2.1. SICHERHEIT BEI DER ARBEIT MIT DEM
VERBRENNUNGSMOTOR
a) Rauchen Sie nicht in der Nähe des Geräts. Das Gerät
enthält brennbare Stoe.
1. ALLGEMEINE BESCHREIBUNG
Diese Anleitung ist als Hilfe für eine sichere und
zuverlässige Nutzung gedacht. Das Produkt wurde strikt
nach den technischen Vorgaben und unter Verwendung
modernster Technologien und Komponenten sowie unter
Wahrung der höchsten Qualitätsstandards entworfen und
angefertigt.
VOR INBETRIEBNAHME MUSS DIE ANLEITUNG
GENAU DURCHGELESEN UND VERSTANDEN
WERDEN.
Für einen langen und zuverlässigen Betrieb des Geräts
muss auf die richtige Handhabung und Wartung
entsprechend den in dieser Anleitung angeführten
Vorgaben geachtet werden. Die in dieser Anleitung
angegebenen technischen Daten und die Spezikation sind
aktuell. Der Hersteller behält sich das Recht vor, im Rahmen
der Verbesserung der Qualität Änderungen vorzunehmen.
Unter Berücksichtigung des technischen Fortschritts und
der Geräuschreduzierung wurde das Gerät so entworfen
und produziert, dass das infolge der Geräuschemission
entstehende Risiko auf dem niedrigsten Niveau gehalten
wird.
ERLÄUTERUNG DER SYMBOLE
Die originale Anweisung ist die deutschsprachige Fassung.
Sonstige Sprachfassungen sind Übersetzungen aus der
deutschen Sprache.
2. NUTZUNGSSICHERHEIT
HINWEIS! In der vorliegenden Anleitung sind
Beispielbilder vorhanden, die von dem tatsächlichen
Aussehen das Produkt abweichen können.
ACHTUNG! Lesen Sie alle Sicherheitshinweise und
alle Anweisungen durch. Die Nichtbeachtung der
Warnungen und Anweisungen kann zu schweren
Verletzungen bis hin zum Tod führe.

b) Der Motor wird während des Betriebs sehr heiß.
Berühren Sie nicht den heißen Motor, da dies zu
Verbrennungen führen kann.
c) Füllen Sie vor der Inbetriebnahme ausreichend Öl in
das Gerät ein. Bei zu niedrigem Ölstand startet der
Motor nicht oder stellt sich ab.
d) Das Austreten von Serviceölen aus dem Gerät sollte
den entsprechenden Stellen gemeldet werden bzw.
halten Sie sich an die hierfür geltenden gesetzlichen
Bestimmungen.
e) Gefahr! Gesundheitsgefährdung und Explosionsgefahr
des Verbrennungsmotors.
f) In den Motorabgasen bendet sich giftiges
Kohlenmonoxid. Ein Aufenthalt in einer
Kohlenmonoxid-Umgebung kann zu Bewusstlosigkeit
und sogar zum Tod führen. Lassen Sie den Motor
nicht in einem geschlossenen Raum laufen.
g) Schützen Sie den Motor vor Hitze, Funken und
Flammen.
h) Benzin ist leicht brennbar und explosiv. Vor dem
Auftanken sollte der Motor abgestellt werden und
abkühlen.
i) Achtung! Gefahr von Motorschäden durch falschen
Kraftsto.
j) Es muss sichergestellt werden, dass sich alle Nutzer
mit der Bedienungsanleitung bekannt gemacht
haben, sie verstehen und befolgen.
k) Eine falsche oder unvorsichtige Nutzung des Geräts
kann zu ernsthaften Verletzungen führen.
l) Vor jeder Reinigung, Einstellung, jedem Austausch
von Bauteilen, aber auch wenn das Gerät nicht
genutzt wird, muss der Motor ausgeschaltet und das
Gerät vollständig abgekühlt werden.
m) Es ist verboten, bewegliche Teile oder Zubehör zu
berühren, es sei denn, der Motor ist ausgeschaltet und
abgekühlt.
n) Körperteile müssen weit von beweglichen und sich
drehenden Teilen entfernt gehalten werden, bei einem
Kontakt könnte es zu Körperverletzungen kommen.
o) Die Maschine darf nicht genutzt werden, wenn nicht
alle Schutzabdeckungen angebracht sind.
p) Erhöhen Sie die Drehgeschwindigkeit des Motors
ohne eine Belastung nicht über 3.500 U/min
nicht gesteigert werden. Jede Steigerung kann zu
Verletzungen und einer Beschädigung der Maschine
führen.
q) Achtung: Schalldämpfer oder andere sich während
der Arbeit erhitzende Bauteile dürfen nicht berührt
werden, wenn der Motor heiß ist – dies kann zu
ernsthaften Verletzungen führen.
r) Vergewissern Sie sich, dass Benzin nur in zertizierten
Behältern (z. B. Kanistern) aufbewahrt wird.
s) Es ist untersagt, Treibsto in der Nähe von
entstehenden Funken, oenen Flammen oder
brennenden Zigaretten zu tanken.
t) Bevor Treibsto eingefüllt wird, muss der Motor
gestoppt werden. Benzin darf nicht nachgetankt
werden, während der Motor läuft oder noch
heiß ist. Anderenfalls kann sich vergossener oder
verdampfender Treibsto durch die Funken des Motors
oder die Wärme des Schalldämpfers entzünden.
u) Der Tank darf nicht überfüllt werden. Es muss
vermieden werden, dass Treibsto beim Betanken
vergossen wird. Vergossenes Benzin oder
Benzindämpfe können sich entzünden. Wenn Benzin
vergossen wird, muss sichergestellt werden, dass das
Gebiet trocken ist, bevor der Motor gestartet wird.
v) Nach dem Tanken muss sichergestellt werden, dass
der Tankdeckel richtig festgedreht ist.
w) Es ist untersagt, in einem geschlossenen Raum ohne
entsprechende Lüftung den Motor zu bedienen oder
Benzin zu tanken.
x) Es sollte vermieden werden, dass die Maschine in
geschlossenen Räumen, Tunnels oder an anderen
schwach belüfteten Orten arbeitet, weil die Abgase
tödliche/schädliche Gase und Rauch enthalten.
Ist die Arbeit der Maschine an einem solchen Ort
unausweichlich, muss sichergestellt werden, dass die
Abgase entsprechend abgeleitet werden.
y) Während des Transports: Den Motor des Geräts
ausschalten. Den Tankdeckel des Benzintanks
zuschrauben und absichern und schalten Sie das
Kraftstoventil in die Position "OFF-O". Vor einem
weiten Transport oder einem Transport auf holprigen
Straßen muss der Benzintank geleert werden.
z) Leicht entzündbare Stoe (Benzin, Streichhölzer,
Stroh usw.) müssen vom Auspu entfernt gehalten
werden.
2.2. SICHERHEIT AM ARBEITSPLATZ
a) Halten Sie Ihren Arbeitsplatz sauber und
gut beleuchtet. Unordnung oder schlechte
Beleuchtung kann zu Unfällen führen. Handeln Sie
vorausschauend, beobachten Sie, was getan wird,
und nutzen Sie Ihren gesunden Menschenverstand
bei der Verwendung des Gerätes.
b) BenutzenSiedasGerätnichtinexplosionsgefährdeten
Bereichen, zum Beispiel in Gegenwart von
brennbaren Flüssigkeiten, Gasen oder Staub. Geräte
können unter Umständen Funken erzeugen, welche
Staub oder Dämpfe entzünden können.
c) Im Falle eines Schadens oder einer Störung sollte
das Gerät sofort ausgeschaltet und dies einer
autorisierten Person gemeldet werden.
d) Wenn Sie nicht sicher sind, ob das Gerät
ordnungsgemäß funktioniert, wenden Sie sich an
den Service des Herstellers.
e) Reparaturen dürfen nur vom Service des Herstellers
durchgeführt werden. Führen Sie keine Reparaturen
auf eigene Faust durch!
f) Zum Löschen des Gerätes bei Brand oder Feuer, nur
Pulverfeuerlöscher oder Kohlendioxidlöscher (CO2)
verwenden.
g) Halten Sie Kinder und Unbefugte fern; Unachtsamkeit
kann zum Verlust der Kontrolle über das Gerät
führen.
h) Verwenden Sie das Gerät in einem gut belüfteten
Bereich.
i) Während des Betriebs produziert das Gerät Staub
und Schmutz. Schützen Sie unbeteiligte Personen
vor schädlichen Auswirkungen.
j) Überprüfen Sie regelmäßig den Zustand der
Sicherheitsinformationsaufkleber. Falls die Aufkleber
unleserlich sind, sollten diese erneuert werden.
k) Bewahren Sie die Gebrauchsanleitung für
den weiteren Gebrauch auf. Sollte das Gerät
an Dritte weitergegeben werden, muss die
Gebrauchsanleitung mit ausgehändigt werden.
l) Verpackungselemente und kleine Montageteile
außerhalb der Reichweite von Kindern aufbewahren.
m) Halten Sie das Gerät von Kindern und Tieren fern.
n) Im Laufe der Nutzung dieses Werkzeugs
einschlieβlich anderer Werkzeuge soll man sich nach
übrigen Betriebsanweisungen richten.
d) Halten Sie das Gerät außerhalb der Reichweite von
Kindern.
e) Reparatur und Wartung von Geräten dürfen
nur von qualiziertem Fachpersonal und mit
Originalersatzteilen durchgeführt werden. Nur so wird
die Sicherheit während der Nutzung gewährleistet.
f) Um die Funktionsfähigkeit des Gerätes zu
gewährleisten, dürfen die werksmäßig montierten
Abdeckungen oder Schrauben nicht entfernt werden.
g) Beachten Sie bei Transport zwischen Lager und
Bestimmungsort und Handhabung des Gerätes die
Grundsätze für Gesundheits- und Arbeitsschutz des
Landes, in dem das Gerät verwendet wird.
h) Lassen Sie dieses Gerät während des Betriebs nicht
unbeaufsichtigt.
i) Das Gerät muss regelmäßig gereinigt werden, damit
sich nicht dauerhaft Schmutz festsetzt.
j) Das Gerät ist kein Spielzeug. Reinigung und Wartung
dürfen nicht von Kindern ohne Aufsicht durch eine
erwachsene Person durchgeführt werden.
k) Es ist untersagt, in den Aufbau des Geräts
einzugreifen, um seine Parameter oder Konstruktion
zu ändern.
l) Geräte von Feuer – und Wärmequellen fernhalten.
m) Bei der Bedienung des Geräts treten Vibrationen und
wiederholte Tätigkeiten auf, die für die Hände und
Arme des Nutzers schädlich sein können.
n) Der Nutzer und die Maschine sollten sich in einer
stabilen Position und auf einer ebenen Fläche
benden. Es muss sichergestellt werden, dass
die Maschine während der Arbeit nicht umfällt,
verrutscht, herunterfällt oder ohne Aufsicht ist.
o) Bevor mit der Nutzung des Geräts in der Nähe eines
Erdaushubs begonnen wird, muss sichergestellt
werden, dass die Wände des Aushubs stabil sind
und unter dem Einuss der Vibrationen nicht
zusammenbrechen.
p) Es muss sichergestellt werden, dass auf der Fläche,
die verdichtet werden soll, keine Stromkabel unter
Spannung, Gas-, Wasserleitungen oder andere
kommunale Infrastruktur vorhanden sind, die unter
Einuss der Vibrationen beschädigt werden könnten.
q) Es ist verboten, während der Arbeit auf dem Gerät zu
stehen, ebenso wie danach, wenn es ausgeschaltet ist.
r) Zu den häugsten Ursachen von ernsthaften
Verletzungen oder Todesfällen gehören Ausrutschen,
Stolpern oder Stürze. Auf unebene oder glatte
Arbeitsböden muss geachtet werden. Während
der Arbeit in der Nähe von nicht abgesicherten
Önungen oder Erdaushüben Vorsicht bewahren.
s) Während der Arbeit mit heißer Bitummischung
müssen entsprechende Schutzkleidung und
Schutzschuhe verwendet werden.
t) Bei dem Gerät handelt es sich um eine schwere
Maschine und es sollte von zwei entsprechend
starken Personen verschoben und aufgestellt
werden. Die auf der Maschine bendlichen Grie
und korrekte Techniken zum Heben schwerer
Elemente sollten eingesetzt werden.
ACHTUNG! Obwohl das Gerät in Hinblick
auf Sicherheit entworfen wurde und über
Schutzmechanismen sowie zusätzlicher
Sicherheitselemente verfügt, besteht bei
der Bedienung eine geringe Unfall- oder
Verletzungsgefahr. Es wird empfohlen, bei der
Nutzung Vorsicht und Vernunft walten zu lassen.
HINWEIS!Kinder und Unbeteiligte müssen bei der
Arbeit mit diesem Gerät gesichert werden.
2.3. PERSÖNLICHE SICHERHEIT
a) Es ist nicht gestattet, das Gerät im Zustand der
Ermüdung, Krankheit, unter Einuss von Alkohol,
Drogen oder Medikamenten zu betreiben, wenn das
die Fähigkeit das Gerät zu bedienen, einschränkt.
b) Die Maschine darf nur durch entsprechend
geschulte, zur Bedienung geeignete und physisch
gesunde Personen bedient werden, die die
vorliegende Anleitung gelesen haben und die
Arbeitsschutzanforderungen kennen.
c) Die Maschine darf nicht von Kindern oder Personen
mit eingeschränkten physischen, sensorischen und
geistigen Fähigkeiten oder ohne entsprechende
Erfahrung und entsprechendes Wissen bedient
werden. Dies ist nur unter Aufsicht einer für die
Sicherheit zuständigen Person und nach einer
Einweisung in die Bedienung der Maschine gestattet.
d) Seien Sie aufmerksam und verwenden Sie Ihren
gesunden Menschenverstand beim Betreiben
des Gerätes. Ein Moment der Unaufmerksamkeit
während der Arbeit kann zu schweren Verletzungen
führen.
e) Benutzen Sie eine persönliche Schutzausrüstung,
die den in Punkt 1 der Symbolerläuterungen
vorgegebenen Maßgaben entspricht. Die
Verwendung einer geeigneten und zertizierten
Schutzausrüstung verringert das Verletzungsrisiko.
f) Überschätzen Sie Ihre Fähigkeiten nicht. Sorgen Sie
für einen sicheren Stand während der Arbeit. Dies
gibt Ihnen eine bessere Kontrolle über das Gerät im
Falle unerwarteter Situationen.
g) Tragen Sie keine weite Kleidung oder Schmuck.
Halten Sie Haare, Kleidung und Handschuhe von
beweglichen Teilen fern. Lose Kleidung, Schmuck
oder lange Haare können durch sich bewegende
Teile erfasst werden.
h) Entfernen Sie alle Einstellwerkzeuge oder Schlüssel,
bevor Sie das Gerät einschalten. Gegenstände, die
in rotierenden Teilen verbleiben, können zu Schäden
und Verletzungen führen.
i) Es wird empfohlen, Augen-, Ohren- und Atemschutz
zu verwenden.
j) Das Gerät ist kein Spielzeug. Kinder sollten in der
Nähe des Geräts unter Aufsicht stehen, um Unfälle
zu vermeiden.
2.1. SICHERE ANWENDUNG DES GERÄTS
a) Benutzen Sie das Gerät nicht, wenn der EIN-/AUS-
Schalter nicht ordnungsgemäß funktioniert. Geräte,
die nicht über den Schalter gesteuert werden können,
sind gefährlich und müssen repariert werden.
b) Nicht verwendete Werkzeuge sind außerhalb
der Reichweite von Kindern sowie von Personen
aufzubewahren, welche weder das Gerät noch die
Anleitung kennen. In den Händen unerfahrener
Personen können diese Geräte eine Gefahr darstellen.
c) Halten Sie das Gerät stets in einem einwandfreien
Zustand. Prüfen Sie vor jeder Inbetriebnahme, ob
am Gerät und seinen beweglichen Teilen Schäden
vorliegen (defekte Komponenten oder andere
Faktoren, die den sicheren Betrieb der Maschine
beeinträchtigen könnten). Im Falle eines Schadens
muss das Gerät vor Gebrauch in Reparatur gegeben
werden.

3. NUTZUNGSBEDINGUNGEN
Das Gerät dient zur Bodenverdichtung und zum Ebnen
des Bodens durch Übertragung von Vibrationen
über die Vibrationsplatte, deren Kraft durch einen
Verbrennungsmotor erzeugt wird.
Die Maschinen eignet sich zum Ebnen von Flächen, wie
Erdböden, Bodensätze, Strände, sandige Flächen oder
zur Endfertigung von Asphaltächen oder gepasterten
Flächen. Das Gerät wird für Arbeiten verwendet, die
verbunden sind mit:
• der Verdichtung von Gräben,
• Erdarbeiten,
• Straßenarbeiten,
• der Landschaftsarchitektur,
• dem Verlegen von Ziegelsteinen,
• der Ausführung von Zufahrtswegen.
ACHTUNG! Die Maschine kann auf Erdböden mit hohem
Wassergehalt (z. B. Lehm, Schlamm) Schwierigkeiten
beim Vorwärtsbewegen (nach vorne und hinten – MSW-
RPLAT25) sowie Schwierigkeiten beim Ebnen von Böden
mit großen Steinen haben (wegen nicht ausreichender
Verdichtungskraft). Deswegen eignet sie sich nicht für
diese Arbeiten. Das Gerät wird vor allem dazu verwendet,
ebene Flächen zu verdichten, ist jedoch nicht für Arbeiten
gedacht, die eine hohe Verdichtung erfordern.
Für alle Schäden bei nicht sachgemäßer Verwendung
haftet allein der Betreiber.
3.1. VORBEREITUNG ZUR VERWENDUNG
Bevor mit der Arbeit begonnen wird:
• Muss sichergestellt werden, dass alle Verunreinigungen,
Staus, unnötige Verschlüsse oder Kappen usw. aus dem
Gerät beseitigt worden sind. Besonders muss auf die
Druckäche der Vibrationsplatte und auf die Stellen
direkt an der Luftzufuhr zum Motor, Vergaser und
Luftlter geachtet werden.
• Alle Bolzen und Schrauben müssen bezüglich ihrer
Befestigung und ob sie entsprechend festgeschraubt
sind überprüft werden. Lose Bolzen oder Schrauben
können eine Beschädigung des Geräts verursachen.
• Es muss überprüft werden, ob der Keilriemen
entsprechend stra liegt. Der normale Abstand
zwischen den Riemen, wenn sie in der mittleren Lage
zwischen zwei Rädern stark zusammengedrückt sind,
beträgt ca. 10 bis 15 cm (1/2 Zoll).
ACHTUNG: Ist der Keilriemen zu lose, kann es zu einer
Reduzierung der Schlagkraft und zu unregelmäßigen
Vibrationen kommen, was zu Schäden an der Maschine
führen kann.
• Der Stand des Motoröls muss überprüft werden (A –
maximaler Ölstand, B – minimaler Ölstand), und falls
der Ölstand niedrig ist, füllen Sie Öl durch die Önung
nach, nachdem der Ölmeßstab (C) herausgezogen
wurde (Abb. I)).
Es muss das entsprechende Motoröl gemäß den
Anweisungen in der Tabelle verwendet werden.

• Im Vibrationssystem muss nach 50 Arbeitsstunden
das Öl gewechselt werden, zum zweiten Mal nach
100 Arbeitsstunden. Die nächsten Ölwechsel
sollten regelmäßig jeden Monat oder nach 200
Arbeitsstunden durchgeführt werden. Es sollte
das Öl MOBIL NUTO H68 oder ein anderes Öl mit
demselben Standard verwendet werden.
• Im Motor sollte Benzin (92 % und mehr) verwendet
werden. Beim Auüllen des Benzintanks muss
sichergestellt werden, dass ein Benzinlter

Das Radgestell an das Gehäuse des Geräts mit
Befestigungsschrauben festschrauben (Abb. II).
• Modell MSW-RPLAT25:
Das Radgestell unter die gehobene Vibrationsplatte schieben
(Abb. III), und den Bolzen des Radgestells in die Önung in
der Randmitte der Vibrationsplatte legen (Abb. IV).
3.2. ARBEIT MIT DEM GERÄT
Inbetriebnahme des Motors:
1. Den ON-/OFF-Schalter in Uhrzeigerrichtung auf
Position „I” (ON) stellen (Abb. II).
2. Das Treibstoventil önen (nach rechts außen auf
Position „OPEN-I“ schieben) (Abb. VI).
3. Den Geschwindigkeitsregulierungshebel von 1/3 auf
1/2derEntfernungzurHochgeschwindigkeitsposition
schieben (Abb. VII).
4. Den Soghebel schließen (nach links außen schieben).
ACHTUNG! Wenn der Motor warm oder die
Außentemperatur hoch ist, muss der Soghebel bis
zur Hälfte geönet oder vollständig oengelassen
werden. Ist der Motor kalt oder die Außentemperatur
niedrig, muss der Soghebel vollständig geschlossen
werden (Abb. VIII).
5. Langsam den Gri an der Leine des Anlassers
ziehen, bis Sie einen Widerstand spüren. Dies ist der
„Kompressionspunkt“.

Funktionsweise des Geschwindigkeitshebels:
1. Wird der Motor allmählich warm, muss der Soghebel
schrittweise nach rechts außen geschoben werden –
zur oenen Lage (Abb. X).
2. Den Geschwindigkeitssteuerungshebel mit einer
energischen Bewegung nach rechts schieben, von
der Position LOW (langsam) zur Position HIGH
(schnell). Erreicht die Drehgeschwindigkeit des
Motors ca. 2.300 – 2.600 PRM, schaltet sich die
Zentrifugalkupplung ein.
ACHTUNG! Der Geschwindigkeitssteuerungshebel
darf nicht mit einer langsamen Bewegung (von der
Position „OFF“ zur Position „ON“) geschoben werden.
Steigt die Motorgeschwindigkeit zu langsam, ist es
möglich, dass die Kupplung abrutscht. (Abb. XI, XII)
Modell: MSW-RPLAT25
3. Im Modell MSW-RPLAT25 muss der Richtungshebel
auf dem Gri des Geräts betätigt werden, um die
Verdichtungsrichtung (nach vorne, nach hinten) zu
ändern (Abb. XIII):
Steuerung des Geräts:
1. Die Steuerung des Geräts nach vorne (vorne und
hinten – MSW-RPLAT25) erfolgt, indem der Gri
mit beiden Händen festgehalten wird und das Gerät
(durch Druck) auf dem Boden vorwärts geschoben
wird. Steuerung des Geräts zur Seite: durch
Verschieben des Gris zur Seite, nach links oder
rechts.
2. Modell MSW-RPLAT25: Wenn es Probleme mit der
Vorwärts- oder Rückwärtsbewegung gibt, muss
der Vorschub mit dem Richtungshebel eingestellt
werden.
Ausschalten des Geräts:
1. AUSSCHALTEN IM NOTFALL – den ON-/OFF-Schalter
in die Position „OFF“ (XV) stellen.

anschließend mit einer schnellen Bewegung erneut
ziehen. Die Leine nicht vollständig herausziehen.
Nachdem der Motor gestartet wurde, den Gri
weiterhin festhalten und zulassen, dass die Leine
des Anlassers langsam in ihre ursprüngliche Lage
zurückkehrt (Abb. IX)

Anweisungen zur Nutzung:
• Wenn der Motor stoppt und nicht erneut anspringt,
sollte der Stand des Motoröls überprüft werden.
• Bei der Nutzung des Geräts zum Ebnen von
Pastersteinen muss auf die Vibrationsplatte eine
Gummimatte aufgelegt werden.
• Dort, wo es möglich ist, sollte die zur Verdichtung
bestimmte Stelle zuvor abgestuft und geebnet
werden.
• Als Treibsto sollte bleifreies Benzin verwendet
werden. Vor Anwendung sollte überprüft werden, ob
der Treibsto frei von Verunreinigungen ist.
• Bei der Verdichtung von Asphaltächen wird
empfohlen, die untere Fläche der Vibrationsplatte
mit Dieselöl zu bestreichen. Dies hilft zu vermeiden,
dass die Platte am Asphalt festklebt.
• Die Vibrationsbewegung erzeugt den Selbstantrieb.
Der Gri des Geräts sollte sich auf der
gegenüberliegenden Seite des Vibrationssystems
(des Vibrators) benden.
• Bevor mit der Verdichtung begonnen wird, muss
der Geschwindigkeitssteuerungshebel am Gri des
Geräts auf Maximum (ON) gestellt werden.
• ACHTUNG! Beim Ausschalten des Geräts darf der
Geschwindigkeitssteuerungshebel nicht mit einer
langsamen Bewegung von der Position HIGH
(schnell) auf LOW (langsam) geschoben werden. Die
Bewegung muss energisch sein.
• Es muss immer eine stabile Haltung angenommen
werden, um nicht auszurutschen und die Kontrolle
beim Starten oder Bedienen der Maschine zu
verlieren.
• Urethanschaum (D):
Den Urethanschaum
herausnehmen und mit
Petroleum reinigen. Danach
in eine Mischung von 3
Teilen Petroleum und 1 Teil
Motoröl eintauchen. Das
Element auswringen, um
die Mischung zu beseitigen.
Den Schaum zurück in den
Luftlter legen.
• Urethanschaum mit
Doppelstruktur (E):
Den Urethanschaum
herausnehmen und mit
Petroleum reinigen. Danach
in eine Mischung von 3 Teilen

an Motoröl abschütteln.
C. Die Zündkerze herausnehmen, reinigen und
die Spalte der Zündkerze auf 0,6 bis 0,7 mm
(0,02 bis 0,03 Zoll) einstellen. Bei Bedarf die
Zündkerze wechseln. (Abb. XVIII)
D. Das Motoröl aus dem Motor herauslassen und
neues Öl einfüllen. (Abb. XIX).
ACHTUNG: Wenn der Motor neu ist, ist der
erste Ölwechsel nach 20 Arbeitsstunden
durchzuführen und der Öltank vor dem
erneuten Starten neu zu füllen.

A. Das Öl im Vibrationssystem wechseln.
• Beim Ölwechsel im Vibrationssystem (F) muss
die Ablassschraube (G) abgeschraubt und das
Gerät gekippt werden, um das Öl zu entfernen

es warm ist.

3.3. REINIGUNG UND WARTUNG
a) Lassen Sie nach jeder Reinigung alle Teile gut
trocknen, bevor das Gerät erneut verwendet wird.
b) Bewahren Sie das Gerät an einem trockenen, kühlen,
vor Feuchtigkeit und direkter Sonneneinstrahlung
geschütztem Ort auf.
c) Es ist verboten, das Gerät mit einem Wasserstrahl zu
besprühen oder in Wasser zu tauchen.
d) Es darf kein Wasser über die Belüftungsönungen
am Gehäuse ins Innere des Geräts gelangen.
e) Die Belüftungsönungen sind mit Pinsel und
Druckluft zu reinigen.
f) In Hinblick auf technische Ezienz und zur
Vorbeugung vor Schäden sollte das Gerät regelmäßig
überprüft werden.
g) Zum Reinigen ist ein weicher, feuchter Lappen zu
verwenden.
h) Um den Verschleiß des Geräts zu minimieren, muss
regelmäßig das Öl gewechselt werden.
i) Die Spannung und der Zustand des Keilriemens
müssen regelmäßig überprüft werden. Bei Bedarf
die Spannung nachjustieren oder den Keilriemen
austauschen.
j) Den Luftlter des Motors regelmäßig überprüfen,
reinigen und/oder wechseln; insbesondere während
der Arbeit in einem verstaubten Umfeld.
k) Die Zündkerze muss regelmäßig überprüft, gereinigt
und/oder gewechselt werden.
l) Alle Befestigungselemente hinsichtlich der korrekten
Befestigung überprüfen, weil die Maschine
Vibrationen ausgesetzt ist.
m) Bei einer längeren Lagerung des Geräts muss:
• der Treibsto aus der Kraftstoeitung, dem
Benzintank und dem Vergaser komplett abgelassen
werden,
• nachdem die Zündkerze entfernt wurde, müssen
ein paar Tropfen Motoröl in den Zylinder gegeben
werden. Den Motor per Hand einige Male
herumdrehen, damit sich das Zylinderinnere mit Öl
bedeckt.
n) Die Außenächen des Geräts mit einem feuchten
Lappen abwischen. Das zugedeckte Gerät an einer
trockenen Stelle lagern.
Regelmäßige Überprüfung und Wartung des Geräts:
1. Täglich:
A. Vom Gerät Verunreinigungen wie Schlamm,
Dreck usw. beseitigen.
B. Die untere Fläche der Vibrationsplatte reinigen,
um eine Ansammlung von Verunreinigungen zu
vermeiden.
C. Den Luftlter überprüfen und bei Bedarf
reinigen oder wechseln.
D. Alle Verschlüsse und Schrauben hinsichtlich
ihrer Befestigung überprüfen und bei Bedarf
festschrauben.
E. Den Ölstand im Motor überprüfen und ggf.
auüllen.
F. Die Antivibrations-Gummibefestigungen auf
Verschleiß oder Beschädigung überprüfen und
bei Bedarf wechseln.
2. Einmal wöchentlich:
A. Den Ölstand im Vibrationssystem (dem
Vibrator) des Geräts überprüfen. Bei Bedarf
wechseln.
• Das Gerät horizontal auf eine ebene Fläche
stellen. Es muss sichergestellt werden, dass das
Gerät bei der Überprüfung des Ölstands im
Vibrationssystem waagerecht steht.
B. Den Luftlter überprüfen und reinigen (Abb.
XVII): Verunreinigte Elemente des Luftlters
können zu Problemen beim Starten, zu
Kraftverlust, einer falschen Funktionsweise des
Motors führen und die Lebensdauer des Motors
erheblich verkürzen. Der Luftlter muss sauber
gehalten werden.

the engine is running or is still hot. Otherwise, spilled

or silencer heat.
u) Do not overll fuel tank and avoid spilling petrol while
refuelling. Spilled petrol or petrol fumes may catch
re. If petrol has been spilled, make sure that the area
is dry before starting the engine.
v) After refuelling, make sure that the fuel tank cap is
properly screwed on.
w) Do not operate the engine or refuel petrol in enclosed
areas without appropriate ventilation.
x) Avoid operating the machine in enclosed spaces,
tunnels or other poorly ventilated places as the
exhaust fumes contain lethal/harmful fumes and
gases. If operating the machine in such conditions is
unavoidable, provide adequate exhaust extraction.
y) To transport: Stop the engine. Close and secure the
fuel tank cap. Switch the fuel valve to the “OFF-O”
position. Drain the fuel tank before long-distance
transportation or on bumpy roads.
z) Keep ammable materials (petrol, matches, straw,
etc.) away from the exhaust.
2.2. SAFETY IN THE WORKPLACE
a) Make sure the workplace is clean and well lit. A messy
or poorly lit workplace may lead to accidents. Try
to think ahead, observe what is going on and use
common sense when working with the device.
b) Do not use the device in a potentially explosive
environment, for example in the presence of
ammable liquids, gases or dust. The device generates
sparks which may ignite dust or fumes.
c) If you discover damage or irregular operation,
immediately switch the device o and report it to
a supervisor without delay.
d) If there are any doubts as to the correct operation
of the device, contact the manufacturer's support
service.
e) Only the manufacturer's service point may repair the
device. Do not attempt any repairs independently!
f) In case of re, use a powder or carbon dioxide
(CO2) re extinguisher (one intended for use on live
electrical devices) to put it out.
g) Children or unauthorised persons are forbidden to
enter a work station. (A distraction may result in loss
of control over the device).
h) Use the device in a well-ventilated space.
i) The device produces dust and debris during
operation. It is important to protect bystanders from
their harmful eects.

2. USAGE SAFETY
ATTENTION! Read all safety warnings and all
instructions. Failure to follow the warnings and
instructions may result in serious injury or even
death.
The terms "device" or "product" are used in the warnings
and instructions to refer to < Forward plate compactor,
Reversible plate compactor >. Do not cover air inlets/
outlets! Do not put your hands or other items inside
the device while it is in use! Do not cover the ventilation
openings!
2.1. ENGINE OPERATION SAFETY
a) Do not smoke near the device. The device contains
ammable substances.
b) W The engine gets very hot during operation. Do not
touch the hot engine because it may cause burns.
c) Add oil till the full marking before start using the
device. If the oil level is low, engine will not start or it
might shut down.
d) Oil leaking from the machine should be reported
to the appropriate services or comply with legal
requirements applicable in the area of use.
REMEMBER!When using the device, protect
children and other bystanders.
2.3. PERSONAL SAFETY
a) Do not use the device when tired, ill or under the
inuence of alcohol, narcotics or medication which
can signicantly impair the ability to operate the
device.
b) The machine may be operated by physically t
persons who are able to handle the machine, are
properly trained, who have reviewed this operating
manual and have received training in occupational
health and safety.
c) The machine is not designed to be handled by persons
(including children) with limited mental and sensory
functions or persons lacking relevant experience and/
or knowledge unless they are supervised by a person
responsible for their safety or they have received
instruction on how to operate the machine.
d) When working with the device, use common sense
and stay alert. Temporary loss of concentration while
using the device may lead to serious injuries.
e) Use personal protective equipment as required
for working with the device, specied in section 1
(Legend). The use of correct and approved personal
protective equipment reduces the risk of injury.
f) Do not overestimate your abilities. When using the
device, keep your balance and remain stable at all
times. This will ensure better control over the device
in unexpected situations.
g) Do not wear loose clothing or jewellery. Keep hair,
clothes and gloves away from moving parts. Loose
clothing, jewellery or long hair may get caught in
moving parts.
h) Remove all adjusting tools or spanners before turning
the device on. A tool or spanner left in the revolving
part of the device may cause injury.
i) Use eye, ear and respiratory protection.
j) The device is not a toy. Children must be supervised
to ensure that they do not play with the device.

• On a vibrating assembly, change the oil for the rst
time after 50 operating hours and for the second
time after 100 operating hours. Perform subsequent
changes every month or every 200 operating hours.
Use MOBIL NUTO H68 or other oil of the same
standard.
• Use only petrol (92% and above). When lling the
fuel tank, make sure that the fuel lter is installed.
Wheels assembly:
• Model MSW-FPLAT20:
Screw wheel frame to the main body of the device with the
mounting screws (Fig. II).
• Model MSW-RPLAT25:
Place wheel frame under the lifted vibrating plate (Fig. III)
and insert the wheel frame pin into the hole in the centre of
the vibrating plate (Fig. IV).
3.2. DEVICE USE
Starting the engine:
1. Turn ON/OFF switch clockwise to the “I” (ON)
position (Fig. 2)
2. Open the fuel valve (move to the right to the
“OPEN-I” position (Fig. 6)
3. Move the speed control lever from 1/3 to 1/2 of the
high speed position distance (Fig. 7).
4. Close the suction lever (push to the far left).
CAUTION! If the engine is warm or the ambient
temperature is high, open the suction lever halfway
or leave it entirely open. If the engine is cold and the
ambient temperature is low, close the suction lever
completely (Fig. 8)
5. Slowly pull the starter cable handle until you feel
resistance. This is the “compression” point. Return
the handle to its original position, then quickly pull
again. Do not pull it fully. After starting the engine
and still holding the handle, let the starter cable
slowly return to its original position (Fig. 9)

2.4. SAFE DEVICE USE
a) Do not use the device if the ON/OFF switch does not
function properly (does not switch the device on and
o). Devices which cannot be switched on and o
using the ON/OFF switch are hazardous, should not
be operated and must be repaired.
b) When not in use, store in a safe place, away from
children and people not familiar with the device who
have not read the user manual. The device may pose
a hazard in the hands of inexperienced users.
c) Keep the device in perfect technical condition.
Before each use check for general damage and
especially check for cracked parts or elements and
for any other conditions which may impact the safe
operation of the device. If damage is discovered,
hand over the device for repair before use.
d) Keep the device out of the reach of children.
e) Device repair or maintenance should be carried out
by qualied persons, only using original spare parts.
This will ensure safe use.
f) To ensure the operational integrity of the device, do
not remove factory-tted guards and do not loosen
any screws.
g) When transporting and handling the device between
the warehouse and the destination, observe the
occupational health and safety principles for manual
transport operations which apply in the country
where the device will be used.
h) Do not leave this appliance unattended while it is in
use.
i) Clean the device regularly to prevent stubborn grime
from accumulating.
j) The device is not a toy. Cleaning and maintenance
may not be carried out by children without
supervision by an adult person.
k) It is forbidden to interfere with the structure of
the device in order to change its parameters or
construction.
l) Keep the device away from sources of re and heat.
m) During operation, the device generates vibrations
and requires repetitive activities that may be harmful
to user's hands and shoulders.
n) The user and the machine should be in a stable
position on level ground. Make sure that the machine
does not tip over, slip or fall during operation or
when left unattended.
o) Before using the device near excavation, make sure
that excavation walls are stable and will not collapse
under vibration.
p) Make sure that there are no live electrical cables, gas,
water or other telecommunication infrastructure in
the area to be compacted because they may become
damaged by vibrations.
q) Do not stand on the device, whether it is currently in
use or not.
r) Slipping, tripping or falling are the main causes
of serious injury or death. Be careful of uneven or
slippery working surfaces as well as unprotected
holes and excavations.
s) Use proper protective clothing and footwear when
working with hot bituminous mixtures.
t) The device is heavy and should be moved and
positioned by two suciently strong people. Use
the handles on the machine and proper heavy-lifting
techniques.
ATTENTION! Despite the safe design of the device
and its protective features, and despite the use of
additional elements protecting the operator, there is
still a slight risk of accident or injury when using the
device. Stay alert and use common sense when using
the device.
3. USE GUIDELINES
The device is intended for soil compacting and surface
smoothing. The device transmits vibrations through
a vibrating plate, whose power is generated by
a combustion engine. The machine is used for smoothing
surfaces such as soil, sediments, beaches, sandy surfaces,
or nishing asphalt or paved surfaces. The device is used
for:
• trench compaction,
• earthwork,
• roadwork,
• landscape architecture,
• bricklaying,
• making driveways.
CAUTION! The machine may have diculties with moving
forward (forward and backward – MSW-RPLAT25) on soils
with high water content (clay, mud) and in levelling soils
containing big rocks (insucient compaction power).
Consequently, the machine should not be used in those
cases. The device is used mainly to compact at surfaces,
although it is not eective when it comes to activities
requiring intensive compaction.
The user is liable for any damage resulting from
unintended use of the device.
3.1. PREPARING FOR USE
Before starting operation:
• Make sure that all impurities, blockages, unnecessary
nuts and caps, etc. have been removed from the
device. Particular attention should be paid to surfaces
that have contact with the vibrating plate and area
adjacent to the engine air intake, carburettor and air
lter.
• Check if all bolts and screws are installed and
adequately tightened. Loose bolts and screws may
damage the device.
• Check if the V-belt is properly tightened. The
proper distance between the belts when they are
compressed in the central position between the two
wheels is about 10-15mm (1/2 inch).
CAUTION! If the belts are excessively loose,
transmission power may be reduced or irregular
vibrations may damage the device.
• Check an engine oil level (A- maximum, B- minimum).
If the level is low, top it up through the hole for the
oil dipstick(C) (Fig. I).

Operating the speed lever:
1. As the engine heats up, gradually move the suction
lever to the far right – open position (Fig. 10).
2. Vigorously move the speed control lever to the right,
from the LOW position (turtle) to the HIGH position
(rabbit). As soon as the motor speed reaches approx.
2300-2600 rpm, the centrifugal coupling is engaged.
CAUTION! Do not move the speed control lever
slowly (from “OFF” to “ON”). If the engine speed
increases too slowly, the clutch may slip (Fig.11, 12).

Operation guidelines:
• If the engine stops and will not restart, check the
engine oil level.
• When using the device to level stone pavers, place
a rubber mat on the vibrating plate.
• Where possible, the space to be compacted should
be graded and aligned beforehand.
• Use unleaded petrol as fuel. Make sure that the fuel
is free from impurities before use.
• When compacting asphalt surfaces, paint the bottom
surface of the vibrating plate with diesel fuel. This will
help prevent the slab from sticking to the asphalt.
• The vibrating motion ensures a self-propelling eect.
The handle of the device should be placed on the
opposite side of the vibrating unit (vibrator).
• Before beginning compacting, move the speed control
lever on the handle to the maximum position (ON).
• Caution! When turning the device o, do not move
the speed control lever slowly (from HIGH (rabbit) to
LOW (turtle)), the movement must be vigorous.
• Always maintain a stable posture to avoid slipping
and losing control while starting or operating the
machine.
3.3. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
a) After cleaning the device, all parts should be dried
completely before using it again.
b) Store the unit in a dry, cool place, free from moisture
and direct exposure to sunlight.
c) Do not spray the device with a water jet or submerge
it in water.
d) Do not allow water to get inside the device through
vents in the housing of the device.
e) Clean the vents with a brush and compressed air.
f) The device must be regularly inspected to check its
technical eciency and spot any damage.
g) Use a soft, damp cloth for cleaning.
h) To minimise wear and tear on the equipment, change
oil regularly.
i) Check the tension and wear of the V-belt regularly.
Adjust or change it whenever necessary.
j) Check, clean and/or change the engine air lter
regularly, especially when working in dusty
environments.
k) Check, clean and/or change the spark plug regularly.
l) Check that all mounting elements are properly
installed because the machine is exposed to
vibrations.
m) When storing the machine for a longer period of
time after operation:
• carefully remove fuel from the fuel line, tank and
carburettor.
• after removing the spark plug, pour a few drops of
an engine oil into the cylinder. Manually turn the
engine a few times to make sure that the inside of
the cylinder has been covered with the oil.
n) Clean the outside of the device with a damp cloth.
Store the covered unit in a dry place.

3. On model MSW-RPLAT25, use the direction lever
on the handle of the device to change compacting
direction. (Fig. 13)
Driving the device:
1. Control the device forwards (forward and backward
– MSW-RPLAT25) by gripping the handle with both
hands and pushing the device along the ground.
Driving sideways: move the handle to the right or
left.
2. MSW-RPLAT25: If there is a problem with forward or
backward movement, adjust the feed rate using the
direction lever.
Turning the device o:
1. EMERGENCY SHUTDOWN – turn ON/OFF switch to
“OFF” position (15).
2. REGULAR SHUTDOWN – move the speed control
lever to the low speed position (turtle) (14) for 3-5
minutes. When the engine is cold, turn the ON/OFF
switch to the “OFF” position (15) and close the valve
to shut o the fuel – “0” position (16).

Periodic testing and servicing:
1. Daily:
A. Remove contaminants from the device, e.g.
mud, dirt, etc.
B. Clean the bottom of the vibrating plate to
prevent the accumulation of dirt.
C. Check the air lter, clean or change it when
necessary.
D. Check if all nuts and bolts are properly mounted
and tighten if necessary.
E. Check the level of the engine oil and top it up.
F. Check the rubber anti-vibrating mountings for
wear or damage, replace them if necessary.
2. Once a week:
A. Check the oil level in the vibrating unit
(vibrator). Change it if necessary.
• Place the device horizontally on a at surface.
Make sure that the device is level when
checking the oil level.
B. Check and clean the air lter (Fig. 17): dirty
elements of the lter may cause starting
diculties, loss of power, engine malfunction
and will signicantly shorten the life of the
engine. Keep the air lter clean.
• Urethane foam (D):
Take the foam out and wash
in paran. Then, saturate
the foam with a mixture of
3/4 parts paran and 1/4
parts engine oil. Take the
element out to remove the
mixture. Put the foam back
in the lter.
• Double-coated urethane
foam (E):
Take the foam out and wash
in paran. Then, saturate the
foam with a mixture of 3/4

Shake excess oil out.
C. Take the spark plug out, clean and adjust the
clearance of the spark plug to 0.6-0.7 mm
(0.02-0.03 inch). Change the plug spark plug if
necessary (Fig. 18).
D. Drain the engine oil and replace it with new oil
(Fig. 19).
CAUTION! When the engine is new, make
the rst oil change after 20 hours of device
operation and top up oil tank before restarting.

3. ZASADY UŻYTKOWANIA
Urządzenie służy do zagęszcza podłoża oraz do
wygładzenie powierzchni poprzez przenoszenie wibracji
przez płytę wibracyjną, której moc generowana jest przez
silnik spalinowy.
Maszyna nadaje się do wygładzania powierzchni np. gleby,
osadów, plaży, powierzchni piaszczystych czy wykańczania
nawierzchni asfaltowych lub brukowanych. Urządzenie
stosuje się do prac związanych z:
b) Maszynę mogą obsługiwać osoby sprawne zycznie,
zdolne do jej obsługi i odpowiednio wyszkolone,
które zapoznały się z niniejszą instrukcją oraz zostały
przeszkolone w zakresie bezpieczeństwa i higieny
pracy.
c) Maszyna nie jest przeznaczona do tego, by była
użytkowana przez osoby (w tym dzieci) o ograniczonych
funkcjach psychicznych, sensorycznych i umysłowych
lub nieposiadające odpowiedniego doświadczenia
i/lub wiedzy, chyba że są one nadzorowane przez
osobę odpowiedzialną za ich bezpieczeństwo lub
otrzymały od niej wskazówki dotyczące tego, jak
należy obsługiwać maszynę.
d) Należy być uważnym, kierować się zdrowym
rozsądkiem podczas pracy urządzeniem. Chwila
nieuwagi podczas pracy, może doprowadzić do
poważnych obrażeń ciała.
e) Należy używać środków ochrony osobistej
wymaganych przy pracy urządzeniem
wyszczególnionych w punkcie 1 objaśnienia symboli.
Stosowanie odpowiednich, atestowanych środków
ochrony osobistej zmniejsza ryzyko doznania urazu.
f) Nie należy przeceniać swoich możliwości.
Utrzymywać balans i równowagę ciała przez cały czas
pracy. Umożliwia to lepszą kontrolę nad urządzeniem
w nieoczekiwanych sytuacjach.
g) Nie należy nosić luźnej odzieży ani biżuterii. Włosy,
odzież i rękawice utrzymywać z dala od części
ruchomych. Luźna odzież, biżuteria lub długie włosy
mogą zostać chwycone przez ruchome części.
h) Należy usunąć wszelkie narzędzia regulujące lub
klucze przed włączeniem urządzenia. Narzędzie
lub klucz pozostawiony w obracającej się części
urządzenia może spowodować obrażenia ciała.
i) Zaleca się stosować ochronę oczu, uszu i dróg
oddechowych.
j) Urządzenie nie jest zabawką. Dzieci powinny być
pilnowane, aby nie bawiły się urządzeniem.
2.4. BEZPIECZNE STOSOWANIE URZĄDZENIA
a) Nie należy używać urządzenia, jeśli przełącznik ON/
OFF nie działa sprawnie (nie załącza i nie wyłącza
się). Urządzenia, które nie mogą być kontrolowane
za pomocą przełącznika są niebezpieczne, nie mogą
pracować i muszą zostać naprawione.
b) Nieużywane urządzenia należy przechowywać
w miejscu niedostępnym dla dzieci oraz osób
nieznających urządzenia lub tej instrukcji
obsługi. Urządzenia są niebezpieczne w rękach
niedoświadczonych użytkowników.
c) Utrzymywać urządzenie w dobrym stanie
technicznym. Sprawdzać przed każdą pracą czy
nie posiada uszkodzeń ogólnych lub związanych
z elementami ruchomymi (pęknięcia części
i elementów lub wszelkie inne warunki, które mogą
mieć wpływ na bezpieczne działanie urządzenia).
W przypadku uszkodzenia, oddać urządzenie do
naprawy przed użyciem.
d) Urządzenie należy chronić przed dziećmi.
e) Naprawa oraz konserwacja urządzeń powinna być
wykonywana przez wykwalikowane osoby przy

Zapewni to bezpieczeństwo użytkowania.
f) Aby zapewnić zaprojektowaną integralność
operacyjną urządzenia, nie należy usuwać
zainstalowanych fabrycznie osłon lub odkręcać śrub.
• Zagęszczaniem rowów,
• Pracami ziemnymi,
• Robotami drogowymi,
• Architekturą krajobrazu,
• Układaniem cegieł,
• Wykonaniem nawierzchni podjazdów.
UWAGA! Maszyna może mieć trudności w przemieszczaniu
się do przodu (przodu i tyłu - MSW-RPLAT25) na glebie
z duża zawartością wody (np. glina, muł) oraz trudności
w wypoziomowaniu gleby z zawartością dużych kamieni
(z powodu niewystarczającej siły zagęszczania). W związku
z czym nie nadaje się do takiego zastosowania.
Urządzenie jest stosowane głównie do zagęszczania
równych powierzchni, jednakże nie jest skuteczne
w przypadku prac wymagających dużego zagęszczenia.
Odpowiedzialność za wszelkie szkody powstałe
w wyniku użytkowania niezgodnego z przeznaczeniem
ponosi użytkownik.
3.1. PRZYGOTOWANIE DO PRACY
Przed przystąpieniem do pracy:
• Należy upewnić się, że wszelkie zanieczyszczenia,
zatory, niepotrzebne nakrętki czy nakładki itp.
zostały usunięte z urządzenia. Szczególną uwagę
należy zwrócić na powierzchnię przycisku płyty
wibracyjnej i obszaru przylegającego do wlotu
powietrza do silnika, gaźnika i ltra powietrza.
• Sprawdzić wszystkie wkręty i śruby pod kątem
zamocowania oraz odpowiedniego ich dokręcenia.
Luźne wkręty i śruby mogą spowodować uszkodzenie
urządzenia.
• Sprawdzić, czy pasek klinowy jest odpowiednio
napięty. Normalny odstęp pomiędzy pasami, gdy są
siłą ściśnięte w środkowym położeniu między dwoma
kołami, powinien wynosić około 10-15 mm (1/2 cala).
UWAGA: W przypadku nadmiernego luzu pasa może
dojść do zmniejszenia siły uderzenia lub nieregularnych
wibracji, powodujących uszkodzenie maszyny.
• Sprawdzić poziom oleju silnikowego (A -maksymalny
poziom, B-minimalny poziom), a jeśli poziom oleju
silnikowego jest niski, należy go uzupełnić przez otwór
po wyciągniętym bagnecie olejowym (C) (Rys. I).
Należy używać właściwego oleju silnikowego zgodnie
z zaleceniami w poniższej tabeli.

godzin pracy. Używać oleju MOBIL NUTO H68 lub
innego oleju o tym samym standardzie.
Mocowanie kół:
• Model MSW-FPLAT20:
Przykręcić stelaż kół do korpusu urządzenia za pomocą
śrub mocujących (Rys. II).
• Model MSW-RPLAT25:
Wsunąć pod uniesioną płytę wibracyjna stelaż kół (Rys.
III) a bolec stelaża włożyć w otwór pośrodku brzegu płyty
wibracyjnej (Rys. IV).
3.2. PRACA Z URZĄDZENIEM
Rozruch silnika:
1. Obrócić Włącznik ON/OFF cl godnie z ruchem
wskazówek zegara do pozycji „I” (ON) (Rys. II)
2. Otworzyć zawór paliwa (przesunąć skrajnie w prawo
do pozycji „OPEN-I”). (Rys. VI)
3. Przesunąć dźwignię regulacji prędkości od 1/3 do ½
odległości pozycji wysokiej prędkości. (Rys. VII)
4. Zamknąć dźwignię ssania (przesunąć do skrajnie
lewej strony).
UWAGA! Jeśli silnik jest ciepły lub temperatura
otoczenia jest wysoka, otworzyć dźwignię ssania do
połowy lub pozostawić ją całkowicie otwartą. Jeśli
silnik jest zimny lub temperatura otoczenia jest niska,
zamknąć całkowicie dźwignię ssania. (Rys. VIII)
5. Powoli pociągnąć uchwyt linki rozrusznika, aż
do wyczucia oporu. To jest punkt „kompresji”.
Przywrócić uchwyt do pierwotnego położenia
następnie pociągnąć ponownie szybkim ruchem.
Nie wyciągać linki do końca. Po uruchomieniu
silnika, nadal trzymając uchwyt pozwolić, aby linka
rozrusznika powoli powróciła do swojej pierwotnej
pozycji. (Rys. IX)

Działanie dźwigni prędkości:
1. W miarę nagrzewania się silnika należy stopniowo
przesuwać dźwignię ssania w skrajnie prawą stronę
- położenie otwarte (Rys. X).
2. Przesuwać dźwignię sterowania prędkością,
energicznym ruchem w prawo, z pozycji LOW (żółw)
do pozycji HIGH (królik). Gdy prędkość obrotowa
silnika osiągnie około 2300–2 600 PRM, sprzęgło
odśrodkowe załączy się.
UWAGA! Nie należy powolnym ruchem przesuwać
dźwigni regulacji prędkości (z pozycji „OFF” do
pozycji „ON”). Jeśli prędkość silnika będzie wzrastać
zbyt powoli, możliwe jest, że sprzęgło się ześlizgnie
się. (Rys. XI, XII)

3. W modelu MSW-RPLAT25 Aby zmienić kierunek
ruchu zagęszczania (do przodu, do tyłu) należy
użyć dźwigni kierunku znajdującej się na uchwycie

• Po usunięciu świecy zapłonowej wlać kilka kropel
oleju silnikowego do cylindra. Ręcznie obróć silnik
kilka razy, aby wnętrze cylindra zostało pokryte
olejem.
n) Wyczyścić zewnętrzną powierzchnię urządzenia
wilgotną szmatką. Przykryte urządzenie
przechowywać w miejscu wolnym od wilgoci.
Okresowa kontrola i serwisowanie urządzenia:
1. Codziennie:
A. Usunąć zanieczyszczenia z urządzenia takie jak
błoto, brud itp.
B. Czyść spód płyty wibrującej, aby zapobiec
gromadzeniu się zanieczyszczeń.
C. Sprawdzić ltr powietrza i w razie potrzeby
wyczyścić lub wymienić.
D. Sprawdzić wszystkie nakrętki, śruby i śruby pod
kątem mocowania i dokręć je, jeśli to konieczne.
E. Sprawdzać i uzupełnić poziom oleju w silniku.
F. Sprawdzić gumowe mocowania antywibracyjne

spowodować trudność przy rozruchu, utratę
mocy, nieprawidłowe działanie silnika i znacznie
skróci żywotność silnika. Należy utrzymywać
ltr powietrza w czystości.
Wskazówki użytkowania:
• Jeśli silnik zatrzyma się i nie uruchomi się ponownie,
należy sprawdzić poziom oleju silnikowego.
• Podczas użytkowania urządzenia do wyrównania
poziomu kostki brukowej należy założyć na płytę
wibracyjną gumową matę.
• Tam, gdzie jest to możliwe, miejsce przeznaczone do
zagęszczenia powinno być wcześniej stopniowane
i wyrównane.
• Należy używać benzyny bezołowiowej jako paliwa.
Upewnić się przed zastosowaniem, że paliwo jest
wolne od zanieczyszczeń.
• Podczas zagęszczania powierzchni asfaltowych
zaleca się pomalowanie dolnej powierzchni płyty
wibracyjnej olejem napędowym. Pomoże to zapobiec
przyklejaniu się płyty do asfaltu.
• Ruch wibracyjny zapewnia działanie
samonapędzające. Uchwyt urządzenia powinien
znajdować się po przeciwnej stronie zespołu
wibrującego (wibratora).
• Przed rozpoczęciem zagęszczania należy dźwignię
regulacji prędkości na uchwycie urządzenia
przesunąć do maksymalnego ustawienia (ON).
• UWAGA! Podczas wyłączania urządzenia nie należy
powolnym ruchem przesuwać dźwigni regulacji
prędkości (z pozycji HIGH (królik) to LOW (żółw)),
ruch musi być energiczny.
• Należy zawsze utrzymywać stabilna postawę, aby
nie poślizgnąć się i nie stracić kontroli podczas
uruchamiania lub obsługi maszyny.
3.3. CZYSZCZENIE I KONSERWACJA
a) Po każdym czyszczeniu wszystkie elementy należy
dobrze wysuszyć, zanim urządzenie zostanie
ponownie użyte.
b) Urządzenie należy przechowywać w suchym
i chłodnym miejscu chronionym przed wilgocią
i bezpośrednim promieniowaniem słonecznym.
c) Zabrania się spryskiwania urządzenia strumieniem
wody lub zanurzania urządzenia w wodzie.
d) Należy pamiętać, aby przez otwory wentylacyjne
znajdujące się w obudowie nie dostała się woda.
e) Otwory wentylacyjne należy czyścić pędzelkiem
i sprężonym powietrzem.
f) Należy wykonywać regularne przeglądy urządzenia
pod kątem jego sprawności technicznej oraz
wszelkich uszkodzeń.
g) Do czyszczenia należy używać miękkiej, wilgotnej
ściereczki.
h) Aby zminimalizować zużycie się urządzanie należy
wymieniać olej regularnie.
i) Sprawdzać regularnie napięcie i zużycie paska
klinowego. W razie potrzeb wyregulować lub wymienić.
j) Regularnie sprawdzać, czyścić i/ lub wymieniać
ltr powietrza silnika, szczególnie podczas pracy
w zapylonym otoczeniu.
k) Regularnie sprawdzać, czyścić i / lub wymieniać
świecę zapłonową.
l) Sprawdzać wszystkie elementy mocujące pod kątem
odpowiedniego mocowania, ponieważ maszyna jest
narażona na wibracje.
m) Podczas przechowywania urządzenia przez dłuższy
czas po pracy:
• Dokładnie odprowadzić paliwo z przewodu
paliwowego, zbiornika paliwa i gaźnika.
• Pianka uretanowa (D):
Wyjąc piankę uretanową
i umyć w nafcie. Następnie
nasycić w mieszaniną 3
części nafty i 1 części oleju
silnikowego. Wyżąć element,

2.1. BEZPEČNOST PRÁCE SE SPALOVACÍM MOTOREM
a) V blízkosti zařízení je zakázáno kouřit. V zařízení se
nacházejí hořlavé látky.
b) Motor se během provozu velmi zahřívá. Nedotýkejte
se horkého motoru, může to způsobit popáleniny.
c) Úroveň. Pokud je hladina oleje příliš nízká, motor se
nespustí nebo se může vypnout.
d) Únik provozních olejů ze zařízení musí být nahlášen
na příslušných místech nebo se musí postupovat
podle zákonných předpisů platných v oblasti použití.
e) Nebezpečí! Hrozí poškození zdraví a riziko výbuchu
spalovacího motoru.

v rotujících dílech zařízení mohou způsobit vážný

i) Používejte ochranu očí, uší a dýchacích cest.
j) Zařízení není hračka. Dohlížejte na děti, aby si nehrály
se zařízením.
2.4. BEZPEČNÉ POUŽÍVÁNÍ ZAŘÍZENÍ
a) Zařízení nepoužívejte, pokud spínač pro zapnutí
a vypnutí zařízení nefunguje správně. Zařízení, které
nelze ovládat spínačem, je nebezpečné a musí být
opraveno.
b) Nepoužívaná zařízení uchovávejte mimo dosah
dětí a osob, které nejsou seznámeny se zařízením
nebo návodem k obsluze. Zařízení jsou nebezpečná
v rukou nezkušených uživatelů.
c) Zařízení udržujte v dobrém technickém stavu.
Kontrolujte před každou prací jeho celkový stav
i jednotlivé díly a ujistěte se, že je vše v dobrém
stavu, a uživateli tak při práci se zařízením nehrozí
žádné nebezpečí. V případě, že zjistíte poškození,
nechte zařízení opravit.
d) Udržujte zařízení mimo dosah dětí.
e) Opravu a údržbu zařízení by měly provádět
pouze kvalikované osoby za výhradního použití
originálních náhradních dílů. Zajistí to bezpečné
používání zařízení.
f) Pro zachování navržené mechanické integrity
zařízení neodstraňujte předem namontované kryty
nebo neuvolňujte šrouby.
g) Při přemisťování zařízení z místa skladování na místo
používání berte v úvahu pracovní zásady bezpečnosti
a ochrany zdraví v rámci přenášení břemena platné
v zemi, ve které se zařízení používá.
h) Zapnuté zařízení nenechávejte bez dozoru.
i) Pravidelně čistěte zařízení, aby nedošlo k trvalému
usazovaní nečistot.
j) Zařízení není hračka. Čištění a údržbu nesmí provádět
děti bez dohledu dospělé osoby.
k) Nezasahujte do zařízení s cílem změnit jeho
parametry nebo konstrukci.
l) Udržujte zařízení mimo zdroje ohně a tepla.
m) Při provozu zařízení se vyskytují vibrace a opakující
se činnosti, které mohou být škodlivé pro ruce
a ramena uživatele.
n) Uživatel a stroj by měli být: ve stabilní poloze a na
rovném terénu. Zajistěte, aby se stroj během práce
a po dobu, kdy je ponechán bez dozoru, nepřeklopil,
nesklouzl nebo nespadl.
o) Před použitím zařízení v blízkosti výkopu se ujistěte,
že stěny výkopu jsou stabilní a pod vlivem vibrací
nespadnou.
p) Zajistěte, aby v oblasti, která má být zhutněna,
nebyly: elektrické kabely, plynové, vodovodní
nebo jiné přípojky, které by mohly být poškozeny
vibracemi.
q) Nevstupujte na zařízení během provozu nebo
i pokud se nepoužívá.
r) Uklouznutí, klopýtnutí a pád jsou hlavní příčinou
vážného zranění nebo smrti. Dejte pozor na
nerovnoměrné nebo kluzké pracovní plochy. Při
práci v blízkosti nechráněných otvorů nebo výkopů
buďte opatrní.
s) Při práci s horkou asfaltovou směsí používejte
vhodný ochranný oděv a obuv.
POZNÁMKA! I když zařízení bylo navrženo tak, aby
bylo bezpečné, tedy má vhodné bezpečnostní prvky,
tak i přes použití dodatečné ochrany uživatelem při
práci se zařízením nadále existuje malé riziko úrazu
nebo poranění. Doporučuje se zachovat opatrnost
a zdravý rozum při jeho používání.
3. ZÁSADY POUŽÍVÁNÍ
Zařízení se používá pro zhutnění podkladu a pro vyhlazení
povrchu přenosem vibrací vibrační deskou, jejíž výkon
je generován spalovacím motorem. Stroj je vhodný pro
vyhlazování povrchů, jako jsou zemina, sedimenty, plážové
a písčité povrchy nebo pro povrchovou úpravu asfaltových
nebo dlažebních povrchů. Zařízení se používá pro práce
související s/se:
• zhutňováním příkopů,
• zemními pracemi,
• pracemi na silnici,
• krajinářskou architekturou,
• pokládáním cihel,

POZOR! Stroj může mít potíže s pohybem vpřed (dopředu
a dozadu – MSW-RPLAT25) na půdě s vysokým obsahem
vody (např. jíl, bahno) a může mít problémy s vyrovnáváním
půdy obsahující velké kameny (v důsledku nedostatečné
zhutňovací síly). Proto není pro takové použití vhodný. Stroj
se používá hlavně pro zhutňování rovných povrchů, není
však účinný pro práce vyžadující velké zhutnění.
Odpovědnost za veškeré škody vzniklé v důsledku
použití zařízení v rozporu s určením nese uživatel.
3.1. PŘÍPRAVA K PRÁCI
Před zahájením práce:
• Ujistěte se, že z přístroje byly odstraněny všechny
nečistoty, ucpávky, zbytečné matice nebo kryty
atd. Zvláštní pozornost je třeba věnovat povrchu
tlačítka vibrační desky a oblasti sousedící se vstupem
vzduchu do motoru, karburátoru a vzduchového
ltru.
• Zkontrolujte upevnění všech vrutů a šroubů a řádně
je dotáhněte. Uvolněné vruty a šrouby mohou
přístroj poškodit.
• Zkontrolujte, zda je klínový řemen správně napnutý.
Normální vzdálenost mezi řemeny, když jsou
stlačeny ve střední poloze mezi oběma koly, by měla
být přibližně 10-15 mm (1/2 palce).
POZNÁMKA: V případě nadměrné vůle pásu se může
snížit síla nárazu nebo mohou nastat nepravidelné
vibrace, což může způsobit poškození stroje.
• Zkontrolujte hladinu motorového oleje (A -
maximální hladina, B - minimální hladina), a pokud je
hladina motorového oleje nízká, doplňte ji otvorem
po vytažení olejové měrky (C) (viz obrázek I).
f) Výfukové plyny motoru obsahují jedovatý oxid
uhelnatý. Pobyt v prostředí s obsahem oxidu
uhelnatého může vést k bezvědomí nebo ke smrti.
Nezapínejte motor zařízení v uzavřeném prostoru.
g) Chraňte motor před teplem, jiskrami a plamenem.
h) Benzín je velmi hořlavý a výbušný. Před doplňováním
paliva je třeba motor vypnout a ochladit.
i) Upozornění! Při použití nesprávného paliva hrozí
riziko poškození motoru.
j) Zajistěte, aby všichni uživatelé byli seznámeni
s návodem k použití, porozuměli mu a dodržovali jej.
k) Nesprávné nebo neopatrné používání zařízení může
způsobit vážné zranění.
l) Před každým čištěním, seřízením, výměnou
příslušenství a v případě, že zařízení nepoužíváte,
vypněte motor a vyčkejte, až zařízení zcela vychladne.
m) Nedotýkejte se pohyblivých částí nebo příslušenství,
pokud není motor vypnut a ponechán k vychladnutí.
n) Udržujte části těla mimo pohybující se a rotující části,
v případě kontaktu mohou způsobit zranění.
o) Nepoužívejte stroj, pokud nejsou namontovány
všechny ochranné kryty.
p) Nezvyšujte otáčky motoru bez zatížení nad 3 500
ot/min. Jakékoli zvýšení může způsobit zranění
a poškození zařízení.
q) Dávejte pozor, abyste se nedotýkali tlumiče nebo
jiných prvků, které se během provozu zahřívají – hrozí
těžké popáleniny.
r) Zajistěte, aby byl benzín skladován pouze
v certikovaných nádobách (např. kanystrech).
s) Nedoplňujte palivo v blízkosti zdrojů jisker,
otevřeného ohně nebo hořících cigaret.
t) Před doplňováním hladiny paliva zastavte motor.
Nikdy nedoplňujte benzín, pokud je motor v chodu
nebo je stále horký. V opačném případě může dojít
k vznícení rozlitého nebo odpařovaného paliva z jisker
motoru nebo tepla tlumiče.
u) Nepřeplňujte palivovou nádrž a vyvarujte se rozlití
benzínu při doplňování paliva. Rozlitý benzín nebo
benzínové výpary se mohou vznítit. Pokud dojde
k rozlití, před spuštěním motoru se ujistěte, že je
oblast suchá.
v) Po doplnění paliva se ujistěte, že víčko palivové nádrže
je řádně našroubováno.
w) Nepoužívejte motor ani netankujte palivo v uzavřeném
prostoru bez řádného větrání.
x) Nepoužívejte stroj v uzavřených prostorách, tunelech
nebo jiných špatně větraných prostorách, protože
výfukové plyny obsahují smrtící/škodlivé výpary
a plyny. Pokud je použití stroje na takovém místě
nevyhnutelné, musí být zajištěno vhodné odsávání.
y) Během přepravy: Zastavte motor přístroje. Zavřete
a zajistěte uzávěr palivové nádrže a otočte palivový
ventil do polohy „OFF-O“. Před přepravou na velké
vzdálenosti nebo po nerovných silnicích musí být
benzín z palivové nádrže vypuštěn.
z) Uchovávejte hořlavé materiály (benzín, zápalky, slámu
atd.) daleko od výfuku.
2.2. BEZPEČNOST NA PRACOVIŠTI
a) Na pracovišti udržujte pořádek a mějte dobré
osvětlení. Nepořádek nebo špatné osvětlení mohou
vést k úrazům. Buďte předvídaví a sledujte, co se
během práce kolem vás děje. Při práci se zařízením
vždy zachovávejte zdravý rozum.
b) Se zařízením nepracujte ve výbušném prostředí,
například v přítomnosti hořlavých kapalin, plynů
nebo prachu. Zařízení vytváří jiskření, skrze které
může dojít ke vznícení prachu nebo výparů.
c) Pokud zjistíte, že zařízení nepracuje správně, nebo
je poškozeno, ihned jej vypněte a poruchu nahlaste
autorizované osobě.
d) Pokud máte pochybnosti o tom, zda zařízení funguje
správně, kontaktujte servis výrobce.
e) Opravy zařízení může provádět pouze servis výrobce.
Opravy neprovádějte sami!
f) V případě vzniku požáru k hašení zařízení pod
napětím používejte pouze práškové nebo sněhové
hasicí přístroje (CO2).
g) Na pracovišti se nesmí zdržovat děti a nepovolané
osoby. (Nepozornost může způsobit ztrátu kontroly
nad zařízením.)
h) Zařízení používejte v dobře větraných prostorách.
i) Při práci se zařízením vzniká velké množství prachů
a úlomků, chraňte přihlížející osoby proti jejich
škodlivému vlivu.
j) Je třeba pravidelně kontrolovat stav etiket
s bezpečnostními informacemi. V případě, že jsou
nečitelné, je třeba etikety vyměnit.)
k) Návod k obsluze uschovejte za účelem jeho
pozdějšího použití. V případě předánání zařízení
třetím osobám musí být spolu se zařízením předán
rovněž návod k obsluze.
l) Obalový materiál a drobné montážní prvky
uchovávejte na místě nedostupném pro děti.
m) Zařízení mějte v dostatečné vzdálenosti od dětí
a zvířat.
n) Pokud společně s tímto nástrojem používáte nějaké
další nářadí, pak musíte dodržovat také jeho návod
k použití.
PAMATUJTE! Při práci se zařízením chraňte děti
a jiné nepovolané osoby.
2.3. OSOBNÍ BEZPEČNOST
a) Zařízení nepoužívejte, jste-li unaveni nebo pod vlivem
drog, alkoholu nebo léků, které významně snižují
schopnost zařízení ovládat.
b) Zařízení smí obsluhovat fyzicky zdatné osoby, které
s ním umí zacházet, byly příslušně vyškoleny k jeho
obsluze, seznámily se s tímto návodem a byly také
proškoleny v oblasti bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při
práci.
c) Zařízení není určeno k tomu, aby jej používaly osoby
(včetně dětí) s omezenými psychickými, smyslovými
nebo duševními schopnostmi nebo osoby bez
příslušných zkušeností anebo znalostí, ledaže jsou pod
dohledem osoby zodpovědné za jejich bezpečnost
nebo od ní obdržely pokyny, jak zařízení obsluhovat.
d) Při práci se zařízením buďte pozorní, řiďte se zdravým
rozumem. Chvilka nepozornosti při práci může vést
k vážnému úrazu.
e) Používejte osobní ochranné pomůcky vyžadované pro
práci se zařízením, specikované v bodě 1 vysvětlením
symbolů. Používání vhodných, atestovaných osobních
ochranných prostředků snižuje nebezpečí úrazu.
f) Nepřeceňujte své schopnosti. Udržujte stabilní postoj
a rovnováhu po celou dobu práce. To vám umožní
lépe ovládat zařízení v neočekávaných situacích.
g) Nenoste volné oblečení nebo šperky. Vlasy, oděv
a rukavice udržujte v bezpečné vzdálenosti od
rotujících dílů. Volný oděv, šperky nebo dlouhé vlasy
mohou zachytit rotující díly.
t) Toto zařízení je těžké a mělo by být přemísťováno
a umísťováno dvěma osobami, které mají odpovídající
sílu. Používejte držáky nacházející se na stroji
a správnou techniku pro zvedání těžkých předmětů.

Pokyny pro používání:
• Pokud se motor zastaví a znovu se nerozběhne,
zkontrolujte hladinu motorového oleje.
• Používáte-li zařízení k vyrovnání dlažeb, položte na
vibrační desku gumovou podložku.
• Pokud je to možné, místo, které má být zhutněno, by
mělo být předem odstupňováno a vyrovnáno.
• Jako palivo používejte bezolovnatý benzín. Před
použitím zkontrolujte, zda je palivo bez nečistot.
• Při zhutňování asfaltových povrchů se doporučuje
natřít spodní povrch vibrační desky motorovou
naftou. To pomůže zabránit lepení desky na asfalt.
• Vibrační pohyb zajišťuje samohybný provoz. Rukojeť
zařízení by měla být na protější straně vibrační
jednotky (vibrátoru).
• Před zahájením hutnění přesuňte páku regulace
otáček na rukojeti zařízení na maximální nastavení
(ON).
• POZOR! Když zařízení vypínáte, nepohybujte pákou
regulace rychlosti (z polohy HIGH (králík) do polohy
LOW (želva)) pomalu, pohyb musí být energický.
• Vždy udržujte stabilní postoj, aby nedošlo
k uklouznutí a ztrátě kontroly při spouštění nebo
provozu stroje.
3.3. ČIŠTĚNÍ A ÚDRŽBA
a) Po každém čištění je nutno všechny prvky dobře
osušit, než bude zařízení opět použito.
b) Zařízení skladujte na suchém a chladném místě,
chráněném proti vlhkosti a přímému slunečnímu
svitu.
c) Je zakázáno zařízení polévat vodou nebo je do vody
ponořovat.
d) Dávejte pozor, aby se ventilačními otvory
nacházejícími se na krytu zařízení nedostala dovnitř
voda.
e) Ventilační otvory čistěte pomocí štětečku
a stlačeného vzduchu.
f) Pravidelně provádějte revize zařízení a kontrolujte,
zda je technicky způsobilé a není poškozeno.
g) K čištění používejte měkký, vlhký hadřík.
h) Pro minimalizaci opotřebení zařízení olej pravidelně
vyměňujte.
i) Pravidelně kontrolujte napnutí a opotřebení
klínového řemene. V případě potřeby jej upravte
nebo vyměňte.
j) Pravidelně kontrolujte, čistěte anebo vyměňujte
vzduchový ltr motoru, zvláště v prašném prostředí.
k) Pravidelně kontrolujte, čistěte anebo vyměňujte
zapalovací svíčku.
l) Zkontrolujte všechny upevňovací prvky, zda jsou
řádně upevněny, protože stroj je vystaven vibracím.
m) Při dlouhodobém skladování zařízení po práci:
• Důkladně odstraňte palivo z palivového potrubí,
palivové nádrže a karburátoru.
• Po vyjmutí zapalovací svíčky nalijte do válce několik
kapek motorového oleje. Manuálně několikrát
otáčejte motorem, aby se umožnilo naolejování
vnitřku válce.

3. V modelu MSW-RPLAT25: Chcete-li změnit směr
hutnění (dopředu, dozadu), použijte směrovou páku
umístěnou na rukojeti zařízení (obr. XIII):
Ovládání zařízení:
1. Ovládání zařízení směrem dopředu (dopředu
a dozadu – MSW-RPLAT25) probíhá tak, že uchopíte
rukojeť oběma rukama a přesouváte (tlakem)
zařízení po povrchu. Ovládání zařízení do stran:
pohybem rukojeti doprava nebo doleva.
2. Model MSW-RPLAT25: Pokud nastane problém
s pohybem dopředu nebo dozadu, nastavte posuv
pomocí směrové páky.
Vypínání zařízení:
1. NOUZOVÉ VYPNUTÍ – Přepněte vypínač ON/OFF do
polohy „OFF“ (XV).
2. NORMÁLNÍ VYPNUTÍ – Páku pro regulaci rychlosti
nastavte do polohy nízkých otáček (želva) (XIV) po
dobu 3 až 5 minut. Po vychladnutí motoru přepněte
spínač ON/OFF do polohy „OFF“ (XV) a zavřete ventil
– poloha „0“ pro vypnutí paliva (XVI).

• Ve vibračním zařízení vyměňte olej poprvé po
50 hodinách provozu, podruhé po 100 hodinách
provozu. Další výměny provádějte pravidelně

Použijte olej MOBIL NUTO H68 nebo jiný se stejným
standardem.
• V motoru by měl být používán benzín (92 %
a vyšší). Při plnění palivové nádrže se ujistěte, že je
nainstalován palivový ltr.
Montáž kol:
• Model MSW-FPLAT20:
Pomocí šroubů (obr. II) přišroubujte rám kol k tělu přístroje.
• Model MSW-RPLAT25:
Pod zvednutou vibrační desku vsuňte rám kol (obr. III) a kolík
rámu vložte do otvoru ve středu okraje vibrační desky (obr. IV).
3.2. PRÁCE SE ZAŘÍZENÍM
Spuštění motoru:
1. Přepněte vypínač ON/OFF ve směru hodinových
ručiček do polohy "I" (ON) (obr. II).
2. Otevřete palivový ventil (posuňte ventil doprava do
polohy „OPEN-I“) (obr. VI).
3. Posuňte páku regulace rychlosti z 1/3 na ½ polohy
vysoké rychlosti (obr. VII).
4. Zavřete páčku sytiče (posun doleva).
POZOR! Pokud je motor teplý nebo je vysoká okolní
teplota, otevřete páku sytiče do poloviny nebo ji
zcela otevřete. Pokud je motor studený nebo je
okolní teplota nízká, páku sytiče zcela uzavřete (obr.
VIII).
5. Pomalu táhněte za startovací šňůru, dokud nepocítíte
odpor. To je bod „komprese“. Vraťte rukojeť zpět
do původní polohy a pak ji rychle potáhněte.
Nevytahujte šňůru až do konce. Po nastartování
motoru stále držte rukojeť a nechte startovací šňůru
pomalu vrátit do původní polohy (obr. IX).

Ovládání páky rychlosti:
1. Když se motor zahřívá, postupně posuňte páčku
sytiče doprava – otevřená poloha (obr. X).
2. Posuňte páku řízení rychlosti prudce doprava,
z polohy LOW (želva) do polohy HIGH (králík). Když
otáčky motoru dosáhnou přibližně 2 300 –2 600 ot/
min., zapne se odstředivá spojka.
POZOR! Páku řízení rychlosti neuvolňujte pomalu
(z polohy "OFF" do polohy "ON"). Pokud se otáčky
motoru zvyšují příliš pomalu, je možné, že spojka
sklouzne. (Obr. XI a XII.)

Periodická kontrola a servis zařízení:
1. Každý den:
A. Odstraňte nečistoty ze zařízení, například bláto,
špínu apod.
B. Vyčistěte spodní stranu vibrační desky, abyste
zabránili hromadění nečistot.
C. Zkontrolujte vzduchový ltr a v případě potřeby
jej vyčistěte nebo vyměňte.
D. Zkontrolujte dotažení všech matic, vrutů
a šroubů a podle potřeby je dotáhněte.
E. Zkontrolujte a doplňte hladinu oleje v motoru.
F. Zkontrolujte antivibrační gumové úchyty,
zda nejsou opotřebované nebo poškozené,
a v případě potřeby je vyměňte.
2. Jednou týdně:
A. Zkontrolujte hladinu oleje ve vibrační jednotce
(vibrátoru) zařízení. V případě potřeby je
vyměňte.
• Zařízení umístěte vodorovně na rovný povrch.
Ujistěte se, že zařízení je při kontrole oleje ve
vibrační jednotce v rovině.
B. Zkontrolujte a vyčistěte vzduchový ltr (obr.
XVII): Znečištěné součásti vzduchového ltru
mohou způsobit potíže při startování, ztrátu
výkonu, poruchu motoru a podstatně zkrátit
životnost motoru. Vzduchový ltr udržujte čistý.
• Polyuretanová pěna (D):
Vyjměte polyuretanovou
pěnu a omyjte ji
petrolejem. Pak se nasytí
směsí 3 dílů petroleje
a 1 dílu motorového oleje.
Vyždímejte ji, abyste
odstranili směs. Vložte pěnu
zpět do vzduchového ltru.
• Dvojitě strukturovaná
polyuretanová pěna (E):
Vyjměte polyuretanovou
pěnu a omyjte ji
petrolejem. Pak se nasytí
směsí 3 dílů petroleje
a 1 dílu motorového oleje.
Přebytečný olej vytřepejte.
C. Vyjměte zapalovací svíčku, vyčistěte a nastavte
vzdálenost zapalovací svíčky na 0,6–0,7 mm
(0,02–0,03 palce). V případě potřeby vyměňte
svíčku (obr. XVIII).
D. Vypusťte motorový olej a nahraďte jej novým
olejem (obr. XIX).
POZNÁMKA: Když je motor nový, první výměna
oleje by měla být provedena po 20 hodinách
provozu a olejová nádrž by měla být před
opětovným spuštěním doplněna.

Soyez prudent lorsque vous travaillez à proximité de
trous ou d'excavations non protégés.
s) Portez des vêtements et des chaussures de
protection appropriés pour travailler avec des
mélanges bitumineux chauds.
t) Cette unité est lourde et doit être déplacée et
positionnée par deux personnes fortes. Utilisez les
poignées de la machine et les bonnes techniques
pour soulever des pièces lourdes.

approprié pour l'utilisation de l'appareil,
conformément aux indications faites dans le
tableau des symboles, au point 1. L'utilisation de
l'équipement de protection individuel adéquat
certié réduit le risque de blessures.
f) Ne surestimez pas vos capacités. Adoptez toujours
une position de travail stable vous permettant de
garder l'équilibre. Vous aurez ainsi un meilleur
contrôle en cas de situations inattendues.
g) Ne portez ni vêtements amples ni bijoux. Tenez vos
cheveux, vos vêtements et vos gants à l'écart des
pièces mobiles. Les vêtements amples, les bijoux et
les cheveux longs peuvent être happés par les pièces
mobiles.
h) Avant de démarrer l'appareil, enlevez tous les outils
de réglage et toutes les clés utilisées. La présence
d'objet au niveau des pièces en rotation peut causer
des dommages et des blessures.
i) Le port d'équipements de protection des yeux, des
oreilles et des voies respiratoires est recommandé.
j) Cet appareil n'est pas un jouet. Les enfants doivent
demeurer sous la supervision d’un adulte an qu’ils
ne jouent pas avec l’appareil.
2.4. UTILISATION SÉCURITAIRE DE L'APPAREIL
a) N’utilisez pas l’appareil si l’interrupteur MARCHE/
ARRÊT ne fonctionne pas correctement. Les appareils
qui ne peuvent pas être contrôlés à l'aide d'un
interrupteur sont dangereux et doivent être réparés.
b) Les outils qui ne sont pas en cours d'utilisation
doivent être mis hors de portée des enfants et des
personnes qui ne connaissent ni l'appareil, ni le
manuel d'utilisation s'y rapportant. Entre les mains
de personnes inexpérimentées, ce genre d'appareils
peut représenter un danger.
c) Maintenez l'appareil en parfait état de marche. Avant
chaque utilisation, vériez l’absence de dommages
en général et au niveau des pièces mobiles (assurez-
vous qu’aucune pièce ni composant n’est cassé et
vériez que rien ne compromet le fonctionnement
sécuritaire de l’appareil). En cas de dommages,
l’appareil doit impérativement être envoyé en
réparation avant d’être utilisé de nouveau.
d) Tenez l'appareil hors de portée des enfants.
b) Pendant le fonctionnement, le moteur devient très
chaud. Ne touchez pas le moteur chaud, car cela peut
provoquer des brûlures.
c) Avant d‘allumer l‘appareil, ajoutez de l‘huile jusqu‘au
niveau approprié. Si le niveau d‘huile est trop bas, le
moteur ne démarrera pas ou pourra s‘éteindre.
d) Les fuites d‘huile doivent être signalées aux services
appropriés ou être conformes aux exigences légales
en vigueur dans la zone d‘utilisation.
e) Danger! Menace pour la santé et risque d‘explosion
du moteur à combustion interne.
f) Les gaz d‘échappement du moteur contiennent du
monoxyde de carbone, une substance toxique. La
présence de monoxyde de carbone peut entraîner la
perte de connaissance et même la mort. Ne faites pas
tourner le moteur dans les pièces fermées.
g) Protégez le moteur contre la chaleur, les étincelles et
les ammes.
h) L‘essence est hautement inammable et explosive.
Avant de faire le plein, le moteur doit être éteint et
froid.
i) Attention! Utiliser le mauvais carburant risque
d‘endommager le moteur.
j) Assurez-vous que tous les utilisateurs ont lu, compris
et suivi le mode d’emploi.
k) L’utilisation incorrecte ou imprudente de l’appareil
peut causer des blessures graves.
l) Avant chaque nettoyage, réglage, remplacement
des accessoires et aussi si l’appareil n’est pas utilisé,
arrêtez le moteur et refroidissez l’appareil.
m) Ne touchez pas des pièces ou éléments mobiles
à moins que le moteur a été arrêté et refroidi.
n) Gardez les parties du corps éloignées des pièces
mobiles et tournantes pour éviter les blessures.
o) N’utilisez pas la machine sans boucliers de protection
installés.
p) N’augmentez pas la vitesse de rotation du moteur sans
une charge supérieure à 3500 tr/min. Toute croissance
peut causer des blessures ainsi qu’endommager l’outil.
q) Lorsque le moteur est chaud, veuillez à ne pas toucher
l’amortisseur ou d’autres éléments qui se réchauent
pendant le travail. Cela peut causer de graves brûlures.
r) Assurez-vous que l’essence est conservée dans les
récipients certiés (p.ex. bidons).
s) Ne faites pas le plein près des sources d’étincelles, de
ammes nues ou de cigarettes allumées.
t) Arrêtez le moteur avant de faire le plein. Ne faites
jamais le plein d’essence lorsque le moteur est en
marche ou s’il est chaud. Sinon, le carburant renversé
ou en évaporation peut s’enammer à cause des
étincelles du moteur ou de la chaleur d’amortisseur.
u) Ne remplissez pas trop le réservoir du carburant
et évitez de renverser l’essence en faisant le
plein. L’essence renversée ou les vapeurs peuvent
s’enammer. En cas de déversement, assurez-vous
que l’espace est sec, avant de démarrer le moteur.
v) Après le ravitaillement, assurez-vous que le bouchon
du réservoir de carburant est bien vissé.
w) Ne jamais faites fonctionner le moteur et ne faites pas
le plein d’essence dans un endroit fermé sans aération
approprié.
x) Évitez la mise en marche de machine dans les
endroits fermés, tunnels ou d’autres endroits mal
ventilés, parce que les vapeurs contiennent des gaz
et fumées mortels/nocifs. S’il est inévitable d’utiliser la
machine dans l’endroit de ce type, assurez-vous que
l’extraction des gaz d’échappement est convenable.
y) Pendant le transport: arrêtez le moteur. Resserrez et
xez le bouchon du réservoir de carburant et fermez
le robinet de carburant en position « OFF-O ». Avant
le transport de longues distances ou sur des routes
cahoteuses, vidangez l’essence du réservoir de
carburant.
z) Gardez les matières inammables (essence,
allumettes, paille, etc.) loin de l’échappement des
vapeurs.
2.2. SÉCURITÉ AU POSTE DE TRAVAIL
a) Veillez à ce que votre poste de travail soit toujours
propre et bien éclairé. Le désordre ou un éclairage
insusant peuvent entraîner des accidents. Soyez
prévoyant, observez les opérations et faites preuve
de bon sens lorsque vous utilisez l’appareil.
b) N'utilisez pas l'appareil dans les zones à risque
d'explosion, par exemple à proximité de liquides,
de gaz ou de poussières inammables. Certains
appareils peuvent produire des étincelles
susceptibles d’enammer la poussière et les vapeurs.
c) En cas de dommages ou de mauvais fonctionnement,
l’appareil doit être mis hors tension immédiatement
et la situation doit être rapportée à une personne
compétente.
d) En cas d’incertitude quant au fonctionnement
correct de l’appareil, contactez le service client du
fabricant.
e) Seul le service du fabricant peut eectuer des
réparations. Ne tentez aucune réparation par vous-
même!
f) En cas de feu ou d’incendie, utilisez uniquement des
extincteurs à poudre ou au dioxyde de carbone (CO2)
pour étouer les ammes sur l’appareil.
g) Aucun enfant ni personne non autorisée ne doit se
trouver sur les lieux de travail. (Le non-respect de
cette consigne peut entraîner la perte de contrôle
sur l'appareil).
h) Utilisez l'équipement dans un endroit bien aéré.
i) Durant le fonctionnement, l'appareil produit de
la poussière et de la saleté. Les personnes qui
n'utilisent pas l'appareil doivent être protégées
contre les eets néfastes de celui-ci.
j) Vériez régulièrement l'état des autocollants portant
des informations de sécurité. S’ils deviennent
illisibles, remplacez-les.
k) Conservez le manuel d’utilisation an de pouvoir
le consulter ultérieurement. En cas de cession de
l’appareil à un tiers, l’appareil doit impérativement
être accompagné du manuel d’utilisation.
l) Tenez les éléments d’emballage et les pièces de
xation de petit format hors de portée des enfants.
m) Tenez l’appareil hors de portée des enfants et des
animaux.
n) Lors de l’utilisation combinée de cet appareil avec
d’autres outils, respectez également les consignes se
rapportant à ces outils.
2.3. SÉCURITÉ DES PERSONNES
a) N'utilisez pas l'appareil lorsque vous êtes fatigué,
malade, sous l'eet de drogues ou de médicaments
et que cela pourrait altérer votre capacité à utiliser
l'appareil.
ATTENTION! Bien que l'appareil ait été conçu en
accordant une attention spéciale à la sécurité et qu'il
comporte des dispositifs de protection, ainsi que des
caractéristiques de sécurité supplémentaires, il n’est
pas possible d’exclure entièrement tout risque de
blessure lors de son utilisation. Nous recommandons
de faire preuve de prudence et de bon sens lorsque
vous utilisez l’appareil.
3. CONDITIONS D’UTILISATION
L’appareil sert à compacter le sol et lisser la surface en
transmettant les vibrations à travers une plaque vibrante
dont la puissance est générée par le moteur à combustion.
La machine peut lisser les surfaces comme la terre, les
sédiments, les plages, les surfaces sableuses ou pour la
nition des surfaces asphaltées ou pavées. L’appareil est
utilisé pour les travaux liés à:

Fonctionnement du levier de vitesse:
1. Au fur et à mesure que le moteur chaue, déplacez
progressivement le levier d'aspiration vers l'extrême
droite - position ouverte (Fig. X).
2. Par un mouvement vigoureux déplacez le levier de
commande de vitesse à droit de la position LOW
(tortue) à la position HIGH (lapin). Lorsque la vitesse
du moteur atteint env. 2300-2600 PRM, l'embrayage
centrifuge s'enclenche.
ATTENTION! Ne déplacez pas le levier de commande
de vitesse (de la position OFF à la position ON)
lentement. Si la vitesse du moteur augmente trop
lentement, l'embrayage peut glisser. (Fig. XI, XII)

3. Pour changer la direction du mouvement de
compactage (avant, arrière) dans le modèle MSW-
RPLAT25, utilisez le levier de direction qui se trouve
sur la poignée d'appareil (Fig. XIII):
Conduite de l’appareil:
1. Commande de l'appareil vers l'avant (avant et
arrière - MSW-RPLAT25 ) doit se faire en saisissant
la poignée avec les deux mains et en déplaçant (en
poussant) l'appareil sur le sol. Conduite latérale de la
machine: en déplaçant la poignée latéralement vers
la droite ou vers la gauche.
2. Modèle MSW-RPLAT25: En cas de problème de
déplacement vers l'avant ou vers l'arrière, réglez
l'avance à l'aide du levier de direction.
Pour éteindre l’appareil:
1. ARRÊT D'URGENCE - Tournez l’interrupteur ON/OFF
à la position OFF (Fig. XV)
2. ARRÊT NORMAL - Tournez le levier de commande
de vitesse à la position de basse vitesse (tortue) (Fig.
XIV) pour 3 à 5 minutes. Après le refroidissement du
moteur, tournez l’interrupteur ON/OFF à la position
OFF (Fig. XV) et fermez r la vanne, position "0", en
coupant le carburant (XVI).

ATTENTION! La machine peut avoir des dicultés à se
déplacer en l’avant ( en avant et en arrière - MSW-RPLAT25)
sur le sol à forte teneur en eau (p. ex. argile, vase) et des
dicultés à niveler le sol avec de gros cailloux (en raison
d'une force de compactage insusante). La machine n'est
pas adaptée à cette application. L’appareil est principalement
utilisé pour le compactage de surfaces planes, mais pas pour
des travaux nécessitant un compactage important..
L’utilisateur porte l’entière responsabilité pour
l’ensemble des dommages attribuables à un usage
inapproprié.
3.1. PRÉPARATION À L'UTILISATION
Avant de commencer le travail:
• Assurez-vous que tous les impuretés, obturations,
écrous ou plaquettes inutiles, etc. ont été supprimés
de l’appareil. Faites une attention particulière
à la surface de la pression de la plaque vibrante et
à l’espace adjacente à l’entrée d’air du moteur, du
carburateur et du ltre à l’air.
• Vériez si tous les vis et boulons sont bien serrés.
Des vis et boulons desserrés peuvent endommager
l'appareil.
• Vériez que la courroie trapézoïdale est correctement
tendue. La distance normale entre les courroies
lorsqu'elles sont comprimées en position médiane
entre les deux roues doit être d'environ 10-15 mm
(1/2 de puce).
ATTENTION: En cas de jeu excessif de la courroie, la
force d'impact ou les vibrations irrégulières peuvent
être réduites, ce qui endommage la machine.
• Vériez le niveau de l’huile moteur (A-niveau maximal,
B-niveau minimal), si le niveau de l’huile moteur est
bas, remplissez-le par l'ouverture après l'extraction de
la jauge d'huile (C) (Fig.).
Selon le tableau suivant, utilisez l’huile moteur convenable.

• Dans le moteur, utilisez l’essence (92% et plus). Lors
du remplissage du réservoir de carburant, assurez-
vous qu'un ltre à carburant est installé.
Montage des roues:
• Modèle MSW-FPLAT20:
Vissez le cadre de roue au corps de la machine à l'aide des
vis de xation. (Fig. II).
• Modèle MSW-RPLAT25:
Glissez le cadre de roue (Fig. III) sous la plaque vibrante
relevée et insérez l'axe du cadre de roue dans le trou au
centre de la plaque vibrante. (Fig. IV).
3.2. UTILISATION DE L'APPAREIL
Mise en marche du moteur:
1. Tournez l’interrupteur ON/OFF dans le sens des
aiguilles d'une montre jusqu'à la position "I". (ON)
(Fig. II)
2. Ouvrez la valve du carburat (déplacer vers la position
la plus à droite jusqu'à la position "OPEN-I"). (Fig. VI)
3. Déplacez le levier de commande de vitesse de 1/3
à ½ de la distance de la position haute vitesse. (Fig.
VII)
4. Fermez le levier d'aspiration (déplacez vers la
position la plus à gauche).
ATTENTION: Lorsque le moteur est chaud ou
la température de l’environnement est élevée,
ouvrez le levier d'aspiration à moitié ou le laissez
complètement ouvert. Lorsque le moteur est froid ou
a température de l’environnement est basse, fermez
complètement le levier d'aspiration. (Fig. VIII)
5. Tirez lentement la poignée de la corde du démarreur
jusqu'à ce que vous sentiez une résistance. C'est le
point de "compression". Remettez la poignée dans
sa position d'origine, puis la tirez à nouveau d'un
mouvement rapide. Ne tirez pas le corde jusqu'au
bout. Après avoir démarré le moteur, en tenant
toujours la poignée, laissez la corde du démarreur
revenir lentement à sa position initiale. (Fig. IX)

• La première vidange de l'ensemble vibrant doit être
eectuée après 50 heures de service, la deuxième
après 100 heures de service. Procédez à des vidanges
ultérieures tous les mois ou toutes les 200 heures de
service.

ATTENTION: Lorsque le moteur est neuf,
eectuez la première vidange d'huile après
20 heures de fonctionnement et remplissez le
réservoir d'huile avant de redémarrer.

3. Une fois par mois:
A. Changez l'huile dans l'ensemble vibrant.
• Lors de la vidange de l'unité vibrante (F),
dévisser le bouchon de vidange (G) et incliner
l'unité pour vidanger l'huile (Fig. XX). Rappelez-
vous que l'huile s'écoulera plus facilement
lorsqu'elle est chaude.

Mode d'emploi:
• Si le moteur s'arrête et ne redémarre pas, vériez le
niveau d'huile moteur.
• Lors de l'utilisation du dispositif de nivellement des
pavés, poser un tapis en caoutchouc sur la plaque
vibrante.
• Si possible, l'espace à compacter doit être nivelé et
aligné au préalable.
• Comme carburant utilisez l'essence sans plomb.
Assurez-vous que le carburant n'est pas contaminé
avant de l'utiliser.
• Lors du compactage des surfaces asphaltées, il
est recommandé de peindre la surface inférieure
de la plaque vibrante avec du gazole. Cela aidera
à empêcher la plaque de coller à l'asphalte.
• Le mouvement vibratoire permet une action
automotrice. La poignée de l'appareil doit se trouver
du côté opposé de l'unité vibrante (vibrateur).
• Avant le début compactage, tournez le levier de
commande de vitesse sur la poignée de l'appareil
sur la position maximale (ON).
• ATTENTION! Ne déplacez pas lentement le levier de
commande de vitesse (de la position HGH (lapin)
à la position LOW (tortue) lorsque vous arrêtez la
machine, le mouvement doit être vigoureux.
• Maintenez toujours une position sable an de ne pas
glisser et de ne pas perdre le contrôle lors de la mise
en marche ou de l'utilisation de la machine.
3.3. NETTOYAGE ET ENTRETIEN
a) Laissez bien sécher tous les composants après
chaque nettoyage avant de réutiliser l’appareil.
b) Conservez l'appareil dans un endroit propre, frais et
sec, à l'abri de l'humidité et des rayons directs du
soleil.
c) Il est interdit d’asperger l'appareil d'eau ou de
l'immerger dans l'eau.
d) Évitez que de l’eau ne pénètre à l’intérieur de
l’appareil par l’intermédiaire des orices de
ventilation du boîtier.
e) Nettoyez les orices de ventilation à l'aide d'un
pinceau et d'air comprimé.
f) Contrôlez régulièrement l'appareil pour vous assurer
qu'il fonctionne correctement et ne présente aucun
dommage.
g) Il est conseillé de laver l’appareil uniquement avec un
chion mou et humide.
h) Changez régulièrement l'huile pour minimiser
l'usure.
i) Vériez régulièrement la tension et l'usure de la
courroie trapézoïdale. Ajuster ou remplacer si
nécessaire.
j) Vériez, nettoyez et/ou remplacez régulièrement le
ltre à l’air du moteur, surtout si le travail est eectué
dans des environnements poussiéreux.
k) Vériez, nettoyez et/ou remplacez régulièrement la
bougie d’allumage.

l) Vériez que tous les adaptateurs de serrage sont
correctement serrés, car la machine est soumise
à des vibrations.
m) En cas de stockage prolongé de la machine après le
travail:
• Enlevez soigneusement le carburant de la conduite
de carburant, du réservoir de carburant et du
carburateur.
• Après avoir retiré la bougie, verser quelques
gouttes d'huile moteur dans le cylindre. Tournez
manuellement le moteur plusieurs fois pour que
l'intérieur du cylindre soit recouvert d'huile.
n) Nettoyez la surface extérieure de l'appareil avec un
chion humide. Stocker l'appareil couvert dans un
endroit sec.
Contrôle périodique et entretien de la machine:
1. Tous les jours:
A. Enlevez les contaminants de la machine tels que
la boue, la saleté, etc.
B. Nettoyez le fond de la plaque vibrante pour
éviter l'accumulation de saleté.
C. Vériez le ltre à air et le nettoyez ou le
remplacez si nécessaire.
D. Vériez le serrage de tous les écrous et boulons,
resserrez si nécessaire.
E. Vériez et remplissez le niveau d'huile moteur.
F. Vérier si les supports antivibratoires en
caoutchouc sont usés ou endommagés et les
remplacez si nécessaire.
2. Une fois par semaine
A. Vériez le niveau de l’huile dans l’ensemble
vibrante (vibrateur) de l’appareil. Remplacez si
nécessaire.
• Posez l'appareil horizontalement sur une
surface plane. Assurez-vous que l'appareil est
de niveau lorsque vous vériez l'huile dans le
vibrateur.
B. Vériez et nettoyez le ltre à l’air. (Fig. XVII):
Des éléments de ltre à air sales peuvent
causer des dicultés au démarrage, une perte
de puissance, un mauvais fonctionnement du
moteur et réduire considérablement la durée
de vie du moteur. Gardez le ltre à air propre.

a) Non fumare vicino al dispositivo poiché contiene
sostanze combustibili.
b) Il motore si riscalda molto durante il funzionamento.
Non toccare il motore caldo perché potrebbe
causare ustioni.
AVVERTENZA!Quando si lavora con questo
dispositivo, i bambini e le persone non coinvolte
devono essere protetti.
c) Prima di accendere il dispositivo, aggiungere olio
al livello appropriato. Se il livello dell‘olio è troppo
basso, il motore non si avvia o potrebbe spegnersi.
d) L‘olio di esercizio che fuoriesce dal dispositivo deve
essere segnalato ai servizi competenti o essere
conforme ai requisiti legali applicabili nell‘area di
utilizzo.
e) Pericolo! Pericolo per la salute e rischio di esplosione
del motore a causa di combustione interna.
f) Il monossido di carbonio tossico è presente nei fumi
di scarico del motore. La permanenza in un ambiente
contenente il monossido di carbonio può portare alla
perdita di coscienza e persino alla morte. Non avviare
il motore in una stanza chiusa.
g) Proteggere il motore da calore, scintille e amme.
h) La benzina è molto inammabile ed esplosiva. Prima
di eettuare il rifornimento, il motore deve essere
spento e rareddato.
i) Attenzione! Rischio di danni al motore a causa di
combustibile improprio.
j) Assicurarsi che tutti gli operatori abbiano letto
e compreso le istruzioni del manuale e le osservino.
k) Negligenza o improprio utilizzo della macchina
possono causare gravi danni.
l) Prima di ogni pulizia, regolazione, sostituzione
di accessori e anche quando la macchina non
viene usata, spegnere il motore e far rareddare
completamente la macchina.
m) Non toccare le parti né gli accessori in movimento,
a meno che il motore non sia spento e lasciato
rareddare.
n) Mantenere le parti del corpo lontano dai componenti
rotanti o in movimento, l’eventuale contatto potrebbe
causare lesioni.
o) Non utilizzare la macchina senza tutte le protezioni
montate.
p) Non far aumentare il regime del motore senza
carico oltre i 3500 giri/ min. Tale aumento potrebbe
comportare danni al corpo e alla macchina.
q) Fare attenzione a non toccare la marmitta né altre
parti che si riscaldano durante il funzionamento,
quando il motore è caldo – possono causare gravi
ustioni.
r) Assicurarsi che la benzina sia conservata solo in
contenitori certicati (p.es. canister).
s) Non eettuare il rifornimento del carburante in
prossimità di scintille, amme libere o sigarette
accese.
t) Spegnere il motore prima di eettuare il rifornimento
del carburante. Non eettuare mai il rifornimento
quando il motore è acceso o rimasto caldo. In tal caso
il carburante versato o evaporato potrebbe prendere
fuoco con le scintille del motore o con il calore della
marmitta.
u) Non riempire eccessivamente il serbatoio ed evitare
di disperdere la benzina durante il rifornimento. La
benzina versata o i suoi vapori potrebbero prendere
fuoco. Nel caso della dispersione assicurarsi che l’area
sia asciugata prima di avviare il motore.
v) Dopo il rifornimento assicurarsi che il tappo del
serbatoio sia correttamente avvitato.
w) Non adoperare il motore né eettuare il rifornimento
in ambienti chiusi, privi di suciente ventilazione.
x) Evitare di adoperare la macchina in locali chiusi, tunnel
o altri posti non sucientemente ventilati, in quanto
i gas di scarico contengono mortali/ nocivi fumi e gas.
Nel caso in cui la macchina deve essere utilizzata
in tale luogo, è necessario assicurare un’adeguata
aspirazione dei gas di scarico.
y) Durante il trasporto: Spegnere il motore della
macchina. Chiudere e ssare il tappo del serbatoio
del carburante e portare la valvola del carburante
sulla posizione „OFF-O”. Svuotare il serbatoio del
carburante per trasporti a lunga distanza o su terreni
accidentati.
z) Tenere lontano dalla marmitta di scarico materiali
inammabili (benzina, ammiferi, paglia ecc.).
2.2. SICUREZZA SUL LAVORO
a) Mantenere il posto di lavoro pulito e ben illuminato.
Il disordine o una scarsa illuminazione possono
portare a incidenti. Essere sempre prudenti,
osservare che cosa si sta facendo e utilizzare il buon
senso quando si adopera il dispositivo.
b) Non usare il dispositivo all'interno di luoghi
altamente combustibili, per esempio in presenza di
liquidi, gas o polveri inammabili. Il dispositivo può
produrre scintille in presenza di polvere o vapore
inammabili.
c) In presenza di un danno o un difetto, il dispositivo
deve subito essere spento e bisogna avvisare una
persona autorizzata.
d) Se non si è sicuri del corretto funzionamento del
dispositivo, rivolgersi al servizio assistenza del
fornitore.
e) Le riparazioni devono essere eseguite esclusivamente
dal servizio assistenza del produttore. Non eseguire
le riparazioni da soli!
f) In caso di incendio, utilizzare solo estintori a polvere
o ad anidride carbonica (CO2).
g) I bambini e le persone non autorizzate non devono
essere presenti sul posto di lavoro. (La disattenzione
può causare la perdita del controllo sul dispositivo).
h) Utilizzare il dispositivo in una zona ben ventilata.
i) Durante il funzionamento il dispositivo produce
rumore e polvere. Le persone devono essere protette
da possibili danni.
j) Controllare regolarmente lo stato delle etichette
informative di sicurezza. Se le etichette non sono
ben leggibili, devono essere sostituite.
k) Conservare le istruzioni d‘uso per uso futuro. Nel
caso in cui il dispositivo venisse adato a terzi,
consegnare anche queste istruzioni.
l) Tenere gli elementi di imballaggio e le piccole parti
di assemblaggio fuori dalla portata dei bambini.
m) Tenere il dispositivo fuori dalla portata dei bambini
e degli animali.
n) Durante l’impiego del dispositivo in contemporanea
con altri dispositivi, è consigliabile rispettare le altre
istruzioni d’uso.
2.3. SICUREZZA PERSONALE
a) Non è consentito l'uso del dispositivo in uno stato
di aaticamento, malattia, sotto l'inuenza di alcol,
droghe o farmaci, se questi limitano la capacità di
utilizzare il dispositivo.

Attenzione! La macchina può presentare dicoltà di
movimento in avanti (in avanti e indietro - MSW-RPLAT25)
sui terreni ad alto contenuto di acqua (p.es. argilla, limo),
nonché dicoltà di livellamento del terreno contenente
grandi pietre (vista l’insuciente forza di compattazione),
perciò non è adatta a tali utilizzi.
La macchina viene usata soprattutto per costipare le
superci piane, comunque non è ecace per lavori che
richiedono una elevata compattazione.
L'operatore è responsabile di tutti i danni derivanti da
un uso improprio.
3.1. PREPARAZIONE AL FUNZIONAMENTO
Prima di iniziare a lavorare:
• Assicurarsi che eventuali impurità, ostruzioni, dadi
e tappi ecc. non necessari siano stati rimossi dalla
macchina. In particolare controllare la parte inferiore
della piastra vibrante e le zone adiacenti le prese
d’aria del motore, il carburatore e il ltro dell’aria.
• Controllare il ssaggio e il serraggio di tutti i bulloni
e le viti. Un bullone o una vite allentati potrebbero
causare danni alla macchina.
• Controllare la tensione della cinghia di trasmissione.
Normalmente il gioco dovrebbe essere di circa 10-15
mm (1/2 pollice), quando le cinghie sono tese nella
posizione centrale tra le due pulegge.
ATTENZIONE: Se la cinghia non è ben tesa, può
vericarsi una diminuzione della forza d’impatto
o vibrazioni irregolari che potrebbero danneggiare la
macchina.
• Controllare il livello dell’olio motore (A -livello
massimo, B-livello minimo), nel caso che sia troppo
basso rabboccarlo attraverso il foro dell’asta di
controllo (C) (Fig. I).
Usare l’olio motore specico secondo quanto indicato nella
tabella sottostante.

Fissaggio delle ruote:
• Modello MSW-FPLAT20:
Avvitare il telaio delle ruote al corpo della macchina
mediante le viti di ssaggio (Fig. II).
• Modello MSW-RPLAT25:
Inlare sotto la piastra vibrante sollevata il telaio delle ruote
(Fig. III) e inserire il perno del telaio nel foro presente al
centro del bordo della piastra vibrante (Fig. IV).
3.2. LAVORARE CON IL DISPOSITIVO
Avviamento del motore:
1. Girare l’interruttore ON/OFF in senso orario alla
posizione „I” (ON) (Fig. II)
2. Aprire la valvola del carburante (spostarla
completamente sulla destra sulla posizione
„OPEN-I”). (Fig. VI)
3. Spostare la leva dell’acceleratore da 1/3 a ½ della
posizione di alta velocità. (Fig. VII)
4. Chiudere la valvola dell’aria (spostarla
completamente sulla sinistra).
ATTENZIONE! Se il motore è caldo o la temperatura
dell’ambiente è alta, aprire la valvola dell’aria a metà
oppure lasciarla completamente aperta. Se il motore
è freddo o la temperatura dell’ambiente è bassa,
chiudere completamente la valvola dell’aria. (Fig. VIII)
5. Tirare lentamente il manico della fune di avviamento
no a quando non si avverte una resistenza. È il punto
di „compressione”. Riportare il manico nella posizione
iniziale, quindi tirarlo velocemente. Non tirare la fune in
fondo. Dopo aver avviato il motore, tenendo sempre
il manico, rilasciare lentamente la fune facendola
ritornare nella posizione iniziale. (Fig. IX)

• Per il gruppo vibrante cambiare l’olio per la prima
volta dopo 50 ore di funzionamento, cambiarlo la
seconda volta dopo 100 ore di funzionamento. In
seguito cambiare l’olio una volta al mese oppure ogni
200 ore di funzionamento. Usare l’olio MOBIL NUTO
H68 oppure un olio equivalente.
• Per il motore usare la benzina (92% e superiore).
Prima di riempire il serbatoio assicurarsi che vi sia
installato il ltro del carburante.
g) Quando si trasporta e si sposta l'apparecchiatura
dal luogo di deposito al luogo di utilizzo, i requisiti
di sicurezza e di igiene per la movimentazione
manuale devono essere rispettati per il paese in cui
l'apparecchiatura viene utilizzata.
h) Non lasciare il dispositivo incustodito mentre è in
uso.
i) Pulire regolarmente l'apparecchio in modo da
evitare l'accumulo di sporcizia.
j) Questo apparecchio non è un giocattolo! La pulizia
e la manutenzione non devono essere eseguite da
bambini a meno che non siano sotto la supervisione
di un adulto.
k) È vietato intervenire sulla costruzione del dispositivo
per modicare i suoi parametri o la sua costruzione.
l) Tenere dispositivi lontano da fonti di fuoco e calore.
m) Durante l’utilizzo della macchina si vericano
vibrazioni e ripetute azioni che possono essere
nocive alle mani e alle braccia dell’operatore.
n) L’operatore e la macchina devono trovarsi in
posizione stabile e su un terreno piano. Assicurarsi
che la macchina non si ribalti, non slitti né cada
durante il funzionamento, neppure venga lasciata
senza sorveglianza.
o) Prima di mettere in moto la macchina in prossimità
degli scavi assicurarsi che le pareti dello scavo
siano sicure al ne di prevenire frane causate dalle
vibrazioni.
p) Assicurarsi che nell’area che deve essere costipata
non ci siano cavi elettrici sotto tensione, infrastrutture
per la fornitura di gas, acqua e altri servizi di
comunicazione che potrebbero essere danneggiati
dalle vibrazioni.
q) Non salire sulla macchina quando è in uso né
quando è a riposo.
r) Scivolamento, inciampamento o caduta sono causa
principale di gravi lesioni o morte. Fare attenzione
alle superci di lavoro sconnesse o scivolose. Usare
particolare cautela durante il funzionamento in
prossimità di aperture o scavi non protetti.
s) Durante il funzionamento con il conglomerato
bituminoso caldo indossare indumenti adeguati
e scarpe antifortunistiche.
t) Essendo un mezzo pesante, la macchina deve essere
spostata e collocata da due operatori abbastanza
forti. A tale scopo utilizzare le maniglie di trasporto
presenti sulla macchina nonché corrette tecniche di
sollevamento di oggetti pesanti.
b) Il dispositivo deve essere utilizzato solo da personale
adeguatamente istruito, sicamente in grado di
utilizzare il dispositivo e in buona salute, che abbia
letto questo manuale e conosca le normative sulla
sicurezza sul posto di lavoro.
c) Questa macchina non è adatta per essere utilizzata
da persone, bambini compresi, con ridotte capacità
siche, sensoriali o mentali, così come da privi di
adeguata esperienza e/o conoscenze. Si fa eccezione
per coloro i quali siano sorvegliati da un responsabile
qualicato che si prenda carico della loro sicurezza
e abbia ricevuto istruzioni dettagliate al riguardo.
d) Prestare attenzione e usare il buon senso quando si
utilizza il dispositivo. Un momento di disattenzione
durante il lavoro può causare gravi lesioni.
e) Utilizzare dispositivi di protezione individuale
adeguati quando si utilizza il dispositivo,
conformemente alle speciche indicate nella
spiegazione dei simboli al punto 1. L'uso di dispositivi
di protezione individuale adeguati e certicati riduce
il rischio di lesioni.
f) Non sopravvalutare le proprie capacità. Mantenere
l'equilibrio durante il lavoro, in questo modo
è possibile controllare meglio il dispositivo in caso di
situazioni impreviste.
g) Non indossare indumenti larghi o gioielli. Tenere
capelli, indumenti e guanti lontano da parti in
movimento. Vestiti sciolti, gioielli o capelli lunghi
possono impigliarsi nelle parti in movimento.
h) Rimuovere tutti gli strumenti di regolazione o chiavi
prima di accendere il dispositivo. Gli oggetti che
rimangono nelle parti rotanti possono condurre
a danni e lesioni.
i) Si consiglia di utilizzare una protezione per occhi,
orecchie e vie respiratorie.
j) Questo dispositivo non è un giocattolo. I bambini
devono essere sorvegliati anché non giochino con
il prodotto.
2.4. USO SICURO DEL DISPOSITIVO
a) Non utilizzare il dispositivo se l'interruttore ON/
OFF non funziona correttamente (non accendere
o spegnere il dispositivo). I dispositivi con
interruttore difettoso sono pericolosi quindi devono
essere riparati.
b) Gli strumenti inutilizzati devono essere tenuti fuori
dalla portata dei bambini e delle persone che non
hanno familiarità con il dispositivo e le istruzioni
d’uso. Nelle mani di persone inesperte, questo
dispositivo può rappresentare un pericolo.
c) Mantenere il dispositivo in perfette condizioni.
Prima di ogni utilizzo, vericare che non vi siano
danni generali o danni alle parti mobili (frattura
di parti e componenti o altre condizioni che
potrebbero compromettere il funzionamento sicuro
del prodotto). In caso di danni, l'unità deve essere
riparata prima dell'uso.
d) Tenere il dispositivo fuori dalla portata dei bambini.
e) La riparazione e la manutenzione dell'attrezzatura
devono essere eseguite esclusivamente da personale
specializzato qualicato e con pezzi di ricambio
originali. Ciò garantisce la sicurezza durante l'uso.
f) Per garantire l'integrità di funzionamento
dell'apparecchio, i coperchi o le viti installati in
fabbrica non devono essere rimossi.
3. CONDIZIONI D'USO
La macchina serve a eseguire la compattazione del suolo
e a livellamento delle superci attraverso la trasmissione
delle vibrazioni dalla piastra vibrante, la cui potenza viene
generata dal motore a combustione interna.
La macchina è adatta a livellare le superci di p.es. suolo,
terreni sedimentati, spiagge, terreni sabbiosi e a rinire le
pavimentazioni asfaltate o in selciato. La macchina viene
utilizzata per attività legate a:
• Compattazione in fossati,
• Lavori di movimento terra,
ATTENZIONE! Anche se l'apparecchiatura
è stata progettata per essere sicura, sono presenti
degli ulteriori meccanismi di sicurezza. Malgrado
l'applicazione di queste misure supplementari di
sicurezza sussiste comunque il rischio di ferirsi. Si
raccomanda inoltre di usare cautela e buon senso.
