gerät beschädigen

kann.

q) Lufteinlass und Luftauslass dürfen nicht verdeckt

werden.

r) Das Gerät ist kein Spielzeug. Reinigung und Wartung

dürfen nicht von Kindern ohne Aufsicht durch eine

erwachsene Person durchgeführt werden..

s) Es ist untersagt, in den Aufbau des Geräts einzugreifen,

um seine Parameter oder Konstruktion zu ändern.

t) Geräte von Feuer – und Wärmequellen fernhalten.

u) Beschichtete Gegenstände nicht im Gasofen

härten lassen, da leicht entzündliche Dämpfe

entstehen können. Das Produkt muss in einem

speziellen elektrischen Ofen aushärten, in dem keine

Lebensmittel gegart werden.

ACHTUNG!ObwohldasGerätinHinblickauf Sicherheit

entworfen wurde und über Schutzmechanismen

sowie zusätzlicher Sicherheitselemente verfügt,

besteht bei der Bedienung eine geringe Unfall-

oder Verletzungsgefahr. Es wird empfohlen, bei der

Nutzung Vorsicht und Vernunft walten zu lassen.

ACHTUNG! Die Zeichnung von diesem

d) In Hinblick auf technische Ezienz und zur

Vorbeugung vor Schäden sollte das Gerät regelmäßig

überprüft werden.

e) Benutzen Sie einen weichen Lappen zur Reinigung.

f) Zum Reinigen darf man keine scharfen und/

oder Metallgegenstände (z.B. Drahtbürste oder

Metallspachtel) benutzen, weil diese die Oberäche

des Materials, aus dem das Gerät hergestellt ist,

beschädigen können.

g) Nach jedem Gebrauch müssen alle Komponenten des

Geräts mit Druckluft gereinigt werden.

ENTSORGUNG GEBRAUCHTER GERÄTE

Dieses Produkt darf nicht über den normalen Hausmüll

entsorgt werden. Geben Sie das Gerät bei entsprechenden

Sammel- und Recyclinghöfen für Elektro- und

Elektronikgeräte ab. Überprüfen Sie das Symbol auf dem

Produkt, der Bedienungsanleitung und der Verpackung. Die

bei der Konstruktion des Gerätes verwendeten Kunststoe

können entsprechend ihrer Kennzeichnung recycelt werden.

Mit der Entscheidung für das Recycling leisten Sie einen

wesentlichen Beitrag zum Schutz unserer Umwelt. Wenden

2.1. SAFETY IN THE WORKPLACE

a) Make sure the workplace is clean and well lit. A messy

or poorly lit workplace may lead to accidents. Try

to think ahead, observe what is going on and use

common sense when working with the device.

b) If there are any doubts as to the correct operation

of the device, contact the manufacturer's support

service.

c) Only the manufacturer's service point may repair the

device. Do not attempt any repairs independently!

d) Children or unauthorised persons are forbidden to

enter a work station. (A distraction may result in loss

of control over the device).

e) Use the device in a well-ventilated space.

f) The device produces dust and debris during

operation. It is important to protect bystanders from

their harmful eects.

g) Only connect and disconnect the pressure line when

the air valve is closed.

h) Do not point the pressure line towards yourself or

toward other people or animals.

i) Do not cut o the supply of compressed air by

crushing or bending pressure hoses.

j) When starting the device, increase the air supply

to the device gradually in order to ensure that it is

functioning properly. If you notice any abnormal

operation of the device, disconnect it immediately

from the compressed air and contact the

manufacturer's service point.

k) Regularly inspect the condition of the safety labels. If

the labels are illegible, they must be replaced.

l) Please keep this manual available for future

reference. If this device is passed on to a third party,

the manual must be passed on with it.

m) Keep packaging elements and small assembly parts

in a place not available to children.

n) Keep the device away from children and animals.

o) If this device is used together with another

equipment, the remaining instructions for use shall

also be followed.

The terms "device" or "product" are used in the warnings

and instructions to refer to Powder coating gun. Do not use

in very humid environments or in the direct vicinity of water

tanks. Do not exceed the maximum permissible operating

pressure!

2.2. PERSONAL SAFETY

a) Do not use the device when tired, ill or under the

inuence of alcohol, narcotics or medication which

can signicantly impair the ability to operate the

device.

b) The device is not designed to be handled by persons

1. GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The user manual is designed to assist in the safe and

trouble-free use of the device. The product is designed

and manufactured in accordance with strict technical

guidelines, using state-of-the-art technologies and

3.2. PREPARING FOR USE

APPLIANCE LOCATION

The device should be used in a safe place, dry and clean,

with adequate lighting, active ventilation, no re source

or ignition. The temperature of environment must not be

higher than 60°C.

ASSEMBLING THE APPLIANCE

1. Connect the moisture separator [7] to the spray gun.

2. Unscrew the powder coating container [4] and place it

on a clean piece of paper with the open side up.

3. Fill it with powder coating (not included) up to 5cm.

4. Turn the gun upside down and screw in the powder

cup.

5. Mount the adapter [8] to the moisture separator [7].

6. Connect the ¼-inch air hose (not included) to the

adapter [8].

7. Screw in the spray terminal.

8. Attach the grounding clamp to the coated metal

object.

CAUTION: The grounding clamp should be attached

to the area that will not be coated (or at the end of

work unhook the clamp and coat the fragment using

gravity). This connection is absolutely necessary to

attract electrically charged particles to the coated

object.

3. Wipe the spray terminal with a clean cloth.

4. Disconnect the air hose from the spray gun.

5. Turn the gun upside down, unscrew the powder

coating container and funnel the remaining

uncontaminated powder out into the original

container.

NOTE: The powder cloud is explosive. Before pouring

the powder, remove all possible ignitable elements

from the workplace.

6. Before stiening, obtain suitable protective measures

(mask, gloves).

7. Heat the oven to the desired temperature (150 to 260

° C), place the object on the wire rack, close the door

and switch on the ventilation system. The standard

stiening time is 15 minutes, but follow the powder

coating manufacturer's instructions. Stiening time

may also depend on a product size.

CAUTION: Check stiddening status frequently. The

powder coating should fuse to a smooth, glossy

substance throughout the entire facility. Excessive

stiening can cause surface roughness and the

formation of so-called orange peels.

8. After stiening, turn the oven o and gently open the

door to allow the object to cool slowly.

ATTENTION: Cooling the object too quickly may cause

the tarnish of the surface.

TIPS FOR THE PAINTING AND STIFFENING PROCESSES

1. For painting, use appropriate coatings suitable for

tribostatic method.

2. Before changing the coating, thoroughly clean the

powder container. Mixtures of dierent powders can

cause pits in the object to be coated.

3. Porous objects may require thorough cleaning and

pre-painting.

4. If the powder begins to accumulate in one place, blow

it gently with compressed air. Powder accumulation

The product is used for electrostatic spraying of powder

coating using the tribostatic method.

The user is liable for any damage resulting from

unintended use of the device.

in unexpected situations.

g) Do not wear loose clothing or jewellery. Keep hair,

clothes and gloves away from moving parts. Loose

clothing, jewellery or long hair may get caught in

moving parts.

h) Compressed air may cause serious injury.

i) The device is not a toy. Children must be supervised

to ensure that they do not play with the device.

j) It is forbidden to direct the gun towards yourself,

other people or animals.

2.3. SAFE DEVICE USE

a) Do not overload the device. Use the appropriate tools

for the given task. A correctly-selected device will

perform the task for which it was designed better and

in a safer manner.

b) Disconnect the device from the power supply

before commencement of adjustment, cleaning and

maintenance. Such a preventive measure reduces the

risk of accidental activation.

c) Make sure the pressure line is disconnected before

attempting any adjustments, accessory replacements

or doing any work on the device. Such a preventive

measure reduces the risk of an accident.

d) When not in use, store in a safe place, away from

children and people not familiar with the device who

have not read the user manual. The device may pose

a hazard in the hands of inexperienced users.

e) Keep the device in perfect technical condition. Before

each use check for general damage and especially

check for cracked parts or elements and for any other

conditions which may impact the safe operation of

the device. If damage is discovered, hand over the

device for repair before use.

f) Keep the device out of the reach of children.

g) Device repair or maintenance should be carried out by

qualied persons, only using original spare parts. This

will ensure safe use.

h) To ensure the operational integrity of the device, do

not remove factory-tted guards and do not loosen

any screws.

i) Do not leave this appliance unattended while it is in

use.

j) Clean the device regularly to prevent stubborn grime

from accumulating.

k) Only use air to supply the device, do not use any other

gases.

l) At locations where there is a high risk of mechanical

damage, use a reinforced hose for compressed air

connections.

m) Before each use ensure the nozzle is correctly installed

in the device and that the hose is correctly attached

and undamaged.

n) The air supplied to the device should be dry, clean

and free of contamination. Contamination can clog

the conduits and lead to damage to the device and its

components.

o) Do not carry or hang the device by the pressure line.

p) Do not exceed the recommended supply pressure as

this may damage the device.

q) Do not cover the air intake and outlet.

r) The device is not a toy. Cleaning and maintenance may

not be carried out by children without supervision by

an adult person.

s) It is forbidden to interfere with the structure of

the device in order to change its parameters or

construction.

t) Keep the device away from sources of re and heat.

u) Do not cure coated items in a gas oven as they can

emit ammable vapors. The product must be cured

in an electric oven designed for this purpose (never in

ovens used for processing food products).

ATTENTION! Despite the safe design of the device

and its protective features, and despite the use of

additional elements protecting the operator, there is

still a slight risk of accident or injury when using the

device. Stay alert and use common sense when using

the device.

ATTENTION! This product‘s view can be found on the

last pages of the operating instructions (pp. 27).

3.3. DEVICE USE

The cleaned and prepared for painting device should be

placed near ventilation and grounded. If the object has

grooves or recesses, it should be positioned so that the

powder coating can ll it by gravity. After lling the container

with powder coating and installing the device, you can start

painting. Before painting, it is recommended to carry out

a test on a piece of scrap metal.

CAUTION: If the pattern is too small or too large, adjust

the screw [10]. To enlarge the pattern, loosen the screw, to

reduce the pattern, tighten the screw.. It is recommended to

start work on a fully tightened screw and gradually unscrew

it until the desired pattern is obtained.

1. Turn on the compressor and set the air pressure

regulator to between 1 and 3,5 bar. Small pressure

changes can be made using the pressure reducing

valve [10] during operation.

2. To start spraying,, press the trigger of the spray gun

[6].

CAUTION: When coating, keep the gun approximately

12,5 cm from the object to be coated. The gun should

be pointed at dierent angles to ensure complete

coverage. When nished, the object should be

completely covered with a matte, non-transparent

layer of powder coating.

5. If the pattern has too small diameter in relation to the

selected spray terminal, adjust the pressure or replace

the moisture separator.

6. To remove the orange peel eect, sand the object

with 400 grit sandpaper, dry and repeat the coating

process.

paint cleaner..

3.4. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

a) Always unplug the device before cleaning it.

b) Store the unit in a dry, cool place, free from moisture

and direct exposure to sunlight.

c) Do not spray the device with a water jet or submerge

it in water.

d) The device must be regularly inspected to check its

technical eciency and spot any damage.

e) Use a soft cloth for cleaning.

f) Do not use sharp and/or metal objects for cleaning

(e.g. a wire brush or a metal spatula) because they

may damage the surface material of the appliance.

g) After each use, clean all parts of the device with

compressed air.

DISPOSING OF USED DEVICES

Do not dispose of this device in municipal waste systems.

Hand it over to an electric and electrical device recycling

and collection point. Check the symbol on the product,

instruction manual and packaging. The plastics used

to construct the device can be recycled in accordance

with their markings. By choosing to recycle you are

making a signicant contribution to the protection of our

environment.

2.1. BEZPIECZEŃSTWO W MIEJSCU PRACY

t) Trzymać urządzenia z dala od źródeł ognia i ciepła.

u) Nie należy utwardzać powlekanych przedmiotów

3.2. PRZYGOTOWANIE DO PRACY

Urządzenia należy używać w miejscu bezpiecznym

do natryskiwania, suchym i czystym, z odpowiednim

oświetleniem, aktywną wentylacją, brakiem źródła ognia lub

zapłonu. Temperatura otoczenia nie może przekraczać 60°C.

MONTAŻ URZĄDZENIA

1. Podłączyć separator wilgoci [7] do pistoletu

natryskowego.

2. Odkręcić pojemnik na farbę w proszku [4] i umieścić

na czystym kawałku papieru otwartą stroną do góry.

3. Napełnić go farbą w proszku (brak w zestawie) do

wysokości 5cm.

4. Obrócić pistolet do góry nogami i wkręcić kubek

z farbą w proszku.

5. Zamontować adapter [8] do separatora wilgoci [7].

6. Podłączyć wąż powietrza ¼ cala (brak w zestawie) do

adaptera [8].

7. Wkręcić końcówkę rozpraszającą.

8. Przymocować zacisk uziemiający do powlekanego

metalowego przedmiotu.

UWAGA: Zacisk uziemiający należy przymocować

do obszaru, który nie będzie powlekany (lub na

koniec pracy odczepić zacisk i powlec fragment

wykorzystując siłę grawitacji). Połączenie to jest

absolutnie konieczne, aby przyciągnąć naładowane

elektrycznie cząsteczki do powlekanego przedmiotu.

3.3. PRACA Z URZĄDZENIEM

Oczyszczony i przygotowany do malowania przedmiot

należy umieścić w pobliżu wentylacji i uziemić. Jeżeli

obiekt ma rowki lub wgłębienia należy go ustawić

w taki sposób, aby farba w proszku mogła wypełnić je

grawitacyjnie. Po wypełnieniu pojemnika farbą w proszku

i montażu urządzenia można rozpocząć malowanie. Przed

malowaniem właściwym zaleca się przeprowadzenie próby

na kawałku złomu.

UWAGA: Jeżeli wzór jest zbyt mały lub zbyt duży można

dokonać regulacji śrubą [10]. Aby powiększyć wzór należy

poluzować śrubę, aby wzór pomniejszyć, śrubę należy

dokręcić. Zaleca się rozpoczęcie pracy na całkowicie

dokręconej śrubie i stopniowe jej odkręcanie aż do uzyskania

pożądanego wzoru.

1. Włączyć sprężarkę i ustawić regulator ciśnienia

powietrza w zakresie od 1 do 3,5 bara. Niewielkie

zmiany ciśnienia można wprowadzić za pomocą

zaworu redukcji ciśnienia [10] podczas pracy.

2. Aby rozpocząć rozpylanie należy wcisnąć spust

pistoletu natryskowego [12].

UWAGA: Podczas powlekania należy trzymać

pistolet w odległości około 12,5cm od powlekanego

przedmiotu. Pistolet należy kierować pod różnymi

kątami aby zapewnić całkowite krycie. Po zakończeniu,

obiekt powinien być całkowicie pokryty matową,

nieprzezroczystą warstwa farby w proszku.

3. Wytrzeć końcówkę rozpraszającą czystą szmatką.

4. Odłączyć wąż powietrza od pistoletu natryskowego.

5. Obrócić pistolet do góry nogami, odkręcić pojemnik

na farbę i pozostały, niezanieczyszczony proszek

wysypać do oryginalnego pojemnika.

UWAGA: Chmura proszku jest wybuchowa. Przed

przesypywaniem proszku należy usunąć wszelkie

możliwe elementy zapłonu z miejsca pracy.

6. Przed utwardzaniem należy zaopatrzyć się

w odpowiednie środki ochronne (maska, rękawice).

7. Podgrzać piec do żądanej temperatury (od 150 do

260°C), umieścić przedmiot na ruszcie, zamknąć

drzwi i włączyć system wentylacji. Standardowy czas

utwardzania wynosi 15 minut, należy jednak zapoznać

się z zaleceniami producenta farby w proszku.

Czas utwardzania może także zależeć od wielkości

produktu.

UWAGA: Należy często kontrolować stan utwardzania.

Farba w proszku powinna stopić się do gładkiego,

błyszczącego wykończenia na całym obiekcie.

Nadmierne utwardzenie może powodować szorstkość

powierzchni i powstanie tzw. skórki pomarańczy.

8. Po utwardzeniu należy wyłączyć piec i delikatnie

otworzyć drzwiczki, aby umożliwić przedmiotowi

powolne schładzanie.

UWAGA: Zbyt szybkie schłodzenie przedmiotu może

spowodować zmatowienie powierzchni.

WSKAZÓWKI DOTYCZĄCE PROCESU MALOWANIA

I UTWARDZANIA

1. Do malowania należy używać odpowiednich farb.

2. Przed zmianą farby należy dokładnie wyczyścić

pojemnik na proszek. Mieszanki różnych proszków

mogą powodować wżery w powlekanym przedmiocie.

3. Przedmioty porowate mogą wymagać przed

malowaniem dokładnego czyszczenia oraz malowania

wstępnego.

4. Jeśli proszek zacznie gromadzić się w jednym miejscu,

należy przedmuchać go delikatnie sprężonym

powietrzem. Gromadzenie się proszku może także być

spowodowane zbyt dużą wilgocią. Należy wymienić

separator wilgoci.

5. Jeżeli wzór ma za małą średnicę w stosunku do

dobranej końcówki rozpraszającej należy dostosować

ciśnienie lub wymienić separator wilgoci.

6. Aby usunąć efekt skórki pomarańczowej należy

przeszlifować przedmiot na mokro papierem

ściernym o gradacji 400, wysuszyć i powtórzyć proces

powlekania.

7. Aby usunąć utwardzoną powłokę można użyć

zmywacza do farb samochodowych.

3.4. CZYSZCZENIE I KONSERWACJA

a) Przed każdym czyszczeniem, a także jeżeli urządzenie

nie jest używane, należy wyciągnąć wtyczkę sieciową.

b) Urządzenie należy przechowywać w suchym

i chłodnym miejscu chronionym przed wilgocią

i bezpośrednim promieniowaniem słonecznym.

c) Zabrania się spryskiwania urządzenia strumieniem

wody lub zanurzania urządzenia w wodzie.

d) Należy wykonywać regularne przeglądy urządzenia

pod kątem jego sprawności technicznej oraz wszelkich

uszkodzeń.



e) Do czyszczenia należy używać miękkiej ściereczki.

f) Do czyszczenia nie wolno używać ostrych i/lub

metalowych przedmiotów (np. drucianej szczotki lub

metalowej łopatki) ponieważ mogą one uszkodzić

powierzchnię materiału, z którego wykonane jest

urządzenie.

g) Po każdym użyciu, wszystkie elementy urządzenia

należy wyczyścić sprężonym powietrzem.

USUWANIE ZUŻYTYCH URZĄDZEŃ.

Po zakończeniu okresu użytkowania nie wolno usuwać

niniejszego produktu poprzez normalne odpady

komunalne, lecz należy go oddać do punktu zbiórki

i recyklingu urządzeń elektrycznych i elektronicznych.

d) Na pracovišti se nesmí zdržovat děti a nepovolané

osoby. (Nepozornost může způsobit ztrátu kontroly

e) Zařízení používejte v dobře větraných prostorách.

f) Při práci se zařízením vzniká velké množství prachů

a úlomků, chraňte přihlížející osoby proti jejich

g) Tlakovou hadici připojujte a odpojujte pouze pokud

je vzduchový ventil uzavřen.

h) Tlakovou hadici nesměrujte na sebe, jiné osoby nebo

i) Přívod stlačeného vzduchu nezavírejte mačkáním

nebo zalomením tlakových hadic.

j) Po zahájení práce postupně otevírejte přívod

vzduchu do zařízení, abyste se ujistili o jeho správném

fungování. Pokud si všimnete nesprávného provozu

zařízení, ihned jej odpojte od stlačeného vzduchu

a kontaktujte servis výrobce.

k) Je třeba pravidelně kontrolovat stav etiket s

bezpečnostními informacemi. V případě, že jsou

nečitelné, je třeba etikety vyměnit.)

3.2. PŘÍPRAVA K PRÁCI

UMÍSTĚNÍ ZAŘÍZENÍ

Zařízení používejte v místě bezpečném pro nástřik, suchém

a čistém, dostatečně osvětleném, s funkčním odvětráváním,

bez zdrojů ohně nebo vznícení. Teplota okolí nesmí být

vyšší než 60 °C.

MONTÁŽ ZAŘÍZENÍ

1. Připojte odlučovač vlhkosti [7] ke stříkací pistoli.

2. Odšroubujte nádobku na práškovou barvu [4]

a položte ji na čistý kus papíru otevřenou stranou

vzhůru.

3. Naplňte nádobku práškovou barvou (není součástí

balení) do výšky 5 cm.

4. Otočte pistoli vzhůru nohama a našroubujte nádobku

s práškovou barvou.

5. Připojte adaptér [8] k odlučovači vlhkosti [7].

6. Připojte vzduchovou hadici ¼ palce (není součástí

balení) k adaptéru [8].

7. Našroubujte rozprašovací trysku.

8. Připevněte uzemňovací svorku na lakovaný kovový

předmět.

UPOZORNĚNÍ: Uzemňovací svorku připevněte v

místě, na kterém nebude barva (nebo na konci práce

odstraňte svorku a nastříkejte čisté místo s využitím

gravitace). Toto spojení je naprosto nezbytné pro

přitahování nabitých elektrických částic k lakovanému

předmětu.

3. ZÁSADY POUŽÍVÁNÍ

Výrobek je určen k elektrostatickému nanášení práškových

barev pomocí tribostatické metody.

Odpovědnost za veškeré škody vzniklé v důsledku

použití zařízení v rozporu s určením nese uživatel.

f) Nepřeceňujte své schopnosti. Udržujte stabilní postoj

a rovnováhu po celou dobu práce. To vám umožní

lépe ovládat zařízení v neočekávaných situacích.

g) Nenoste volné oblečení nebo šperky. Vlasy, oděv

a rukavice udržujte v bezpečné vzdálenosti od

rotujících dílů. Volný oděv, šperky nebo dlouhé vlasy

mohou zachytit rotující díly.

h) Stlačený vzduch může způsobit těžký úraz.

i) Zařízení není hračka. Dohlížejte na děti, aby si nehrály

se zařízením.

j) Je zakázáno mířit hořákem na sebe, na jiné lidi nebo

na zvířata.

2.3. BEZPEČNÉ POUŽÍVÁNÍ ZAŘÍZENÍ

a) Zařízení nepřetěžujte. Pro daný úkol používejte vždy

správný typ nářadí. Správně zvolené nářadí lépe

a bezpečněji provede práci, pro kterou bylo navrženo.

b) Před každým seřízením, čištěním a údržbou odpojte

zařízení od napájení. Toto bezpečnostní opatření

snižuje nebezpečí náhodného zapnutí.

c) Dříve než začnete provádět seřizování, měnit

příslušenství a také po ukončení práce, odpojte

zařízení od tlakové hadice. Snížíte tím riziko úrazu.

d) Nepoužívaná zařízení uchovávejte mimo dosah dětí

a osob, které nejsou seznámeny se zařízením nebo

návodem k obsluze. Zařízení jsou nebezpečná v rukou

nezkušených uživatelů.

e) Zařízení udržujte v dobrém technickém stavu.

Kontrolujte před každou prací jeho celkový stav

i jednotlivé díly a ujistěte se, že je vše v dobrém stavu,

a uživateli tak při práci se zařízením nehrozí žádné

nebezpečí. V případě, že zjistíte poškození, nechte

zařízení opravit.

f) Udržujte zařízení mimo dosah dětí.

g) Opravu a údržbu zařízení by měly provádět pouze

kvalikované osoby za výhradního použití originálních

náhradních dílů. Zajistí to bezpečné používání zařízení.

h) Pro zachování navržené mechanické integrity zařízení

neodstraňujte předem namontované kryty nebo

neuvolňujte šrouby.

i) Zapnuté zařízení nenechávejte bez dozoru.

j) Pravidelně čistěte zařízení, aby nedošlo k trvalému

usazovaní nečistot.

k) K zásobování zařízení používejte vzduch, je zakázáno

používat jiné plyny.

l) Používejte vyztužené hadice, abyste komprimovali

stlačený vzduch v místech se zvýšeným rizikem

mechanického poškození.

m) Před každým použitím se ujistěte, zda je koncovka

správně namontována v zařízení a hadice je správně

upevněna a není poškozena.

n) Vzduch přiváděný do zařízení musí být suchý, čistý

a bez nečistot. Nečistoty mohou ucpat hadice

a poškodit zařízení a jeho součásti.

o) Zařízení nepřenášejte nebo nezavěšujte za tlakovou

hadici.

p) Nepřekračujte doporučený vstupní tlak, protože to

může poškodit zařízení.

q) Nezakrývejte vstupní a výstupní otvor vzduchu.

r) Zařízení není hračka. Čištění a údržbu nesmí provádět

děti bez dohledu dospělé osoby.

s) Nezasahujte do zařízení s cílem změnit jeho parametry

nebo konstrukci.

t) Udržujte zařízení mimo zdroje ohně a tepla.

u) Nalakované předměty nenechávejte tvrdnout v

plynové troubě, protože by mohlo dojít k uvolňování

hořlavých par. Přeměty musí tvrdnout ve speciální

elektrické troubě k tomu určené (nikdy ne v troubě, v

níž se zpracovávají potraviny).

2. BEZPEČNOST POUŽÍVÁNÍ

POZNÁMKA! Přečtěte si pečlivě tento návod včetně

všech bezpečnostních pokynů. Nedodržování

pokynů může vést k úrazu elektrickým proudem,

požáru a/nebo těžkému úrazu nebo smrti.

PAMATUJTE! Při práci se zařízením chraňte děti

POZNÁMKA! I když zařízení bylo navrženo tak, aby

bylo bezpečné, tedy má vhodné bezpečnostní prvky,

tak i přes použití dodatečné ochrany uživatelem při

práci se zařízením nadále existuje malé riziko úrazu

nebo poranění. Doporučuje se zachovat opatrnost

4. Vyčistěte rozprašovací trysku čistým hadříkem.

5. Odpojte vzduchovou hadici od stříkací pistole.

6. Obraťte pistoli vzhůru nohama, odšroubujte nádobku

na barvu a zbytek čistého prášku vysypte do

originálního obalu.

UPOZORNĚNÍ: Práškový oblak je výbušný. Před

přesypáním prášku je třeba z místa práce odstranit

veškeré možné hořlavé a výbušné prvky.

7. Před vytvrzováním je třeba zajistit vhodné ochranné

prostředky (maska, rukavice).

8. Rozehřejte pec na požadovanou teplotu (od 150

do 260 °C), položte předmět na rošt, zavřete dvířka

a zapněte ventilaci. Běžná doba vytvrzování se

pohybuje kolem 15 minut, je třeba se ale řídit pokyny

výrobce práškové barvy. Doba vytvrzení může také

záviset na velikosti předmětu.

UPOZORNĚNÍ: Průběh vytvrzování je třeba často

kontrolovat. Prášková barva by se měla roztavit na

hladký lesklý povrch. Nadměrné vytvrzování může

způsobit drsnost povrchu a tvorbu tzv. pomerančové

kůry.

8. Po vytvrzení vypněte pec a opatrně otevřete dvířka za

účelem pomalého vychladnutí předmětu.

UPOZORNĚNÍ: Příliš rychlé zchlazení předmětu může

způsobit zmatnění povrchu.

POKYNY PRO LAKOVÁNÍ A VYTVRZOVÁNÍ

1. Pro lakování používejte vhodné barvy.

2. Před výměnou barvy důkladně vyčistěte nádobku

na prášek. Směsi různých prášků můžou způsobovat

důlky na lakovaném předmětu.

3. Pórovité předměty můžou před lakováním vyžadovat

důkladné vyčištění a vstupní nátěr.

 

3.3. PRÁCE SE ZAŘÍZENÍM

Vyčištěný a připravený k nástřiku předmět umístěte v

blízkosti ventilace a uzemněte. Pokud předmět má drážky

nebo prohlubně, postavte jej tak, aby došlo k jejich vyplnění

barvou pomocí gravitace. Po naplnění nádobky práškovou

barvou a smontování zařízení je možno začíst s lakováním.

Před samotným lakováním doporučujeme provést zkoušku

na kusu kovového šrotu.

UPOZORNĚNÍ: Pokuj je vzorek příliš malý nebo velký

můžete jej upravit pomocí šroubu [10]. Chcete-li vzor

zvětšit, povolte šroub, pro zmenšení vzoru šroub dotáhněte.

Doporučujeme začínat nástřik s úplně dotaženým

šroubem a postupně jej povolovat, dokud nedosáhnete

požadovaného vzoru.

1. Zapněte kompresor a nastavte regulátor tlaku

vzduchu v rozmezní od 1 do 3,5 bar. Během provozu

můžete provést malé změny tlaku pomocí redukčního

ventilu [10].

2. Chcete-li začít lakovat, stiskněte spoušť stříkací pistole

[12].

UPOZORNĚNÍ: Během lakování držte pistoli ve

vzdálenosti cca 12,5 cm od lakovaného předmětu.

Pistoli směrujte různými úhly, aby barva pokryla celý

předmět. Po ukončení práce by předmět měl být zcela

pokrytý matnou, neprůhlednou vrstvou práškové

barvy.

4. Pokud se prášek začne hromadit na jednom místě,

je třeba jej jemně profouknout stlačeným vzduchem.

Hromadění se prášku může být také způsobeno

přílišnou vlhkostí. V tom případě je třeba vyměnit

odlučovač vlhkosti.

5. Pokud má vzorek malý průměr vzhledem k použité

rozprašovací trysce, je třeba upravit tlak nebo vyměnit

odlučovač vlhkosti.

6. Chcete-li odstranit efekt pomerančové kůže, vyhlaďte

předmět brusným papírem 400 na mokro, osušte

a zopakujte lakování.

7. K odstranění vytvrzeného nátěru můžete použit

odstraňovač autolaků.

3.4. ČIŠTĚNÍ A ÚDRŽBA

a) Před každým čištěním a také tehdy, když zařízení

nepoužíváte, vytáhněte síťovou zástrčku že zásuvku.

b) Zařízení skladujte na suchém a chladném místě,

chráněném proti vlhkosti a přímému slunečnímu svitu.

c) Je zakázáno zařízení polévat vodou nebo je do vody

ponořovat.

d) Pravidelně provádějte revize zařízení a kontrolujte,

zda je technicky způsobilé a není poškozeno.

e) K čištění používejte měkký hadřík.

f) K čištění nepoužívejte ostré ani kovové předměty

(například drátěný kartáč nebo kovovou obracečku),

protože mohou poškodit povrch materiálu, z něhož je

zařízení vyrobeno.

g) Po každém použití očistěte všechny části zařízení

pomocí stlačeného vzduchu.

LIKVIDACE OPOTŘEBENÝCH ZAŘÍZENÍ

Po ukončení doby používání nevyhazujte tento výrobek

společně s komunálním odpadem, ale odevzdejte jej k

recyklaci do sběrny elektrických a elektronických zařízení.

O tom informuje symbol umístěný na zařízení, v návodě

k obsluze nebo na obalu. Komponenty použité v zařízení

jsou vhodné pro zužitkování v souladu s jejich označením.

3.2. Préparation à l'utilisation

CHOIX DE L’EMPLACEMENT DE L’APPAREIL :

L'appareil doit être utilisé dans un endroit sûr pour la

pulvérisation, sec et propre, avec un éclairage adéquat,

une ventilation active et aucune source d'incendie ou

d'inammation à proximité. La température ambiante ne

doit pas dépasser 60 °C.

MONTAGE DE L’APPAREIL

1. Connectez le séparateur d'humidité [7] au pistolet

pulvérisateur.

2. Dévissez le réservoir de poudre [4] et placez-le sur

une feuille de papier propre, face ouverte vers le haut.

3. Remplissez-le de peinture en poudre (non incluse

dans le kit) jusqu'à une hauteur de 5 cm.

4. Retournez le pistolet et vissez le godet à poudre.

5. Montez l'adaptateur [8] sur le séparateur d'humidité

[7].

6. Connectez le tuyau d'air de ¼ de pouce (non inclus

dans le kit) à l'adaptateur [8].

7. Visser l'embout diuseur

8. Fixez la borne de mise à la terre à l'objet métallique

revêtu.

ATTENTION : La borne de la mise à la terre doit être

xée à la zone qui ne sera pas recouverte (ou à la n du

travail, décrocher la borne et recouvrir le fragment par

gravité). Cette connexion est absolument nécessaire

pour attirer les particules chargées électriquement

vers l'objet revêtu.

3.3. UTILISATION DE L'APPAREIL

L'objet nettoyé et préparé pour la peinture doit être placé

près de la ventilation et mis à la terre. Si l'objet a des rainures

ou des cavités, il doit être positionné de manière à ce que

la peinture en poudre puisse le remplir par gravité. Après

avoir rempli le récipient de peinture en poudre et installé

l'appareil, vous pouvez commencer à peindre. Avant de

peindre, il est recommandé d'eectuer un test sur une pièce

de ferraille.

ATTENTION : Si le motif est trop petit ou trop grand,

ajustez la vis [10]. Pour agrandir le motif, desserrez la vis,

pour réduire le motif, serrez la vis. Il est recommandé de

commencer à travailler avec la vis complètement serrée

et de la dévisser progressivement jusqu'à obtenir le motif

souhaité.

1. Allumez le compresseur et réglez le régulateur de

pression d'air dans une plage de 1 à 3,5 bar. De petits

changements de pression peuvent être eectués en

utilisant une soupape de réduction [10] pendant le

fonctionnement.

2. Pour démarrer la pulvérisation appuyez sur la

gâchette du pistolet [12].

ATTENTION : Lors du revêtement, gardez le pistolet

à environ 12,5 cm de l'objet à revêtir. Le pistolet

doit être pointé sous diérents angles pour assurer

une couverture complète. Une fois terminé, l'objet

doit être complètement recouvert d'une couche de

peinture en poudre mate et opaque.

3. Essuyez l'embout diuseur avec un chion propre.

4. Débranchez le tuyau d'air du pistolet pulvérisateur.

5. Retournez le pistolet, dévissez le récipient de peinture

et versez la poudre non contaminée restante dans le

récipient d'origine.

ATTENTION : Le nuage de poudre est explosif. Avant

de verser la poudre, éliminez tous les composants

d'allumage possibles du lieu de travail.

6. Avant le durcissement, il faut s'équiper en EPI

appropriées (masque, gants).

7. Chauez le four à la température souhaitée (150 à

260 ° C), placez l'objet sur la grille, fermez la porte

et allumez le système de ventilation. Le temps de

durcissement standard est de 15 minutes, mais

veuillez vous référer aux instructions du fabricant de

peinture en poudre. Le temps de durcissement peut

également dépendre de la taille du produit.

ATTENTION : L'état de durcissement doit être surveillé

fréquemment. La peinture en poudre doit fusionner

pour donner une nition lisse et brillante sur

l'ensemble de l'objet. Un durcissement excessif peut

provoquer une rugosité de surface et la formation de

la peau d'orange.

8. Après durcissement, éteignez le four et ouvrez

doucement la porte pour permettre à l'objet de

refroidir lentement.

ATTENTION : Un refroidissement trop rapide de l'objet

peut entraîner un ternissement de la surface.

CONSEILS POUR LE PROCESSUS DE PEINTURE ET DE

DURCISSEMENT

1. Pour la peinture, utilisez des peintures.

2. Avant de changer la peinture, nettoyez soigneusement

le réservoir de poudre. Des mélanges de diérentes

poudres peuvent provoquer des piqûres dans l'article

revêtu.

3. Les objets poreux peuvent nécessiter un nettoyage en

profondeur et une pré-peinture avant de peindre.

4. Si la poudre commence à s'accumuler au même

endroit, elle doit être souée doucement avec de l'air

comprimé. L'accumulation de poudre peut également

être causée par l'excès d'humidité. Le séparateur

d'humidité doit être remplacé.

5. Si le motif est trop petit par rapport à la pointe de

diusion sélectionnée, réglez la pression ou remplacez

le séparateur d'humidité.

6. Pour éliminer l'eet de la peau d'orange, poncez

l'objet humide avec du papier de verre grain 400,

séchez et répétez le processus de revêtement.

7. Pour enlever le revêtement durci, vous pouvez utiliser

un nettoyant pour peinture de voiture.

3.4. NETTOYAGE ET ENTRETIEN

a) Avant de commencer le nettoyage, débranchez

l‘appareil de l‘alimentation électrique.

b) Conservez l'appareil dans un endroit propre, frais et

sec, à l'abri de l'humidité et des rayons directs du

soleil.

c) Il est interdit d’asperger l'appareil d'eau ou de

l'immerger dans l'eau.

d) Contrôlez régulièrement l'appareil pour vous assurer

qu'il fonctionne correctement et ne présente aucun

dommage.

e) Utilisez un chion doux lors du nettoyage.



3. CONDITIONS D’UTILISATION

Le produit est utilisé pour la pulvérisation électrostatique de

peintures en poudre en utilisant la méthode tribostatique.

L’utilisateur porte l’entière responsabilité pour

l’ensemble des dommages attribuables à un usage

inapproprié.

f) Ne surestimez pas vos capacités. Adoptez toujours

une position de travail stable vous permettant de

garder l'équilibre. Vous aurez ainsi un meilleur

contrôle en cas de situations inattendues.

g) Ne portez ni vêtements amples ni bijoux. Tenez vos

cheveux, vos vêtements et vos gants à l'écart des

pièces mobiles. Les vêtements amples, les bijoux et

les cheveux longs peuvent être happés par les pièces

mobiles.

h) L’air comprimé peut provoquer des blessures graves

i) Cet appareil n'est pas un jouet. Les enfants doivent

demeurer sous la supervision d’un adulte an qu’ils

ne jouent pas avec l’appareil.

j) Il est interdit de diriger le pistolet vers vous-même,

d'autres personnes ou des animaux.

2.3. UTILISATION SÉCURITAIRE DE L'APPAREIL

a) Ne faites pas surchauer l'appareil. Utilisez les outils

appropriés pour l'usage que vous en faites. Le choix

d'appareils appropriés et l'utilisation soigneuse de

ceux-ci produisent de meilleurs résultats.

b) Avant de procéder au nettoyage et à l’entretien de

l’appareil, débranchez-le. Une telle mesure préventive

réduit le risque de mise en marche accidentelle de

l’appareil.

c) Avant d'eectuer des réglages sur l'appareil, de

remplacer des accessoires ou de travailler avec

l'appareil de manière générale, débranchez la

conduite d’air comprimé. Une telle mesure préventive

réduit le risque d'accidents.

d) Les outils qui ne sont pas en cours d'utilisation

doivent être mis hors de portée des enfants et des

personnes qui ne connaissent ni l'appareil, ni le

manuel d'utilisation s'y rapportant. Entre les mains de

personnes inexpérimentées, ce genre d'appareils peut

représenter un danger.

e) Maintenez l'appareil en parfait état de marche. Avant

chaque utilisation, vériez l’absence de dommages en

général et au niveau des pièces mobiles (assurez-vous

qu’aucune pièce ni composant n’est cassé et vériez

que rien ne compromet le fonctionnement sécuritaire

de l’appareil). En cas de dommages, l’appareil doit

impérativement être envoyé en réparation avant

d’être utilisé de nouveau.

f) Tenez l'appareil hors de portée des enfants.

g) La réparation et l'entretien des appareils doivent être

eectués uniquement par un personnel qualié, à

l'aide de pièces de rechange d'origine. Cela garantit

la sécurité d’utilisation.

h) Pour garantir l'intégrité opérationnelle de l'appareil,

les couvercles et les vis posés à l'usine ne doivent pas

être retirés.

i) Ne laissez pas l’appareil fonctionner sans surveillance.

j) Nettoyez régulièrement l'appareil pour en prévenir

l’encrassement.

k) Pour alimenter l'appareil en air comprimé, utilisez

uniquement de l'air. N'utilisez aucun autre gaz.

l) Utilisez des exibles renforcés pour comprimer

l'air sous pression dans les zones à risque élevé de

dommages mécaniques.

m) Avant chaque utilisation, assurez-vous que

l'accessoire est correctement installé et que le tuyau

est solidement xé et en bon état.

n) L'air alimentant l'appareil doit être sec, propre et ne

contenir aucune impureté. La saleté peut boucher les

conduites, ce qui risque d’endommager l'appareil et

ses composants.

o) N'utilisez pas la conduite d'air comprimé pour

suspendre l'appareil.

p) Ne dépassez pas la pression d'alimentation

recommandée ; cela peut endommager l'appareil.

q) Ne couvrez pas l'entrée et la sortie d'air

3.2. PREPARAZIONE AL FUNZIONAMENTO

Posizionamento del dispositivo: Utilizzare il dispositivo

in un'area di spruzzatura sicura, asciutta e pulita, con

illuminazione adeguata, ventilazione attiva, senza fonte di

fuoco o di accensione. La temperatura ambiente non deve

superare i 60°C.

MONTAGGIO DEL DISPOSITIVO

1. Collegare il separatore di umidità [7] alla pistola

a spruzzo.

2. Svitare il contenitore della vernice a polvere [4] e

posizionarlo su un foglio di carta pulito con il lato

aperto rivolto verso l'alto.

3. Pulire la punta del diusore con un panno pulito.

4. Scollegare il tubo dell'aria dalla pistola a spruzzo.

5. Capovolgere la pistola, svitare il contenitore della

vernice e versare la polvere non contaminata rimasta

nel contenitore originale.

NOTA: La nube di polvere è esplosiva. Prima di versare

la polvere, rimuovere tutti i possibili elementi di

accensione dalla postazione di lavoro.

6. Prima dell'indurimento, devono essere forniti adeguati

dispositivi di protezione (maschera, guanti).

7. Scaldare la stufa alla temperatura desiderata (da 150

a 260°C), posizionare l'oggetto sulla griglia, chiudere

lo sportello e attivare il sistema di ventilazione. Il

tempo di polimerizzazione standard è di 15 minuti,

ma si prega di fare riferimento alle raccomandazioni

 

3. CONDIZIONI D'USO

Il prodotto viene utilizzato per la spruzzatura elettrostatica di

vernici a polvere con il metodo tribostatico.

L'operatore è responsabile di tutti i danni derivanti da

un uso improprio.

3.1. DESCRIZIONE DEL DISPOSITIVO

il prodotto.

j) È vietato dirigere la pistola verso se stessi, altre

persone e animali.

2.3. USO SICURO DEL DISPOSITIVO

a) Non far surriscaldare il dispositivo. Utilizzare strumenti

appropriati. Dispositivi scelti correttamente e un

attento utilizzo degli stessi portano a risultati migliori.

b) Scollegare l‘unità dall‘alimentazione prima di iniziare

l‘impostazione, la pulizia e la manutenzione. Tale

misura preventiva riduce il rischio di attivazione

accidentale del dispositivo.

c) Prima di regolare le impostazioni, cambiare gli

accessori o eettuare dei lavori sul dispositivo,

scollegare il collegamento della pressione. Tale misura

preventiva riduce il rischio di incidenti.

d) Gli strumenti inutilizzati devono essere tenuti fuori

dalla portata dei bambini e delle persone che non

hanno familiarità con il dispositivo e le istruzioni

ostruire i cavi e danneggiare il dispositivo e i suoi

componenti.

dispositivo.

e la manutenzione non devono essere eseguite da

bambini a meno che non siano sotto la supervisione

di un adulto.

s) È vietato intervenire sulla costruzione del dispositivo

per modicare i suoi parametri o la sua costruzione.

t) Tenere dispositivi lontano da fonti di fuoco e calore.

u) Non far indurire oggetti rivestiti nel forno a gas poiché

Il prodotto deve essere indurito in un forno elettrico

apposito in cui non vengono cotti alimenti.

ATTENZIONE! Anche se l'apparecchiatura è

stata progettata per essere sicura, sono presenti

degli ulteriori meccanismi di sicurezza. Malgrado

l'applicazione di queste misure supplementari di

sicurezza sussiste comunque il rischio di ferirsi. Si

raccomanda inoltre di usare cautela e buon senso.

3. Riempirlo con la vernice a polvere (non in dotazione)

mo all’altezza di 5 cm.

4. Capovolgere la pistola e avvitare una tazza di vernice

a polvere.

5. Installare l'adattatore [8] nel separatore di umidità [7].

6. Collegare un tubo essibile dell'aria da ¼ pollici (non

fornito) all'adattatore [8].

7. Avvitare la punta del diusore.

8. Fissare un morsetto di terra all'oggetto metallico

rivestito.

NOTA: Il morsetto di terra deve essere collegato

alla zona che non sarà non rivestita (o, alla ne del

lavoro, staccare il morsetto e rivestire il frammento

utilizzando la forza di gravità). Questo collegamento

è assolutamente necessario per attirare le particelle

cariche elettricamente verso l'oggetto in rivestimento.

3.3. LAVORARE CON IL DISPOSITIVO

L'oggetto pulito e preparato per la verniciatura deve essere

posizionato vicino alla ventilazione e messo a terra. Se

l'oggetto presenta delle scanalature o delle cavità, deve

essere posizionato in modo che la vernice a polvere possa

riempirle per gravità. Dopo aver riempito il contenitore

con vernice a polvere e aver montato il dispositivo, si può

iniziare a verniciare. Prima di una vera e propria verniciatura

si consiglia di eettuare una prova su un pezzo di rottame

metallico.

NOTA: Se il disegno è troppo piccolo o troppo grande,

è possibile eettuare le regolazioni con la vite [10].

Per ingrandire il disegno, allentare la vite per ridurre il

disegno, stringere la vite. Si consiglia di iniziare con la vite

completamente serrata e di allentarla gradualmente no ad

ottenere il disegno desiderato.

1. Accendere il compressore e regolare il regolatore

di pressione dell'aria tra 1 e 3,5 bar. Durante il

funzionamento è possibile eettuare piccole

variazioni di pressione con la valvola di riduzione della

pressione [10].

l'oggetto deve essere completamente ricoperto con

una vernice a polvere non trasparente e opaca.

8. Dopo l'indurimento, spegnere la stufa e aprire

delicatamente lo sportello per consentire all'oggetto

di rareddarsi lentamente.

NOTA: Un rareddamento troppo rapido dell'oggetto

può causare l'opacizzazione della supercie.

CONSIGLI RELATIVI AL PROCESSO DI VERNICIATURA E

INDURIMENTO

1. Utilizzare vernici idonee per l’applicazione.

2. Il contenitore della polvere deve essere pulito a fondo

prima di cambiare la vernice. Miscele di polveri diverse

possono causare buche nell'oggetto rivestito.

3. Gli oggetti porosi possono richiedere un'accurata

pulizia e pre-verniciatura prima della verniciatura.

4. Se la polvere inizia ad accumularsi in un punto, soarla

delicatamente con aria compressa. L'accumulo di

polvere può anche essere causato da una eccessiva

umidità. Sostituire il separatore di umidità.

5. Se il disegno è di diametro troppo piccolo rispetto

all'ugello selezionato, regolare la pressione o sostituire

il separatore di umidità.

6. Per rimuovere l'eetto buccia d'arancia, carteggiare

l'oggetto bagnato con carta abrasiva di gradazione

400, asciugare e ripetere il processo di verniciatura.

utilizzare un sverniciatore per le vernici auto

3.4. PULIZIA E MANUTENZIONE

a) Prima di compiere le operazioni di pulizia assicurarsi

sempre di staccare la spina del cavo di alimentazione.

b) Tenere l'apparecchio in un luogo asciutto, fresco,

protetto dall'umidità e dalla luce diretta del sole.

c) È vietato spruzzare il dispositivo con un getto d'acqua

o immergere il dispositivo in acqua.

d) Eettuare controlli regolari del dispositivo per

mantenerlo eciente e privo di danni.

e) Per la pulizia utilizzare un panno morbido.

f) Non utilizzare oggetti appuntiti o / e metallici (come

una spazzola o una spatola metallica) per la pulizia,

poiché potrebbero danneggiare la supercie del

materiale con cui è fatto il dispositivo.

g) Dopo ogni utilizzo, tutti i componenti dell'unità

devono essere puliti con aria compressa.

SMALTIMENTO DELLE ATTREZZATURE USATE

Questo prodotto, se non più funzionante, non deve

essere smaltito insieme ai normali riuti, ma deve essere

consegnato ad un’organizzazione competente per lo

smaltimento dei dispositivi elettrici e elettronici. Maggiori

informazioni sono reperibili sull'etichetta sul prodotto, sul

manuale di istruzioni o sull'imballaggio. I materiali utilizzati

nel dispositivo possono essere riciclati secondo indicazioni.

Riutilizzando i materiali o i dispositivi, si contribuisce

a tutelare l'ambiente circostante. Le informazioni sui rispettivi

2.1. SEGURIDAD EN EL PUESTO DE TRABAJO

a) Mantenga el lugar de trabajo limpio y bien iluminado.

e) Utilice el equipo en un espacio bien ventilado.

f) Durante el funcionamiento la unidad produce polvo

y suciedad. Las terceras personas deben protegerse

contra los posibles efectos nocivos.

g) El conducto de presión debe conectarse y

desconectarse solamente cuando la válvula de aire

esté cerrada.

h) No apunte la salida de presión hacia usted ni hacia

otras personas o animales.

i) No interrumpa el suministro de aire comprimido

apretando o doblando las tuberías de presión.

j) Cuando empiece a trabajar con el equipo, aumente

gradualmente el suministro de aire para asegurarse

de que el funcionamiento es el correcto. Si el aparato

funcionara de forma deciente, desconéctelo

inmediatamente del aire comprimido y póngase en

contacto con el departamento de servicio técnico del

fabricante.

k) Compruebe regularmente el estado de las etiquetas

de información de seguridad. Si las pegatinas fueran

ilegibles, habrán de ser reemplazadas.

l) Conserve el manual de instrucciones para futuras

consultas. Este manual debe ser entregado a toda

persona que vaya a hacer uso del dispositivo.

m) Los elementos de embalaje y pequeñas piezas de

El producto se utiliza para la pulverización electrostática de

pintura en polvo utilizando el método tribostático.

El usuario es responsable de los daños derivados de un

2.3. MANEJO SEGURO DEL APARATO

a) No permita que el aparato se sobrecaliente. Utilice

ha sido diseñado, para conseguir así los mejores

c) Antes de realizar ajustes, reemplazar accesorios

o trabajar con la unidad, desconecte el conducto de

presión. Esta medida preventiva reduce el riesgo de

accidentes.

d) Mantenga las herramientas fuera del alcance de los

niños y de las personas que no estén familiarizadas

con el equipo en sí o no hayan recibido las

instrucciones pertinentes al respecto. En manos de

personas inexpertas este equipo puede representar

e) Mantenga el aparato en perfecto estado de

funcionamiento. Antes de cada trabajo, compruébelo

en busca de daños generales o de piezas móviles

(fractura de piezas y componentes u otras

condiciones que puedan perjudicar el funcionamiento

seguro de la máquina). En caso de daños, el aparato

debe ser reparado antes de volver a ponerse en

funcionamiento.

f) Mantenga la unidad fuera del alcance de los niños.

g) La reparación y el mantenimiento de los equipos

solo pueden ser realizados por personal cualicado

3.2. PREPARACIÓN PARA LA PUESTA EN MARCHA

LUGAR DE TRABAJO:

El dispositivo debe usarse en un lugar seguro para

pulverizar, seco y limpio, con iluminación adecuada,

ventilación y sin riesgo de incendio. La temperatura

ambiente no debe superar los 60°C.

MONTAJE DE LA MÁQUINA

1. Conecte el separador de humedad [7] a la pistola de

pulverización.

2. Desenrosque el contenedor de pintura en polvo [4] y

colóquelo sobre un papel limpio con el lado abierto

hacia arriba.

3. Llénelo con pintura en polvo (no incluida) hasta una

altura de 5 cm.

4. Ponga la pistola boca abajo y enrosque el contenedor

con pintura en polvo.

5. Monte el adaptador [8] al separador de humedad [7].

6. Conecte la manguera de aire de ¼ de pulgada (no

incluida) al adaptador [8].

7. Enrosque la boquilla de difusión

8. Fije la pinza de toma de tierra al objeto de metal

recubierto.

ATENCIÓN: La pinza de conexión a tierra debe estar

unida al área que no se recubrirá (o al nal del trabajo

desenganche la pinza y cubra el fragmento que falta).

Esta conexión es absolutamente necesaria para atraer

partículas cargadas eléctricamente al objeto tratado.

3.3. MANEJO DEL APARATO

El objeto a tratar, limpio y preparado para pintar, debe

colocarse cerca de la ventilación y conectado a tierra. Si el

objeto tiene ranuras o huecos, debe colocarse de modo

que la pintura en polvo pueda llenarlos. Después de llenar

el contenedor con pintura en polvo y montar el dispositivo,

puede comenzar a pintar. Antes de pintar, se recomienda

realizar una prueba en una pieza de chatarra.

ATENCIÓN: Si el patrón es demasiado pequeño o demasiado

grande, el ajuste se puede realizar con el tornillo [10]. Para

agrandar el patrón, aoje el tornillo, para reducir el patrón,

apriete el tornillo. Se recomienda comenzar a trabajar con un

tornillo completamente apretado y aojarlo gradualmente

hasta obtener el patrón deseado.

1. Encienda el compresor y ajuste el regulador de

presión de aire entre 1 y 3,5 bar. Se pueden hacer

pequeños cambios de presión usando la válvula

reductora de presión [10] durante la operación.

2. Para comenzar a rociar, presione el gatillo de la pistola

pulverizadora [12]

NOTA: Al recubrir, mantenga la pistola

a aproximadamente 12,5 cm del objeto tratado.

La pistola debe apuntar en diferentes ángulos para

garantizar una cobertura completa. Cuando termine,

el objeto debe cubrirse completamente con una capa

mate y opaca de pintura en polvo.

ATENCIÓN: La nube de polvo es inamable. Antes de

trabajar, retire todos los componentes con riesgo de

provocar un incendio del lugar de trabajo

6. Antes de endurecer, póngase las medidas de

protección adecuadas (mascarilla, guantes).

7. Caliente el horno a la temperatura deseada (150

a 260 ° C), coloque el objeto sobre la rejilla, cierre la

puerta y encienda el sistema de ventilación. El tiempo

de endurecimiento estándar es de 15 minutos, pero

consulte las instrucciones del fabricante de la pintura

en polvo. El tiempo de endurecimiento también

puede depender del tamaño del producto.

ATENCIÓN: Compruebe el endurecimiento con

frecuencia. La pintura en polvo debe fundirse con un

acabado liso y brillante en todo el elemento tratado. El

endurecimiento excesivo puede causar aspereza de la

supercie y la formación de la llamada piel de naranja.

8. Después de endurecer, apague el horno y abra

suavemente la puerta para permitir que el objeto se

enfríe lentamente.

ATENCIÓN: enfriar el objeto demasiado rápido puede

causar el deslustramiento de la supercie.

CONSEJOS PARA EL PROCESO DE PINTADO Y ENDURECIDO

1. Para pintar, use pinturas apropiadas.

2. Antes de cambiar la pintura, limpie a fondo el

contenedor de polvo. Las mezclas de diferentes polvos

pueden causar picaduras en el artículo recubierto.

3. Antes de pintar, los objetos porosos pueden requerir

una limpieza profunda y pintura previa.

4. Si el polvo comienza a acumularse en un lugar, sople

suavemente con aire comprimido. La acumulación

de polvo también puede ser causada por demasiada

humedad. Se debe reemplazar el separador de humedad.

5. Si el patrón es demasiado pequeño en relación con la

boquilla de dispersión seleccionada, ajuste la presión

o reemplace el separador de humedad.

6. Para eliminar el efecto de piel de naranja, lije el objeto

húmedo con papel de lija de grano 400, seque y repita

el proceso de recubrimiento.

7. Para eliminar el recubrimiento endurecido, puede usar

un limpiador de pintura para automóviles

3.4. LIMPIEZA Y MANTENIMIENTO

a) Antes de proceder a la limpieza, desconecte el

dispositivo del suministro eléctrico.

b) Guarde el aparato en un lugar seco, fresco y protegido

de la humedad y la radiación solar directa.

c) Prohibido rociar agua sobre el dispositivo o sumergirlo

en agua.

d) En lo que respecta a la eciencia técnica y posibles

daños, el dispositivo debe ser revisado regularmente.

e) Por favor, utilice un paño suave para la limpieza.

f) No utilizar para la limpieza objetos de metal

puntiagudos y/o alados (p.ej. cepillos metálicos

o espátulas de metal), ya que podrían dañar la

supercie del material del que está hecho el aparato.

g) Después de cada uso, limpie todas las partes del

dispositivo con aire comprimido.

ELIMINACIÓN DE DISPOSITIVOS USADOS

Tras su vida útil, este producto no debe tirarse al contenedor

de basura doméstico, sino que ha de entregarse en el

punto limpio correspondiente para recolección y reciclaje de

aparatos eléctricos. Al respecto informa el símbolo situado

sobre el producto, las instrucciones de uso o el embalaje. Los

materiales utilizados en este aparato son reciclables, conforme

a su designación. Con la reutilización, aprovechamiento de

materiales u otras formas de uso de los aparatos utilizados,

contribuirás a proteger el medio ambiente. Para obtener

información sobre los puntos de recogida y reciclaje contacte

con las autoridades locales competentes.

 

3. Limpie la boquilla de difusión con un paño limpio.

4. Desconecte la manguera de aire de la pistola de

pulverización.

5. Voltee la pistola, desenrosque el contenedor de

pintura y vierta el polvo no contaminado restante en

el recipiente original.

Bitte informieren Sie sich über Ihren lokalen Abfallkalender oder bei Ihrer Stadt – oder Gemeindeverwaltung über die in Ihrem

Gebiet zur Verfügung stehenden Möglichkeiten der Rückgabe oder Sammlung von Altgeräten.
