TECHNISCHE DATEN
Die Begrie "Gerät" oder "Produkt" in den Warnungen und
Beschreibung des Handbuchs beziehen sich auf DIESEL-
STROMERZEUGER. Benutzen Sie das Gerät nicht in Räumen
mit sehr hoher Luftfeuchtigkeit oder in unmittelbarer Nähe
von Wasserbehältern! Lassen Sie das Gerät nicht nass
werden. Gefahr eines elektrischen Schlags! Legen Sie keine
Hände oder Gegenstände in das laufende Gerät!
2.1. ELEKTRISCHE SICHERHEIT
a) Vermeiden Sie das Berühren von geerdeten
Bauteilen wie Rohrleitungen, Heizkörpern, Öfen und
Kühlschränken. Es besteht das erhöhte Risiko eines
elektrischen Schlags, wenn Ihr Körper durch nasse
Oberächen und in feuchter Umgebung geerdet ist.
Wasser, das in das Gerät eintritt, erhöht das Risiko von
Beschädigungen und elektrischen Schlägen.
b) Berühren Sie das Gerät nicht mit nassen oder feuchten
Händen.
c) ACHTUNG LEBENSGEFAHR! Tauchen und Halten Sie
das Gerät während des Reinigens oder des Betriebes
nie in Wasser oder andere Flüssigkeiten.
Für einen langen und zuverlässigen Betrieb des Geräts muss
auf die richtige Handhabung und Wartung entsprechend
den in dieser Anleitung angeführten Vorgaben geachtet
werden. Die in dieser Anleitung angegebenen technischen
Daten und die Spezikation sind aktuell. Der Hersteller
1. ALLGEMEINE BESCHREIBUNG
Diese Anleitung ist als Hilfe für eine sichere und zuverlässige
Nutzung gedacht. Das Produkt wurde strikt nach den
technischen Vorgaben und unter Verwendung modernster
Technologien und Komponenten sowie unter Wahrung der
höchsten Qualitätsstandards entworfen und angefertigt.

alle Anweisungen durch. Die Nichtbeachtung der

2.2. SICHERHEIT BEI DER ARBEIT MIT DEM
VERBRENNUNGSMOTOR
a) Rauchen Sie nicht in der Nähe des Geräts. Das Gerät
enthält brennbare Stoe.
b) Der Motor wird während des Betriebs sehr heiß.
Berühren Sie nicht den heißen Motor, da dies zu
Verbrennungen führen kann.
c) Füllen Sie vor der Inbetriebnahme ausreichend Öl in
das Gerät ein.
d) Das Austreten von Serviceölen aus dem Gerät sollte
den entsprechenden Stellen gemeldet werden bzw.
halten Sie sich an die hierfür geltenden gesetzlichen
Bestimmungen.
e) Gefahr! Gesundheitsgefährdung und Explosionsgefahr
des Verbrennungsmotors.
f) In den Motorabgasen bendet sich giftiges
Kohlenmonoxid. Ein Aufenthalt in einer
Kohlenmonoxid-Umgebung kann zu Bewusstlosigkeit
und sogar zum Tod führen.
g) Schützen Sie den Motor vor Hitze, Funken und
Flammen.
h) Vor dem Auftanken sollte der Motor abgestellt
werden und abkühlen.
i) Achtung! Gefahr von Motorschäden durch falschen
Kraftsto.
j) Es muss sichergestellt werden, dass sich alle Nutzer
mit der Bedienungsanleitung bekannt gemacht
haben, sie verstehen und befolgen.
k) Eine falsche oder unvorsichtige Nutzung des Geräts
kann zu ernsthaften Verletzungen führen.
l) Vor jeder Reinigung, Einstellung, jedem Austausch
von Bauteilen, aber auch wenn das Gerät nicht
genutzt wird, muss der Motor ausgeschaltet und das
Gerät vollständig abgekühlt werden.
m) Es ist verboten, bewegliche Teile oder Zubehör zu
berühren, es sei denn, der Motor ist ausgeschaltet
und abgekühlt.
n) Körperteile müssen weit von beweglichen und sich
drehenden Teilen entfernt gehalten werden, bei
einem Kontakt könnte es zu Körperverletzungen
kommen.
o) Die Maschine darf nicht genutzt werden, wenn nicht
alle Schutzabdeckungen angebracht sind.
p) Erhöhen Sie die Drehgeschwindigkeit des Motors
ohne eine Belastung nicht über 3.000 U/min nicht
gesteigert werden. Jede Steigerung kann zur
Beschädigung der Maschine führen.
q) Achtung: Schalldämpfer oder andere sich während
der Arbeit erhitzende Bauteile dürfen nicht berührt
werden, wenn der Motor heiß ist – dies kann zu
ernsthaften Verletzungen führen.
r) Vergewissern Sie sich, dass der Kraftsto nur in
zertizierten Behältern (z. B. Kanistern) aufbewahrt
wird.
s) Es ist untersagt, Kraftsto in der Nähe von
entstehenden Funken, oenen Flammen oder
brennenden Zigaretten zu tanken.
t) Bevor Kraftsto eingefüllt wird, muss der Motor
gestoppt werden. Kraftsto darf nicht nachgetankt
werden, während der Motor läuft oder noch
heiß ist. Anderenfalls kann sich vergossener oder
verdampfender Kraftsto durch die Funken des
Motors oder die Wärme des Schalldämpfers
entzünden.
u) Der Tank darf nicht überfüllt werden. Es muss
vermieden werden, dass Kraftsto beim Betanken
vergossen wird. Vergossener Kraftsto oder
Kraftstodämpfe können sich entzünden. Wenn
Kraftsto vergossen wird, muss sichergestellt werden,
dass das Gebiet wieder trocken ist, bevor der Motor
gestartet wird.
v) Nach dem Tanken muss sichergestellt werden, dass
der Tankdeckel richtig festgedreht ist.
w) Es ist untersagt, in einem geschlossenen Raum ohne
entsprechende Lüftung den Motor zu bedienen oder
Kraftsto zu tanken.
x) Es sollte vermieden werden, dass die Maschine in
geschlossenen Räumen, Tunnels oder an anderen
schwach belüfteten Orten arbeitet, weil die Abgase
tödliche/schädliche Gase und Rauch enthalten.
Ist die Arbeit der Maschine an einem solchen Ort
unausweichlich, muss sichergestellt werden, dass die
Abgase entsprechend abgeleitet werden.
y) Während des Transports: Den Motor des Geräts
ausschalten. Den Tankdeckel des Kraftstotanks
zudrehen und absichern und schalten Sie das
Kraftstoventil in die Position "OFF-O".Vor einem
weiten Transport oder einem Transport auf holprigen
Straßen muss der Kraftstotank geleert werden.
z) Leicht entzündbare Stoe (Benzin, Streichhölzer,
Stroh usw.) müssen vom Auspu entfernt gehalten
werden.
2.3. SICHERHEIT AM ARBEITSPLATZ
a) Halten Sie Ihren Arbeitsplatz sauber und gut
beleuchtet. Unordnung oder schlechte Beleuchtung
kann zu Unfällen führen. Handeln Sie vorausschauend,
beobachten Sie, was getan wird, und nutzen Sie Ihren
gesunden Menschenverstand bei der Verwendung
des Gerätes.
b) Benutzen Sie das Gerät nicht in explosionsgefährdeten
Bereichen, zum Beispiel in Gegenwart von brennbaren
Flüssigkeiten, Gasen oder Staub. Geräte können unter
Umständen Funken erzeugen, welche Staub oder
Dämpfe entzünden können.
c) Im Falle eines Schadens oder einer Störung sollte das
Gerät sofort ausgeschaltet und dies einer autorisierten
Person gemeldet werden.
d) Reparaturen dürfen nur vom Service des Herstellers
durchgeführt werden. Führen Sie keine Reparaturen
auf eigene Faust durch!
e) Zum Löschen des Gerätes bei Brand oder Feuer, nur
Pulverfeuerlöscher oder Kohlendioxidlöscher (CO2)
verwenden.
f) Verwenden Sie das Gerät in einem gut belüfteten
Bereich.
g) Überprüfen Sie regelmäßig den Zustand der
Sicherheitsinformationsaufkleber. Falls die Aufkleber
unleserlich sind, sollten diese erneuert werden.
h) Bewahren Sie die Gebrauchsanleitung für den
weiteren Gebrauch auf. Sollte das Gerät an Dritte
weitergegeben werden, muss die Gebrauchsanleitung
mit ausgehändigt werden.
i) Verpackungselemente und kleine Montageteile
außerhalb der Reichweite von Kindern aufbewahren.
j) Halten Sie das Gerät von Kindern und Tieren fern.
k) Im Laufe der Nutzung dieses Werkzeugs einschlieβlich
anderer Werkzeuge soll man sich nach übrigen
Betriebsanweisungen richten.
3. NUTZUNGSBEDINGUNGEN
Die Maschine dient der Stromerzeugung und der Versorgung
von anderen Geräten.
Für alle Schäden bei nicht sachgemäßer Verwendung
haftet allein der Betreiber.
3.1. VORBEREITUNG ZUR VERWENDUNG
ARBEITSPLATZ DES GERÄTES
Verwenden Sie das Gerät nicht bei Umgebungstemperaturen
über 40°C sein und einer relativen Luftfeuchtigkeit über 90%.
Stellen Sie das Gerät so auf, dass eine gute Luftzirkulation
gewährleistet ist. Es ist auf allen Seiten ein Abstand von
mindestens 150 cm einzuhalten. Halten Sie das Gerät
von heißen Flächen fern. Das Gerät sollte immer auf einer
ebenen, stabilen, sauberen, feuerfesten und trockenen
Oberäche und außerhalb der Reichweite von Kindern und
Personen mit eingeschränkten geistigen, sensorischen und
psychischen Fähigkeiten verwendet werden.
3.2. ARBEIT MIT DEM GERÄT
3.2.1. VORBEREITEN DES GERÄTS VOR DER INBETRIEBNAHME
1. Entlüftung von Leitungen
Bevor die Maschine aus der Fabrik geliefert wird,
werden Öl und Kraftsto abgelassen. Vor dem
Nachfüllen von Kraftsto und Öl ist zu überprüfen,
ob sich keine Luft im Ölkreislauf bendet. Um die
Leitungen zu entlüften, lösen Sie die Mutter, die die
Einspritzpumpe mit der Kraftstoeitung verbindet,
und warten Sie, bis keine Luftblasen mehr auftreten,
ziehen Sie die Mutter wieder fest.
2. Luftlter:
• Prüfen Sie vor der ersten und jeder weiteren
Verwendung, ob der Luftlter sauber und richtig
installiert ist,
• Reinigen Sie den Filter nicht mit Reinigungsmitteln,
• Wenn die Motorleistung nachlässt oder die Farbe
des Auspus falsch ist, muss der Filter ausgetauscht
werden,
• Um den Filter zu prüfen oder auszutauschen, die
Flügelschraube lösen und die im Bild unten gezeigte
Abdeckung entfernen.
HINWEIS: Nehmen Sie die Maschine nicht ohne
Luftlter in Betrieb!
3. Diesel:
• Füllen Sie vor dem ersten Gebrauch den Dieseltank
auf und überprüfen Sie regelmäßig den Füllstand.
• Lassen Sie nicht zu, dass das Öl verunreinigt wird!
• Seien Sie beim Befüllen des Tanks vorsichtig und
lassen Sie kein Öl auslaufen.
• Ziehen Sie nach dem Befüllen des Tanks den
Tankdeckel sorgfältig fest!
• den Tank nicht überfüllen!
2.4. PERSÖNLICHE SICHERHEIT
a) Es ist nicht gestattet, das Gerät im Zustand der
Ermüdung, Krankheit, unter Einuss von Alkohol,
Drogen oder Medikamenten zu betreiben, wenn das
die Fähigkeit das Gerät zu bedienen, einschränkt.
b) Die Maschine darf nur durch entsprechend
geschulte, zur Bedienung geeignete und physisch
gesunde Personen bedient werden, die die
vorliegende Anleitung gelesen haben und die
Arbeitsschutzanforderungen kennen.
c) Die Maschine darf nicht von Kindern oder Personen
mit eingeschränkten physischen, sensorischen und
geistigen Fähigkeiten oder ohne entsprechende
Erfahrung und entsprechendes Wissen bedient
werden. Dies ist nur unter Aufsicht einer für die
Sicherheit zuständigen Person und nach einer
Einweisung in die Bedienung der Maschine gestattet.
d) Seien Sie aufmerksam und verwenden Sie Ihren
gesunden Menschenverstand beim Betreiben des
Gerätes. Ein Moment der Unaufmerksamkeit während
der Arbeit kann zu schweren Verletzungen führen.
e) Benutzen Sie eine persönliche Schutzausrüstung,
die den in Punkt 1 der Symbolerläuterungen
vorgegebenen Maßgaben entspricht. Die Verwendung
einer geeigneten und zertizierten Schutzausrüstung
verringert das Verletzungsrisiko.
f) Das Gerät ist kein Spielzeug. Kinder sollten in der
Nähe des Geräts unter Aufsicht stehen, um Unfälle zu
vermeiden.
2.5. SICHERE ANWENDUNG DES GERÄTS
a) Überhitzen Sie das Gerät nicht. Verwenden
Sie nur geeignete Werkzeuge für die jeweilige
Anwendung. Richtig ausgewählte Geräte und der
sorgsame Umgang mit ihnen führen zu besseren
Arbeitsergebnissen.
b) Nicht verwendete Werkzeuge sind außerhalb
der Reichweite von Kindern sowie von Personen
aufzubewahren, welche weder das Gerät noch die
Anleitung kennen. In den Händen unerfahrener
Personen können diese Geräte eine Gefahr darstellen.
c) Halten Sie das Gerät stets in einem einwandfreien
Zustand. Prüfen Sie vor jeder Inbetriebnahme, ob
am Gerät und seinen beweglichen Teilen Schäden
vorliegen (defekte Komponenten oder andere
Faktoren, die den sicheren Betrieb der Maschine
beeinträchtigen könnten). Im Falle eines Schadens
muss das Gerät vor Gebrauch in Reparatur gegeben
werden.
d) Halten Sie das Gerät außerhalb der Reichweite von
Kindern.
e) Reparatur und Wartung von Geräten dürfen
nur von qualiziertem Fachpersonal und mit
Originalersatzteilen durchgeführt werden. Nur so wird
die Sicherheit während der Nutzung gewährleistet.
f) Um die Funktionsfähigkeit des Gerätes zu
gewährleisten, dürfen die werksmäßig montierten
Abdeckungen oder Schrauben nicht entfernt werden.
g) Beachten Sie bei Transport zwischen Lager und
Bestimmungsort und Handhabung des Gerätes die
Grundsätze für Gesundheits- und Arbeitsschutz des
Landes, in dem das Gerät verwendet wird. .
h) Es ist verboten, das Gerät während des Betriebs zu
schieben, umzustellen oder zu drehen.
i) Lassen Sie dieses Gerät während des Betriebs nicht
unbeaufsichtigt.
j) Das Gerät muss regelmäßig gereinigt werden, damit
sich nicht dauerhaft Schmutz festsetzt.
k) Es ist untersagt, in den Aufbau des Geräts einzugreifen,
um seine Parameter oder Konstruktion zu ändern.
l) Geräte von Feuer – und Wärmequellen fernhalten.
ACHTUNG! Obwohl das Gerät in Hinblick
auf Sicherheit entworfen wurde und über
Schutzmechanismen sowie zusätzlicher
Sicherheitselemente verfügt, besteht bei
der Bedienung eine geringe Unfall- oder
Verletzungsgefahr. Es wird empfohlen, bei der
Nutzung Vorsicht und Vernunft walten zu lassen.

Markierungen, die den maximalen Ölstand anzeigen.
4. Motoröl:
• Füllen Sie vor dem ersten Gebrauch den Motoröltank
auf und überprüfen Sie regelmäßig den Füllstand.
• Die Maschine verfügt über einen Alarm bei niedrigem
Öldruck (die Kontroll-LED in der Abbildung unten).
Die LED funktioniert jedoch nur, wenn der Akku
angeschlossen und geladen ist.
Es wird jedoch empfohlen, den Stand vor jedem Gebrauch
mit einem Ölmessstab zu überprüfen (der Ölmessstab und
der Öleinfülldeckel sind auf dem Foto unten abgebildet), da
der Motor ohne ausreichendes Öl beschädigt werden kann.
Ein kompletter Ölwechsel wird empfohlen:
a) Nach den ersten 20 Betriebsstunden (oder nach
einem Monat).
b) Nach den ersten vier Ölwechseln alle 100
Betriebsstunden (oder alle 3 Monate).
Das Öl sollte bei ausgeschaltetem, aber heißem Motor
abgelassen werden. Es sind Vorkehrungen zu treen, um
Verbrennungen zu vermeiden, und das Öl muss in einen
geeigneten Behälter gegossen und entsorgt werden.
HINWEIS: Bei laufendem Motor kein Öl nachfüllen!
5. Erdung
Der Generator sollte während des Betriebs geerdet
sein! Wenden Sie sich vor dem ersten Gebrauch an
einen qualizierten Elektriker, um die geeignete
Erdung zu bestimmen.
6. Akkumulator
Um die Maschine mit dem Anlasser zu starten,
muss der Akkumulator vor dem Start der Maschine
ordnungsgemäß angeschlossen werden:
• verbinden Sie den Pluspol des Aggregats mit dem
Pluspol des Akkumulators und den Minuspol des
Aggregats mit dem Minuspol des Akkumulators
ACHTUNG: Ein falscher Anschluss des Akkumulators
an das Aggregat führt zur Beschädigung.
ACHTUNG: Berühren Sie nicht die Pole des
Akkumulators!
7. Inbetriebnahme des Aggregats
a) Testlauf
Die ersten Betriebsstunden der Maschine sollten
als Testlauf betrachtet werden. In diesem Stadium
sollte die Maschine nicht überlastet werden und das
Motoröl nach 20 Stunden gewechselt werden.
b) Elektrischer Anlasser
• Stecken Sie den Schlüssel ein und stellen Sie den
Dieselschalter auf „OFF“,
• Stellen Sie den Motordrehzahlhebel auf „RUN“.
• Stellen Sie den Dieselschalter auf „START“ (Um
den Silent bzw.-Lautlosen Modus einzustellen,
stellen Sie ihn zuerst 1-2 Sekunden lang auf "ON"
und wechseln Sie erst nach diesem Vorgang in
die Position "START"),
• Nehmen Sie Ihre Hand vom Schalterhebel und
lassen Sie den Schalter automatisch in die „ON“-
Position zurückkehren,
• Wenn der Motor nach 10 Sekunden nicht
anspringt, in die Ausgangsstellung zurückkehren,
15 Sekunden warten und erneut versuchen
8. Korrekter Betrieb des Aggregats
• Starten Sie die Maschine,
• Den Motor ca. 3 Minuten ohne Last vorwärmen,
• Überprüfen Sie, ob die Kontrollleuchte für niedrigen
Öldruck aus ist,
ACHTUNG: Wenn der Öldruck oder der Motorölstand
niedrig ist, schaltet das Gerät automatisch ab, wenn
die Kontrollleuchte aueuchtet. Wenn das Öl nicht
nachgefüllt wird, schaltet die Maschine bei jedem
Neustart des Motors ab.
• Prüfen Sie nach dem Start, ob es keine ungewöhnlichen
Geräusche oder Vibrationen gibt und ob die Farbe der
Abgase korrekt ist (nicht schwarz oder zu weiß).
• Wenn nach dem Starten des Motors
Unregelmäßigkeiten festgestellt werden, schalten Sie
die Maschine sofort aus, überprüfen Sie den Zustand
des Luftlters und den Stand von Diesel- und Motoröl.
Wenn alle diese Punkte korrekt sind, wenden Sie sich
an die Serviceabteilung des Herstellers.
9. Generatorlast
a) Last:
• Starten Sie die Maschine
• Erhöhen Sie die Drehzahl auf Nennwert

ACHTUNG: Nehmen Sie das Gerät nicht mit
angeschlossenen Empfängern in Betrieb. Bei
einer Belastung des Aggregats sollten die
Empfänger abgeschaltet werden. Die an das
Aggregat angeschlossenen Geräte sollten
einzeln gestartet werden. Starten Sie nicht mehr
als zwei Geräte gleichzeitig. Der Anschluss sollte
so erfolgen, dass die Maschine sofort entlastet
werden kann, wenn sie nicht ordnungsgemäß
funktioniert, die Angaben auf dem Voltmeter
sollten überprüft werden.
ACHTUNG: Stellen Sie beim Anschließen von
Geräten an den Generator sicher, dass alle
anderen Geräte eine geringere Nennleistung
als die Generatorleistung haben. Über dem
Grenzwert darf keine Generatorbuchse überlastet
werden.
10. Ausschalten des Generators
• Trennen Sie die elektrische Last vom Generator,
• Ermöglichen Sie für ca. 3 Minuten den Betrieb des
Aggregats ohne Last,
• Drehen Sie den Hauptschalter des Aggregats,
• Wenn Sie einen elektrischen Anlasser verwenden,
drehen Sie den Schlüssel auf „OFF“.
3.3. REINIGUNG UND WARTUNG
a) Verwenden Sie zur Reinigung der Oberäche
ausschließlich Mittel ohne ätzende Inhaltsstoe.
b) Lassen Sie nach jeder Reinigung alle Teile gut
trocknen, bevor das Gerät erneut verwendet wird.
c) Bewahren Sie das Gerät an einem trockenen, kühlen,
vor Feuchtigkeit und direkter Sonneneinstrahlung
geschütztem Ort auf.
d) Es ist verboten, das Gerät mit einem Wasserstrahl zu
besprühen oder in Wasser zu tauchen.
e) In Hinblick auf technische Ezienz und zur
Vorbeugung vor Schäden sollte das Gerät regelmäßig
überprüft werden.
f) Zum Reinigen ist ein weicher, feuchter Lappen zu
verwenden.
g) Zum Reinigen darf man keine scharfen und/
oder Metallgegenstände (z.B. Drahtbürste oder
Metallspachtel) benutzen, weil diese die Oberäche
des Materials, aus dem das Gerät hergestellt ist,
beschädigen können.
h) Reinigen Sie das Gerät nicht mit säurehaltigen
Substanzen. Medizinische Geräte, Verdünner,
Kraftsto, Öle oder andere Chemikalien können das
Gerät beschädigen.
MOTORÖLFILTER
Alle sechs Monate oder alle 500 Betriebsstunden muss der
Öllter gereinigt (oder bei Bedarf ausgetauscht) werden.
Es wird auch empfohlen, das Öl nach dem Filterwechsel zu
wechseln.
KRAFTSTOFFFILTER
Um eine maximale Ausgangsleistung zu gewährleisten,
sollte der Kraftstolter alle sechs Monate oder 500
Betriebsstunden gereinigt und einmal jährlich oder alle
1000 Betriebsstunden ausgetauscht werden. Um den Filter
zu reinigen oder auszutauschen, sollten Sie:
• Den Diesel aus dem Tank ablassen
• Lösen Sie die Kraftstoventilschraube und nehmen
Sie den Filter aus der Kraftstoeinfüllönung heraus.
• Waschen Sie ihn gründlich mit sauberem Diesel und
positionieren Sie ihn im Kraftstotank.
AKKUMULATOR
Es wird empfohlen, einmal im Monat den Elektrolytstand
im Akkumulator zu überprüfen. Wenn der Füllstand auf
die untere Markierung abfällt, sollte destilliertes Wasser
hinzugefügt werden, damit der Füllstand die obere
Markierung erreicht. Der Akku sollte einmal pro Monat
geladen und regelmäßig überprüft werden - insbesondere
dann, wenn das Gerät nur als Backup-Stromquelle
verwendet wird.
WARTUNG NACH LANGEN LAGERZEITEN
Wenn das Aggregat längere Zeit unbenutzt gelagert wird:
• Starten Sie die Maschine ohne Last für etwa 3
Minuten,
• Schalten Sie die Maschine aus, lassen Sie das alte Öl
ab und gießen Sie neues Öl ein,
• Schrauben Sie den Gummideckel am Zylinderkopf ab
und gießen Sie 2 ml Motoröl in den Zylinder, Ziehen
Sie den Deckel fest.

TECHNICAL DATA

2.1. ELECTRICAL SAFETY

equirements applicable in the area of use.
e) Danger! Danger to health and the risk of explosion of
the internal combustion engine

exhaust. Remaining in a carbon monoxide nvironment
may lead to losing consciousness or even death.
g) Protect the engine from heat, sparks and ame. Do
not smoke in the vicinity of the chipper!
h) Before refuelling the engine should be turned o and
cooled down
i) Warning! Risk of engine damage due to wrong fuel.
j) Make sure that all users have read, understood and
follow the manual.
k) Misuse or careless use of the device may cause
serious injuries.
l) Before each cleaning, regulation, accessory change,
or if the device is not in use, turn the engine o and
completely cool the device.
m) Do not touch moving parts or accessories unless the
engine is turned o and left to cool.
n) Stay away from moving and rotating parts as they
may cause injury.
o) Do not use the machine if all protective covers are not
installed.
p) Do not increase the engine speed above 3000 rpm
without more a load. Any increase may result in injury
or damage to the device.
q) Do not touch the silencer or other hot elements when
the engine is hot it may cause serious burns.
r) Make sure that fuel is stored only in certied
containers (e.g. canister).
s) Do not refuel near sparks, ames or lit cigarettes.
t) Stop the engine before refuelling. Never refuel while
the engine is running or is still hot. Otherwise, spilled
or evaporated fuel may catch re from engine sparks
or silencer heat.
u) Do not overll fuel tank and avoid spilling fuel while
refuelling. Spilled fuel or fuel fumes may catch re. If
fuel has been spilled, make sure that the area is dry
before starting the engine.
v) After refuelling, make sure that the fuel tank cap is
properly screwed on.
w) Do not operate the engine or refuel in enclosed areas
without appropriate ventilation.
x) Avoid operating the machine in enclosed spaces,
tunnels or other poorly ventilated places as the
exhaust fumes contain lethal/harmful fumes and
gases. If operating the machine in such conditions is
unavoidable, provide adequate exhaust extraction.
y) To transport: Stop the engine. Close and secure the
fuel tank cap. Switch the fuel valve to the “OFF-O”
position. Drain the fuel tank before long-distance
transportation or on bumpy roads.
z) Keep ammable materials (petrol, matches, straw,
etc.) away from the exhaust.
2.3. SAFETY IN THE WORKPLACE
a) Make sure the workplace is clean and well lit. A messy
or poorly lit workplace may lead to accidents. Try
to think ahead, observe what is going on and use
common sense when working with the device.
b) Do not use the device in a potentially explosive
environment, for example in the presence of
ammable liquids, gases or dust. The device generates
sparks which may ignite dust or fumes.
c) If you discover damage or irregular operation,
immediately switch the device o and report it to
a supervisor without delay.
d) Only the manufacturer's service point may repair the
device. Do not attempt any repairs independently!
e) In case of re, use a powder or carbon dioxide
(CO2) re extinguisher (one intended for use on live
electrical devices) to put it out.
f) Use the device in a well-ventilated space.
g) Regularly inspect the condition of the safety labels. If
the labels are illegible, they must be replaced.
h) Please keep this manual available for future reference.
If this device is passed on to a third party, the manual
must be passed on with it.
i) Keep packaging elements and small assembly parts in
a place not available to children.
j) Keep the device away from children and animals.
k) If this device is used together with another equipment,
the remaining instructions for use shall also be
followed.
2.4. PERSONAL SAFETY
a) Do not use the device when tired, ill or under the
inuence of alcohol, narcotics or medication which
can signicantly impair the ability to operate the
device.
b) The machine may be operated by physically t
persons who are able to handle the machine, are
properly trained, who have reviewed this operating
manual and have received training in occupational
health and safety.
c) The machine is not designed to be handled by persons
(including children) with limited mental and sensory
functions or persons lacking relevant experience and/
or knowledge unless they are supervised by a person
responsible for their safety or they have received
instruction on how to operate the machine.
d) When working with the device, use common sense
and stay alert. Temporary loss of concentration while
using the device may lead to serious injuries.
e) Use personal protective equipment as required
for working with the device, specied in section 1
(Legend). The use of correct and approved personal
protective equipment reduces the risk of injury.
f) The device is not a toy. Children must be supervised
to ensure that they do not play with the device.
2.5. SAFE DEVICE USE
a) Do not overload the device. Use the appropriate tools
for the given task. A correctly-selected device will
perform the task for which it was designed better and
in a safer manner.
b) When not in use, store in a safe place, away from
children and people not familiar with the device who
have not read the user manual. The device may pose
a hazard in the hands of inexperienced users.
c) Keep the device in perfect technical condition. Before
each use check for general damage and especially
check for cracked parts or elements and for any other
conditions which may impact the safe operation of
the device. If damage is discovered, hand over the
device for repair before use.
d) Keep the device out of the reach of children.
e) Device repair or maintenance should be carried out by
qualied persons, only using original spare parts. This
will ensure safe use.
3. USE GUIDELINES
The device is used to independently generate electricity
and to power other devices.
The user is liable for any damage resulting from
unintended use of the device.
3.1. PREPARING FOR USE
APPLIANCE LOCATION
The temperature of environment must not be higher than
40°C and the relative humidity should be less than 85%.
Ensure good ventilation in the room in which the device
is being used. There should be at least 150 cm distance
between each side of the device and the wall or other
objects. Keep the product away from hot surfaces. The
device should always be used when positioned on an even,
stable, clean, reproof and dry surface, and be out of the
reach of children and persons with limited mental and
sensory functions.
3.2. DEVICE USE
3.2.1. PREPARATION OF THE DEVICE BEFORE STARTING
1. Bleed the pipes
Before the device was delivered from the factory, the
oil and the fuel was drained. Before relling the fuel
and the oil, check that there is no air in the oil circuit.
In order to bleed the pipes, loosen the nut connecting
the injection pump with the fuel line and wait until no
more air bubbles can be seen. Then re-tighten the nut.
2. Air lter:
• before the rst and each use, check that the air lter is
clean and correctly installed,
• do not clean the lter with detergents,
• if the engine power drops or the exhaust gas colour is
wrong, replace the lter,
• to check or replace the lter, unscrew the thumbscrew
and remove the cover shown in the photo below.
PLEASE NOTE: Do not start the device without the air
lter!
f) To ensure the operational integrity of the device, do
not remove factory-tted guards and do not loosen
any screws.
g) When transporting and handling the device between
the warehouse and the destination, observe the
occupational health and safety principles for manual
transport operations which apply in the country
where the device will be used.
h) Do not move, adjust or rotate the device in the course
of work.
i) Do not leave this appliance unattended while it is in
use.
j) Clean the device regularly to prevent stubborn grime
from accumulating.
k) It is forbidden to interfere with the structure of
the device in order to change its parameters or
construction.
l) Keep the device away from sources of re and heat.
ATTENTION! Despite the safe design of the device
and its protective features, and despite the use of
additional elements protecting the operator, there
is still a slight risk of accident or injury when using
the device. Stay alert and use common sense when
using the device.
3. Diesel:
• before the rst use, ll the diesel tank and check its
level regularly
• the diesel must not be contaminated!
• when lling the tank, be careful not to let the diesel
run out
• after lling the tank, carefully tighten the tank cap!
• do not overll the tank!

4. Engine oil:
• before the rst use, rell the engine oil tank and then
check its level regularly
• the device has a low oil pressure alarm (LED is shown
in the photo below). However, the LED only works
when the battery is connected and charged.
However, it is recommended to check its condition with
a dipstick before each use (the dipstick and oil ller cap are
shown in the photo below); you can damage the engine if
there is not enough oil.
A complete oil replacement is recommended:
a) After the rst 20 hours of the device operation (or
after a month).
b) After the rst four oil replacements, every 100 hours of
device operation (or every 3 months).

PLEASE NOTE: If the oil pressure or the engine oil level
is low, the device will automatically shut o when the
light comes on. If the oil is not topped up, the device
will shut down each time the engine is started.
• after starting, check that the generator does not
emit any unusual sounds or vibrations and that the
exhaust colour is correct (whether or not it is black
or too white)
If you notice any irregularities after starting the
engine, immediately turn o the device, check the
condition of the air lter, and the levels of diesel
oil and engine oil. If all these elements are correct,
contact the manufacturer's service centre.
9. Loading the generator set
a) Loading:
• start the device
• increase the engine speed to the rated value (engine
speed lever turned upwards)
PLEASE NOTE: Do not start the generator when
the receiving devices are connected. When the
generator is loaded, the receivers should be turned
o. The devices connected to the generator must be
started individually. There should not be more than
two receiving devices running simultaneously. The
devices should be connected in such a way that it is
possible to relieve the load immediately in case of
incorrect operation of the device; the indications of
the voltmeter should be monitored.
NOTE: When connecting devices to the generator,
make sure all the devices are less rated than the
generator output. No generator socket should be
overloaded above the limit provided.
10. Switching o the generator
• disconnect the electrical load from the generator,
• let the generator to work without load for about 3
minutes,
• turn on the generator main switch,
• when using the electric starter, turn the key to the
"OFF" position.
3.3. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
a) Use only non-corrosive cleaners to clean the surface.
b) After cleaning the device, all parts should be dried
completely before using it again.
c) Store the unit in a dry, cool place, free from moisture
and direct exposure to sunlight.
d) Do not spray the device with a water jet or submerge
it in water.
e) The device must be regularly inspected to check its
technical eciency and spot any damage.
f) Use a soft cloth for cleaning.
g) Do not leave the battery in the device if it will not be
used for a longer period of time.
h) Use a soft, damp cloth for cleaning.
i) Do not use sharp and/or metal objects for cleaning
(e.g. a wire brush or a metal spatula) because they
may damage the surface material of the appliance.
j) Do not clean the device with an acidic substance, agents
of medical purposes, thinners, fuel, oils or other chemical
substances because it may damage the device.
ENGINE OIL FILTER
Every 6 months or every 500 hours of operation, clean (or
replace if necessary) the oil lter. After changing the lter, it
is also recommended to change the oil.
FUEL FILTER
To ensure maximum output power, clean the fuel lter
every 6 months or every 500 hours of operation, and
replace it once a year or every 1000 hours of operation. In
order to clean or replace the lter:
• drain the diesel fuel from the tank
• loosen the screw of the fuel valve and remove the
lter from the fuel ller opening
• wash it thoroughly with clean diesel fuel and place it
in the fuel tank.
BATTERY
It is recommended to check the electrolyte level in the
battery once a month. If the level drops to the lower mark,
distilled water should be added so that the level reaches
the upper mark. The battery should be charged once
a month, and the charge level should be checked regularly
- especially if the device is used only as a backup source
of energy.
MAINTENANCE AFTER LONG PERIODS OF STORAGE
If the generator is stored unused for a long time:
• run the device without load for about 3 minutes,
• turn o the device, drain the oil and ll it in with the
clean oil,
• unscrew the rubber plug at the cylinder head and pour
2ml of engine oil into the cylinder, tighten the plug.
Drain the oil with the engine o but hot. Precautions
should be taken to avoid burns, pour the oil into a suitable
container, and dispose of it.
PLEASE NOTE: Do not add oil while the engine is running!
5. Grounding
The generator should be grounded during operation!
Before using the device for the rst time, consult
a qualied electrician to establish proper grounding.
6. Battery
To start the device with a starter, connect the battery
correctly before starting the device:
• connect the positive terminal of the generator with
the positive terminal of the battery and the negative
terminal of the generator with the negative terminal
of the battery
PLEASE NOTE: Incorrect connection of the battery to
the generator will damage the devices.
PLEASE NOTE: Do not touch the battery poles!
7. Starting the generator
a) Test run
The rst hours of operation of the device should be
treated as a test run. At this stage, do not overload the
device and replace the engine oil after 20 hours.
c) Electric starter
• insert the key and set the diesel switch to the
"OFF" position,
• set the engine speed lever to the "RUN" position
• set the diesel oil switch to the "START" position
(to set the silent mode, rst select the "ON"
position for 1-2 seconds and only after this
operation, switch to the "START" position),
• remove your hand from the switch lever and
allow the switch to return automatically to the
"ON position,"
• if the engine fails to start after 10 seconds, return
to the start position, wait 15 seconds and try
again

r) Upewnić się, że paliwo jest przechowywana tylko
w certykowanych pojemnikach (np. kanister).
s) Nie wolno tankować paliwa w pobliżu źródeł iskier,
otwartego płomienia lub palących się papierosów.
t) Należy zatrzymać silnik przed uzupełnieniem poziomu
paliwa. Nigdy nie uzupełniaj paliwa, gdy silnik pracuje
lub pozostaje gorący. W przeciwnym razie rozlane lub
parujące paliwo może zapalić się od iskier silnika lub
ciepła tłumika.

dymy i gazy. Jeśli praca maszyny jest nieunikniona
w takim miejscu, należy zapewnić odpowiedni odciąg
spalin.
y) Podczas transportu: Zatrzymać silnik urządzenia.
Zakręcić i zabezpieczyć korek zbiornika paliwa i wyłącz
zawór paliwa do pozycji „OFF-O”. Przed transportem
na dużą odległość lub po wyboistych drogach należy
spuścić paliwo ze zbiornika paliwa.
z) Trzymać materiały łatwopalne (benzyna, zapałki,
słoma itp.) z dala od wydechu spalin.
2.3. BEZPIECZEŃSTWO W MIEJSCU PRACY
a) Utrzymywać porządek w miejscu pracy i dobre

h) Zachować instrukcję użytkowania w celu jej
późniejszego użycia. W razie, gdyby urządzenie miało

należy przekazać również instrukcję użytkowania.
i) Elementy opakowania oraz drobne elementy
montażowe należy przechowywać w miejscu
niedostępnym dla dzieci.
j) Urządzenie trzymać z dala od dzieci i zwierząt.
k) W trakcie użytkowania tego urządzenia wraz z innymi

a) Niedozwolone jest obsługiwanie urządzenia

UWAGA! Pomimo iż urządzenie zostało zaprojektowane
tak aby było bezpieczne, posiadało odpowiednie środki
ochrony oraz pomimo użycia dodatkowych elementów
zabezpieczających użytkownika, nadal istnieje niewielkie
ryzyko wypadku lub odniesienia obrażeń w trakcie
pracy z urządzeniem. Zaleca się zachowanie ostrożności
i rozsądku podczas jego użytkowania.
3. ZASADY UŻYTKOWANIA
Maszyna służy do samodzielnego wytwarzania energii
elektrycznej oraz zasilania innych urządzeń.
Odpowiedzialność za wszelkie szkody powstałe
w wyniku użytkowania niezgodnego z przeznaczeniem
ponosi użytkownik.
3.1. PRZYGOTOWANIE DO PRACY
UMIEJSCOWIENIE URZĄDZENIA
Temperatura otoczenia nie może przekraczać 40°C
a wilgotność względna nie powinna przekraczać 90%.
Urządzenie należy ustawić w sposób zapewniający dobrą
cyrkulację powietrza. Należy utrzymać minimalny odstęp
150 cm od każdej ściany urządzenia. Urządzenie należy
trzymać z dala od wszelkich gorących powierzchni.
Urządzenie należy zawsze użytkować na równej, stabilnej,
czystej, ognioodpornej i suchej powierzchni i poza
zasięgiem dzieci oraz osób ograniczonych funkcjach
psychicznych, sensorycznych i umysłowych.
3.2. PRACA Z URZĄDZENIEM
3.2.1. PRZYGOTOWANIE URZĄDZENIA PRZED
URUCHOMIENIEM
1. Odpowietrzenie przewodów
Przed dostarczeniem maszyny z fabryki, olej oraz
paliwo zostały spuszczone. Przed uzupełnieniem
paliwa oraz oleju należy sprawdzić czy w obwodzie
olejowym nie znajduje się powietrze. Aby odpowietrzyć
przewody należy poluzować nakrętkę łączącą pompę
wtryskową z przewodem paliwowym i poczekać tak
długo aż przestaną się pojawiać pęcherzyki powietrza,
dokręcić ponownie nakrętkę.
2. Filtr powietrza:
• przed pierwszym oraz każdym kolejnym użyciem
należy sprawdzić czy ltr powietrza jest czysty
i prawidłowo zamontowany,
• nie należy czyścić ltra detergentami,
• jeżeli spadnie moc silnika lub kolor spalin jest
nieprawidłowy należy wymienić ltr,
• w celu sprawdzenia lub wymiany ltra należy odkręcić
śrubę motylkową i zdjąć pokrywę wskazaną na zdjęciu
poniżej.
UWAGA: Nie należy uruchamiać maszyny bez ltra
powietrza!
3. Olej napędowy:
• przed pierwszym użyciem należy napełnić zbiornik
oleju napędowego i regularnie sprawdzać jego
poziom
• nie należy dopuścić do zanieczyszczenia oleju!
• podczas napełniania zbiornika należy być uważnym
i nie pozwolić aby olej się wylał
• po napełnieniu zbiornika należy dokładnie dokręcić
zakrętkę zbiornika!
• nie należy przepełniać zbiornika!

b) Maszynę mogą obsługiwać osoby sprawne zycznie,
zdolne do jej obsługi i odpowiednio wyszkolone,
które zapoznały się z niniejszą instrukcją oraz zostały
przeszkolone w zakresie bezpieczeństwa i higieny
pracy.
c) Maszyna nie jest przeznaczona do tego, by była
użytkowana przez osoby (w tym dzieci) o ograniczonych
funkcjach psychicznych, sensorycznych i umysłowych
lub nieposiadające odpowiedniego doświadczenia
i/lub wiedzy, chyba że są one nadzorowane przez
osobę odpowiedzialną za ich bezpieczeństwo lub
otrzymały od niej wskazówki dotyczące tego, jak
należy obsługiwać maszynę.
d) Należy być uważnym, kierować się zdrowym
rozsądkiem podczas pracy urządzeniem. Chwila
nieuwagi podczas pracy, może doprowadzić do
poważnych obrażeń ciała.
e) Należy używać środków ochrony osobistej
wymaganych przy pracy urządzeniem
wyszczególnionych w punkcie 1 objaśnienia symboli.
Stosowanie odpowiednich, atestowanych środków
ochrony osobistej zmniejsza ryzyko doznania urazu.
f) Urządzenie nie jest zabawką. Dzieci powinny być
pilnowane, aby nie bawiły się urządzeniem.
2.5. BEZPIECZNE STOSOWANIE URZĄDZENIA
a) Nie należy przeciążać urządzenia. Używać narzędzi
odpowiednich do danego zastosowania. Prawidłowo
dobrane urządzenie wykona lepiej i bezpieczniej
pracę dla którego zostało zaprojektowane.
b) Nieużywane urządzenia należy przechowywać
w miejscu niedostępnym dla dzieci oraz osób
nieznających urządzenia lub tej instrukcji
obsługi. Urządzenia są niebezpieczne w rękach
niedoświadczonych użytkowników.
c) Utrzymywać urządzenie w dobrym stanie technicznym.
Sprawdzać przed każdą pracą czy nie posiada
uszkodzeń ogólnych lub związanych z elementami
ruchomymi (pęknięcia części i elementów lub wszelkie
inne warunki, które mogą mieć wpływ na bezpieczne
działanie urządzenia). W przypadku uszkodzenia,
oddać urządzenie do naprawy przed użyciem.
d) Urządzenie należy chronić przed dziećmi.
e) Naprawa oraz konserwacja urządzeń powinna być
wykonywana przez wykwalikowane osoby przy
użyciu wyłącznie oryginalnych części zamiennych.
Zapewni to bezpieczeństwo użytkowania.
f) Aby zapewnić zaprojektowaną integralność
operacyjną urządzenia, nie należy usuwać
zainstalowanych fabrycznie osłon lub odkręcać śrub.
g) Przy transportowaniu i przenoszeniu urządzenia
z miejsca magazynowania do miejsca użytkowania
należy uwzględnić zasady bezpieczeństwa i higieny pracy
przy ręcznych pracach transportowych obowiązujących
w kraju, w którym urządzenia są użytkowane.
h) Zabrania się przesuwania, przestawiania i obracania

Znaczniki określające maksymalny poziom oleju.
4. Olej silnikowy
• przed pierwszym użyciem należy uzupełnić zbiornik
oleju silnikowego i regularnie sprawdzać jego poziom
• maszyna posiada alarm niskiego ciśnienia oleju (dioda
kontrolna pokazana na zdjęciu poniżej). Dioda działa
jednak jedynie przy podłączonym i naładowanym
akumulatorze.
Zaleca się jednak przed każdym użyciem sprawdzać jego
stan bagnetem (bagnet i wlew oleju pokazany na zdjęciu
poniżej), silnik bez dostatecznej ilości oleju może ulec
uszkodzeniu.
Zaleca się całkowitą zmianę oleju:
a) Po pierwszych 20h pracy maszyny (lub po miesiącu).
b) Po pierwszych czterech zmianach oleju co 100h pracy
maszyny (lub co 3 miesiące).
Olej należy spuszczać na wyłączonym ale gorącym
silniku. Należy zachować środki ostrożności aby uniknąć
poparzenia a olej zlać do odpowiedniego pojemnika
i poddać utylizacji.
UWAGA: Nie należy uzupełniać oleju podczas pracy silnika!
5. Uziemienie
Generator podczas pracy powinien być uziemiony!
Przed pierwszym użyciem należy skonsultować się
z wykwalikowanym elektrykiem w celu ustalenia
odpowiedniego uziemienia.
6. Akumulator
W celu uruchomienia urządzenia za pomocą
rozrusznika, przed uruchomieniem maszyny należy
prawidłowo podłączyć akumulator:
• połączyć dodatni zacisk agregatu z dodatnim
biegunem akumulatora oraz ujemny zacisk agregatu
z ujemnym biegunem akumulatora
UWAGA: Błędne podłączenie akumulatora do
agregatu spowoduje ich uszkodzenie.
UWAGA: Nie należy dotykać biegunów akumulatora!
7. Uruchamianie agregatu
a) Rozruch próbny
Pierwsze godziny pracy maszyny należy traktować jako
rozruch próbny. Na tym etapie należy nie przeciążać
urządzenia a po 20h wymienić olej silnikowy.
b) Rozrusznik elektryczny
• włożyć kluczyk i ustawić przełącznik oleju
napędowego na pozycję „OFF”,
• ustawić dźwignię prędkości silnika w pozycji
„RUN”
• ustawić przełącznik oleju napędowego na
pozycję „START” (aby ustawić tryb cichy należy
najpierw ustawić na pozycję „ON” na 1-2 sekundy
i dopiero po tej operacji przestawić na pozycję
„START”),
• zdjąć rękę z dźwigni przełącznika i pozwolić, aby
przełącznik powrócił automatycznie do pozycji
„ON,
• jeżeli silnik nie uruchomi się po 10 sekundach
należy wrócić do pozycji wyjściowej, odczekać 15
sekund i spróbować ponownie
8. Prawidłowa obsługa agregatu prądotwórczego
• uruchomić maszynę,
• rozgrzać wstępnie silnik przez ok. 3min bez obciążenia,
• sprawdzić czy nie świeci się kontrolka niskiego
ciśnienia oleju,
UWAGA: Jeżeli ciśnienie oleju lub poziom oleju
silnikowego jest niski, urządzenie wyłączy się
automatycznie po zapaleniu się kontrolki. Jeżeli olej
nie zostanie uzupełniony, maszyna wyłączy się po
każdym kolejnym uruchomieniu silnika.

• po uruchomieniu należy sprawdzić czy z urządzenia
nie wydobywają się nietypowe dźwięki lub wibracje
oraz czy kolor spalin jest prawidłowy (czy nie jest
czarny lub zbyt biały).
Jeżeli po uruchomieniu silnika zostanie
zaobserwowana jakaś nieprawidłowość należy
natychmiast wyłączyć maszynę, sprawdzić stan
ltra powietrza oraz poziom oleju napędowego
i oleju silnikowego. Jeżeli wszystkie te elementy są
prawidłowe należy zgłosić się do serwisu producenta.
9. Obciążanie zespołu prądotwórczego
a) Obciążanie:
• uruchomić maszynę
• zwiększyć prędkość obrotową do wartości
znamionowej (dźwignia prędkości silnika
obrócona do góry)
UWAGA: Nie należy uruchamiać maszyny
z podpiętymi odbiornikami. Podczas obciążania
agregatu odbiorniki powinny być wyłączone.
Podłączone do agregatu urządzenia należy
uruchamiać pojedynczo. Nie powinny być
uruchomione więcej niż dwa urządzenia
jednocześnie. Podłączenia urządzeń należy
dokonać w taki sposób aby podczas
nieprawidłowej pracy maszyny istniała możliwość
jej natychmiastowego odciążenia, należy
kontrolować wskazania na Woltomierzu.
UWAGA: Podczas podłączania urządzeń do
generatora, upewnij się, że wszystkie inne
urządzenia mają mniejszą moc znamionową niż
wyjście generatora. Żadne gniazdo generatora
nie powinno być przeciążone powyżej
ustalonego limitu.
10. Wyłączanie generatora
• odłączyć obciążenie elektryczne od generatora,
• umożliwić pracę agregatu bez obciążenia przez ok.
3minuty,
• przekręcić główny wyłącznik agregatu,
• w przypadku korzystania z rozrusznika elektrycznego
przekręcić kluczyk do pozycji „OFF”.
3.3. CZYSZCZENIE I KONSERWACJA
a) Do czyszczenia powierzchni należy stosować
wyłącznie środki niezawierające substancji żrących.
b) Po każdym czyszczeniu wszystkie elementy należy
dobrze wysuszyć, zanim urządzenie zostanie
ponownie użyte.
c) Urządzenie należy przechowywać w suchym
i chłodnym miejscu chronionym przed wilgocią
i bezpośrednim promieniowaniem słonecznym.
d) Zabrania się spryskiwania urządzenia strumieniem
wody lub zanurzania urządzenia w wodzie.
e) Należy wykonywać regularne przeglądy urządzenia
pod kątem jego sprawności technicznej oraz wszelkich
uszkodzeń.
f) Do czyszczenia należy używać miękkiej, wilgotnej
ściereczki.
g) Do czyszczenia nie wolno używać ostrych i/lub
metalowych przedmiotów (np. drucianej szczotki lub
metalowej łopatki) ponieważ mogą one uszkodzić
powierzchnię materiału, z którego wykonane jest
urządzenie.

FILTR PALIWA
Aby zapewnić maksymalną moc wyjściową należy co
6 miesięcy lub co 500h pracy czyścić ltr paliwa oraz
wymieniać go raz w roku lub co 1000h pracy. W celu
czyszczenia lub wymiany ltra należy:
• spuścić olej napędowy ze zbiornika
• poluzować śrubkę zaworu paliwa i wyciągnąć ltr
z otworu wlewu paliwa
• umyć go dokładnie czystym olejem napędowym
i umieścić w zbiorniku paliwa.
AKUMULATOR
Raz w miesiącu zaleca się sprawdzanie poziomu elektrolitu
w akumulatorze. Jeżeli poziom spadnie do poziomu dolnej
kreski należy dolać wody destylowanej, aby poziom cieszy
podniósł się do górnej kreski. Akumulator należy ładować
raz w miesiącu i regularnie sprawdzać stan naładowania-
zwłaszcza jeżeli urządzenie jest stosowane jedynie jako
zapasowe źródło energii.
KONSERWACJA PRZY DŁUGIM OKRESIE
PRZECHOWYWANIA
Jeżeli agregat będzie przechowywany nieużywany prze
dłuższy czas należy:
• uruchomić maszynę bez obciążenia na ok. 3minuty,
• wyłączyć maszynę, spuścić stary olej i nalać nowy,
• odkręcić gumowy korek przy głowicy cylindra i wlać
do cylindra 2ml oleju silnikowego, zakręcić korek.

TECHNICKÉ ÚDAJE
Pojem „zařízení“ nebo „výrobek“ v bezpečnostních
pokynech a návodu se vztahuje na DIESELOVÝ GENERÁTOR.
Zařízení nepoužívejte v prostředí s velmi vysokou vlhkostí/v
přímé blízkosti nádrží s vodou! Zařízení nenořte do vody.
Hrozí nebezpečí úrazu elektrickým proudem! Pokud je
zařízení v provozu, nevkládejte do něj ruce ani žádné
předměty!
2.1. ELEKTRICKÁ BEZPEČNOST
a) Nedotýkejte se uzemněných předmětů jako jsou
trubky, topidla, kamna a chladničky. Pokud je
zařízení uzemněno, existuje zvýšené nebezpečí
úrazu elektrickým proudem v následku působení
deště, mokrého povrchu a práce se zařízením ve
vlhkém prostředí. Proniknutí vody do zařízení zvyšuje
nebezpečí jeho poškození a úrazu elektrickým
proudem.
b) Zařízení se nedotýkejte mokrýma nebo vlhkýma
rukama.
c) POZOR – OHROŽENÍ ŽIVOTA! Během čistění nebo
používání zařízení nikdy nesmí být ponořováno ve
vodě nebo jiných kapalinách.
2.2. BEZPEČNOST PRÁCE SE SPALOVACÍM MOTOREM
a) V blízkosti zařízení je zakázáno kouřit. V zařízení se
nacházejí hořlavé látky.
b) Motor se během provozu velmi zahřívá. Nedotýkejte
se horkého motoru, může to působit popáleniny.
c) Úroveň. Pokud je hladina oleje příliš nízká, motor se
nespustí.
d) Únik provozních olejů ze zařízení musí být nahlášen
na příslušných místech nebo se musí postupovat
podle zákonných předpisů platných v oblasti použití.
e) Nebezpečí! Hrozí poškození zdraví a riziko výbuchu
spalovacího motoru.
f) Výfukové plyny motoru obsahují jedovatý oxid
uhelnatý. Pobyt v prostředí s obsahem oxidu
uhelnatého může vést k bezvědomí nebo ke smrti.
g) Chraňte motor před teplem, jiskrami a plamenem.
h) Před doplňováním paliva je třeba motor vypnout
a ochladit.
i) Upozornění! Při použití nesprávného paliva hrozí
riziko poškození motoru.
j) Zajistěte, aby všichni uživatelé byli seznámeni s
návodem k použití, porozuměli mu a dodržovali jej.
k) Nesprávné nebo neopatrné používání zařízení může
způsobit vážné zranění.
l) Před každým čištěním, seřízením, výměnou
příslušenství a v případě, že zařízení nepoužíváte,
vypněte motor a vyčkejte, až zařízení zcela vychladne.
m) Nedotýkejte se pohyblivých částí nebo příslušenství,
pokud není motor vypnut a ponechán k vychladnutí.
n) Udržujte části těla mimo pohybující se a rotující části,
v případě kontaktu mohou způsobit zranění.
o) Nepoužívejte stroj, pokud nejsou namontovány
všechny ochranné kryty.
p) Nezvyšujte otáčky motoru bez zatížení nad 3 000
ot/min. Jakékoli zvýšení může způsobit poškození
zařízení.
q) Dávejte pozor, abyste se nedotýkali tlumiče nebo
jiných prvků, které se během provozu zahřívají – hrozí
těžké popáleniny.
r) Zajistěte, aby byl palivo skladován pouze v
certikovaných nádobách (např. kanystrech).
s) Nedoplňujte palivo v blízkosti zdrojů jisker,
otevřeného ohně nebo hořících cigaret.
t) Před doplňováním hladiny paliva zastavte motor.
Nikdy nedoplňujte, pokud je motor v chodu nebo je
stále horký. V opačném případě může dojít k vznícení
rozlitého nebo odpařovaného paliva z jisker motoru
nebo tepla tlumiče.
u) Nepřeplňujte palivovou nádrž a vyvarujte se rozlití
paliva při doplňování paliva. Rozlitý palivo nebo
výpary paliva se mohou vznítit. Pokud dojde k rozlití,
před spuštěním motoru se ujistěte, že je oblast suchá.
v) Po doplnění paliva se ujistěte, že víčko palivové
nádrže je řádně našroubováno.
w) Nepoužívejte motor ani netankujte palivo v
uzavřeném prostoru bez řádného větrání.
x) Nepoužívejte stroj v uzavřených prostorách, tunelech
nebo jiných špatně větraných prostorách, protože
výfukové plyny obsahují smrtící/škodlivé výpary
a plyny. Pokud je použití stroje na takovém místě
nevyhnutelné, musí být zajištěno vhodné odsávání.
y) Během přepravy: Zastavte motor přístroje. Zavřete
a zajistěte uzávěr palivové nádrže a otočte palivový
ventil do polohy „OFF-O“. Před přepravou na velké
vzdálenosti nebo po nerovných silnicích musí být
palivo z palivové nádrže vypuštěn.
z) Uchovávejte hořlavé materiály (benzín, zápalky, slámu
atd.) daleko od výfuku.
2.3. BEZPEČNOST NA PRACOVIŠTI
a) Na pracovišti udržujte pořádek a mějte dobré
osvětlení. Nepořádek nebo špatné osvětlení mohou
vést k úrazům. Buďte předvídaví a sledujte, co se
během práce kolem vás děje. Při práci se zařízením
vždy zachovávejte zdravý rozum.
b) Se zařízením nepracujte ve výbušném prostředí,
například v přítomnosti hořlavých kapalin, plynů nebo
prachu. Zařízení vytváří jiskření, skrze které může dojít
ke vznícení prachu nebo výparů.
c) Pokud zjistíte, že zařízení nepracuje správně, nebo
je poškozeno, ihned jej vypněte a poruchu nahlaste
autorizované osobě.
d) Opravy zařízení může provádět pouze servis výrobce.
Opravy neprovádějte sami!
e) V případě vzniku požáru k hašení zařízení pod
napětím používejte pouze práškové nebo sněhové
hasicí přístroje (CO2).
f) Zařízení používejte v dobře větraných prostorách.
g) Je třeba pravidelně kontrolovat stav etiket s
bezpečnostními informacemi. V případě, že jsou
nečitelné, je třeba etikety vyměnit.)
h) Návod k obsluze uschovejte za účelem jeho
pozdějšího použití. V případě předánání zařízení
třetím osobám musí být spolu se zařízením předán
rovněž návod k obsluze.
i) Obalový materiál a drobné montážní prvky
uchovávejte na místě nedostupném pro děti.
j) Zařízení mějte v dostatečné vzdálenosti od dětí
a zvířat.
k) Pokud společně s tímto nástrojem používáte nějaké
další nářadí, pak musíte dodržovat také jeho návod k
použití.
2.4. OSOBNÍ BEZPEČNOST
a) Zařízení nepoužívejte, jste-li unaveni nebo pod vlivem
drog, alkoholu nebo léků, které významně snižují
schopnost zařízení ovládat.
b) Zařízení smí obsluhovat fyzicky zdatné osoby, které
s ním umí zacházet, byly příslušně vyškoleny k jeho
obsluze, seznámily se s tímto návodem a byly také
proškoleny v oblasti bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při
práci.
c) Zařízení není určeno k tomu, aby jej používaly osoby
(včetně dětí) s omezenými psychickými, smyslovými
nebo duševními schopnostmi nebo osoby bez
příslušných zkušeností anebo znalostí, ledaže jsou pod
dohledem osoby zodpovědné za jejich bezpečnost
nebo od ní obdržely pokyny, jak zařízení obsluhovat.
d) Při práci se zařízením buďte pozorní, řiďte se zdravým
rozumem. Chvilka nepozornosti při práci může vést k
vážnému úrazu.
e) Používejte osobní ochranné pomůcky vyžadované pro
práci se zařízením, specikované v bodě 1 vysvětlením
symbolů. Používání vhodných, atestovaných osobních
ochranných prostředků snižuje nebezpečí úrazu.
f) Zařízení není hračka. Dohlížejte na děti, aby si nehrály
se zařízením.
2.5. BEZPEČNÉ POUŽÍVÁNÍ ZAŘÍZENÍ
a) Zařízení nepřetěžujte. Pro daný úkol používejte vždy
správný typ nářadí. Správně zvolené nářadí lépe
a bezpečněji provede práci, pro kterou bylo navrženo.

2. BEZPEČNOST POUŽÍVÁNÍ
POZNÁMKA! Přečtěte si tento návod včetně všech
bezpečnostních pokynů. Nedodržování návodu
a pokynů může vést k úrazu elektrickým proudem,
požáru anebo těžkému úrazu či smrti.
Originálním návodem je německá verze návodu. Ostatní
jazykové verze jsou překladem z německého jazyka.
POZOR! Obrázky v tomto návodu jsou ilustrační.
V některých detailech se od skutečného vzhledu
stroje mohou lišit.
Vzhledem k technickému pokroku a možnosti omezení
hluku bylo zařízení navrženo a vyrobeno tak, aby nebezpečí
vyplývající z emise hluku bylo omezeno na nejnižší úroveň.

Značky označující maximální hladinu oleje.
4. Motorový olej:
• před prvním použitím naplňte nádrž na motorový olej
a pravidelně kontrolujte její hladinu
• stroj má výstrahu nízkého tlaku oleje (kontrolní dioda
je zobrazena na fotograi níže). Dioda je ale funkční
pouze když je připojen nabitý akumulátor.
Před každým použitím se doporučuje zkontrolovat jeho
stav měrkou (měrka a víčko plnicího otvoru oleje jsou
zobrazeny na fotograi níže), bez dostatečného množství
oleje může dojít k poškození motoru.
Kompletní výměna oleje se doporučuje:
a) po prvních 20 hodinách provozu zařízení (nebo po
měsíci).
b) Po prvních čtyřech výměnách oleje každých 100 hodin
provozu zařízení (nebo každé 3 měsíce).
• sundejte ruku z páky spínače a nechte spínač, aby
se automaticky vrátil do polohy „ON“,
• pokud se motor do 10 sekund nespustí, vraťte se
do výchozí polohy, počkejte 15 sekund a zkuste
to znovu.
8. Správná obsluha generátoru
• nastartovat zařízení,
• motor zařízení zahřívejte bez zatížení přibližně 3
minuty,
• zkontrolujte, zda nesvítí kontrolka nízkého tlaku oleje,
POZOR: Pokud je tlak oleje nebo hladina motorového
oleje nízká, po rozsvícení kontrolky se zařízení
automaticky vypne. Pokud není olej doplněn, zařízení
se vypne po každém dalším nastartování motoru.
• po spuštění zkontrolujte, zda zařízení nevydává
neobvyklé zvuky nebo vibrace a zda je barva
výfukových plynů správná (tj. jestli není černá nebo
příliš bílá).
Zjistíte-li po nastartování motoru jakékoliv
nesrovnalosti, okamžitě zařízení vypněte a zkontrolujte
stav vzduchového ltru, hladinu motorové nafty
a hladinu motorového oleje. Pokud jsou všechny
tyto prvky správné, obraťte se na servisní středisko
výrobce.
9. Zatěžování části generující elektrický proud
a) Zatěžování:
• nastartujte zařízení
• zvyšte otáčky motoru na jmenovitou hodnotu (páka
otáček motoru otočená nahoru)
POZOR: Nestartujte zařízení s připojenými spotřebiči.
Když je generátor po startu zařízení zatěžován,
spotřebiče musí být vypnuty. Zařízení připojená ke
generátoru musí být spuštěna jednotlivě. Spotřebiče
musí být k zařízení připojeny takovým způsobem,
aby je při nesprávném provozu zařízení bylo možné
okamžitě odpojit. Kontrolujte hodnoty na voltmetru.
POZNÁMKA: Při připojování zařízení ke generátoru
se ujistěte, že všechna ostatní zařízení mají menší
jmenovitý výkon než výstup generátoru. Žádná
zásuvka generátoru by neměla být přetížena nad limit.
10. Vypnutí generátoru
• odpojte elektrické zatížení od generátoru,
• nechte generátor v provozu bez zatížení po dobu asi
3 minut,
• přepněte hlavní vypínač generátoru,
• v případě použití elektrického startéru otočte klíčem
do polohy „OFF“.
3.3. ČIŠTĚNÍ A ÚDRŽBA
a) K čištění povrchu zařízení používejte výhradně
prostředky neobsahující žíravé látky.
b) Po každém čištění je nutno všechny prvky dobře
osušit, než bude zařízení opět použito.
c) Zařízení skladujte na suchém a chladném místě,
chráněném proti vlhkosti a přímému slunečnímu svitu.
d) Je zakázáno zařízení polévat vodou nebo je do vody
ponořovat.
e) Pravidelně provádějte revize zařízení a kontrolujte,
zda je technicky způsobilé a není poškozeno.
f) K čištění používejte měkký, vlhký hadřík.
g) K čištění nepoužívejte ostré ani kovové předměty
(například drátěný kartáč nebo kovovou obracečku),
protože mohou poškodit povrch materiálu, z něhož je
zařízení vyrobeno.

Chcete-li vypustit olej, odšroubujte šroub zobrazený na
fotograi níže. Olej vypusťte, když je motor vypnutý, ale je
ještě horký. Je třeba učinit preventivní opatření a zachovat
opatrnost, aby nedošlo k popálení. Olej nalijte do vhodné
nádoby a odevzdejte jej na likvidaci.
Před uvolněním šroubu se doporučuje sejmout víčko
plnicího otvoru oleje. Když starý olej přestane vytékat,
nalijte do olejové nádrže malé množství nového oleje
a zkontrolujte, zda vytéká čistý olej. Pokud ano, můžete
šroub utáhnout, doplnit správné množství nového oleje
a našroubovat uzávěr plnicího otvoru.
POZOR: Když běží motor generátoru, olej nikdy
nedoplňujte!
5. Uzemnění
Generátor musí být během provozu uzemněn!
Před prvním použitím se poraďte s kvalikovaným
elektrikářem a zařízení odpovídajícím způsobem
uzemněte.
6. Akumulátor
Chcete-li zařízení nastartovat pomocí startéru, před
spuštěním stroje správně připojte akumulátor:
• spojte kladnou svorku generátoru s kladnou svorkou
akumulátoru a zápornou svorku generátoru se
zápornou svorkou akumulátoru
POZOR: Nesprávné připojení akumulátoru k
generátoru jej poškodí.
POZOR: Nedotýkejte se pólů akumulátoru!
7. Spuštění generátoru
a) Zkušební provoz
První hodiny provozu zařízení považujte za zkušební
provoz. V této fázi zařízení nepřetěžujte a po 20
hodinách vyměňte motorový olej.
b) Elektrický startér
• zasuňte klíč a nastavte přepínač nafty do polohy
„OFF“,
• páku otáček motoru nastavte do polohy „RUN“,
• nastavte přepínač nafty do polohy „START“ (pro
nastavení tichého režimu nejprve přepněte na
1-2 sekundy do polohy „ON“ a až po této operaci
přepněte do polohy „START“),
3. ZÁSADY POUŽÍVÁNÍ
Zařízení se používá k nezávislé výrobě elektřiny a napájení
dalších zařízení.
Odpovědnost za veškeré škody vzniklé v důsledku
použití zařízení v rozporu s určením nese uživatel.
3.1. PŘÍPRAVA K PRÁCI
UMÍSTĚNÍ ZAŘÍZENÍ
Teplota okolí nesmí být vyšší než 40°C a relativní vlhkost
nesmí být vyšší než 90%. Zařízení postavte takovým
způsobem, aby byla zajištěna dobrá cirkulace vzduchu.
Vzdálenost zařízení od stěny by neměla být menší než 150
cm. Zařízení se musí nacházet daleko od jakéhokoli horkého
povrchu. Zařízení vždy používejte na rovnoměrném,
stabilním, čistém a ohnivzdorném povrchu, mimo dosah
dětí a osob s omezenými psychickými, smyslovými
a duševními funkcemi.
3.2. PRÁCE SE ZAŘÍZENÍM
3.2.1. PŘÍPRAVA ZAŘÍZENÍ PŘED SPUŠTĚNÍM
1. Odvzdušnění potrubí
Před dodáním zařízení od výrobce byl ze zařízení
vypuštěn olej i palivo. Před doplňováním paliva a oleje
zkontrolujte, zda v olejovém okruhu není vzduch.
Chcete-li odvzdušnit potrubí, uvolněte matici spojující
vstřikovací čerpadlo s palivovým potrubím a čekejte,
dokud se nepřestanou objevovat vzduchové bubliny.
Poté matici opět utáhněte.
2. Vzduchový ltr:
• před prvním a každým dalším použitím zkontrolujte,
zda je vzduchový ltr čistý a správně nainstalovaný,
b) Nepoužívaná zařízení uchovávejte mimo dosah dětí
a osob, které nejsou seznámeny se zařízením nebo
návodem k obsluze. Zařízení jsou nebezpečná v rukou
nezkušených uživatelů.
c) Zařízení udržujte v dobrém technickém stavu.
Kontrolujte před každou prací jeho celkový stav
i jednotlivé díly a ujistěte se, že je vše v dobrém stavu,
a uživateli tak při práci se zařízením nehrozí žádné
nebezpečí. V případě, že zjistíte poškození, nechte
zařízení opravit.
d) Udržujte zařízení mimo dosah dětí.
e) Opravu a údržbu zařízení by měly provádět pouze
kvalikované osoby za výhradního použití originálních
náhradních dílů. Zajistí to bezpečné používání zařízení.
f) Pro zachování navržené mechanické integrity zařízení
neodstraňujte předem namontované kryty nebo
neuvolňujte šrouby.
g) Při přemisťování zařízení z místa skladování na místo
používání berte v úvahu pracovní zásady bezpečnosti
a ochrany zdraví v rámci přenášení břemena platné v
zemi, ve které se zařízení používá.
h) Nepřesouvejte, nepřenášejte a neotáčejte zařízení v
provozu.
i) Zapnuté zařízení nenechávejte bez dozoru.
j) Pravidelně čistěte zařízení, aby nedošlo k trvalému
usazovaní nečistot.
k) Nezasahujte do zařízení s cílem změnit jeho parametry
nebo konstrukci.
l) Udržujte zařízení mimo zdroje ohně a tepla.
POZNÁMKA! I když zařízení bylo navrženo tak, aby
bylo bezpečné, tedy má vhodné bezpečnostní prvky,
tak i přes použití dodatečné ochrany uživatelem při
práci se zařízením nadále existuje malé riziko úrazu
nebo poranění. Doporučuje se zachovat opatrnost
a zdravý rozum při jeho používání.
• nečistěte ltr čisticími prostředky na bázi detergentů,
• pokud výkon motoru poklesne nebo není barva
výfukových plynů správná (tj. je černá nebo příliš bílá),
vyměňte ltr,
• pro kontrolu nebo výměnu ltru odšroubujte křídlový
šroub a sejměte kryt zobrazený na fotograi níže.
POZOR: Nestartujte stroj bez vzduchového ltru!
3. Motorová nafta:
• před prvním použitím naplňte palivovou nádrž
a pravidelně kontrolujte její hladinu
• motorová nafta nesmí být znečištěna!
• při plnění nádrže buďte opatrní a nedopusťte, aby se
motorová nafta vylila
• po naplnění nádrže pečlivě utáhněte víčko nádrže!
• nepřeplňujte nádrž!

h) Zařízení nečistěte přípravky s kyselým pH,
dezinfekčními prostředky, ředidly, palivem, oleji nebo
jinými chemickými látkami, může to poškodit zařízení.
FILTR MOTOROVÉHO OLEJE
Každých 6 měsíců nebo po každých 500 hodinách provozu
vyčistěte (případně vyměňte) olejový ltr. Při výměně ltru se
také doporučuje vyměnit olej.
PALIVOVÝ FILTR
Abyste zajistili maximální výstupní výkon, čistěte palivový
ltr každých 6 měsíců nebo po každých 500 hodinách
provozu a vyměňujte jej jednou ročně nebo po každých 1000
hodinách provozu. Za účelem čištění nebo výměny ltru:
• vypusťte naftu z nádrže
• povolte šroub palivového ventilu a vyjměte ltr
z otvoru palivové nádrže
• důkladně jej umyjte čistou naftou a vložte ho do
palivové nádrže.
AKUMULÁTOR
Jednou za měsíc se doporučuje kontrolovat hladinu
elektrolytu v akumulátoru. Pokud hladina klesne na úroveň
dolní značky, musí se doplnit destilovaná voda tak, aby
hladina kapaliny dosáhla horní značky. Akumulátor musí být
nabíjena jednou za měsíc a stav nabití musí být pravidelně
kontrolován – zejména pokud je zařízení používáno pouze
jako záložní zdroj energie.
ÚDRŽBA PŘI DLOUHODOBÉM SKLADOVÁNÍ
Pokud má být generátor dlouhodobě uložen nepoužívaný:
• spusťte stroj bez zatížení po dobu asi 3 minut,
• vypněte zařízení, vypusťte starý olej a nalijte nový olej,
• odšroubujte gumovou zátku při hlavě válce a do válce
nalijte 2 ml motorového oleje, zátku zašroubujte.

Vybité baterie ze zařízení vyjměte, postupujte v opačném
pořadí než při jejich vkládání. Pro zajištění vhodné likvidace
baterie vyhledejte příslušné místo/obchod, kde je můžete
odevzdat.

Po ukončení doby používání nevyhazujte tento výrobek

2.2. SÉCURITE AU TRAVAIL AVEC MOTEUR COMBUSTION
INTERNE
a) Ne fumez pas à proximité de l’appareil. L’appareil
contient des substances inammables.
b) Pendant le fonctionnement, le moteur devient très
chaud. Ne touchez pas le moteur chaud, car cela peut
provoquer des brûlures.
c) Avant d‘allumer l‘appareil, ajoutez de l‘huile jusqu‘au
niveau approprié.
d) Les fuites d‘huile doivent être signalées aux services
appropriés ou être conformes aux exigences légales
en vigueur dans la zone d‘utilisation.
e) Danger! Menace pour la santé et risque d‘explosion
du moteur à combustion interne.
f) Les gaz d‘échappement du moteur contiennent du
monoxyde de carbone, une substance toxique. La
présence de monoxyde de carbone peut entraîner la

g) Protégez le moteur contre la chaleur, les étincelles et
les ammes.
h) Avant de faire le plein, le moteur doit être éteint et
froid.
i) Attention! Utiliser le mauvais carburant risque

et suivi le mode d’emploi.
k) L’utilisation incorrecte ou imprudente de l’appareil
peut causer des blessures graves.
l) Avant chaque nettoyage, réglage, remplacement
des accessoires et aussi si l’appareil n’est pas utilisé,
arrêtez le moteur et refroidissez l’appareil.
m) Ne touchez pas des pièces ou éléments mobiles à
moins que le moteur a été arrêté et refroidi.
n) Gardez les parties du corps éloignées des pièces
mobiles et tournantes pour éviter les blessures.
o) N’utilisez pas la machine sans boucliers de protection
installés.
p) N’augmentez pas la vitesse de rotation du moteur sans
une charge supérieure à 3000 tr/min. Toute croissance
peut causer des blessures ainsi qu’endommager l’outil.
q) Lorsque le moteur est chaud, veuillez à ne pas toucher
l’amortisseur ou d’autres éléments qui se réchauent
pendant le travail. Cela peut causer de graves brûlures.
r) Assurez-vous que le carburant est conservée dans les
récipients certiés (p.ex. bidons).
s) Ne faites pas le plein près des sources d’étincelles, de
ammes nues ou de cigarettes allumées.
t) Arrêtez le moteur avant de faire le plein. Ne faites
jamais le plein d’essence lorsque le moteur est en
marche ou s’il est chaud. Sinon, le carburant renversé
ou en évaporation peut s’enammer à cause des
étincelles du moteur ou de la chaleur d’amortisseur.
u) Ne remplissez pas trop le réservoir du carburant et
évitez de renverser du carburant en faisant le plein.
Le carburant renversée et les vapeurs de carburant
peuvent s’enammer. En cas de déversement,
assurez-vous que la zone a eu le temps de sécher
avant de démarrer le moteur.
v) Après le ravitaillement, assurez-vous que le bouchon
du réservoir de carburant est bien vissé.
w) Ne jamais faites fonctionner le moteur et ne faites
pas le plein dans un endroit fermé sans aération
approprié.
x) Évitez la mise en marche de machine dans les
endroits fermés, tunnels ou d’autres endroits mal
ventilés, parce que les vapeurs contiennent des gaz
et fumées mortels/nocifs. S’il est inévitable d’utiliser la
machine dans l’endroit de ce type, assurez-vous que
l’extraction des gaz d’échappement est convenable.
y) Pendant le transport: arrêtez le moteur. Resserrez et
xez le bouchon du réservoir de carburant et fermez
le robinet de carburant en position « OFF-O ». Videz
le réservoir de carburant avant le transport sur de
longues distances ou sur des routes cahoteuses.
z) Gardez les matières inammables (essence,
allumettes, paille, etc.) loin de l’échappement des
vapeurs.
2.3. SÉCURITÉ AU POSTE DE TRAVAIL
a) Veillez à ce que votre poste de travail soit toujours
propre et bien éclairé. Le désordre ou un éclairage
insusant peuvent entraîner des accidents. Soyez
prévoyant, observez les opérations et faites preuve de
bon sens lorsque vous utilisez l’appareil.
b) N'utilisez pas l'appareil dans les zones à risque
d'explosion, par exemple à proximité de liquides,
de gaz ou de poussières inammables. Certains
appareils peuvent produire des étincelles susceptibles
d’enammer la poussière et les vapeurs.
c) En cas de dommages ou de mauvais fonctionnement,
l’appareil doit être mis hors tension immédiatement
et la situation doit être rapportée à une personne
compétente.
d) Seul le service du fabricant peut eectuer des
réparations. Ne tentez aucune réparation par vous-
même !
e) En cas de feu ou d’incendie, utilisez uniquement des
extincteurs à poudre ou au dioxyde de carbone (CO2)
pour étouer les ammes sur l’appareil.
f) Utilisez l'équipement dans un endroit bien aéré.
g) Vériez régulièrement l'état des autocollants portant
des informations de sécurité. S’ils deviennent illisibles,
remplacez-les.
h) Conservez le manuel d’utilisation an de pouvoir
le consulter ultérieurement. En cas de cession de
l’appareil à un tiers, l’appareil doit impérativement
être accompagné du manuel d’utilisation.
i) Tenez les éléments d’emballage et les pièces de
xation de petit format hors de portée des enfants.
j) Tenez l’appareil hors de portée des enfants et des
animaux.
k) Lors de l’utilisation combinée de cet appareil avec
d’autres outils, respectez également les consignes se
rapportant à ces outils.
2.4. SÉCURITÉ DES PERSONNES
a) N'utilisez pas l'appareil lorsque vous êtes fatigué,
malade, sous l'eet de drogues ou de médicaments
et que cela pourrait altérer votre capacité à utiliser
l'appareil.
3. CONDITIONS D’UTILISATION
La machine sert à produire de l'électricité de façon autonome
et à alimenter d'autres dispositifs.
L’utilisateur porte l’entière responsabilité pour
l’ensemble des dommages attribuables à un usage
inapproprié.
3.1. PRÉPARATION À L'UTILISATION
CHOIX DE L’EMPLACEMENT DE L’APPAREIL
La température ambiante ne doit pas dépasser 40°C et le
taux d'humidité relative ne doit pas être de plus de 90%.
Positionnez l’appareil de sorte qu’une bonne circulation d’air
soit assurée. Vériez qu’un espace d'au moins 150 cm est
libre de chaque côté de l’appareil. Tenez l’appareil à l’écart
des surfaces chaudes. Utilisé toujours l’appareil sur une
surface plane, stable, propre, ininammable et sèche, hors
de portée des enfants et des personnes présentant des
capacités physiques, sensorielles ou mentales diminuées.
3.2. UTILISATION DE L'APPAREIL
3.2.1. PRÉPARATION DE L'APPAREIL AVANT LA MISE EN
SERVICE
1. Ventilation des conduites
Avant de livrer la machine au départ de l'usine, l'huile
et le carburant ont été évacués. Avant de refaire
le plein de carburant et d'huile, vériez si le circuit
d'huile contient de l'air. Pour purger les conduites,
desserrez l'écrou raccordant la pompe d'injection à la
conduite de carburant et attendez jusqu'à ce que les
bulles d'air cessent d'apparaître, puis resserrez l'écrou.
2. Filtre à air :
• Avant la première utilisation et avant chaque
utilisation ultérieure, vériez que le ltre à air est
propre et correctement installé,
• N'utilisez pas de détergents pour nettoyer le ltre,
• Si la puissance du moteur diminue ou si la couleur
des gaz d'échappement est anormale, vous devez
remplacer le ltre,
• Pour vérier ou remplacer le ltre, dévissez la vis
papillon et retirez le couvercle indiqué sur la gure
ci-dessous.
REMARQUE : Ne démarrez pas la machine sans le ltre
à air !
3. Carburant Diesel
• Avant la première utilisation, remplissez le réservoir de
carburant Diesel et vériez régulièrement son niveau
• Prévenez toute contamination du carburant !
• Lorsque vous remplissez le réservoir, faites attention
et ne laissez pas le carburant se déverser.
• Après avoir rempli le réservoir, resserrez
soigneusement le bouchon du réservoir !
• ne remplissez pas trop le réservoir!
b) Seules des personnes ayant suivi une formation
appropriée, qui sont aptes à se servir de l'appareil et
en bonne santé physique peuvent utiliser la machine.
En outre, ces personnes doivent avoir lu le présent
manuel et connaître les exigences liées à la santé et à
la sécurité au travail.
c) Cette machine n'est pas conçue pour être utilisée
par les personnes dont les facultés physiques,
sensorielles ou mentales sont limitées (enfants y
compris), ni par des personnes sans expérience
ou connaissances adéquates, à moins qu'elles se
trouvent sous la supervision et la protection d'une
personne responsable ou qu'une telle personne leur
ait transmis des consignes appropriées en lien avec
l'utilisation de la machine.
d) Soyez attentif et faites preuve de bon sens lors que
vous utilisez l’appareil. Un moment d'inattention
pendant le travail peut entraîner des blessures graves.
e) Utilisez l'équipement de protection individuel
approprié pour l'utilisation de l'appareil,
conformément aux indications faites dans le tableau
des symboles, au point 1. L'utilisation de l'équipement
de protection individuel adéquat certié réduit le
risque de blessures.
f) Cet appareil n'est pas un jouet. Les enfants doivent
demeurer sous la supervision d’un adulte an qu’ils
ne jouent pas avec l’appareil.
2.5. UTILISATION SÉCURITAIRE DE L'APPAREIL
a) Ne faites pas surchauer l'appareil. Utilisez les outils
appropriés pour l'usage que vous en faites. Le choix
d'appareils appropriés et l'utilisation soigneuse de
ceux-ci produisent de meilleurs résultats.
b) Les outils qui ne sont pas en cours d'utilisation
doivent être mis hors de portée des enfants et des
personnes qui ne connaissent ni l'appareil, ni le
manuel d'utilisation s'y rapportant. Entre les mains de
personnes inexpérimentées, ce genre d'appareils peut
représenter un danger.
c) Maintenez l'appareil en parfait état de marche. Avant
chaque utilisation, vériez l’absence de dommages en
général et au niveau des pièces mobiles (assurez-vous
qu’aucune pièce ni composant n’est cassé et vériez
que rien ne compromet le fonctionnement sécuritaire
de l’appareil). En cas de dommages, l’appareil doit
impérativement être envoyé en réparation avant
d’être utilisé de nouveau.
d) Tenez l'appareil hors de portée des enfants.
e) La réparation et l'entretien des appareils doivent être
eectués uniquement par un personnel qualié, à
l'aide de pièces de rechange d'origine. Cela garantit
la sécurité d’utilisation.
f) Pour garantir l'intégrité opérationnelle de l'appareil,
les couvercles et les vis posés à l'usine ne doivent pas
être retirés.
g) Lors du transport, de l’installation et de l’utilisation de
l’appareil, respectez les dispositions d'hygiène et de
sécurité en vigueur dans le pays d'utilisation.
h) Il est défendu de pousser, de déplacer ou de tourner
l’appareil pendant son fonctionnement.
i) Ne laissez pas l’appareil fonctionner sans surveillance.
j) Nettoyez régulièrement l'appareil pour en prévenir
l’encrassement.
k) Il est défendu de modier l’appareil pour en changer
les paramètres ou la construction.
l) Gardez le produit à l’écart des sources de feu et de
chaleur.
ATTENTION! Bien que l'appareil ait été conçu en
accordant une attention spéciale à la sécurité et qu'il
comporte des dispositifs de protection, ainsi que des
caractéristiques de sécurité supplémentaires, il n’est
pas possible d’exclure entièrement tout risque de
blessure lors de son utilisation. Nous recommandons
de faire preuve de prudence et de bon sens lorsque
vous utilisez l’appareil.

• Vérier que le témoin de basse pression d'huile n'est
pas allumé,
REMARQUE : si la pression d'huile ou le niveau d'huile
moteur est faible, l'appareil s'éteint automatiquement
lorsque le témoin s'allume. Si vous ne remplissez pas
le réservoir d'huile, la machine s'éteindra à chaque
démarrage du moteur.
• Après le démarrage, vériez qu'il n'y a pas de sons
ou de vibrations inhabituels et que la couleur des gaz
d'échappement est bonne (elle ne doit être ni noire
ni trop blanche).
Si vous constatez une anomalie après le démarrage
du moteur, arrêtez immédiatement la machine,
vériez l'état du ltre à air et le niveau de carburant
diesel et d'huile moteur. Si tous ces éléments sont
corrects, contactez le service après-vente du fabricant.
9. Charge du groupe électrogène
a) Charge :
• Démarrez la machine
• Augmenter la vitesse de rotation à la valeur
nominale (levier de vitesse du moteur tourné
vers le haut)
REMARQUE : Ne mettez pas la machine en
marche lorsque les récepteurs sont connectés.
Lors du chargement du groupe électrogène, les
récepteurs doivent être éteints. Les appareils
connectés à la machine doivent être lancés un
par un. Ne lancez pas plus de deux appareils
en même temps. Le branchement doit être
eectué de telle sorte que l'on puisse éliminer
immédiatement la charge de la machine si celle-
ci ne fonctionne pas correctement. Vériez les
indications sur le voltmètre.
ATTENTION: Lorsque vous connectez des
appareils au générateur, assurez-vous que tous
les autres appareils ont une valeur nominale
inférieure à la sortie du générateur. Aucune prise
du générateur ne doit être surchargée au-dessus
de la limite.
10. Arrêt du générateur
• déconnecter la charge électrique du générateur,
• Permettez au groupe électrogène de fonctionner sans
charge pendant environ 3 minutes,
• Tourner l'interrupteur principal du groupe
électrogène,
• Lorsque vous utilisez un démarreur électrique, mettez
la clé sur la position « OFF ».
3.3. NETTOYAGE ET ENTRETIEN
a) Pour nettoyer les diérentes surfaces, n'utilisez que
des produits sans agents corrosifs.
b) Laissez bien sécher tous les composants après chaque
nettoyage avant de réutiliser l’appareil.
c) Conservez l'appareil dans un endroit propre, frais et
sec, à l'abri de l'humidité et des rayons directs du
soleil.
d) Il est interdit d’asperger l'appareil d'eau ou de
l'immerger dans l'eau.
e) Contrôlez régulièrement l'appareil pour vous assurer
qu'il fonctionne correctement et ne présente aucun
dommage.
f) Il est conseillé de laver l’appareil uniquement avec un
chion mou et humide.
g) N’utilisez aucun objet présentant des arêtes
tranchantes, ni objet métallique (tels qu’une brosse
ou une spatule en métal) pour le nettoyage car ils
pourraient endommager la surface de l’appareil.
h) Ne nettoyez pas l’appareil pas avec des substances
acides. L’équipement médical, les solvants, les
carburants, les huiles et les produits chimiques
peuvent endommager l’appareil.
FILTRE À HUILE MOTEUR
Le ltre à huile doit être nettoyé (ou remplacé si nécessaire)
tous les 6 mois ou toutes les 500 heures de fonctionnement.
Il est également recommandé de changer l'huile après avoir
changé le ltre.
FILTRE À CARBURANT
Pour garantir une puissance maximale, le ltre à carburant
doit être nettoyé tous les 6 mois ou 500 heures de
fonctionnement et remplacé une fois par an ou toutes les
1000 heures de fonctionnement. Pour nettoyer ou remplacer
le ltre, vous devez
• Vider le carburant du réservoir
• Desserrer la vis de la vanne de carburant et retirer le
ltre de l'orice de remplissage du carburant.
• Le lavez soigneusement avec du carburant propre et
le placer dans le réservoir.
BATTERIE
Il est recommandé de vérier une fois par mois le niveau
d'électrolyte dans la batterie. Si le niveau descend jusqu'à
la ligne inférieure, il faut ajouter de l'eau distillée pour faire
remonter le niveau jusqu'à la ligne supérieure. La batterie
doit être chargée une fois par mois et régulièrement
contrôlée, surtout si l'appareil n'est utilisé que comme
source d'alimentation de secours.
ENTRETIEN - LONGUE DURÉE DE CONSERVATION
Si vous compter ranger le groupe électrogène sans utiliser
pendant une période prolongée, vous devez :
• Démarrer la machine sans charge pendant environ 3
minutes,
• Éteindre la machine, vidanger l'huile usagée et verser
de l'huile neuve,
• Dévisser le bouchon en caoutchouc au niveau de la
tête de cylindre et verser 2ml d'huile moteur dans le
cylindre, puis visser le bouchon.
Marqueurs indiquant le niveau d'huile maximum.
4. Huile de moteur:
• Avant la première utilisation, remplissez le réservoir
d'huile moteur et vériez régulièrement son niveau.
• La machine est équipée d'une alarme de basse
pression d'huile (témoin illustré sur la gure ci-
dessous). Cependant, le témoin ne fonctionne que
lorsque la batterie est connectée et chargée.
Toutefois, il est recommandé de vérier son état avant
chaque utilisation à l'aide d'une baïonnette (baïonnette
et orice de remplissage d'huile illustrés sur la gure ci-
dessous), un manque d'huile risque d'endommager le
moteur.
Il est recommandé de procéder à un changement complet
de l'huile :
a) Après les 20 premières heures de fonctionnement (ou
après un mois).
b) Après les quatre premiers changements d'huile, toutes
les 100 heures de fonctionnement de la machine (ou
tous les 3 mois).
La vidange de l'huile doit être eectuée lorsque le moteur
est éteint mais chaud. Lorsque vous vidangez de l'huile
chaude, prenez des précautions particulière an d’éviter
de vous brûler, versez l'huile dans un récipient approprié et
éliminez-la.
REMARQUE : Ne versez pas d'huile lorsque le moteur est en
marche !
5. Mise à la terre
Le générateur doit être mis à la terre pendant son
fonctionnement ! Avant la première utilisation,
consultez un électricien qualié pour déterminer la
mise à la terre appropriée.
6. Batterie
Pour démarrer l’appareil avec un démarreur, la
batterie doit être correctement branchée avant de
démarrer la machine :
• connectez la borne positive du groupe électrogène
au pôle positif de la batterie et la borne négative du
groupe électrogène au pôle négatif de la batterie
REMARQUE : un branchement inapproprié de la
batterie au groupe risque de l'endommager.
ATTENTION : Ne touchez pas les pôles de la batterie !
7. Démarrage du groupe
a) Mise en service à titre expérimental
Les premières heures de fonctionnement de la
machine doivent être considérées comme une mise
en service à titre expérimental. À ce stade, la machine
ne doit pas être surchargée et l'huile moteur doit être
changée après 20 heures.
b) Démarreur électrique
• Insérez la clé et mettez l'interrupteur du diesel
sur « OFF »,
• Réglez le levier de vitesse du moteur sur « RUN »,
• Placez l'interrupteur du diesel sur la position «
START » (pour régler le mode silencieux, réglez
d'abord sur la position «ON» pendant 1 à 2
secondes et seulement après cette opération,
passez en position «START»),
• Retirez votre main du levier de l'interrupteur et
laissez l'interrupteur revenir automatiquement à
la position « ON »,
• Si le moteur ne démarre pas après 10 secondes,
revenir à la position initiale, attendez 15 secondes
et essayez à nouveau.
8. Manipulation correcte du groupe électrogène
• Démarrez la machine,
• Préchauez le moteur pendant environ 3 minutes
sans charge,

2.1. SICUREZZA ELETTRICA
a) Evitare che il dispositivo tocchi componenti collegati

di scosse elettriche aumenta se il corpo viene messo
a terra su superci umide o in un ambiente umido.
L'acqua che entra nel dispositivo aumenta il rischio di

ISTRUZIONI PER L’USO

3. CONDIZIONI D'USO
L’apparecchio viene utilizzato per generare energia elettrica
autonomamente e per alimentare altri dispositivi.
L'operatore è responsabile di tutti i danni derivanti da
un uso improprio.
3.1. PREPARAZIONE AL FUNZIONAMENTO
POSIZIONAMENTO DEL DISPOSITIVO
La temperatura ambiente non deve superare i 40°C e
l‘umidità relativa non deve superare l‘90%. Posizionare
l‘apparecchio in modo da garantire una buona circolazione
dell‘aria. Garantire una distanza di almeno 150 cm tra il

e) Utilizzare dispositivi di protezione individuale adeguati

2.5. USO SICURO DEL DISPOSITIVO
a) Non far surriscaldare il dispositivo. Utilizzare strumenti
appropriati. Dispositivi scelti correttamente e un
attento utilizzo degli stessi portano a risultati migliori.
b) Gli strumenti inutilizzati devono essere tenuti fuori
dalla portata dei bambini e delle persone che non
hanno familiarità con il dispositivo e le istruzioni
d’uso. Nelle mani di persone inesperte, questo
dispositivo può rappresentare un pericolo.
c) Mantenere il dispositivo in perfette condizioni. Prima
di ogni utilizzo, vericare che non vi siano danni generali
o danni alle parti mobili (frattura di parti e componenti
o altre condizioni che potrebbero compromettere il
funzionamento sicuro del prodotto). In caso di danni,
l'unità deve essere riparata prima dell'uso.
d) Tenere il dispositivo fuori dalla portata dei bambini.
e) La riparazione e la manutenzione dell'attrezzatura
devono essere eseguite esclusivamente da personale
specializzato qualicato e con pezzi di ricambio
originali. Ciò garantisce la sicurezza durante l'uso.
f) Per garantire l'integrità di funzionamento
dell'apparecchio, i coperchi o le viti installati in
fabbrica non devono essere rimossi.
g) Quando si trasporta e si sposta l'apparecchiatura
dal luogo di deposito al luogo di utilizzo, i requisiti
di sicurezza e di igiene per la movimentazione
manuale devono essere rispettati per il paese in cui
l'apparecchiatura viene utilizzata.
h) È vietato spostare o ruotare il dispositivo durante il
funzionamento.
i) Non lasciare il dispositivo incustodito mentre è in uso.
j) Pulire regolarmente l'apparecchio in modo da evitare
l'accumulo di sporcizia.
k) È vietato intervenire sulla costruzione del dispositivo
per modicare i suoi parametri o la sua costruzione.
l) Tenere dispositivi lontano da fonti di fuoco e calore.
2.2. SICUREZZA DI LAVORO CON MOTORE
A COMBUSTIONE INTERNA
a) Non fumare vicino al dispositivo poiché contiene
sostanze combustibili.
b) Il motore si riscalda molto durante il funzionamento.
Non toccare il motore caldo perché potrebbe causare
ustioni.
c) Prima di accendere il dispositivo, aggiungere olio al
livello appropriato.
d) L‘olio di esercizio che fuoriesce dal dispositivo deve
essere segnalato ai servizi competenti o essere
conforme ai requisiti legali applicabili nell‘area di
utilizzo.
e) Pericolo! Pericolo per la salute e rischio di esplosione
del motore a causa di combustione interna.
f) Il monossido di carbonio tossico è presente nei fumi
di scarico del motore. La permanenza in un ambiente
contenente il monossido di carbonio può portare alla
perdita di coscienza e persino alla morte.
g) Proteggere il motore da calore, scintille e amme.
h) Prima di eettuare il rifornimento, il motore deve
essere spento e rareddato.
i) Attenzione! Rischio di danni al motore a causa di
combustibile improprio.
j) Assicurarsi che tutti gli operatori abbiano letto e
compreso le istruzioni del manuale e le osservino.
k) Negligenza o improprio utilizzo della macchina
possono causare gravi danni.
l) Prima di ogni pulizia, regolazione, sostituzione
di accessori e anche quando la macchina non
viene usata, spegnere il motore e far rareddare
completamente la macchina.
m) Non toccare le parti né gli accessori in movimento,
a meno che il motore non sia spento e lasciato
rareddare.
n) Mantenere le parti del corpo lontano dai componenti
rotanti o in movimento, l’eventuale contatto potrebbe
causare lesioni.
o) Non utilizzare la macchina senza tutte le protezioni
montate.
p) Non far aumentare il regime del motore senza
carico oltre i 3000 giri/ min. Tale aumento potrebbe
comportare danni al corpo e alla macchina.
q) Fare attenzione a non toccare la marmitta né altre
parti che si riscaldano durante il funzionamento,
quando il motore è caldo – possono causare gravi
ustioni.
r) Assicurarsi che il carburante sia conservato solo in
contenitori certicati (ad es.canister).
s) Non eettuare il rifornimento del carburante in
prossimità di scintille, amme libere o sigarette
accese.
t) Spegnere il motore prima di eettuare il rifornimento
del carburante. Non eettuare mai il rifornimento
quando il motore è acceso o rimasto caldo. In tal caso
il carburante versato o evaporato potrebbe prendere
fuoco con le scintille del motore o con il calore della
marmitta.
u) Non riempire eccessivamente il serbatoio ed evitare
di disperdere il carburante durante il rifornimento.
Il carburante versato o i suoi vapori potrebbero
prendere fuoco. In caso avvenga una dispersione,
assicurarsi che l’area sia asciugata prima di avviare il
motore.
v) Dopo il rifornimento assicurarsi che il tappo del
serbatoio sia correttamente avvitato.
w) Non adoperare il motore né eettuare il rifornimento
in ambienti chiusi, privi di suciente ventilazione.
x) Evitare di adoperare la macchina in locali chiusi, tunnel
o altri posti non sucientemente ventilati, in quanto
i gas di scarico contengono mortali/ nocivi fumi e
gas. Nel caso in cui la macchina deve essere utilizzata
in tale luogo, è necessario assicurare un’adeguata
aspirazione dei gas di scarico.
y) Durante il trasporto: Spegnere il motore della
macchina. Chiudere e ssare il tappo del serbatoio
del carburante e portare la valvola del carburante
sulla posizione „OFF-O”. Svuotare il serbatoio del
carburante per trasporti a lunga distanza o su terreni
accidentati.
z) Tenere lontano dalla marmitta di scarico materiali
inammabili (benzina, ammiferi, paglia ecc.).
2.3. SICUREZZA SUL LAVORO
a) Mantenere il posto di lavoro pulito e ben illuminato. Il
disordine o una scarsa illuminazione possono portare
a incidenti. Essere sempre prudenti, osservare che
cosa si sta facendo e utilizzare il buon senso quando
si adopera il dispositivo.
b) Non usare il dispositivo all'interno di luoghi altamente
combustibili, per esempio in presenza di liquidi, gas
o polveri inammabili. Il dispositivo può produrre
scintille in presenza di polvere o vapore inammabili.
c) In presenza di un danno o un difetto, il dispositivo
deve subito essere spento e bisogna avvisare una
persona autorizzata.
d) Le riparazioni devono essere eseguite esclusivamente
dal servizio assistenza del produttore. Non eseguire le
riparazioni da soli!
e) In caso di incendio, utilizzare solo estintori a polvere
o ad anidride carbonica (CO2).
f) Utilizzare il dispositivo in una zona ben ventilata.
g) Controllare regolarmente lo stato delle etichette
informative di sicurezza. Se le etichette non sono ben
leggibili, devono essere sostituite.
h) Conservare le istruzioni d‘uso per uso futuro. Nel caso
in cui il dispositivo venisse adato a terzi, consegnare
anche queste istruzioni.
i) Tenere gli elementi di imballaggio e le piccole parti di
assemblaggio fuori dalla portata dei bambini.
j) Tenere il dispositivo fuori dalla portata dei bambini e
degli animali.
k) Durante l’impiego del dispositivo in contemporanea
con altri dispositivi, è consigliabile rispettare le altre
istruzioni d’uso.
2.4. SICUREZZA PERSONALE
a) Non è consentito l'uso del dispositivo in uno stato
di aaticamento, malattia, sotto l'inuenza di alcol,
droghe o farmaci, se questi limitano la capacità di
utilizzare il dispositivo.
b) Il dispositivo deve essere utilizzato solo da personale
adeguatamente istruito, sicamente in grado di
utilizzare il dispositivo e in buona salute, che abbia
letto questo manuale e conosca le normative sulla
sicurezza sul posto di lavoro.
c) Questa macchina non è adatta per essere utilizzata
da persone, bambini compresi, con ridotte capacità
siche, sensoriali o mentali, così come da privi di
adeguata esperienza e/o conoscenze. Si fa eccezione
per coloro i quali siano sorvegliati da un responsabile
qualicato che si prenda carico della loro sicurezza e
abbia ricevuto istruzioni dettagliate al riguardo.
ATTENZIONE! Anche se l'apparecchiatura è
stata progettata per essere sicura, sono presenti
degli ulteriori meccanismi di sicurezza. Malgrado
l'applicazione di queste misure supplementari di
sicurezza sussiste comunque il rischio di ferirsi. Si
raccomanda inoltre di usare cautela e buon senso.

3.2. LAVORARE CON IL DISPOSITIVO
3.2.1. PREPARAZIONE DELL'APPARECCHIO PRIMA DELLA
MESSA IN SERVIZIO
1. Sato dei tubi
Prima della consegna dell’apparecchio dalla fabbrica,
l'olio e il carburante vengono scaricati. Prima di
rabboccare il carburante e l'olio, controllare la
presenza di aria nel circuito dell'olio. Per satare i tubi,
allentare il dado che collega la pompa di iniezione
alla tubazione del carburante e attendere che le bolle
d'aria smettano di apparire, stringere di nuovo il dado.
2. Fltro dell'aria:
• prima del primo e di ogni successivo utilizzo, vericare
che il ltro dell'aria sia pulito e correttamente
installato,
• non pulire il ltro con detergenti,
• se la potenza del motore diminuisce o il colore dei gas
di scarico non è corretto, il ltro deve essere sostituito,
• per controllare o sostituire il ltro, svitare la vite ad
alette e rimuovere il coperchio indicato nella gura
sottostante.
ATTENZIONE: Non mettere in funzione l’apparecchio
senza il ltro dell'aria!
3. Gasolio
• prima del primo utilizzo, riempire il serbatoio del
gasolio e controllarne regolarmente il livello
• non permettere che l'olio si contamini!
• durante il riempimento del serbatoio, fare attenzione
e non lasciare che l'olio fuoriesca.
• dopo aver riempito il serbatoio, serrare con attenzione
il tappo!
• evitare di far traboccare il carburante!
Indicatori del livello massimo del carburante.
4. Olio motore:
• prima del primo utilizzo, rabboccare il serbatoio
dell'olio motore e controllarne regolarmente il livello.
• l’apparecchio ha un allarme di bassa pressione
dell'olio (il LED di controllo mostrato nell'immagine
sottostante). Tuttavia, il LED funziona solo quando
l’accumulatore è collegato e carico.

ATTENZIONE: Non mettere in funzione l’apparecchio
con i ricevitori collegati. Durante il caricamento del
generatore di corrente, i ricevitori devono essere
spenti. Le apparecchiature collegate al gruppo
elettrogeno devono essere avviate singolarmente. Non
avviare più di due dispositivi contemporaneamente. Il
collegamento dei dispositivi deve essere eettuato in
modo tale che in caso di funzionamento errato della
macchina sia possibile scaricare immediatamente
il carico, le indicazioni sul Voltmetro devono essere
controllate.
ATTENZIONE: Prima di collegare qualsiasi
apparecchio al generatore, assicurarsi che abbia la
potenza nominale inferiore all’uscita del generatore.
Nessuna presa del generatore deve essere sottoposta
a sovraccarico oltre il limite prescritto.
10. Spegnimento del generatore
• staccare il carico elettrico dal generatore,
• consentire al gruppo elettrogeno di funzionare senza
carico per ca. 3 minuti,
• girare l'interruttore principale dell'unità,
• quando si utilizza un avviatore elettrico, girare la
chiavetta in posizione "OFF".
3.3. PULIZIA E MANUTENZIONE
a) Per pulire la supercie utilizzare solo detergenti senza
ingredienti corrosivi.
b) Dopo la pulizia, prima di riutilizzare l'apparecchio,
asciugare tutte le parti.
c) Tenere l'apparecchio in un luogo asciutto, fresco,
protetto dall'umidità e dalla luce diretta del sole.
d) È vietato spruzzare il dispositivo con un getto d'acqua
o immergere il dispositivo in acqua.
e) Eettuare controlli regolari del dispositivo per
mantenerlo eciente e privo di danni.
f) Per la pulizia utilizzare un panno morbido e umido.
g) Non utilizzare oggetti appuntiti o / e metallici (come
una spazzola o una spatola metallica) per la pulizia,
poiché potrebbero danneggiare la supercie del
materiale con cui è fatto il dispositivo.
h) Non pulire il dispositivo con sostanze acide.
Attrezzature mediche, diluente per vernici, carburante,
olio o altre sostanze chimiche possono danneggiare
l‘unità.
FILTRO OLIO MOTORE
Ogni 6 mesi o ogni 500 ore di funzionamento il ltro
dell'olio deve essere pulito (o sostituito se necessario). Si
raccomanda inoltre di cambiare l'olio dopo aver sostituito
il ltro.
FILTRO CARBURANTE
Per garantire la massima potenza, il ltro del carburante
deve essere pulito ogni 6 mesi o 500 ore di funzionamento
e sostituito una volta all'anno o ogni 1000 ore di
funzionamento. Per pulire o sostituire il ltro è necessario
• svuotare il gasolio dal serbatoio
• allentare la vite della valvola del carburante e
rimuovere il ltro dal tappo di riempimento del
carburante.
• lavarlo accuratamente con gasolio pulito e metterlo
nel serbatoio del carburante.
ACCUMULATORE
Una volta al mese si raccomanda di controllare il livello
dell'elettrolito nell’accumulatore. Se il livello scende no
alla linea di fondo, si dovrebbe aggiungere acqua distillata
per rendere il livello piacevole alla linea superiore. La
batteria dovrebbe essere caricata una volta al mese e
controllata regolarmente - soprattutto se il dispositivo
viene utilizzato solo come fonte di alimentazione di riserva.
MANUTENZIONE CON LUNGA DURATA DI CONSERVAZIONE
Se il gruppo elettrogeno deve essere conservato
inutilizzato per un periodo di tempo prolungato, deve
essere conservato:
• avviare l’apparecchio senza carico per circa 3 minuti,
• spegnere l’apparecchio, scaricare l'olio vecchio e
versare l'olio nuovo,
• svitare il tappo di gomma sulla testa del cilindro e
versare 2 ml di olio motore nel cilindro, avvitare il
tappo.
Tuttavia, si raccomanda di controllarne lo stato prima di
ogni utilizzo con una baionetta (baionetta e il tappo di
riempimento dell'olio mostrati in gura sottostante), il
motore senza olio suciente può subire il danneggiamento.
Si raccomanda un cambio completo dell'olio:
a) Dopo le prime 20 ore di funzionamento (o dopo un
mese).
b) Dopo i primi quattro cambi d'olio ogni 100 ore di
funzionamento della macchina (oppure ogni 3 mesi).
L'olio deve essere scaricato a motore spento ma caldo. Si
devono prendere precauzioni per evitare ustioni e l'olio
deve essere versato in un contenitore adatto e inviato allo
smaltimento.
NOTA: Non rabboccare l'olio mentre il motore è in funzione!
5. Messa a terra
Il generatore deve essere messo a terra durante il
funzionamento! Prima del primo utilizzo, consultare
un elettricista qualicato per determinare la messa
a terra appropriata.
6. Accumulatore
Per avviare l’apparecchio con un avviatore, la batteria
deve essere collegata correttamente prima di avviarlo:
• collegare il polo positivo del generatore al polo
positivo dell’accumulatore e il polo negativo del
generatore al polo negativo dell’accumulatore
ATTENZIONE: un collegamento non corretto
dell’accumulatore al generatore li danneggerà.
ATTENZIONE: Non toccare i poli dell’accumulatore!
7. Avviamento del gruppo elettrogeno
a) Avviamento di prova
Le prime ore di funzionamento del generatore devono
essere considerate come una prova di funzionamento.
In questa fase l’apparecchio non dovrebbe essere
sovraccaricato e l'olio motore dovrebbe essere
cambiato dopo 20 ore.
b) Avviatore elettrico
• inserire la chiavetta e posizionare il commutatore
di gasolio su "OFF",
• Impostare la leva di velocità del motore su "RUN",
• posizionare l'interruttore del gasolio sulla
posizione "START" (per impostare la modalità
silenziosa, posizionare prima su „ON” per 1-2
secondi, dopodiché spostare su „START”),
• togliere la mano dalla leva dell'interruttore e
lasciare che l'interruttore ritorni automaticamente
in posizione "ON",
• - se il motore non si avvia dopo 10 secondi,
tornare alla posizione iniziale, attendere 15
secondi e riprovare.
8. Corretto uso del gruppo elettrogeno
• accendere l’apparecchio,
• preriscaldare il motore per circa 3 minuti senza carico,
• controllare che la spia di bassa pressione dell'olio non
sia accesa,
NOTA: Se la pressione dell'olio o il livello
dell'olio motore è basso, l'apparecchio si spegne
automaticamente quando si accende la spia. Se l'olio
non viene rabboccato, la macchina si spegne ad ogni
riavvio del motore.
• dopo l'avvio, controllare che non ci siano suoni
o vibrazioni insolite e che il colore dei gas di scarico
sia corretto (non nero o troppo bianco).
Se si osserva un'anomalia dopo l'avviamento del
motore, spegnere immediatamente la macchina,
controllare lo stato del ltro dell'aria e i livelli del
diesel e dell'olio motore. Se tutti questi elementi
sono corretti, contattare il servizio di assistenza del
produttore.
9. Carico del gruppo elettrogeno

Rimuovere le batterie usate dal dispositivo seguendo
la stessa procedura utilizzata per l'installazione. Per lo
smaltimento consegnare le batterie all'organizzazione/
azienda competente.

Questo prodotto, se non più funzionante, non deve
essere smaltito insieme ai normali riuti, ma deve essere
consegnato ad un’organizzazione competente per lo

2.1. SEGURIDAD ELÉCTRICA
a) Evite tocar componentes conectados a tierra como
tuberías, radiadores, hornos y refrigeradores. Existe un
mayor riesgo de descarga eléctrica si su cuerpo está
conectado a tierra mediante supercies mojadas o en
ambientes húmedos. Si entrara agua en el aparato
aumentaría el riesgo de daños y descargas eléctricas.
b) No toque el dispositivo con las manos mojadas
o húmedas.

c) ¡ATENCIÓN, PELIGRO DE MUERTE! Nunca sumerja el
equipo en agua u otros líquidos durante su limpieza
o funcionamiento.
2.2. DEL TRABAJO CON EL MOTOR DE COMBUSTIÓN
a) No fume cerca del aparato. El aparato contiene
sustancias inamables.
b) Cuando el motor esté en marcha, se calienta
signicativamente. Para evitar quemaduras, no se
debe tocar el motor caliente.
c) Antes de encender el dispositivo se debe añadir aceite
hasta el nivel apropiado.
d) Se debe informar sobre las fugas de aceite del
dispositivo a los servicios correspondientes o seguir
las normas legales aplicables en el área de uso.
e) ¡Peligro! Peligro para la salud y riesgo de explosión
del motor de combustión.
f) El escape del motor contiene monóxido de carbono
venenoso. Estar en un ambiente donde haya
monóxido de carbono puede ocasionar la pérdida del
conocimiento e incluso la muerte.
g) Se debe proteger el motor del calor, chispas y llamas.
h) Antes de echarla, se debe apagar y enfriar el motor.
i) ¡Advertencia! Un combustible inadecuado puede
dañar el motor.
j) Asegúrese de que todos los usuarios conozcan,
entiendan y sigan las instrucciones de operación.
k) El uso inadecuado o descuidado del dispositivo
puede causar lesiones graves.
l) El motor hay que apagar y dejar enfriar completamente
antes de cada limpieza, ajuste, cambio de accesorios,
y después de largos períodos sin utilizar.
m) No se debe tocar las piezas o accesorios móviles
a menos que el motor se haya apagado y esté frío.
n) Manténgase alejado de las piezas móviles y giratorias,
el contacto puede causar lesiones.
o) No utilice la máquina a menos que todas las cubiertas
protectoras estén instaladas.
p) No aumente la velocidad del motor sin carga por
encima de 3000 rpm. Cualquier aumento puede
causar lesiones y daños al dispositivo.
q) Tenga cuidado de no tocar el silenciador u otros
elementos que se calientan durante el funcionamiento
cuando el motor está caliente, ya que puede causar
quemaduras graves.
r) Asegúrese de que el combustible solo se almacene
en contenedores certicados (p. ej., recipiente para
combustible).
s) No cargue combustible cerca de fuentes de chispas,
llamas o cigarrillos encendidos.
t) Pare el motor antes de llenar el nivel de combustible.
Nunca ponga la gasolina con el motor en marcha
o cuando está caliente. De lo contrario, el combustible
derramado o el vapor pueden encenderse con las
chispas del motor o el calor del silenciador.
u) No llene en exceso el tanque de combustible y evite
derramamientos durante el repostaje. El combustible
derramado o los vapores del combustible podrían
inamarse. Si se produjera un derrame, asegúrese de
secar el área antes de arrancar el motor.
v) Después de repostar, asegúrese de que la tapa
del tanque de combustible esté correctamente
enroscada.
w) No ponga el motor en marcha ni cargue combustible
en un espacio cerrado sin la ventilación adecuada.
x) Evite operar la máquina en espacios cerrados, túneles
u otras áreas mal ventiladas, ya que los gases de
escape contienen humos y gases mortales / nocivos.
Si el funcionamiento de la máquina es inevitable en un
lugar así, debe garantizarse una extracción de escape
adecuada.
y) Durante el transporte: Pare el motor del dispositivo.
Cierre y asegure la tapa del tanque de combustible y
gire la válvula de combustible a la posición "OFF-O".
Antes de transportar a distancias largas o en caminos
difíciles, el tanque de combustible debe vaciarse.
z) Mantenga los materiales inamables (gasolina,
fósforos, paja, etc.) lejos de los gases de escape.
2.3. SEGURIDAD EN EL PUESTO DE TRABAJO
a) Mantenga el lugar de trabajo limpio y bien iluminado.
El desorden o la mala iluminación pueden provocar
accidentes. Tenga cuidado, preste atención al trabajo
que está realizando y use el sentido común cuando
utilice el dispositivo.
b) No utilice el aparato en atmósferas potencialmente
explosivas, p. ej., en la cercanía de líquidos, gases
o polvo inamables. Bajo determinadas circunstancias
los aparatos generan chispas que pueden inamar
polvo o vapores circundantes.
c) En caso de avería o mal funcionamiento, apague el
aparato y contacte con el servicio técnico autorizado.
d) Las reparaciones solo pueden ser realizadas por
el servicio técnico del fabricante. ¡No realice
reparaciones por su cuenta!
e) En caso de incendio, utilice únicamente extintores
de polvo o dióxido de carbono (CO2) para apagar el
aparato.
f) Utilice el equipo en un espacio bien ventilado.
g) Compruebe regularmente el estado de las etiquetas
de información de seguridad. Si las pegatinas fueran
ilegibles, habrán de ser reemplazadas.
h) Conserve el manual de instrucciones para futuras
consultas. Este manual debe ser entregado a toda
persona que vaya a hacer uso del dispositivo.
i) Los elementos de embalaje y pequeñas piezas de
montaje deben mantenerse alejados del alcance de
los niños.
j) Mantenga el equipo alejado de niños y animales.
k) Al utilizar este equipo junto con otros, también deben
observarse otras instrucciones de uso.
2.4. SEGURIDAD PERSONAL
a) No está permitido utilizar el aparato en estado de
fatiga, enfermedad, bajo la inuencia del alcohol,
drogas o medicamentos, ya que estos limitan la
capacidad de manejo del aparato.
b) La máquina debe ser manipulada exclusivamente por
operarios con la formación adecuada y físicamente
sanos, que hayan leído las presentes instrucciones y
conozcan los requisitos en materia de seguridad y salud.
c) Esta máquina no debe ser utilizada por personas
(entre ellas niños) con capacidades físicas, sensoriales
o mentales reducidas, o con falta de la experiencia
y/o los conocimientos necesarios, a menos que
sean supervisadas por una persona responsable de
su seguridad o que hayan recibido de esta persona
responsable las indicaciones pertinentes en relación al
manejo de la máquina.
d) Actúe con precaución y use el sentido común cuando
maneje este producto. La más breve falta de atención
durante el trabajo puede causar lesiones graves.
3. INSTRUCCIONES DE USO
La máquina sirve para producir energía eléctrica y alimentar
a otros aparatos de forma independiente.
El usuario es responsable de los daños derivados de un
uso inadecuado del aparato.
e) Utilice el equipo de protección personal necesario
para el empleo de este dispositivo, de acuerdo con
las especicaciones del punto 1 de las explicaciones
de los símbolos. El uso de un equipo de protección
personal apropiado y certicado reduce el riesgo de
lesiones.
f) Este aparato no es un juguete. Debe controlar que los
niños no jueguen con él.
2.5. MANEJO SEGURO DEL APARATO
a) No permita que el aparato se sobrecaliente. Utilice
las herramientas apropiadas para cada trabajo.
Debe seleccionarse el aparato adecuado para cada
aplicación y utilizarse conforme al n para el que
ha sido diseñado, para conseguir así los mejores
resultados.
b) Mantenga las herramientas fuera del alcance de los
niños y de las personas que no estén familiarizadas
con el equipo en sí o no hayan recibido las
instrucciones pertinentes al respecto. En manos de
personas inexpertas este equipo puede representar
un peligro.
c) Mantenga el aparato en perfecto estado de
funcionamiento. Antes de cada trabajo, compruébelo
en busca de daños generales o de piezas móviles
(fractura de piezas y componentes u otras
condiciones que puedan perjudicar el funcionamiento
seguro de la máquina). En caso de daños, el aparato
debe ser reparado antes de volver a ponerse en
funcionamiento.
d) Mantenga la unidad fuera del alcance de los niños.
e) La reparación y el mantenimiento de los equipos
solo pueden ser realizados por personal cualicado
y siempre empleando piezas de repuesto originales.
Esto garantiza la seguridad durante el uso.
f) A n de asegurar la integridad operativa del
dispositivo, no se deben retirar las cubiertas o los
tornillos instalados de fábrica.
g) Al transportar o trasladar el equipo desde su lugar
de almacenamiento hasta su lugar de utilización, se
observarán los requisitos de seguridad e higiene para
la manipulación manual en el país en que se utilice el
equipo.
h) Está prohibido mover, cambiar o girar el aparato
durante su funcionamiento.
i) No deje este equipo sin supervisión mientras esté en
funcionamiento.
j) Limpie regularmente el dispositivo para evitar que la
suciedad se incruste permanentemente.
k) Se prohíbe realizar cambios en la construcción del
dispositivo para modicar sus parámetros o diseño.
l) Mantenga el dispositivo alejado de fuentes de fuego
o calor.
¡ATENCIÓN! Aunque en la fabricación de
este aparato se ha prestado gran importancia
a la seguridad, dispone de ciertos mecanismos de
protección extras. A pesar del uso de elementos de
seguridad adicionales, existe el riesgo de lesiones
durante el funcionamiento, por lo que se recomienda
proceder con precaución y sentido común.
3.1. PREPARACIÓN PARA LA PUESTA EN MARCHA
LUGAR DE TRABAJO
La temperatura ambiente no debe superar los 40°C y
la humedad relativa no debe exceder el 90%. Instale el
equipo teniendo en cuenta que debe garantizarse una
buena ventilación. Para ello hay que respetar una distancia
perimetral mínima de al menos 150 cm. Mantenga el
aparato alejado de supercies calientes. El aparato se
debe usar siempre en una supercie plana, estable, limpia,
ignífuga y seca, fuera del alcance de los niños y de personas
con funciones psíquicas, mentales y sensoriales limitadas.
3.2. MANEJO DEL APARATO
3.2.1. PREPARACIÓN DEL APARATO ANTES DEL
ARRANQUE
1. Purgar las tuberías
Antes de suministrar la máquina desde la fábrica, el
aceite y el combustible se vacían. Antes de llenarla de
combustible o aceite, compruebe que no haya aire en
el circuito de aceite. Para purgar las tuberías, aoje la
tuerca que une la bomba de inyección con el tubo de
combustible y espere hasta que dejen de aparecer
burbujas de aire. Entonces, vuelva a apretar la tuerca.
2. Filtro de aire:
• antes del cada uso (primero incluido), compruebe
que el ltro de aire esté limpio y se haya instalado
adecuadamente,
• no limpie el ltro con detergentes,
• si la potencia del motor disminuye o el color de las
emisiones fuera anómalo, recambie el ltro,
• para comprobar o recambiar el ltro, aoje el tornillo
de mariposa y retire la tapa indicada en la imagen
siguiente.
ATENCIÓN: ¡No arranque la máquina sin ltro de aire!
3. Gasóleo:
• antes del primer uso, llene el depósito con gasóleo y
compruebe su nivel con regularidad
• ¡no permita que el gasóleo se contamine!
• tenga cuidado al llenar el depósito, no deje que se
derrame el gasóleo
• después de llenar el depósito, ¡cierre bien la tapa!
• No llene demasiado el tanque!

4. Aceite de motor:
• antes del primer uso, llene el depósito con aceite de
motor y compruebe su nivel con regularidad
• la máquina posee una alarma de baja presión de
aceite (el diodo de control se muestra en la imagen
siguiente) Sin embargo, el diodo solo funciona
cuando la batería está conectada y cargada.
