entstehende Risiko auf dem niedrigsten Niveau gehalten

ERLÄUTERUNG DER SYMBOLE
1. ALLGEMEINE BESCHREIBUNG
Diese Anleitung ist als Hilfe für eine sichere und zuverlässige
Nutzung gedacht. Das Produkt wurde strikt nach den
technischen Vorgaben und unter Verwendung modernster
Technologien und Komponenten sowie unter Wahrung der
höchsten Qualitätsstandards entworfen und angefertigt.

TECHNISCHE DATEN
Die Begrie "Gerät" oder "Produkt" in den Warnungen
und Beschreibung des Handbuchs beziehen sich auf
"Steinknacker".
2.1. SICHERHEIT AM ARBEITSPLATZ
a) Halten Sie Ihren Arbeitsplatz sauber und
gut beleuchtet. Unordnung oder schlechte
Beleuchtung kann zu Unfällen führen. Handeln Sie
vorausschauend, beobachten Sie, was getan wird,
und nutzen Sie Ihren gesunden Menschenverstand
bei der Verwendung des Gerätes.
b) Bei Zweifeln, ob das Produkt ordnungsgemäß
funktioniert, oder wenn Schäden festgestellt werden,
wenden Sie sich bitte an den Kundendienst des
Herstellers.
c) Das Produkt darf nur vom Hersteller repariert
werden. Reparieren Sie es nicht selbst!
d) Halten Sie Kinder und Unbefugte fern; Unachtsamkeit
kann zum Verlust der Kontrolle über das Gerät führen
e) Während des Betriebs produziert das Gerät Staub
und Schmutz. Schützen Sie unbeteiligte Personen
vor schädlichen Auswirkungen.
f) Überprüfen Sie regelmäßig den Zustand der
Sicherheitsinformationsaufkleber. Falls die Aufkleber
unleserlich sind, sollten diese erneuert werden.
g) Bewahren Sie die Gebrauchsanleitung für
den weiteren Gebrauch auf. Sollte das Gerät
an Dritte weitergegeben werden, muss die
Gebrauchsanleitung mit ausgehändigt werden.
h) Verpackungselemente und kleine Montageteile
außerhalb der Reichweite von Kindern aufbewahren.
i) Halten Sie das Gerät von Kindern und Tieren fern.
Die originale Anweisung ist die deutschsprachige Fassung.
Sonstige Sprachfassungen sind Übersetzungen aus der
deutschen Sprache.
2. NUTZUNGSSICHERHEIT
HINWEIS!In der vorliegenden Anleitung sind
Beispielbilder vorhanden, die vom tatsächlichen
Aussehen das Produkt abweichen können.
ACHTUNG!Lesen Sie alle Sicherheitshinweise und
alle Anweisungen durch. Die Nichtbeachtung der
Warnungen und Anweisungen kann zu schweren
Verletzungen bis hin zum Tod führen.
HINWEIS!Kinder und Unbeteiligte müssen bei der
Arbeit mit diesem Gerät gesichert werden.
2.2. PERSÖNLICHE SICHERHEIT
a) Es ist nicht gestattet, das Gerät im Zustand der
Ermüdung, Krankheit, unter Einuss von Alkohol,
Drogen oder Medikamenten zu betreiben, wenn das
die Fähigkeit das Gerät zu bedienen, einschränkt.
b) Das Gerät darf nur von körperlich geeigneten
Personen bedient werden, die zu ihrem Benutzen
fähig und entsprechend geschult sind und die
diese Bedienungsanleitung gelesen und verstanden
haben und im Rahmen der Sicherheit und des
Gesundheitsschutzes am Arbeitsplatz geschult
wurden.
c) Seien Sie aufmerksam und verwenden Sie Ihren
gesunden Menschenverstand beim Betreiben
des Gerätes. Ein Moment der Unaufmerksamkeit
während der Arbeit kann zu schweren Verletzungen
führen.
d) Benutzen Sie eine persönliche Schutzausrüstung,
die den in Punkt 1 der Symbolerläuterungen
vorgegebenen Maßgaben entspricht. Die.

TRANSPORT DES GERÄTS
a) Vergewissern Sie sich, dass sich in der Umgebung des
Steinknackers keine Rückstände von bearbeiteten
Werkstücken benden.
b) Lösen Sie die Handgriverriegelung
c) Senken Sie den Handgri in Richtung des
Blockadefußes und legen Sie ihn vorsichtig auf den
Boden.
d) Fassen und heben Sie das Gerät am Blockadefuß und
transportieren Sie es anschließend.
AUSTAUSCH DER SCHNITTMESSER
ACHTUNG! Die Klingen stellen eine Gefahr für den Arbeiter
und Drittpersonen dar. Vor dem Auswechseln senken Sie
die Messer auf die niedrigstmögliche Position.
a) Zum Auswechseln der Schnittmesser die
Schnittmesserhalterung auf beiden Seiten
abschrauben. Verwen-den Sie dazu passende
Bitansätze und einen Schlüssel.
b) Das Schnittmesser sollte nach dem Abschrauben
umgedreht und mit der gebrauchten Kante
entsprechend eingesteckt werden.
c) Nachdem die neue Schnittmesserkante an der
Unterseite platziert wurde, ziehen Sie die Hallterung
des Schnittmessers mit einer Schraube fest zu.
3.4. REINIGUNG UND WARTUNG
a) Lassen Sie nach jeder Reinigung alle Teile gut
trocknen, bevor das Gerät erneut verwendet wird.
b) In Hinblick auf technische Ezienz und zur
Vorbeugung vor Schäden sollte das Gerät regelmäßig
überprüft werden.
c) ACHTUNG! Beim Reinigen und Warten der
Schnittmesser wird höchste Vorsicht geboten.

1) Schrauben Sie den Transportgri an den
Schneidrahmen des Steinknackers
2) Befestigen Sie den Handgri an der
Handgriverschraubung.
3) Schrauben Sie die Handgriverriegelung an den
Rahmen des Steinknackers und sichern Sie diesen ab.
4) Schrauben Sie den Blockadefuß mit Hilfe von
Schrauben und Muttern an den Rahmen des Geräts
und stabi-lisieren Sie die Verbindung.
3.3. ARBEIT MIT DEM GERÄT
ACHTUNG! Vor dem Reinigen oder Einstellen muss sich
der Handgri des Steinknackers in der niedrigsten Position
benden.
a) Positionieren Sie das obere Schnittmesser so, dass es
parallel zur ebenen Oberäche des Werkstücks liegt.
b) Stellen Sie sicher, dass das Schnittmesser über
die gesamte Schneidäche mit dem Material
in Kontakt steht und der Handgri sich auf der
Handgriverriegelung bendet.
c) Ziehen Sie den Regler des Einstellrads fest, damit er
das Werkstück stabilisiert.
d) Reinigen Sie nach dem Schneiden das Schnittmesser
und die Oberäche der Platte vom restlichen
Material.
Schutzmechanismen sowie zusätzlicher
Sicherheitselemente verfügt, besteht bei
der Bedienung eine geringe Unfall- oder
Verletzungsgefahr. Es wird empfohlen, bei der
Nutzung Vorsicht und Vernunft walten zu lassen.
3. NUTZUNGSBEDINGUNGEN
Der Steinknacker ist zum Schneiden von Pastersteinen,
Platten, Kanten, Bordsteinen, Klinkersteinen,
Keramikziegeln, Schamottesteinen bestimmt.
Für alle Schäden bei nicht sachgemäßer Verwendung
haftet allein der Betreiber.

3.2. VORBEREITUNG ZUR VERWENDUNG
ARBEITSSTELLE DES GERÄTES
Das Gerät sollte immer auf einer ebenen, stabilen,
sauberen, feuerfesten und trockenen Oberäche und
außerhalb der Reichweite von Kindern und Personen mit
eingeschränkten geistigen, sensorischen und psychischen
Fähigkeiten verwendet werden.
AUFBAU DES GERÄTES
Verwendung einer geeigneten und zertizierten
Schutzausrüstung verringert das Verletzungsrisiko.
e) Überschätzen Sie Ihre Fähigkeiten nicht. Sorgen Sie
für einen sicheren Stand während der Arbeit. Dies
gibt Ihnen eine bessere Kontrolle über das Gerät im
Falle unerwarteter Situationen.
f) Das Gerät ist kein Spielzeug. Kinder sollten in der
Nähe des Geräts unter Aufsicht stehen, um Unfälle
zu vermeiden.
2.3. SICHERE ANWENDUNG DES GERÄTS
a) Überhitzen Sie das Gerät nicht. Verwenden
Sie nur geeignete Werkzeuge für die jeweilige
Anwendung. Richtig ausgewählte Geräte und der
sorgsame Umgang mit ihnen führen zu besseren
Arbeitsergebnissen.
b) Nicht verwendete Werkzeuge sind außerhalb
der Reichweite von Kindern sowie von Personen
aufzubewahren, welche weder das Gerät noch die
Anleitung kennen. In den Händen unerfahrener
Personen können diese Geräte eine Gefahr darstellen.
c) Halten Sie das Gerät stets in einem einwandfreien
Zustand. Prüfen Sie vor jeder Inbetriebnahme, ob
am Gerät und seinen beweglichen Teilen Schäden
vorliegen (defekte Komponenten oder andere
Faktoren, die den sicheren Betrieb der Maschine
beeinträchtigen könnten). Im Falle eines Schadens
muss das Gerät vor Gebrauch in Reparatur gegeben
werden.
d) Halten Sie das Gerät außerhalb der Reichweite von
Kindern.
e) Reparatur und Wartung von Geräten dürfen
nur von qualiziertem Fachpersonal und mit
Originalersatzteilen durchgeführt werden. Nur
so wird die Sicherheit während der Nutzung
gewährleistet.
f) Um die Funktionsfähigkeit des Gerätes zu
gewährleisten, dürfen die werksmäßig montierten
Abdeckungen oder Schrauben nicht entfernt werden.
g) Beachten Sie bei Transport zwischen Lager und
Bestimmungsort und Handhabung des Gerätes die
Grundsätze für Gesundheits- und Arbeitsschutz des
Landes, in dem das Gerät verwendet wird.
h) Es ist verboten, das Gerät während des Betriebs zu
schieben, umzustellen oder zu drehen.
i) Das Gerät muss regelmäßig gereinigt werden, damit
sich nicht dauerhaft Schmutz festsetzt.
j) Das Gerät ist kein Spielzeug. Kinder sollten in der
Nähe des Geräts unter Aufsicht stehen, um Unfälle
zu vermeiden.
k) Das Gerät ist kein Spielzeug. Reinigung und Wartung
dürfen nicht von Kindern ohne Aufsicht durch eine
erwachsene Person durchgeführt werden.
l) Überlasten Sie das Gerät nicht.
m) Halten Sie Hände und Füße während der
Wartungsarbeiten von den Schnittmessern fern.
n) Bearbeiten Sie nur Elemente mit ebenen Flächen.
Elemente mit unebenen Oberächen können
vorzeitig oder an anderen Stellen als vorgesehen
reißen.
o) Es ist verboten, Elemente zu bearbeiten, auf deren
Oberäche Risse sichtbar sind.
p) Stellen als vorgesehen reißen.
q) Vergewissern Sie sich vor dem Transport des Geräts,
dass sich keine schweren Gegenstände auf der
Plattenauage benden.

3.2. PREPARING FOR USE
DEVICE LOCATION

by qualied persons, only using original spare parts.
This will ensure safe use.
f) To ensure the operational integrity of the device, do
not remove factory-tted guards and do not loosen
any screws.
g) When transporting and handling the device between
the warehouse and the destination, observe the
occupational health and safety principles for manual
transport operations which apply in the country
where the device will be used.
h) Do not move, adjust or rotate the device in the
course of work.
i) Clean the device regularly to prevent stubborn grime
from accumulating.
j) The device is not a toy. Cleaning and maintenance
may not be carried out by children without
supervision by an adult person.
k) It is forbidden to interfere with the structure of
the device in order to change its parameters or
construction.
l) Do not overload the device.
m) Keep your hands and feet away from blades during
maintenance operations.
n) Work only with even surface elements. Elements with
uneven surfaces may crack too early or in places
dierent than intended.
o) Do not work with elements with visible cracks on the
surface.
p) Regularly check the blade sharpness.
q) Before moving the device, make sure that there are
no heavy objects on the disc.
1) Screw the transport handle to the cutter frame.
2) Fix the lever onto the lever joint.
3) Screw the lever lock to the cutter frame and secure it.
4) Tighten the cutter locking foot to the machine frame
with screws and stabilize it.

using the device may lead to serious injuries.

protective equipment reduces the risk of injury.
e) Do not overestimate your abilities. When using the
device, keep your balance and remain stable at all
times. This will ensure better control over the device
in unexpected situations.

TRANSPORT
a) Assurez-vous qu'il n'y a pas de morceaux de débris
autour de l’appareil.
b) Déverrouillez le levier.
c) Abaissez le bras vers le socle d’appui et placez-le
soigneusement sur le sol.
d) Prenez en main l’appareil et soulevez-le par le socle
d’appui, ensuite transportez-le.
REMPLACEMENT DES LAMES
REMARQUE ! Les lames peuvent poser un risque pour
l’utilisateur et les personnes présentes. Dévissez les porte-
lames et réglez les lames sur la position la plus basse avant
de les remplacer.
a) Pour remplacer les lames, dévissez le porte-lame
des deux côtés. Utilisez des embouts et une clé
appropriés.
b) Après avoir dévissé la lame, tournez-la et insérez le
bord usé vers le haut.
c) Une fois le bord neuf de la lame positionné vers le
bas, serrez le porte-lame.
3.4. NETTOYAGE ET ENTRETIEN
a) Laissez bien sécher tous les composants après
chaque nettoyage avant de réutiliser l’appareil.
b) Contrôlez régulièrement l'appareil pour vous assurer
qu'il fonctionne correctement et ne présente aucun
dommage.

c) Ruotare il comando del regolatore in modo che esso

e la supercie della piastra da qualsiasi materiale
rimanente.
TRASPORTO
a) Accertarsi che non vi siano residui intorno al cutter.
b) Svitare il bloccaggio del braccio.
c) Abbassare il braccio verso il piede di bloccaggio e
posizionarlo con cautela sul terreno.
d) Aerrare e sollevare l'apparecchio mediante il piede
di bloccaggio, quindi trasportarlo.
SOSTITUZIONE DELLE LAME
NOTA! Le lame che si abbassano lentamente rappresentano
un rischio per il personale addetto ai lavori e per i presenti.
Prima di sostituire le lame, portarle nella posizione più
bassa possibile.
a) Per sostituire le lame, svitare il relativo manico su
entrambi i lati. Utilizzare i bit corrispondenti e una
chiave adatta.
b) Dopo lo svitamento, ruotare la lama e inserire verso
l'alto il bordo consumato.
c) Una volta che il nuovo bordo della lama è stato
posizionato verso il basso, serrare l'attacco del
manico della lama.
3.4. PULIZIA E MANUTENZIONE
a) Dopo la pulizia, prima di riutilizzare l'apparecchio,
asciugare tutte le parti.
b) Eettuare controlli regolari del dispositivo per
mantenerlo eciente e privo di danni.
c) NOTA! prestare particolare attenzione durante la
pulizia e la manutenzione delle lame.

CAMBIO DE LAS CUCHILLAS
¡ATENCIÓN! Las cuchillas representan un peligro tanto para
la persona que usa el dispositivo como para los que están
alrededor. Antes de reemplazar las cuchillas, baje la cuchilla
a la posición más baja posible.
a) Para reemplazar las cuchillas, desatornille el soporte
de las cuchillas en ambos lados. Use los bits y la clave
correspondiente.
b) Después de desatornillar la cuchilla, gírela y
colóquela con el borde usado hacia arriba.
c) Después de colocar el nuevo borde de la hoja hacia
abajo, apriete el soporte de la hoja
3.4. LIMPIEZA Y MANTENIMIENTO
a) Después de cada limpieza, deje secar bien todas las
piezas antes de volver a utilizar el aparato.
b) En lo que respecta a la eciencia técnica y posibles
daños, el dispositivo debe ser revisado regularmente.

1) Atornille la asa de transporte al marco del
cortabloques.
2) Montar el brazo en el conector del brazo.
3) Fije el bloqueo del brazo al marco del cortabloques y
asegúrelo.
4) Fije el pie de bloqueo del cortabloques al marco del
dispositivo con tornillos y estabilícelo.
3.3. MANEJO DEL APARATO
¡ATENCIÓN! Antes de limpiar o ajustar, el brazo del
cortabloques debe estar en la posición más baja.
a) Coloque la cuchilla superior de manera que quede
paralela a la supercie plana de la pieza de trabajo.
b) Asegúrese de que la hoja esté en contacto con el
material sobre toda la supercie de corte y que el
brazo se encuentre apoyado en el bloqueo del brazo.
c) Apriete el timón del regulador de manera que se
estabilice la pieza de trabajo.
d) Al terminar el corte, limpie la cuchilla y el material
restante de la supercie de la tabla.

funcionamiento seguro de la máquina). En caso de
daños, el aparato debe ser reparado antes de volver
a ponerse en funcionamiento.
d) Mantenga la unidad fuera del alcance de los niños.
e) La reparación y el mantenimiento de los equipos
solo pueden ser realizados por personal cualicado
y siempre empleando piezas de repuesto originales.

j) Este aparato no es un juguete. La limpieza y el
mantenimiento no deben ser llevados a cabo por
niños que no estén bajo la supervisión de adultos.
k) Se prohíbe realizar cambios en la construcción del
dispositivo para modicar sus parámetros o diseño.
l) No permita que el aparato se sobrecargue.
m) Durante el mantenimiento, mantenga las manos y
los pies alejados de las cuchillas.
n) Trabaja solo con elementos cuya supercie es
uniforme. Los elementos con supercies irregulares
pueden romperse prematuramente o en algún
punto no deseado.
o) Está prohibido trabajar con elementos en cuya
supercie se ven grietas.
p) Compruebe regularmente la agudeza de las hojas
