1. ALLGEMEINE BESCHREIBUNG
Diese Anleitung ist als Hilfe für eine sichere und
zuverlässige Nutzung gedacht. Das Produkt wurde strikt
nach den technischen Vorgaben und unter Verwendung
modernster Technologien und Komponenten sowie unter
Wahrung der höchsten Qualitätsstandards entworfen und
angefertigt.
VOR INBETRIEBNAHME MUSS DIE ANLEITUNG
GENAU DURCHGELESEN UND VERSTANDEN
WERDEN.
Für einen langen und zuverlässigen Betrieb des Geräts muss
auf die richtige Handhabung und Wartung entsprechend
den in dieser Anleitung angeführten Vorgaben geachtet
werden. Die in dieser Anleitung angegebenen technischen
Daten und die Spezikation sind aktuell. Der Hersteller
behält sich das Recht vor, im Rahmen der Verbesserung der
Qualität Änderungen vorzunehmen. Unter Berücksichtigung
des technischen Fortschritts und der Geräuschreduzierung
wurde das Gerät so entworfen und produziert, dass das
infolge der Geräuschemission entstehende Risiko auf dem
niedrigsten Niveau gehalten wird.

Die Begrie "Gerät" oder "Produkt" in den Warnungen
und Beschreibung des Handbuchs beziehen sich auf
<Vibrationsstampfer>. Lufteingänge und Luftausgänge
nicht abdecken! Legen Sie keine Hände oder Gegenstände
in das laufende Gerät!
2.1. SICHERHEIT BEI DER ARBEIT MIT DEM
VERBRENNUNGSMOTOR
a) Rauchen Sie nicht in der Nähe des Geräts. Das Gerät
enthält brennbare Stoe.
b) Der Motor wird während des Betriebs sehr heiß.
Berühren Sie nicht den heißen Motor, da dies zu
Verbrennungen führen kann.
c) Füllen Sie vor der Inbetriebnahme ausreichend Öl in
das Gerät ein. Bei zu niedrigem Ölstand startet der
Motor nicht oder stellt sich ab.
d) Das Austreten von Serviceölen aus dem Gerät sollte
den entsprechenden Stellen gemeldet werden bzw.
halten Sie sich an die hierfür geltenden gesetzlichen
Bestimmungen.
e) Gefahr! Gesundheitsgefährdung und
Explosionsgefahr des Verbrennungsmotors.
f) In den Motorabgasen bendet sich giftiges
Kohlenmonoxid. Ein Aufenthalt in einer
Kohlenmonoxid-Umgebung kann zu Bewusstlosigkeit
und sogar zum Tod führen. Lassen Sie den Motor
nicht in einem geschlossenen Raum laufen.
g) Schützen Sie den Motor vor Hitze, Funken und
Flammen.
h) Benzin ist leicht brennbar und explosiv. Vor dem
Auftanken sollte der Motor abgestellt werden und
abkühlen.
Die originale Anweisung ist die deutschsprachige Fassung.
Sonstige Sprachfassungen sind Übersetzungen aus der
deutschen Sprache.
2. NUTZUNGSSICHERHEIT
HINWEIS! In der vorliegenden Anleitung sind
Beispielbilder vorhanden, die von dem tatsächlichen
Aussehen das Produkt abweichen können.
ACHTUNG! Lesen Sie alle Sicherheitshinweise und
alle Anweisungen durch. Die Nichtbeachtung der
Warnungen und Anweisungen kann zu schweren
Verletzungen bis hin zum Tod führe.

i) Achtung! Gefahr von Motorschäden durch falschen
Kraftsto..
j) Es muss sichergestellt werden, dass sich alle Nutzer
mit der Bedienungsanleitung bekannt gemacht
haben, sie verstehen und befolgen.
k) Eine falsche oder unvorsichtige Nutzung des Geräts
kann zu ernsthaften Verletzungen führen.
l) Vor jeder Reinigung, Einstellung, jedem Austausch
von Bauteilen, aber auch wenn das Gerät nicht
genutzt wird, muss der Motor ausgeschaltet und das
Gerät vollständig abgekühlt werden.
m) Es ist verboten, bewegliche Teile oder Zubehör zu
berühren, es sei denn, der Motor ist ausgeschaltet
und abgekühlt.
n) Körperteile müssen weit von beweglichen und sich
drehenden Teilen entfernt gehalten werden, bei einem
Kontakt könnte es zu Körperverletzungen kommen.
o) Die Maschine darf nicht genutzt werden, wenn nicht
alle Schutzabdeckungen angebracht sind.
p) Erhöhen Sie die Drehgeschwindigkeit des Motors
ohne eine Belastung nicht über 3.500 U/min
nicht gesteigert werden. Jede Steigerung kann zu
Verletzungen und einer Beschädigung der Maschine
führen.
q) Achtung: Schalldämpfer oder andere sich während
der Arbeit erhitzende Bauteile dürfen nicht berührt
werden, wenn der Motor heiß ist – dies kann zu
ernsthaften Verletzungen führen.
r) Vergewissern Sie sich, dass Benzin nur in zertizierten
Behältern (z. B. Kanistern) aufbewahrt wird.
s) Es ist untersagt, Treibsto in der Nähe von
entstehenden Funken, oenen Flammen oder
brennenden Zigaretten zu tanken.
t) Bevor Treibsto eingefüllt wird, muss der Motor
gestoppt werden. Benzin darf nicht nachgetankt
werden, während der Motor läuft oder noch
heiß ist. Anderenfalls kann sich vergossener oder
verdampfender Treibsto durch die Funken des
Motors oder die Wärme des Schalldämpfers
entzünden.
u) Der Tank darf nicht überfüllt werden. Es muss
vermieden werden, dass Treibsto beim Betanken
vergossen wird. Vergossenes Benzin oder
Benzindämpfe können sich entzünden. Wenn Benzin
vergossen wird, muss sichergestellt werden, dass das
Gebiet trocken ist, bevor der Motor gestartet wird.
v) Nach dem Tanken muss sichergestellt werden, dass
der Tankdeckel richtig festgedreht ist.
w) Es ist untersagt, in einem geschlossenen Raum ohne
entsprechende Lüftung den Motor zu bedienen oder
Benzin zu tanken.
x) Es sollte vermieden werden, dass die Maschine in
geschlossenen Räumen, Tunnels oder an anderen
schwach belüfteten Orten arbeitet, weil die Abgase
tödliche/schädliche Gase und Rauch enthalten.
Ist die Arbeit der Maschine an einem solchen Ort
unausweichlich, muss sichergestellt werden, dass die
Abgase entsprechend abgeleitet werden.
y) Während des Transports: Den Motor des Geräts
ausschalten. Den Tankdeckel des Benzintanks
zuschrauben und absichern und schalten Sie das
Kraftstoventil in die Position "OFF-O". Vor einem
weiten Transport oder einem Transport auf holprigen
Straßen muss der Benzintank geleert werden.
z) Leicht entzündbare Stoe (Benzin, Streichhölzer,
Stroh usw.) müssen vom Auspu entfernt gehalten
werden.
2.2. SICHERHEIT AM ARBEITSPLATZ
a) Halten Sie Ihren Arbeitsplatz sauber und
gut beleuchtet. Unordnung oder schlechte
Beleuchtung kann zu Unfällen führen. Handeln Sie
vorausschauend, beobachten Sie, was getan wird,
und nutzen Sie Ihren gesunden Menschenverstand
bei der Verwendung des Gerätes.
b) BenutzenSiedasGerätnichtinexplosionsgefährdeten
Bereichen, zum Beispiel in Gegenwart von
brennbaren Flüssigkeiten, Gasen oder Staub. Geräte
können unter Umständen Funken erzeugen, welche
Staub oder Dämpfe entzünden können.
c) Im Falle eines Schadens oder einer Störung sollte
das Gerät sofort ausgeschaltet und dies einer
autorisierten Person gemeldet werden.
d) Wenn Sie nicht sicher sind, ob das Gerät
ordnungsgemäß funktioniert, wenden Sie sich an
den Service des Herstellers.
e) Reparaturen dürfen nur vom Service des Herstellers
durchgeführt werden. Führen Sie keine Reparaturen
auf eigene Faust durch!
f) Zum Löschen des Gerätes bei Brand oder Feuer, nur
Pulverfeuerlöscher oder Kohlendioxidlöscher (CO2)
verwenden.
g) Halten Sie Kinder und Unbefugte fern; Unachtsamkeit
kann zum Verlust der Kontrolle über das Gerät
führen.)
h) Während des Betriebs produziert das Gerät Staub
und Schmutz. Schützen Sie unbeteiligte Personen
vor schädlichen Auswirkungen.
i) Bei Gesundheits- oder Lebensgefahr, einem Unfall
oder einem Ausfall drücken Sie die NOT-STOPP-
TASTE!
j) Überprüfen Sie regelmäßig den Zustand der
Sicherheitsinformationsaufkleber. Falls die Aufkleber
unleserlich sind, sollten diese erneuert werden.
k) Bewahren Sie die Gebrauchsanleitung für
den weiteren Gebrauch auf. Sollte das Gerät
an Dritte weitergegeben werden, muss die
Gebrauchsanleitung mit ausgehändigt werden.
l) Verpackungselemente und kleine Montageteile
außerhalb der Reichweite von Kindern aufbewahren.
m) Halten Sie das Gerät von Kindern und Tieren fern.
n) Im Laufe der Nutzung dieses Werkzeugs
einschlieβlich anderer Werkzeuge soll man sich nach
übrigen Betriebsanweisungen richten.
2.3. PERSÖNLICHE SICHERHEIT
a) Es ist nicht gestattet, das Gerät im Zustand der
Ermüdung, Krankheit, unter Einuss von Alkohol,
Drogen oder Medikamenten zu betreiben, wenn das
die Fähigkeit das Gerät zu bedienen, einschränkt.
b) Die Maschine darf nur durch entsprechend
geschulte, zur Bedienung geeignete und physisch
gesunde Personen bedient werden, die die
vorliegende Anleitung gelesen haben und die
Arbeitsschutzanforderungen kennen.
c) Die Maschine darf nicht von Kindern oder Personen
mit eingeschränkten physischen, sensorischen und
geistigen Fähigkeiten oder ohne entsprechende
Erfahrung und entsprechendes Wissen bedient
werden. Dies ist nur unter Aufsicht einer für die
Sicherheit zuständigen Person und nach einer
Einweisung in die Bedienung der Maschine gestattet.
i) Lassen Sie dieses Gerät während des Betriebs nicht
unbeaufsichtigt.
j) Das Gerät muss regelmäßig gereinigt werden, damit
sich nicht dauerhaft Schmutz festsetzt.
k) Der angegebene Vibrationsemissionswert wurde
mit Standardmessmethoden ermittelt. Er kann
sich ändern, wenn das Gerät unter anderen
Umgebungsbedingungen verwendet wird.
l) Das Gerät ist kein Spielzeug. Reinigung und Wartung
dürfen nicht von Kindern ohne Aufsicht durch eine
erwachsene Person durchgeführt werden.
m) Es ist untersagt, in den Aufbau des Geräts
einzugreifen, um seine Parameter oder Konstruktion
zu ändern.
n) Geräte von Feuer – und Wärmequellen fernhalten.
o) Bei der Bedienung des Geräts treten Vibrationen und
wiederholte Tätigkeiten auf, die für die Hände und
Arme des Nutzers schädlich sein können.
p) Der Nutzer und die Maschine sollten sich in einer
stabilen Position und auf einer ebenen Fläche
benden. Es muss sichergestellt werden, dass
die Maschine während der Arbeit nicht umfällt,
verrutscht, herunterfällt oder ohne Aufsicht ist.
q) Bevor mit der Nutzung des Geräts in der Nähe eines
Erdaushubs begonnen wird, muss sichergestellt
werden, dass die Wände des Aushubs stabil sind
und unter dem Einuss der Vibrationen nicht
zusammenbrechen.
r) Es muss sichergestellt werden, dass auf der Fläche,
die verdichtet werden soll, keine Stromkabel unter
Spannung, Gas-, Wasserleitungen oder andere
kommunale Infrastruktur vorhanden sind, die unter
Einuss der Vibrationen beschädigt werden könnten.
s) Es ist verboten, während der Arbeit auf dem Gerät zu
stehen, ebenso wie danach, wenn es ausgeschaltet
ist.
t) Zu den häugsten Ursachen von ernsthaften
Verletzungen oder Todesfällen gehören Ausrutschen,
Stolpern oder Stürze. Auf unebene oder glatte
Arbeitsböden muss geachtet werden. Während
der Arbeit in der Nähe von nicht abgesicherten
Önungen oder Erdaushüben Vorsicht bewahren.
u) Während der Arbeit mit heißer Bitummischung
müssen entsprechende Schutzkleidung und
Schutzschuhe verwendet werden.
v) Bei dem Gerät handelt es sich um eine schwere
Maschine und es sollte von zwei entsprechend
starken Personen verschoben und aufgestellt
werden. Die auf der Maschine bendlichen Grie
und korrekte Techniken zum Heben schwerer
Elemente sollten eingesetzt werden
3. NUTZUNGSBEDINGUNGEN
Der Vibrationsstampfer wird zur Bodenverdichtung von
Straßen, Böschungen und Reservoiren, vor Erdarbeiten und
nach Abschluss von Untertagearbeiten eingesetzt.
Für alle Schäden bei nicht sachgemäßer Verwendung
haftet allein der Betreiber.
d) Seien Sie aufmerksam und verwenden Sie Ihren
gesunden Menschenverstand beim Betreiben
des Gerätes. Ein Moment der Unaufmerksamkeit
während der Arbeit kann zu schweren Verletzungen
führen.
e) Benutzen Sie eine persönliche Schutzausrüstung,
die den in Punkt 1 der Symbolerläuterungen
vorgegebenen Maßgaben entspricht. Die
Verwendung einer geeigneten und zertizierten
Schutzausrüstung verringert das Verletzungsrisiko.
f) Überschätzen Sie Ihre Fähigkeiten nicht. Sorgen Sie
für einen sicheren Stand während der Arbeit. Dies
gibt Ihnen eine bessere Kontrolle über das Gerät im
Falle unerwarteter Situationen.
g) Tragen Sie keine weite Kleidung oder Schmuck.
Halten Sie Haare, Kleidung und Handschuhe von
beweglichen Teilen fern. Lose Kleidung, Schmuck
oder lange Haare können durch sich bewegende
Teile erfasst werden.
h) Entfernen Sie alle Einstellwerkzeuge oder Schlüssel,
bevor Sie das Gerät einschalten. Gegenstände, die
in rotierenden Teilen verbleiben, können zu Schäden
und Verletzungen führen.
i) Es wird empfohlen, Augen-, Ohren- und Atemschutz
zu verwenden.
j) Das Gerät ist kein Spielzeug. Kinder sollten in der
Nähe des Geräts unter Aufsicht stehen, um Unfälle
zu vermeiden.
2.4. SICHERE ANWENDUNG DES GERÄTS
a) Überhitzen Sie das Gerät nicht. Verwenden
Sie nur geeignete Werkzeuge für die jeweilige
Anwendung. Richtig ausgewählte Geräte und der
sorgsame Umgang mit ihnen führen zu besseren
Arbeitsergebnissen.
b) Benutzen Sie das Gerät nicht, wenn der EIN-/AUS-
Schalter nicht ordnungsgemäß funktioniert. Geräte,
die nicht über den Schalter gesteuert werden können,
sind gefährlich und müssen repariert werden.
c) Nicht verwendete Werkzeuge sind außerhalb
der Reichweite von Kindern sowie von Personen
aufzubewahren, welche weder das Gerät noch die
Anleitung kennen. In den Händen unerfahrener
Personen können diese Geräte eine Gefahr darstellen.
d) Halten Sie das Gerät stets in einem einwandfreien
Zustand. Prüfen Sie vor jeder Inbetriebnahme, ob
am Gerät und seinen beweglichen Teilen Schäden
vorliegen (defekte Komponenten oder andere
Faktoren, die den sicheren Betrieb der Maschine
beeinträchtigen könnten). Im Falle eines Schadens
muss das Gerät vor Gebrauch in Reparatur gegeben
werden.
e) Halten Sie das Gerät außerhalb der Reichweite von
Kindern.
f) Reparatur und Wartung von Geräten dürfen
nur von qualiziertem Fachpersonal und mit
Originalersatzteilen durchgeführt werden. Nur
so wird die Sicherheit während der Nutzung
gewährleistet.
g) Um die Funktionsfähigkeit des Gerätes zu
gewährleisten, dürfen die werksmäßig montierten
Abdeckungen oder Schrauben nicht entfernt werden.
h) Beachten Sie bei Transport zwischen Lager und
Bestimmungsort und Handhabung des Gerätes die
Grundsätze für Gesundheits- und Arbeitsschutz des
Landes, in dem das Gerät verwendet wird.
HINWEIS!Kinder und Unbeteiligte müssen bei der
Arbeit mit diesem Gerät gesichert werden.
ACHTUNG! Obwohl das Gerät in Hinblick
auf Sicherheit entworfen wurde und über
Schutzmechanismen sowie zusätzlicher
Sicherheitselemente verfügt, besteht bei
der Bedienung eine geringe Unfall- oder
Verletzungsgefahr. Es wird empfohlen, bei der
Nutzung Vorsicht und Vernunft walten zu lassen.

3.2. VORBEREITUNG ZUR VERWENDUNG
ARBEITSPLATZ DES GERÄTES:
Halten Sie das Gerät von heißen Oberächen fern.
Verwenden Sie das Gerät immer auf einer ebenen, stabilen,
feuerfesten und trockenen Oberäche. Stellen Sie sicher,
dass die Stromversorgung des Gerätes den Angaben auf
dem Typenschild entspricht!
e) Motorölstand prüfen. Die Messstäbe zur Kontrolle
des Motorölstands benden sich auf beiden Seiten
des Geräts und zeigen den Ölstand im gleichen Tank
an. Füllen Sie bei Bedarf Öl nach, indem Sie einen
Trichter in das Loch einsetzen. Schrauben Sie den
Korken mit dem Messstab fest.

Vor der Inbetriebnahme
a) Überprüfen Sie, ob die Komponenten fest angezogen
sind
b) Überprüfen Sie, ob der Faltenbalg undicht ist
c) Entfernen Sie jeglichen Schmutz von der Oberäche
des Vibrationsstampfers und stellen Sie sicher, dass
der Gri sauber ist.
d) Stellen Sie den Winkel der Halterung auf die Höhe
des Bedieners ein
Inbetriebsetzung des Motors
a) Das Kraftstotankventil önen.
b) Drehen Sie den Startschalter des Motors in die
Position „ON“.
c) Bewegen Sie den Drehzahlregelungshebel vorsichtig,
um einen Leerlauf der Maschine zu vermeiden.
d) Bringen Sie den Einstellhebel für die Kraftstozufuhr
in die vollständig geönete Stellung (maximal nach
rechts).
e) Für Kaltstarts den Ansaughebel in die geschlossene
Position bringen (maximal nach links), für Warmstarts
kann der Hebel in die mittlere Position gebracht
werden oder ganz geönet werden.
f) Fassen Sie den Startergri und ziehen Sie langsam,
bis Sie einen Widerstand spüren. Ziehen Sie dann
schnell und kräftig. Lassen Sie den Gri nach der
Inbetriebnahme nicht los, sondern legen ihn an
seiner Stelle ab.
Bemerkung: Wenn das Anlasserseil zu schnell und
unkontrolliert eingezogen wird, kann die Hand des
Benutzers in Richtung zum Gerät gezogen werden,
bevor das Seil losgelassen wird. Unbeabsichtigte
Betätigung kann zu Verletzungen, z. B. zu Brüchen,
Prellungen usw., führen.
Stellen Sie die Betriebsgeschwindigkeit mit dem
Geschwindigkeitsregelungshebel ein. Es wird
empfohlen, mit der höchsten Geschwindigkeit zu
arbeiten.
g) Wenn der Motor nicht anspringt, stellen Sie
den Ansaughebel in die halboene Position
(Mittelstellung) und wiederholen Sie die zuvor
beschriebenen Schritte.
3.1. GERÄTEBESCHREIBUNG
Um die Transportrollen der Plattform zu montieren,
befestigen Sie die Achse der Räder an den Haken der
Plattform.
3.3. ARBEIT MIT DEM GERÄT
BEMERKUNG: Fabrikneue Geräte sind nicht mit
Öl geutet. Die Inbetriebnahme ohne vorheriges
Nachfüllen von Öl kann den Motor beschädigen und
führt zum Erlöschen der Garantie.
a) Überprüfen Sie nach dem Auspacken des
Vibrationsstampfers, ob sichtbare Schäden, lose
Teile, Schnitte oder zerbrochene Kunststoteile
vorhanden sind.
b) Überprüfen Sie den Ölstand mit Blick auf die
Ölstandsanzeige.

c) Wenn das Öl durch das Glas nicht sichtbar ist, füllen
Sie Öl nach ISO VG46 oder anderes Öl ähnlicher
Norm.
WICHTIG: Der Ölstand sollte auf halber Höhe des
Ölstandsanzeige gehalten werden
d) Prüfen Sie, ob das Kraftstotankventil

h) Wenn der Motor auch nach wiederholten Versuchen
nicht anspringt, prüfen Sie die Zündkerze auf
überschüssigen Kraftsto. Falls erforderlich, reinigen
Sie die Zündkerze oder ersetzen Sie sie durch eine
neue.
Motor anhalten
a) Stellen Sie den Drehzahlregelungshebel auf
Minimum (Leerlauf) und lassen Sie den Motor etwa 3
Minuten lang bei niedriger Drehzahl laufen. Drehen
Sie dann den Startschalter in die Position „OFF“ und
schließen Sie die Kraftstoventile.
3.4. REINIGUNG UND WARTUNG
a) Lassen Sie nach jeder Reinigung alle Teile gut
trocknen, bevor das Gerät erneut verwendet wird.
b) Bewahren Sie das Gerät an einem trockenen, kühlen,
vor Feuchtigkeit und direkter Sonneneinstrahlung
geschütztem Ort auf.
c) Es ist verboten, das Gerät mit einem Wasserstrahl zu
besprühen oder in Wasser zu tauchen.
d) In Hinblick auf technische Ezienz und zur
Vorbeugung vor Schäden sollte das Gerät regelmäßig
überprüft werden.
• Nach Betrieb
a) Entfernen Sie vorsichtig Schmutz und Öl aus dem
Motor und dem Steuerungsbereich.
b) Alle Anschlüsse prüfen und festziehen.
c) Überprüfen Sie den Faltenbalg.
• Nach einer Woche Betrieb
a) Entfernen Sie die Kraftstolterabdeckung und
reinigen Sie die Innenseite des Kraftstotanks.
b) Entfernen und reinigen Sie den Filter vom Boden des
Kraftstotanks.
c) Zündkerze lösen. Prüfen Sie die Zündkerze und
die Zündkerzenscheibe auf Verschleiß oder
Beschädigung. Falls erforderlich ersetzen Sie sie
durch eine neue. Wenn die Kerze wiederverwendet
werden soll, sollte sie mit einer Drahtbürste gereinigt
werden. Kontrollieren Sie den Zündkerzenstecker.
Biegen Sie die Seitenelektrode vorsichtig, stellen
Sie gegebenenfalls den Abstand ein. Der Abstand
zwischen den Elektroden sollte 0,6-0,7 mm betragen.
BEMERKUNG: Die Demontage, der Austausch und
die Einstellung des Elektrodenabstandes muss bei
kaltem Motor (kalte Kerze) erfolgen!
d) Reinigen Sie die Luftlterabdeckung.
• Nach 200-300 Betriebsstunden
a) Achten Sie darauf, dass sich kein überschüssiges Öl
auf den geschmierten Teilen bendet.
b) Önen Sie den Luftlterdeckel mit der Klammer.
Reinigen Sie den Luftlter mit Petroleum und
tauchen Sie ihn anschließend in ein vorbereitetes
Bad aus Motoröl und Benzin, das im Verhältnis von
1:3 hergestellt wird. Dann pressen Sie die beiden
Teile aus und schütteln die überschüssige Flüssigkeit
heraus. Setzen Sie den Filter ein, schließen Sie den
Deckel und befestigen Sie ihn mit der Klammer.

2.1. ENGINE OPERATION SAFETY

device. If the oil level is low, engine will not start or it
might shut down.

requirements applicable in the area of use.

f) Poisonous carbon monoxide is present in the
engine exhaust. Remaining in a carbon monoxide
environment may lead to losing consciousness or
even death. Do not run the engine in a closed space.

c) Das Hydrauliköl auswechseln. Um das alte Öl
zu entfernen, stellen Sie einen Behälter unter
den Ölauslass. Lösen Sie dann die Schraube der
Hydrauliköl-Ablassönung und kippen Sie die
Maschine, damit der Ölstrom einfacher abießen
kann. Wenn Sie die Maschine weiter benutzen, füllen
Sie den Tank mit MOBIL ISO VG-46 oder einem
anderen gleichwertigem Öl mit gleicher Qualität
und Beschaenheit mit Hilfe eines Trichters auf und
beobachten Sie den Ölfüllstand am Messstab. Ziehen
Sie die Schraube fest.
• Bei zeitlich unbegrenzter Lagerung
a) Entfernen Sie Kraftsto aus dem Kraftstotank, der
Kraftstoeitung und dem Vergaser.
b) Entfernen Sie die Zündkerze und gießen Sie ein paar
Tropfen Motoröl in den Zylinder. Greifen und ziehen
Sie den Anlasser so, dass das Öl alle Teile des Motors
erreicht.

3. USE GUIDELINES
The tamping rammer is used for compacting soil on roads,
embankments and reservoirs, before ground construction
works and after completion of underground installation
works.
The user is liable for any damage resulting from
unintended use of the device.
3.1. DEVICE DESCRIPTION
d) Keep the device in perfect technical condition.
Before each use check for general damage and
especially check for cracked parts or elements and
for any other conditions which may impact the safe
operation of the device. If damage is discovered,
hand over the device for repair before use.
e) Keep the device out of the reach of children.
f) Device repair or maintenance should be carried out
by qualied persons, only using original spare parts.
This will ensure safe use.
g) To ensure the operational integrity of the device, do
not remove factory-tted guards and do not loosen
any screws.
h) When transporting and handling the device between
the warehouse and the destination, observe the
occupational health and safety principles for manual
transport operations which apply in the country
where the device will be used.
i) Do not leave this appliance unattended while it is in
use.
j) Clean the device regularly to prevent stubborn grime
from accumulating.
k) The specied vibrations emission was measured
using standard measurement methods. Vibrations
emissions may change if the device is used in
dierent surroundings
l) The device is not a toy. Cleaning and maintenance
may not be carried out by children without
supervision by an adult person.
m) It is forbidden to interfere with the structure of
the device in order to change its parameters or
construction.
n) Keep the device away from sources of re and heat.
o) During operation, the device generates vibrations
and requires repetitive activities that may be harmful
to user's hands and shoulders.
p) The user and the machine should be in a stable
position on level ground. Make sure that the machine
does not tip over, slip or fall during operation or
when left unattended.
q) Before using the device near excavation, make sure
that excavation walls are stable and will not collapse
under vibration.
r) Make sure that there are no live electrical cables, gas,
water or other telecommunication infrastructure in
the area to be compacted because they may become
damaged by vibrations.
s) Do not stand on the device, whether it is currently in
use or not.
t) Slipping, tripping or falling are the main causes
of serious injury or death. Be careful of uneven or
slippery working surfaces as well as unprotected
holes and excavations.
u) Use proper protective clothing and footwear when
working with hot bituminous mixtures.
v) The device is heavy and should be moved and
positioned by two suciently strong people. Use
the handles on the machine and proper heavy-lifting
techniques.
n) Stay away from moving and rotating parts as they
may cause injury.
o) Do not use the machine if all protective covers are
not installed.
p) Do not increase the engine speed above 3500 rpm
without more a load. Any increase may result in
injury or damage to the device.
q) Do not touch the silencer or other hot elements
when the engine is hot it may cause serious burns.
r) Make sure that petrol is stored only in certied
containers (e.g. canister).
s) Do not refuel near sparks, ames or lit cigarettes.
t) Stop the engine before refuelling. Never refuel while
the engine is running or is still hot. Otherwise, spilled
or evaporated fuel may catch re from engine sparks
or silencer heat.
u) Do not overll fuel tank and avoid spilling petrol
while refuelling. Spilled petrol or petrol fumes may
catch re. If petrol has been spilled, make sure that
the area is dry before starting the engine.
v) After refuelling, make sure that the fuel tank cap is
properly screwed on.
w) Do not operate the engine or refuel petrol in
enclosed areas without appropriate ventilation.
x) Avoid operating the machine in enclosed spaces,
tunnels or other poorly ventilated places as the
exhaust fumes contain lethal/harmful fumes and
gases. If operating the machine in such conditions is
unavoidable, provide adequate exhaust extraction.
y) To transport: Stop the engine. Close and secure the
fuel tank cap. Switch the fuel valve to the “OFF-O”
position. Drain the fuel tank before long-distance
transportation or on bumpy roads.
z) Keep ammable materials (petrol, matches, straw,
etc.) away from the exhaust.
2.2. SAFETY IN THE WORKPLACE
a) Make sure the workplace is clean and well lit. A messy
or poorly lit workplace may lead to accidents. Try
to think ahead, observe what is going on and use
common sense when working with the device.
b) Do not use the device in a potentially explosive
environment, for example in the presence of
ammable liquids, gases or dust. The device
generates sparks which may ignite dust or fumes.
c) If you discover damage or irregular operation,
immediately switch the device o and report it to
a supervisor without delay.
d) If there are any doubts as to the correct operation
of the device, contact the manufacturer's support
service.
e) Only the manufacturer's service point may repair the
device. Do not attempt any repairs independently!
f) In case of re, use a powder or carbon dioxide
(CO2) re extinguisher (one intended for use on live
electrical devices) to put it out.
g) Children or unauthorised persons are forbidden to
enter a work station. (A distraction may result in loss
of control over the device).
h) The device produces dust and debris during
operation. It is important to protect bystanders from
their harmful eects.
i) Use the EMERGENCY STOP if there is a risk of injury
or death, accident or damage.
j) Regularly inspect the condition of the safety labels. If
the labels are illegible, they must be replaced.
k) Please keep this manual available for future
reference. If this device is passed on to a third party,
the manual must be passed on with it.
l) Keep packaging elements and small assembly parts
in a place not available to children.
m) Keep the device away from children and animals.
n) If this device is used together with another
equipment, the remaining instructions for use shall
also be followed.
2.3. PERSONAL SAFETY
a) Do not use the device when tired, ill or under the
inuence of alcohol, narcotics or medication which
can signicantly impair the ability to operate the
device.
b) The machine may be operated by physically t
persons who are able to handle the machine, are
properly trained, who have reviewed this operating
manual and have received training in occupational
health and safety.
c) The machine is not designed to be handled by
persons (including children) with limited mental
and sensory functions or persons lacking relevant
experience and/ or knowledge unless they are
supervised by a person responsible for their safety
or they have received instruction on how to operate
the machine.
d) When working with the device, use common sense
and stay alert. Temporary loss of concentration while
using the device may lead to serious injuries.
e) Use personal protective equipment as required
for working with the device, specied in section 1
(Legend). The use of correct and approved personal
protective equipment reduces the risk of injury.
f) Do not overestimate your abilities. When using the
device, keep your balance and remain stable at all
times. This will ensure better control over the device
in unexpected situations.
g) Do not wear loose clothing or jewellery. Keep hair,
clothes and gloves away from moving parts. Loose
clothing, jewellery or long hair may get caught in
moving parts.
h) Remove all adjusting tools or spanners before
turning the device on. A tool or spanner left in the
revolving part of the device may cause injury.
i) Use eye, ear and respiratory protection.
j) The device is not a toy. Children must be supervised
to ensure that they do not play with the device.
2.4. SAFE DEVICE USE
a) Do not overload the device. Use the appropriate
tools for the given task. A correctly-selected device
will perform the task for which it was designed better
and in a safer manner.
b) Do not use the device if the ON/OFF switch does not
function properly (does not switch the device on and
o). Devices which cannot be switched on and o
using the ON/OFF switch are hazardous, should not
be operated and must be repaired.
c) When not in use, store in a safe place, away from
children and people not familiar with the device who
have not read the user manual. The device may pose
a hazard in the hands of inexperienced users.
REMEMBER!When using the device, protect
children and other bystanders.

3.2. PREPARING FOR USE
APPLIANCE LOCATION
Keep the device away from hot surfaces. Always use the
device on an even, stable, reproof and dry surfaces. Make
sure that the device power supply matches its nameplate
specications!
Assembling the undercarriage
In order to install the undercarriage transport wheels, the
wheel axle should be installed on the undercarriage hooks.
3.3. DEVICE USE
CAUTION: Factory new machine is not lled with oil.
Starting the engine without adding oil may damage
the engine and void the warranty.
a) After unpacking the rammer, check that it has no
visible damage, loose structural components, cuts or
broken plastic parts.
b) Check the oil level by looking at the oil level sight
glass indicator
d) Check that the fuel tank valve is closed. Open the fuel
ller cap, check the fuel level and top up the tank with
unleaded petrol if necessary. Close the fuel ller cap.

Before starting
a) Check that the structural components are tightened.
b) Check that the protective accordion does not leak.
c) Remove any dirt from the at surfaces of the rammer
and make sure that the handle is clean.
d) Adjust the handle angle to the operator's height.
Starting the engine
a) Open the fuel tank valve.
b) Turn the engine starter switch to the "ON" position.
c) Slightly move the speed control lever to avoid
running the machine at idle speed.
d) Pull the engine fuel control lever to the fully open
position (maximum to the right).
e) For a cold start, move the choke lever to the closed
position (maximum to the left), for a warm start the
lever can be in the middle position or fully open.
f) Grasp the starter handle and pull slowly until
resistance is felt. Then pull quickly and vigorously.
After starting, do not release the handle, but put it
back in place.
Caution! Allowing the starter cord to be pulled too quickly
and uncontrollable may cause the user's hand to
be pulled towards the machine before the cord is
released. Unintentional starting may result in injury,
e.g. fracture, bruising, etc.
Adjust the operating speed with the speed control lever.
It is recommended to operate at the highest speed.
g) If the engine does not start, move the choke lever to
the half-open position (middle position) and repeat
previously described steps.
h) If the engine does not start after repeated attempts,
check the spark plug for excess fuel. If necessary,
clean or replace the spark plug with a new one.
Stopping the engine
a) Move the speed control lever to the minimum (idle)
speed and allow the engine to run for approx. 3
minutes at low speed. Then turn the starter switch to
the "OFF" position and close the fuel valves.
3.4. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
a) After cleaning the device, all parts should be dried
completely before using it again.
b) Store the unit in a dry, cool place, free from moisture
and direct exposure to sunlight.
c) Do not spray the device with a water jet or submerge
it in water.
d) The device must be regularly inspected to check its
technical eciency and spot any damage.
• After using the rammer
a) Carefully remove dirt and oil from the engine and the
controls area.
b) Check and tighten all fasteners.
c) Check the protective accordion.
• After a week of use
a) Remove the fuel lter cover and clean the interior of
the fuel tank.
b) Remove and clean the lter from the bottom of the
tank.
c) Remove the spark plug. Check the spark plug and
spark plug washer for wear or damage. Replace
with a new one if necessary. If the spark plug is to
be reused, clean it with a wire brush. Check spark
plug socket. Carefully bend the side electrode, adjust
the gap if necessary. The gap between the electrodes
should be: 0.6-0.7 mm.
ATTENTION: disassembly, replacement and
adjustment of the electrode gap should be done on
a cold engine (cold spark plug)!
d) Clean the air lter cover.
• After 200-300 hours of use
a) Ensure that there is no excess oil on the lubricated
parts. The air lter (X) should be cleaned with
puried kerosene, then immersed in a pre-prepared
bath of engine oil and gasoline in a ratio of 1: 3. Then
squeeze both elements and shake o excess uid.
b) Open the air lter cover with the clamp. The air
lter should be cleaned with puried kerosene, then
immersed in a previously prepared bath of engine oil
and petrol in a ratio of 1: 3. Then squeeze both parts
and shake o excess liquid. Put the lter in its place,
close the cover and secure it with the clamp.
c) Change the hydraulic oil. To remove the old oil, place
a container under the oil outlet. Then loosen the screw
of the hydraulic oil drain hole and tilt the machine to
ease the oil ow. If you continue to use the machine,
ll the tank with MOBIL ISO VG-46 or another oil of
the same standard and properties using a funnel
and observe the oil level on the dipstick. Tighten the
screw.
• For unlimited storage
a) Remove fuel from the fuel tank, fuel line, and
carburettor.
b) Remove the spark plug and pour a few drops of
engine oil into the cylinder. Grasp and pull the starter
so that the oil reaches all parts of the engine.

c) If no oil can be seen through the sight glass, top up
the level with ISO VG46 oil or other oil of a similar
standard.
Important: The oil level should be kept at half the
height of the sight glass.

e) Check the engine oil level. Dipstick plugs for checking
the engine oil level are located on both sides of the
machine, both indicate the level in the same tank. If
necessary, top up the oil by inserting the funnel into
the hole. Close the cap with the dipstick.

u) Nie przepełniać zbiornika paliwa oraz unikać
rozlewania benzyny podczas tankowania. Rozlana
benzyna lub opary benzyny mogą się zapalić. Jeśli
nastąpi rozlanie, upewnić się, że obszar jest suchy
przed uruchomieniem silnika.
v) Po tankowaniu upewnić się, że korek zbiornika
paliwa jest odpowiednio przykręcony.

x) Unikaj pracy maszyny w zamkniętym

d) Należy być uważnym, kierować się zdrowym rozsądkiem

3. ZASADY UŻYTKOWANIA
Zagęszczarka do gruntu służy do zagęszczanie gruntu
na drogach, nasypach i zbiornikach, przed pracami
budowlanymi naziemnymi i po zakończeniu prac monterskich

pracować i muszą zostać naprawione.
c) Nieużywane urządzenia należy przechowywać
w miejscu niedostępnym dla dzieci oraz osób
nieznających urządzenia lub tej instrukcji
obsługi. Urządzenia są niebezpieczne w rękach
niedoświadczonych użytkowników.
d) Urządzenie należy chronić przed dziećmi.
e) Naprawa oraz konserwacja urządzeń powinna być
wykonywana przez wykwalikowane osoby przy
użyciu wyłącznie oryginalnych części zamiennych.
Zapewni to bezpieczeństwo użytkowania.
f) Aby zapewnić zaprojektowaną integralność
operacyjną urządzenia, nie należy usuwać

MOBIL ISO VG-46 lub innym o takim samym
standardzie i właściwościach używając lejka i
obserwując poziom oleju na wskaźniku. Zakręcić
śrubę.
• Podczas przechowywania bezterminowego
a) Usunąć paliwo ze zbiornika paliwa, przewodu
paliwowego i gaźnika.
b) Wyjąć świecę zapłonową i wlać kilka kropel oleju
silnikowego do cylindra. Chwycić i pociągnąć
rozrusznik aby olej dotarł do wszystkich części
silnika.
3.4. CZYSZCZENIE I KONSERWACJA

wyczyścić za pomocą drucianej szczotki. Sprawdzić
fajkę świecy zapłonowej. Ostrożnie dogiąć boczną
elektrodę, jeśli potrzeba wyregulować szczelinę.
Szczelina pomiędzy elektrodami powinna mieć
wymiar: 0,6-0,7mm.
UWAGA: demontażu, wymiany i regulacji przerwy na
elektrodzie dokonywać na zimnym silniku (zimnej
świecy)!
d) Oczyścić pokrywę ltra powietrza.
• Po 200- 300 godzinach pracy
a) Upewnić się, że na nasmarowanych elementach nie
znajduje się nadmiar oleju
b) Otworzyć pokrywę ltru powietrza za pomocą
klamry. Filtr powietrza należy wyczyścić naftą
oczyszczoną, następnie zanurzyć w uprzednio
przygotowanej kąpieli z oleju silnikowego i benzyny
w stosunku 1:3. Następnie oba elementy wycisnąć i
wytrzepać z nadmiernej ilości płynów. Umieścić ltr
na swoim miejscu, zamknąć pokrywę i zabezpieczyć
klamrą.
Uruchomienie silnika
a) Otworzyć zawór zbiornika paliwa.
b) Ustawić włącznik rozrusznika silnika w pozycji „ON”.
c) Dźwignię regulacji prędkości delikatnie przesunąć,
aby nie uruchamiać maszyny na biegu jałowym.
d) Dźwignię regulacji dopływu paliwa do silnika
przesunąć do pozycji w pełni otwartej (maksymalnie
do prawej strony).
e) W przypadku rozruchu na zimno przesunąć dźwignię
ssania do pozycji zamkniętej (maksymalnie do lewej
strony), w przypadku rozruchu na ciepłym silniku
dźwignia może być ustawiona w środkowej pozycji
lub całkowicie otwartej.
f) Chwycić za uchwyt rozrusznika i powoli ciągnąć, aż
do momentu wyczucia oporu. Następnie szybko
i energicznie pociągnąć. Po uruchomieniu nie
puszczać uchwytu, tylko odłożyć go na miejsce.
Uwaga Dopuszczenie do zbyt szybkiego i
niekontrolowanego wciągnięcia linki rozrusznika
może spowodować pociągnięcie ręki użytkownika w
kierunku urządzenia, za nim linka zostanie puszczona.
Nieumyślne uruchamianie może skutkować urazem
np.: złamaniem, stłuczeniem itp.
Wyregulować prędkość pracy za pomocą dźwigni
regulacji prędkości. Zaleca się prace na najwyższych
obrotach.
g) Jeśli silnik nie uruchomił się, przesunąć dźwignię
ssania do pozycji półotwartej (środkowej pozycji) i
powtórzyć wcześniej opisane kroki.
h) Jeśli silnik nie uruchomi się po wielokrotnych
próbach, należy sprawdzić świecę zapłonową pod
kątem nadmiaru paliwa. W razie potrzeby wyczyścić
lub wymienić świecę na nową.
UWAGA: zagęszczarka jest zaprojektowany do pracy przy
4.000 obr / min. Przy optymalnej prędkości obrotowej, stopa
uderza w szybkość 680 uderzeń na minutę. Zwiększenie
prędkości przepustnicy nie zwiększy efektywności pracy
i może uszkodzić jednostkę.
WAŻNE: Aby uzyskać szybszy efekt pracy, należy pociągnąć
lekko uchwyt, tak aby tył stopy dotykał ziemi jako pierwszy.
Zatrzymanie silnika
a) Przesunąć dźwignię regulacji prędkości do minimum
(biegu jałowego) i pozwolić silnikowi popracować
ok. 3 min na niskich obrotach. Następnie ustawić
wyłącznik rozrusznika w pozycji „OFF” i zamknąć

2.1. BEZPEČNOST PRÁCE SE SPALOVACÍM MOTOREM
a) V blízkosti zařízení je zakázáno kouřit. V zařízení se
nacházejí hořlavé látky.
b) Motor se během provozu velmi zahřívá. Nedotýkejte
se horkého motoru, může to způsobit popáleniny.
c) úroveň. Pokud je hladina oleje příliš nízká, motor se
nespustí nebo se může vypnout.
d) Únik provozních olejů ze zařízení musí být nahlášen
na příslušných místech nebo se musí postupovat
podle zákonných předpisů platných v oblasti použití.
e) Nebezpečí! Hrozí poškození zdraví a riziko výbuchu
spalovacího motoru.
f) Výfukové plyny motoru obsahují jedovatý oxid
uhelnatý. Pobyt v prostředí s obsahem oxidu
uhelnatého může vést k bezvědomí nebo ke smrti.
Nezapínejte motor zařízení v uzavřeném prostoru.
g) Chraňte motor před teplem, jiskrami a plamenem.
h) Benzín je velmi hořlavý a výbušný. Před doplňováním
paliva je třeba motor vypnout a ochladit.
i) Upozornění! Při použití nesprávného paliva hrozí
riziko poškození motoru.
j) Zajistěte, aby všichni uživatelé byli seznámeni s
návodem k použití, porozuměli mu a dodržovali jej.
k) Nesprávné nebo neopatrné používání zařízení může
způsobit vážné zranění.
l) Před každým čištěním, seřízením, výměnou
příslušenství a v případě, že zařízení nepoužíváte,
vypněte motor a vyčkejte, až zařízení zcela vychladne.
Používejte ochranu sluchu. Vystavení se hluku
může vést ke ztrátě sluchu.

1. VŠEOBECNÝ POPIS
Návod slouží jako nápověda pro bezpečné a spolehlivé
používání výrobku. Výrobek je navržen a vyroben přesně
podle technických údajů za použití nejnovějších technologií
a komponentů a za dodržení nejvyšších jakostních norem.
PŘED ZAHÁJENÍM PRÁCE SI DŮKLADNĚ PŘEČTĚTE
TENTO NÁVOD A UJISTĚTE SE, ŽE JSTE POCHOPILI
VŠECHNY POKYNY.
Pro zajištění dlouhého a spolehlivého fungování zařízení
pravidelně provádějte revize a údržbu v souladu s pokyny
uvedenými v tomto návodu. Technické údaje a specikace
uvedené v návodu jsou aktuální. Výrobce si vyhrazuje
právo provádět změny za účelem zvýšení kvality. Vzhledem
k technickému pokroku a možnosti omezení hluku bylo
zařízení navrženo a vyrobeno tak, aby nebezpečí vyplývající
z emise hluku bylo omezeno na nejnižší úroveň.

2. BEZPEČNOST POUŽÍVÁNÍ
POZNÁMKA! Přečtěte si tento návod včetně všech
bezpečnostních pokynů. Nedodržování návodu
a výstrah může způsobit těžký úraz nebo smrt.

m) Nedotýkejte se pohyblivých částí nebo příslušenství,
pokud není motor vypnut a ponechán k vychladnutí.
n) Udržujte části těla mimo pohybující se a rotující části,
v případě kontaktu mohou způsobit zranění.
o) Nepoužívejte stroj, pokud nejsou namontovány
všechny ochranné kryty.
p) Nezvyšujte otáčky motoru bez zatížení nad 3 500
ot/min. Jakékoli zvýšení může způsobit zranění
a poškození zařízení.
q) Dávejte pozor, abyste se nedotýkali tlumiče nebo
jiných prvků, které se během provozu zahřívají –
hrozí těžké popáleniny.
r) Zajistěte, aby byl benzín skladován pouze v
certikovaných nádobách (např. kanystrech).
s) Nedoplňujte palivo v blízkosti zdrojů jisker,
otevřeného ohně nebo hořících cigaret.
t) Před doplňováním hladiny paliva zastavte motor.
Nikdy nedoplňujte benzín, pokud je motor v chodu
nebo je stále horký. V opačném případě může dojít k
vznícení rozlitého nebo odpařovaného paliva z jisker
motoru nebo tepla tlumiče.
u) Nepřeplňujte palivovou nádrž a vyvarujte se rozlití
benzínu při doplňování paliva. Rozlitý benzín nebo
benzínové výpary se mohou vznítit. Pokud dojde
k rozlití, před spuštěním motoru se ujistěte, že je
oblast suchá.
v) Po doplnění paliva se ujistěte, že víčko palivové
nádrže je řádně našroubováno.
w) Nepoužívejte motor ani netankujte palivo v
uzavřeném prostoru bez řádného větrání.
x) Nepoužívejte stroj v uzavřených prostorách, tunelech
nebo jiných špatně větraných prostorách, protože
výfukové plyny obsahují smrtící/škodlivé výpary
a plyny. Pokud je použití stroje na takovém místě
nevyhnutelné, musí být zajištěno vhodné odsávání.
y) Během přepravy: Zastavte motor přístroje. Zavřete
a zajistěte uzávěr palivové nádrže a otočte palivový
ventil do polohy „OFF-O“. Před přepravou na velké
vzdálenosti nebo po nerovných silnicích musí být
benzín z palivové nádrže vypuštěn.
z) Uchovávejte hořlavé materiály (benzín, zápalky,
slámu atd.) daleko od výfuku.
2.2. BEZPEČNOST NA PRACOVIŠTI
a) Na pracovišti udržujte pořádek a mějte dobré
osvětlení. Nepořádek nebo špatné osvětlení mohou
vést k úrazům. Buďte předvídaví a sledujte, co se
během práce kolem vás děje. Při práci se zařízením
vždy zachovávejte zdravý rozum.
b) Se zařízením nepracujte ve výbušném prostředí,
například v přítomnosti hořlavých kapalin, plynů
nebo prachu. Zařízení vytváří jiskření, skrze které
může dojít ke vznícení prachu nebo výparů.
c) Pokud zjistíte, že zařízení nepracuje správně, nebo
je poškozeno, ihned jej vypněte a poruchu nahlaste
autorizované osobě.
d) Pokud máte pochybnosti o tom, zda zařízení funguje
správně, kontaktujte servis výrobce.
e) Opravy zařízení může provádět pouze servis výrobce.
Opravy neprovádějte sami!
f) V případě vzniku požáru k hašení zařízení pod
napětím používejte pouze práškové nebo sněhové
hasicí přístroje (CO2).
g) Na pracovišti se nesmí zdržovat děti a nepovolané
osoby. (Nepozornost může způsobit ztrátu kontroly
nad zařízením.)
h) Při práci se zařízením vzniká velké množství prachů
a úlomků, chraňte přihlížející osoby proti jejich
škodlivému vlivu.
i) V případě ohrožení života nebo zdraví, úrazu nebo
poruchy, zastavte zařízení tlačítkem NOUZOVÉ
ZASTAVENÍ!
j) Je třeba pravidelně kontrolovat stav etiket s
bezpečnostními informacemi. V případě, že jsou
nečitelné, je třeba etikety vyměnit.
k) Návod k obsluze uschovejte za účelem jeho
pozdějšího použití. V případě předánání zařízení
třetím osobám musí být spolu se zařízením předán
rovněž návod k obsluze.
l) Obalový materiál a drobné montážní prvky
uchovávejte na místě nedostupném pro děti.
m) Zařízení mějte v dostatečné vzdálenosti od dětí
a zvířat.
n) Pokud společně s tímto nástrojem používáte nějaké
další nářadí, pak musíte dodržovat také jeho návod k
použití.
2.3. OSOBNÍ BEZPEČNOST
a) Zařízení nepoužívejte, jste-li unaveni nebo pod
vlivem drog, alkoholu nebo léků, které významně
snižují schopnost zařízení ovládat.
b) Zařízení smí obsluhovat fyzicky zdatné osoby, které
s ním umí zacházet, byly příslušně vyškoleny k jeho
obsluze, seznámily se s tímto návodem a byly také
proškoleny v oblasti bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při
práci.
c) Zařízení není určeno k tomu, aby jej používaly osoby
(včetně dětí) s omezenými psychickými, smyslovými
nebo duševními schopnostmi nebo osoby bez
příslušných zkušeností anebo znalostí, ledaže
jsou pod dohledem osoby zodpovědné za jejich
bezpečnost nebo od ní obdržely pokyny, jak zařízení
obsluhovat.
d) Při práci se zařízením buďte pozorní, řiďte se
zdravým rozumem. Chvilka nepozornosti při práci
může vést k vážnému úrazu.
e) Používejte osobní ochranné pomůcky vyžadované
pro práci se zařízením, specikované v bodě
1 vysvětlením symbolů. Používání vhodných,
atestovaných osobních ochranných prostředků
snižuje nebezpečí úrazu.
f) Nepřeceňujte své schopnosti. Udržujte stabilní postoj
a rovnováhu po celou dobu práce. To vám umožní
lépe ovládat zařízení v neočekávaných situacích.
g) Nenoste volné oblečení nebo šperky. Vlasy, oděv
a rukavice udržujte v bezpečné vzdálenosti od
rotujících dílů. Volný oděv, šperky nebo dlouhé vlasy
mohou zachytit rotující díly.
h) Odstraňte veškeré seřizovací nástroje nebo klíče před
zapnutím zařízení. Nástroje nebo klíče ponechané v
rotujících dílech zařízení mohou způsobit vážný úraz.
i) Používejte ochranu očí, uší a dýchacích cest.
j) Zařízení není hračka. Dohlížejte na děti, aby si
nehrály se zařízením.
2.4. BEZPEČNÉ POUŽÍVÁNÍ ZAŘÍZENÍ
a) Zařízení nepřetěžujte. Pro daný úkol používejte
vždy správný typ nářadí. Správně zvolené nářadí
lépe a bezpečněji provede práci, pro kterou bylo
navrženo.
PAMATUJTE! Při práci se zařízením chraňte děti
a jiné nepovolané osoby.
3. ZÁSADY POUŽÍVÁNÍ
Vibrační pěch slouží k zhutňování zeminy na silnicích,
náspech a nádržích, před pozemními stavebními pracemi
a po dokončení podzemních montážních prací.
Odpovědnost za veškeré škody vzniklé v důsledku
použití zařízení v rozporu s určením nese uživatel.
3.1. POPIS ZAŘÍZENÍ
b) Zařízení nepoužívejte, pokud spínač pro zapnutí
a vypnutí zařízení nefunguje správně. Zařízení, které
nelze ovládat spínačem, je nebezpečné a musí být
opraveno.
c) Nepoužívaná zařízení uchovávejte mimo dosah dětí
a osob, které nejsou seznámeny se zařízením nebo
návodem k obsluze. Zařízení jsou nebezpečná v
rukou nezkušených uživatelů.
d) Zařízení udržujte v dobrém technickém stavu.
Kontrolujte před každou prací jeho celkový stav
i jednotlivé díly a ujistěte se, že je vše v dobrém
stavu, a uživateli tak při práci se zařízením nehrozí
žádné nebezpečí. V případě, že zjistíte poškození,
nechte zařízení opravit.
e) Udržujte zařízení mimo dosah dětí.
f) Opravu a údržbu zařízení by měly provádět
pouze kvalikované osoby za výhradního použití
originálních náhradních dílů. Zajistí to bezpečné
používání zařízení.
g) Pro zachování navržené mechanické integrity
zařízení neodstraňujte předem namontované kryty
nebo neuvolňujte šrouby.
h) Při přemisťování zařízení z místa skladování na místo
používání berte v úvahu pracovní zásady bezpečnosti
a ochrany zdraví v rámci přenášení břemena platné v
zemi, ve které se zařízení používá.
i) Zapnuté zařízení nenechávejte bez dozoru.
j) Pravidelně čistěte zařízení, aby nedošlo k trvalému
usazovaní nečistot.
k) Uvedená emise vibrací byla změřena pomocí
standardních měřicích metod. Hodnota emise
vibrací se může změnit při používání zařízení v jiných
okolních podmínkách.
l) Zařízení není hračka. Čištění a údržbu nesmí provádět
děti bez dohledu dospělé osoby.
m) Nezasahujte do zařízení s cílem změnit jeho
parametry nebo konstrukci.
n) Udržujte zařízení mimo zdroje ohně a tepla.
o) Při provozu zařízení se vyskytují vibrace a opakující
se činnosti, které mohou být škodlivé pro ruce
a ramena uživatele.
p) Uživatel a stroj by měli být: ve stabilní poloze a na
rovném terénu. Zajistěte, aby se stroj během práce
a po dobu, kdy je ponechán bez dozoru, nepřeklopil,
nesklouzl nebo nespadl.
q) Před použitím zařízení v blízkosti výkopu se ujistěte,
že stěny výkopu jsou stabilní a pod vlivem vibrací
nespadnou.
r) Zajistěte, aby v oblasti, která má být zhutněna,
nebyly: elektrické kabely, plynové, vodovodní
nebo jiné přípojky, které by mohly být poškozeny
vibracemi.
s) Nevstupujte na zařízení během provozu nebo
i pokud se nepoužívá.
t) Uklouznutí, klopýtnutí a pád jsou hlavní příčinou
vážného zranění nebo smrti. Dejte pozor na
nerovnoměrné nebo kluzké pracovní plochy. Při
práci v blízkosti nechráněných otvorů nebo výkopů
buďte opatrní.
u) Při práci s horkou asfaltovou směsí používejte
vhodný ochranný oděv a obuv.
v) Toto zařízení je těžké a mělo by být přemísťováno
a umísťováno dvěma osobami, které mají
odpovídající sílu. Používejte držáky nacházející se
na stroji a správnou techniku pro zvedání těžkých
předmětů.
POZNÁMKA! I když zařízení bylo navrženo tak, aby
bylo bezpečné, tedy má vhodné bezpečnostní prvky,
tak i přes použití dodatečné ochrany uživatelem při
práci se zařízením nadále existuje malé riziko úrazu
nebo poranění. Doporučuje se zachovat opatrnost
a zdravý rozum při jeho používání.

3.2. PŘÍPRAVA K PRÁCI
UMÍSTĚNÍ ZAŘÍZENÍ
Udržujte zařízení mimo dosah jakýchkoliv horkých povrchů.
Zařízení používejte vždy na rovném, stabilním, ohnivzdorném
a suchém povrchu. Ujistěte se, že napájení zařízení odpovídá
údajům uvedeným na typovém štítku!
Montáž patky
Za účelem montáže transportních kol na patku je třeba osu
kol umístit na háky patky.
3.3. PRÁCE SE ZAŘÍZENÍM
POZOR: Zařízení není po dodávce z výroby naplněno
olejem. Jeho nastartování bez předchozího doplnění
oleje může způsobit poškození motoru a také ztrátu
záruky.
a) Po rozbalení pěchu je třeba zjistit, zda není viditelně
poškozený, nemá uvolněné konstrukční části, trhliny
nebo ulomené plastové díly.
b) Zkontrolujte hladinu oleje pomocí ukazatele hladiny
oleje.
e) Zkontrolujte úroveň hladiny motorového oleje. Zátky
s měrkami pro kontrolu hladiny motorového oleje
jsou na obou stranách zařízení a obě měří hladinu
ve stejné olejové vaně. Pokud je to nutné, doplňte
olej – použijte trychtýř. Zašroubujte zátky s měrkami.

Před spuštěním
a) Je třeba zkontrolovat, zda všechny konstrukční díly
jsou dotaženy.
b) Je třeba zjistit, zda ochranný měch nepřetéká.
c) Je třeba odstranit veškeré nečistoty z plochých
povrchů pěchu a ujistit se, že madlo je čisté.
d) Nastavte odpovídající úhel držení vzhledem k výšce
obsluhy.
Startování motoru
a) Otevřete ventil palivové nádrže.
b) Přepněte přepínač startéru motoru do polohy „ON“.
c) Páku nastavení rychlosti jemně posuňte, abyste stroj
nestartovali na volnoběžných otáčkách.
d) Páku pro nastavování přítoku paliva do motoru
nastavte do zcela otevřené polohy (krajní poloha
vpravo).
e) V případě, že startujete studený motor, nastavte
páku sytiče do polohy zavřeno (krajní poloha vlevo),
v případě, že startujete teplý motor, může být páka
sytiče nastavena do středové nebo zcela otevřené
polohy.

c) Pokud není olej za sklem vidět, je třeba doplnit
hladinu oleje olejem ISO VG46 nebo jiným olejem
podobných vlastností.
Důležité: Hladina oleje by se měla pohybovat v
polovině ukazatele hladiny oleje.
d) Zkontrolujte, zda je ventil palivové nádrže zavřený.
Odšroubujte zátku palivové nádrže, vyhodnoťte
množství paliva, a pokud je to nutné, doplňte do
palivové nádrže bezolovnatý benzín. Zašroubujte
zátku palivové nádrže.

3.4. ČIŠTĚNÍ A ÚDRŽBA
a) Po každém čištění je nutno všechny prvky dobře
osušit, než bude zařízení opět použito.
b) Zařízení skladujte na suchém a chladném místě,
chráněném proti vlhkosti a přímému slunečnímu
svitu.
c) Je zakázáno zařízení polévat vodou nebo je do vody
ponořovat.
d) Pravidelně provádějte revize zařízení a kontrolujte,
zda je technicky způsobilé a není poškozeno.
• Po práci
a) Je třeba důkladně odstranit nečistoty a olej z motoru
a ovládací plochy.
b) Zkontrolovat a dotáhnout všechny spoje.
c) Zkontrolovat ochranný měch.
• Po týdenní práci
a) Sejměte kryt ltru paliva a vyčistěte vnitřek nádrže na
palivo.
b) Vyjměte a vyčistěte ltr ze dna nádrže.
c) Vyšroubujte zapalovací svíčku. Zkontrolujte
zapalovací svíčku a její podložku, zda nejsou
opotřebované nebo poškozené. Pokud je to nutné,
vyměňte je za nové. Pokud chcete zapalovací svíčku
ještě použít, musíte ji očistit drátěným kartáčem.
Zkontrolujte kabel zapalovací svíčky. Pokud je třeba
nastavit mezeru mezi elektrodami, opatrně ohněte
boční elektrodu. Mezera mezi elektrodami musí mít
následující velikost: 0,6–0,7 mm.
POZOR: demontáž, výměnu a nastavování mezery
mezi elektrodami provádějte, když je motor studený
(zapalovací svíčka studená)!
d) Vyčistěte kryt vzduchového ltru.
f) Uchopte držadlo startovací šňůry a pomalu je
táhněte, až do okamžiku, kdy ucítíte odpor. Následně
rychle a energicky škubněte. Po nastartování držadlo
nepouštějte, ale vraťte je na jeho původní místo.
Pozor: Pokud umožníte příliš rychlé a nekontrolované
zpětné vtažení lanka zpět do startéru, může to
způsobit zatažení ruky uživatele směrem k zařízení,
než ji stihne pustit. Neúmyslné startování může
způsobit úraz, např.: zlomeninu, zhmožděninu apod.
Pomocí páky nastavení rychlosti nastavte otáčky
motoru. Doporučujeme práci při maximálních
otáčkách.
g) Pokud motor nenastartoval, nastavte páku sytiče
do polootevřené (středové) polohy a proveďte výše
popsané kroky.
h) Pokud motor nenastartoval ani po několika
opakovaných pokusech, zkontrolujte, zda není
zapalovací svíčka zalitá palivem. Pokud je to nutné,
vyčistěte ji, nebo ji vyměňte za novou.
Zastavení motoru
a) Posuňte páku nastavení rychlosti na minimální
(volnoběžné) otáčky a nechte v těchto otáčkách
motor pracovat cca 3 min. Po uplynutí této doby
přepněte přepínač startéru motoru do polohy „OFF“.
• Po 200- 300 hodinách práce
a) Ujistěte se, že na namazaných dílech není přebytek
oleje.
b) Odjistěte sponu a otevřete víko vzduchového ltru.
Vzduchový ltr vyčistěte petrolejem a následně jej
ponořte do předem připravené směsi motorového
oleje a benzínu v poměru 1:3. Následně směs z
ltru vymačkejte a přebytečnou kapalinu vytřepejte.
Umístěte takto vyčištěný a připravený vzduchový ltr
zpět, zavřete víko a zajistěte jej sponou.
c) Vyměňte hydraulický olej. Před vypuštěním
hydraulického oleje umístěte pod jeho vypouštěcím
otvorem nádobu. Potom z vypouštěcího otvoru
vyšroubujte šroub/zátku a nakloňte stroj, abyste
usnadnili vytékání oleje. Pokud budete chtít stroj
dále používat, naplňte olejovou nádrž olejem
MOBIL ISO VG-46 nebo jiný se stejnými parametry a
vlastnostmi, při plnění použijte trychtýř a na ukazateli
/ v průhledítku sledujte hladinu. Zašroubujte šroub/
zátku.
• Během skladování na neomezenou dobu
a) Z palivové nádrže, hadičky a karburátoru odstraňte
palivo.
b) Vytáhněte zapalovací svíčku a nalejte několik kapek
motorového oleje do válce. Uchopte a zatáhněte za
táhlo tak, aby se olej dostal do všech částí motoru.

2.1. SÉCURITÉ AU TRAVAIL AVEC MOTEUR À
COMBUSTION INTERNE
a) Ne fumez pas à proximité de l’appareil. L’appareil
contient des substances inammables.
b) Pendant le fonctionnement, le moteur devient très
chaud. Ne touchez pas le moteur chaud, car cela
peut provoquer des brûlures.
c) Avant d‘allumer l‘appareil, ajoutez de l‘huile jusqu‘au
niveau approprié. Si le niveau d‘huile est trop bas, le
moteur ne démarrera pas ou pourra s‘éteindre.
d) Les fuites d‘huile doivent être signalées aux services
appropriés ou être conformes aux exigences légales
en vigueur dans la zone d‘utilisation.
e) Danger! Menace pour la santé et risque d‘explosion
du moteur à combustion interne.
f) Les gaz d‘échappement du moteur contiennent du
monoxyde de carbone, une substance toxique. La
présence de monoxyde de carbone peut entraîner la
perte de connaissance et même la mort. Ne faites
pas tourner le moteur dans les pièces fermées.

1. DESCRIPTION GÉNÉRALE
L'objectif du présent manuel est de favoriser une utilisation
sécuritaire et able de l'appareil. Le produit a été conçu
et fabriqué en respectant étroitement les directives
techniques applicables et en utilisant les technologies et
composants les plus modernes. Il est conforme aux normes
de qualité les plus élevées.
LISEZ ATTENTIVEMENT LE PRÉSENT MANUEL ET
ASSUREZ-VOUS DE BIEN LE COMPRENDRE AVANT
LA PREMIÈRE UTILISATION.
An de garantir le fonctionnement able et durable de
l'appareil, il est nécessaire d'utiliser et d'entretenir ce
dernier conformément aux consignes gurant dans le
présent manuel. Les caractéristiques et les spécications
contenues dans ce document sont à jour. Le fabricant se
réserve le droit de procéder à des modications à des ns
d’amélioration du produit. L'appareil a été mis au point et
fabriqué en tenant compte des progrès techniques et de la
réduction de bruit an de réduire au maximum les risques
liés aux émissions sonores.

2. CONSIGNES DE SÉCURITÉ

ATTENTION! Veuillez lire attentivement toutes les
consignes de sécurité et toutes les instructions. Le
non-respect des avertissements et des consignes
de sécurité peut entraîner des chocs électriques, un
incendie, des blessures graves ou la mort.

g) Protégez le moteur contre la chaleur, les étincelles et
les ammes.
h) L‘essence est hautement inammable et explosive.
Avant de faire le plein, le moteur doit être éteint et
froid.
i) Attention! Utiliser le mauvais carburant risque
d‘endommager le moteur.
j) Assurez-vous que tous les utilisateurs ont lu, compris
et suivi le mode d’emploi.
k) L’utilisation incorrecte ou imprudente de l’appareil
peut causer des blessures graves.
l) Avant chaque nettoyage, réglage, remplacement
des accessoires et aussi si l’appareil n’est pas utilisé,
arrêtez le moteur et refroidissez l’appareil.
m) Ne touchez pas des pièces ou éléments mobiles à
moins que le moteur a été arrêté et refroidi.
n) Gardez les parties du corps éloignées des pièces
mobiles et tournantes pour éviter les blessures.
o) N’utilisez pas la machine sans boucliers de protection
installés.
p) N’augmentez pas la vitesse de rotation du
moteur sans une charge supérieure à 3500 tr/min.
Toute croissance peut causer des blessures ainsi
qu’endommager l’outil.
q) Lorsque le moteur est chaud, veuillez à ne pas
toucher l’amortisseur ou d’autres éléments qui se
réchauent pendant le travail. Cela peut causer de
graves brûlures.
r) Assurez-vous que l’essence est conservée dans les
récipients certiés (p.ex. bidons).
s) Ne faites pas le plein près des sources d’étincelles, de
ammes nues ou de cigarettes allumées.
t) Arrêtez le moteur avant de faire le plein. Ne faites
jamais le plein d’essence lorsque le moteur est en
marche ou s’il est chaud. Sinon, le carburant renversé
ou en évaporation peut s’enammer à cause des
étincelles du moteur ou de la chaleur d’amortisseur.
u) Ne remplissez pas trop le réservoir du carburant
et évitez de renverser l’essence en faisant le plein.
L’essence renversée ou les vapeurs peuvent
s’enammer. En cas de déversement, assurez-vous
que l’espace est sec, avant de démarrer le moteur.
v) Après le ravitaillement, assurez-vous que le bouchon
du réservoir de carburant est bien vissé.
w) Ne jamais faites fonctionner le moteur et ne faites
pas le plein d’essence dans un endroit fermé sans
aération approprié.
x) Évitez la mise en marche de machine dans les
endroits fermés, tunnels ou d’autres endroits mal
ventilés, parce que les vapeurs contiennent des gaz
et fumées mortels/nocifs. S’il est inévitable d’utiliser
la machine dans l’endroit de ce type, assurez-
vous que l’extraction des gaz d’échappement est
convenable.
y) Pendant le transport: arrêtez le moteur. Resserrez et
xez le bouchon du réservoir de carburant et fermez
le robinet de carburant en position «OFF-O». Avant
le transport de longues distances ou sur des routes
cahoteuses, vidangez l’essence du réservoir de
carburant.
z) Gardez les matières inammables (essence,
allumettes, paille, etc.) loin de l’échappement des
vapeurs.
2.3. SÉCURITÉ AU POSTE DE TRAVAIL
a) Veillez à ce que votre poste de travail soit toujours
propre et bien éclairé. Le désordre ou un éclairage
insusant peuvent entraîner des accidents. Soyez
prévoyant, observez les opérations et faites preuve
de bon sens lorsque vous utilisez l’appareil.
b) N'utilisez pas l'appareil dans les zones à risque
d'explosion, par exemple à proximité de liquides,
de gaz ou de poussières inammables. Certains
appareils peuvent produire des étincelles
susceptibles d’enammer la poussière et les vapeurs.
c) En cas de dommages ou de mauvais fonctionnement,
l’appareil doit être mis hors tension immédiatement
et la situation doit être rapportée à une personne
compétente.
d) En cas d’incertitude quant au fonctionnement
correct de l’appareil, contactez le service client du
fabricant.
e) Seul le service du fabricant peut eectuer des
réparations. Ne tentez aucune réparation par vous-
même!
f) En cas de feu ou d’incendie, utilisez uniquement des
extincteurs à poudre ou au dioxyde de carbone (CO2)
pour étouer les ammes sur l’appareil.
g) Aucun enfant ni personne non autorisée ne doit se
trouver sur les lieux de travail. (Le non-respect de
cette consigne peut entraîner la perte de contrôle
sur l'appareil).
h) Durant le fonctionnement, l'appareil produit de
la poussière et de la saleté. Les personnes qui
n'utilisent pas l'appareil doivent être protégées
contre les eets néfastes de celui-ci.
i) En cas de risque pour la santé ou de danger de
mort, de panne ou d'accident, arrêtez l'appareil en
appuyant sur le BOUTON D'ARRÊT D'URGENCE!
j) Vériez régulièrement l'état des autocollants portant
des informations de sécurité. S’ils deviennent
illisibles, remplacez-les.
k) Conservez le manuel d’utilisation an de pouvoir
le consulter ultérieurement. En cas de cession de
l’appareil à un tiers, l’appareil doit impérativement
être accompagné du manuel d’utilisation.
l) Tenez les éléments d’emballage et les pièces de
xation de petit format hors de portée des enfants.
m) Tenez l’appareil hors de portée des enfants et des
animaux.
n) Lors de l’utilisation combinée de cet appareil avec
d’autres outils, respectez également les consignes se

2.3. SÉCURITÉ DES PERSONNES

et que cela pourrait altérer votre capacité à utiliser
l'appareil.

vous que les parois de la tranchée sont stables et ne
s'aaissent pas sous l'eet des vibrations.
r) Assurez-vous sur l’espace à compacter il n’y a pas
de câbles électriques sous tension, l’infrastructure
de gaz, d'eau ou d'autres infrastructures de
communication qui peuvent être endommagés par
les vibrations
s) Ne montez pas sur la machine pendant son
fonctionnement et lorsqu’il n’est pas utilisé.
t) Glisser, trébucher ou tomber sont les principales
causes de blessures graves ou mortelles. Faites
attention aux surfaces raboteuses ou glissantes.
Soyez prudent lorsque vous travaillez à proximité de
trous ou d'excavations non protégés.
u) Portez des vêtements et des chaussures de
protection appropriés pour travailler avec des
mélanges bitumineux chauds.
v) Cette unité est lourde et doit être déplacée et
positionnée par deux personnes fortes. Utilisez les
poignées de la machine et les bonnes techniques
pour soulever des pièces lourdes.
3. CONDITIONS D’UTILISATION
La dame vibrante est utilisée pour compacter le sol sur les
routes, les remblais et les réservoirs, avant les travaux de
terrassement et après l'achèvement des travaux souterrains.
L’utilisateur porte l’entière responsabilité pour
l’ensemble des dommages attribuables à un usage
inapproprié.
c) Cette machine n'est pas conçue pour être utilisée
par les personnes dont les facultés physiques,
sensorielles ou mentales sont limitées (enfants y
compris), ni par des personnes sans expérience
ou connaissances adéquates, à moins qu'elles se
trouvent sous la supervision et la protection d'une
personne responsable ou qu'une telle personne leur
ait transmis des consignes appropriées en lien avec
l'utilisation de la machine.
d) Soyez attentif et faites preuve de bon sens lors que
vous utilisez l’appareil. Un moment d'inattention
pendant le travail peut entraîner des blessures
graves.
e) Utilisez l'équipement de protection individuel
approprié pour l'utilisation de l'appareil,
conformément aux indications faites dans le
tableau des symboles, au point 1. L'utilisation de
l'équipement de protection individuel adéquat
certié réduit le risque de blessures.
f) Ne surestimez pas vos capacités. Adoptez toujours
une position de travail stable vous permettant de
garder l'équilibre. Vous aurez ainsi un meilleur
contrôle en cas de situations inattendues.
g) Ne portez ni vêtements amples ni bijoux. Tenez vos
cheveux, vos vêtements et vos gants à l'écart des
pièces mobiles. Les vêtements amples, les bijoux et
les cheveux longs peuvent être happés par les pièces
mobiles.
h) Avant de démarrer l'appareil, enlevez tous les outils
de réglage et toutes les clés utilisées. La présence
d'objet au niveau des pièces en rotation peut causer
des dommages et des blessures.
i) Le port d'équipements de protection des yeux, des
oreilles et des voies respiratoires est recommandé.
j) Cet appareil n'est pas un jouet. Les enfants doivent
demeurer sous la supervision d’un adulte an qu’ils
ne jouent pas avec l’appareil.
2.4. UTILISATION SÉCURITAIRE DE L'APPAREIL
a) Ne faites pas surchauer l'appareil. Utilisez les outils
appropriés pour l'usage que vous en faites. Le choix
d'appareils appropriés et l'utilisation soigneuse de
ceux-ci produisent de meilleurs résultats.
b) N’utilisez pas l’appareil si l’interrupteur MARCHE/
ARRÊT ne fonctionne pas correctement. Les appareils
qui ne peuvent pas être contrôlés à l'aide d'un
interrupteur sont dangereux et doivent être réparés.
c) Les outils qui ne sont pas en cours d'utilisation
doivent être mis hors de portée des enfants et des
personnes qui ne connaissent ni l'appareil, ni le
manuel d'utilisation s'y rapportant. Entre les mains
de personnes inexpérimentées, ce genre d'appareils
peut représenter un danger.
d) Maintenez l'appareil en parfait état de marche. Avant
chaque utilisation, vériez l’absence de dommages
en général et au niveau des pièces mobiles (assurez-
vous qu’aucune pièce ni composant n’est cassé et
vériez que rien ne compromet le fonctionnement
sécuritaire de l’appareil). En cas de dommages,
l’appareil doit impérativement être envoyé en
réparation avant d’être utilisé de nouveau.
e) Tenez l'appareil hors de portée des enfants.
f) La réparation et l'entretien des appareils doivent être
eectués uniquement par un personnel qualié, à
l'aide de pièces de rechange d'origine. Cela garantit
la sécurité d’utilisation.
ATTENTION! Bien que l'appareil ait été conçu en
accordant une attention spéciale à la sécurité et qu'il
comporte des dispositifs de protection, ainsi que des
caractéristiques de sécurité supplémentaires, il n’est
pas possible d’exclure entièrement tout risque de
blessure lors de son utilisation. Nous recommandons
de faire preuve de prudence et de bon sens lorsque
vous utilisez l’appareil.
3.2. PRÉPARATION À L'UTILISATION
CHOIX DE L’EMPLACEMENT DE L’APPAREIL
Gardez l'appareil à l'écart de toute surface chaude.
Utilisez toujours l'appareil sur une surface plane, stable,
ignifuge et sèche. Assurez-vous que l'alimentation de
l'appareil correspond aux données indiquées sur la plaque
signalétique!

l'essieu des roues aux crochets de la plate-forme.
3.3. UTILISATION DE L'APPAREIL
REMARQUE : un appareil neuf n'est pas huilé.
Démarrer le moteur sans ajouter d'huile peut
endommager le moteur et annuler la garantie.
a) Après avoir déballé la dame vibrante, assurez-vous
qu'elle ne présente pas de dommages visibles,
d'éléments de structure desserrés, de coupures ou
de pièces en plastiques cassées.
b) Vériez le niveau d'huile en regardant l'indicateur de
niveau d'huile
c) Si l'huile n'est pas visible à travers le verre, compléter
le niveau d'huile. Avec de l'huile ISO VG46 ou autre
huile de mêmes normes.
IMPORTANT: Le niveau d'huile doit être maintenu à la
moitié de la hauteur de l'indicateur de niveau d'huile.

3.4. NETTOYAGE ET ENTRETIEN
a) Laissez bien sécher tous les composants après
chaque nettoyage avant de réutiliser l’appareil.
b) Conservez l'appareil dans un endroit propre, frais et
sec, à l'abri de l'humidité et des rayons directs du
soleil.
c) Il est interdit d’asperger l'appareil d'eau ou de
l'immerger dans l'eau.
d) Contrôlez régulièrement l'appareil pour vous assurer
qu'il fonctionne correctement et ne présente aucun
dommage.
• En n de travail
a) Éliminez soigneusement la saleté et l'huile du moteur
et de la zone de commande.
b) Vériez et serrez toutes les xations.
c) Vériez le souet de protection
• Après une semaine de travail
a) Retirez le couvercle du ltre à carburant et nettoyez
l'intérieur du réservoir à carburant.
b) Retirez et nettoyez le ltre du fond du réservoir.
c) Retirez la bougie. Inspectez la bougie et la rondelle
de bougie pour vérication de l'usure ou de la
présence de dommage. Remplacez-les par des
neuves si nécessaire. Si la bougie peut être réutilisée,
nettoyez-la avec une brosse métallique. Vériez la
douille de la bougie. Pliez soigneusement l'électrode
latérale, ajustez l'écart si nécessaire. L'écart entre les
électrodes doit être : 0,6-0,7 mm.
ATTENTION : le démontage, le remplacement et le
réglage de l'électrode doivent être eectués sur un
moteur froid (bougie froide) !
d) Nettoyez le couvercle du ltre à air
• Après 200-300 heures de travail
a) Assurez-vous qu'il n'y a pas d'excès d'huile sur les
pièces lubriées.
b) Ouvrez le couvercle du ltre à air avec la pince. Le
ltre à air doit être nettoyé avec du kérosène purié,
puis immergé dans un bain préalablement préparé
d'huile moteur et d'essence dans un rapport de 1:3.
Ensuite, pressez les deux parties et retirez l'excès
de liquide. Remettez le ltre à sa place, fermez le
couvercle et xez-le avec la pince.
c) Changer l'huile hydraulique. Pour retirer l'huile
usagée, placez un récipient sous la sortie d'huile.
Dévissez ensuite le boulon de vidange d'huile
hydraulique et inclinez la machine pour faciliter
la vidange de l'huile. En cas d'utilisation ultérieure
de la machine, remplir le réservoir avec de l'huile
MOBIL ISO VG-46 ou une autre de même norme et
propriétés, à l'aide d'un entonnoir et en observant le
niveau d'huile sur la jauge. Serrez la vis.

Avant la mise en marche
a) Vériez le serrage des éléments de structure.
b) Vériez que le souet de protection ne fuit pas.
c) Enlevez toute saleté des surfaces planes de la dame
vibrante et assurez-vous que la poignée est propre.
d) Ajustez l'angle de la poignée à la hauteur de
l'opérateur.
Démarrage du moteur
a) Ouvrez le robinet du réservoir de carburant.
b) Tournez le commutateur de démarrage du moteur à
la position "ON".
c) Déplacez doucement le levier de commande de
vitesse pour éviter de faire tourner la machine au
ralenti.
d) Déplacez le levier de commande de carburant du
moteur en position complètement ouverte (tout à
fait vers la droite).
e) Pour un démarrage à froid, déplacez le levier du
starter en position fermée (complètement à gauche),
pour un démarrage à chaud, le levier peut être en
position médiane ou complètement ouvert.
f) Saisissez la poignée du démarreur et tirez lentement
jusqu'à ce que vous sentiez une résistance. Tirez
ensuite rapidement et vigoureusement. Après
le démarrage, ne relâchez pas la poignée, mais
remettez-la à sa place.
Attention Le fait de tirer le câble de démarrage
trop rapidement et de manière incontrôlée peut
entraîner la traction de la main de l'utilisateur vers
l'appareil avant que le cordon ne soit relâché. Un
démarrage intempestif peut entraîner des blessures,
par exemple une fracture, des ecchymoses, etc.
Réglez la vitesse de fonctionnement avec le levier de
commande de vitesse. Il est recommandé de le faire
tourner à grande vitesse.
g) Si le moteur ne démarre pas, placez le levier de
starter en position semi-ouverte (position médiane)
et répétez les étapes décrites précédemment.
d) Vériez que le robinet du réservoir de carburant est
fermé. Dévissez le bouchon du réservoir de carburant,
vériez le niveau de carburant et remplissez le
réservoir d'essence sans plomb si nécessaire. Fermez
le bouchon de remplissage de carburant.
e) Vériez le niveau d'huile moteur. Des bouchons de
jauge pour vérier le niveau d'huile moteur sont
situés des deux côtés de l'unité, tous deux indiquent
le niveau dans le même réservoir. Si nécessaire, faites
l'appoint d'huile en insérant l'entonnoir dans le trou.
Visser le capuchon avec la baïonnette.
h) Si le moteur ne démarre pas malgré des tentatives
répétées, vériez la bougie d'allumage pour un excès
de carburant. Si nécessaire, nettoyez ou remplacez la
bougie par une neuve.
Arrêt du moteur
a) Amener le levier de commande de vitesse à la
vitesse minimale (ralenti) et laisser tourner le moteur
env. 3 minutes à petite vitesse. Tournez ensuite le
commutateur de démarrage sur la position « OFF »
et fermez les vannes de carburant.
• Pendant le stockage pour une durée indéterminée
a) Vidangez le carburant du réservoir de carburant, de
la conduite de carburant et du carburateur.
b) b) Retirez la bougie et versez quelques gouttes
d'huile moteur dans le cylindre. Saisissez et tirez
sur le démarreur pour que l'huile atteigne toutes les
parties du moteur.

a) Non fumare vicino al dispositivo poiché contiene
sostanze combustibili.
b) Il motore si riscalda molto durante il funzionamento.
Non toccare il motore caldo perché potrebbe
causare ustioni.
c) Prima di accendere il dispositivo, aggiungere olio
al livello appropriato. Se il livello dell‘olio è troppo
basso, il motore non si avvia o potrebbe spegnersi.
d) L‘olio di esercizio che fuoriesce dal dispositivo deve
essere segnalato ai servizi competenti o essere
conforme ai requisiti legali applicabili nell‘area di
utilizzo.
e) Pericolo! Pericolo per la salute e rischio di esplosione
del motore a causa di combustione interna.
f) Il monossido di carbonio tossico è presente nei fumi
di scarico del motore. La permanenza in un ambiente
contenente il monossido di carbonio può portare
alla perdita di coscienza e persino alla morte. Non
avviare il motore in una stanza chiusa.
g) Proteggere il motore da calore, scintille e amme.
h) La benzina è molto inammabile ed esplosiva. Prima
di eettuare il rifornimento, il motore deve essere
spento e rareddato.

1. DESCRIZIONE GENERALE
Queste istruzioni sono intese come ausilio per un uso sicuro
e adabile. Il prodotto è stato rigorosamente progettato
e realizzato secondo le direttive tecniche e l'utilizzo delle
tecnologie e componenti più moderne e seguendo gli
standard di qualità più elevati.
PRIMA DELLA MESSA IN FUNZIONE È NECESSARIO
AVER LETTO E COMPRESO LE ISTRUZIONI D'USO.
Per un funzionamento duraturo e adabile del dispositivo
assicurarsi di maneggiarlo e curarne la manutenzione
secondo le disposizioni presentate in questo manuale.
I dati e le speciche tecniche indicati in questo manuale
sono attuali. Il fornitore si riserva il diritto di apportare
delle migliorie nel contesto del miglioramento dei
propri prodotti. L'apparecchiatura è stata progettata
e realizzata tenendo in considerazione il progresso tecnico
e la riduzione di rumore, in maniera tale da mantenere al

2. SICUREZZA NELL'IMPIEGO

ATTENZIONE! Leggere le istruzioni d'uso e di
sicurezza. Non prestare attenzione alle avvertenze
e alle istruzioni può condurre a shock elettrici,
incendi, gravi lesioni o addirittura al decesso.
ISTRUZIONI PER L’USO
i) Attenzione! Rischio di danni al motore a causa di
combustibile improprio.
j) Assicurarsi che tutti gli operatori abbiano letto e
compreso le istruzioni del manuale e le osservino.
k) Negligenza o improprio utilizzo della macchina
possono causare gravi danni.
l) Prima di ogni pulizia, regolazione, sostituzione
di accessori e anche quando la macchina non
viene usata, spegnere il motore e far rareddare
completamente la macchina.
m) Non toccare le parti né gli accessori in movimento,
a meno che il motore non sia spento e lasciato
rareddare.
n) Mantenere le parti del corpo lontano dai componenti
rotanti o in movimento, l’eventuale contatto
potrebbe causare lesioni.
o) Non utilizzare la macchina senza tutte le protezioni
montate.
p) Non far aumentare il regime del motore senza
carico oltre i 3500 giri/ min. Tale aumento potrebbe
comportare danni al corpo e alla macchina.
q) Fare attenzione a non toccare la marmitta né altre
parti che si riscaldano durante il funzionamento,
quando il motore è caldo – possono causare gravi
ustioni.
r) Assicurarsi che la benzina sia conservata solo in
contenitori certicati (p.es. canister).
s) Non eettuare il rifornimento del carburante in
prossimità di scintille, amme libere o sigarette
accese.
t) Spegnere il motore prima di eettuare il rifornimento
del carburante. Non eettuare mai il rifornimento
quando il motore è acceso o rimasto caldo. In tal
caso il carburante versato o evaporato potrebbe
prendere fuoco con le scintille del motore o con il
calore della marmitta.
u) Non riempire eccessivamente il serbatoio ed evitare
di disperdere la benzina durante il rifornimento. La
benzina versata o i suoi vapori potrebbero prendere
fuoco. Nel caso della dispersione assicurarsi che
l’area sia asciugata prima di avviare il motore.
v) Dopo il rifornimento assicurarsi che il tappo del
serbatoio sia correttamente avvitato.
w) Non adoperare il motore né eettuare il rifornimento
in ambienti chiusi, privi di suciente ventilazione.
x) Evitare di adoperare la macchina in locali chiusi,
tunnel o altri posti non sucientemente ventilati, in
quanto i gas di scarico contengono mortali/ nocivi
fumi e gas. Nel caso in cui la macchina deve essere
utilizzata in tale luogo, è necessario assicurare
un’adeguata aspirazione dei gas di scarico.
y) Durante il trasporto: Spegnere il motore della
macchina. Chiudere e ssare il tappo del serbatoio
del carburante e portare la valvola del carburante
sulla posizione „OFF-O”. Svuotare il serbatoio del
carburante per trasporti a lunga distanza o su terreni
accidentati.
z) Tenere lontano dalla marmitta di scarico materiali
inammabili (benzina, ammiferi, paglia ecc.).
2.2. SICUREZZA SUL LAVORO
a) Mantenere il posto di lavoro pulito e ben illuminato.
Il disordine o una scarsa illuminazione possono
portare a incidenti. Essere sempre prudenti,
osservare che cosa si sta facendo e utilizzare il buon
senso quando si adopera il dispositivo.
b) Non usare il dispositivo all'interno di luoghi
altamente combustibili, per esempio in presenza di
liquidi, gas o polveri inammabili. Il dispositivo può
produrre scintille in presenza di polvere o vapore
inammabili.
c) In presenza di un danno o un difetto, il dispositivo
deve subito essere spento e bisogna avvisare una
persona autorizzata.
d) Se non si è sicuri del corretto funzionamento del
dispositivo, rivolgersi al servizio assistenza del
fornitore.
e) Le riparazioni devono essere eseguite esclusivamente
dal servizio assistenza del produttore. Non eseguire
le riparazioni da soli!
f) In caso di incendio, utilizzare solo estintori a polvere
o ad anidride carbonica (CO2).
g) I bambini e le persone non autorizzate non devono
essere presenti sul posto di lavoro. (La disattenzione
può causare la perdita del controllo sul dispositivo).
h) Utilizzare il dispositivo in una zona ben ventilata.
i) Durante il funzionamento il dispositivo produce
rumore e polvere. Le persone devono essere protette
da possibili danni.
j) Controllare regolarmente lo stato delle etichette
informative di sicurezza. Se le etichette non sono
ben leggibili, devono essere sostituite.
k) Conservare le istruzioni d‘uso per uso futuro. Nel
caso in cui il dispositivo venisse adato a terzi,
consegnare anche queste istruzioni.
l) Tenere gli elementi di imballaggio e le piccole parti
di assemblaggio fuori dalla portata dei bambini.
m) Tenere il dispositivo fuori dalla portata dei bambini e
degli animali.
n) Durante l’impiego del dispositivo in contemporanea
con altri dispositivi, è consigliabile rispettare le altre
istruzioni d’uso.
2.3. SICUREZZA PERSONALE
a) Non è consentito l'uso del dispositivo in uno stato
di aaticamento, malattia, sotto l'inuenza di alcol,
droghe o farmaci, se questi limitano la capacità di
utilizzare il dispositivo.
b) Il dispositivo deve essere utilizzato solo da personale
adeguatamente istruito, sicamente in grado di
utilizzare il dispositivo e in buona salute, che abbia
letto questo manuale e conosca le normative sulla
sicurezza sul posto di lavoro.
c) Questa macchina non è adatta per essere utilizzata
da persone, bambini compresi, con ridotte capacità
siche, sensoriali o mentali, così come da privi di
adeguata esperienza e/o conoscenze. Si fa eccezione
per coloro i quali siano sorvegliati da un responsabile
qualicato che si prenda carico della loro sicurezza e
abbia ricevuto istruzioni dettagliate al riguardo.
d) Prestare attenzione e usare il buon senso quando si
utilizza il dispositivo. Un momento di disattenzione
durante il lavoro può causare gravi lesioni.
e) Utilizzare dispositivi di protezione individuale
adeguati quando si utilizza il dispositivo,
conformemente alle speciche indicate nella
spiegazione dei simboli al punto 1. L'uso di dispositivi
di protezione individuale adeguati e certicati riduce
il rischio di lesioni.
AVVERTENZA!Quando si lavora con questo
dispositivo, i bambini e le persone non coinvolte
devono essere protetti.

p) L’operatore e la macchina devono trovarsi in
posizione stabile e su un terreno piano. Assicurarsi
che la macchina non si ribalti, non slitti né cada
durante il funzionamento, neppure venga lasciata
senza sorveglianza.
q) Prima di mettere in moto la macchina in prossimità
degli scavi assicurarsi che le pareti dello scavo
siano sicure al ne di prevenire frane causate dalle
vibrazioni.
r) Assicurarsi che nell’area che deve essere costipata
non ci siano cavi elettrici sotto tensione, infrastrutture
per la fornitura di gas, acqua e altri servizi di
comunicazione che potrebbero essere danneggiati
dalle vibrazioni.
s) Non salire sulla macchina quando è in uso né
quando è a riposo.
t) Scivolamento, inciampamento o caduta sono causa
principale di gravi lesioni o morte. Fare attenzione
alle superci di lavoro sconnesse o scivolose. Usare
particolare cautela durante il funzionamento in
prossimità di aperture o scavi non protetti.
u) Durante il funzionamento con il conglomerato
bituminoso caldo indossare indumenti adeguati e
scarpe antifortunistiche.
v) Essendo un mezzo pesante, la macchina deve essere
spostata e collocata da due operatori abbastanza
forti. A tale scopo utilizzare le maniglie di trasporto
presenti sulla macchina nonché corrette tecniche di
sollevamento di oggetti pesanti.
3. CONDIZIONI D'USO
Il vibrocostipatore viene utilizzato per la compattazione del
terreno su strade, terrapieni e bacini, prima di eseguire lavori
a terra e dopo il completamento dei lavori in sotterraneo.
L'operatore è responsabile di tutti i danni derivanti da
un uso improprio.
3.1. DESCRIZIONE DEL DISPOSITIVO
f) Non sopravvalutare le proprie capacità. Mantenere
l'equilibrio durante il lavoro, in questo modo è
possibile controllare meglio il dispositivo in caso di
situazioni impreviste.
g) Non indossare indumenti larghi o gioielli. Tenere
capelli, indumenti e guanti lontano da parti in
movimento. Vestiti sciolti, gioielli o capelli lunghi
possono impigliarsi nelle parti in movimento.
h) Rimuovere tutti gli strumenti di regolazione o chiavi
prima di accendere il dispositivo. Gli oggetti che
rimangono nelle parti rotanti possono condurre
a danni e lesioni.
i) Si consiglia di utilizzare una protezione per occhi,
orecchie e vie respiratorie.
j) Questo dispositivo non è un giocattolo. I bambini
devono essere sorvegliati anché non giochino con
il prodotto.
2.4. USO SICURO DEL DISPOSITIVO
a) Non far surriscaldare il dispositivo. Utilizzare strumenti
appropriati. Dispositivi scelti correttamente e un
attento utilizzo degli stessi portano a risultati migliori.
b) Non utilizzare il dispositivo se l'interruttore ON/
OFF non funziona correttamente (non accendere
o spegnere il dispositivo). I dispositivi con
interruttore difettoso sono pericolosi quindi devono
essere riparati.
c) Gli strumenti inutilizzati devono essere tenuti fuori
dalla portata dei bambini e delle persone che non
hanno familiarità con il dispositivo e le istruzioni
d’uso. Nelle mani di persone inesperte, questo
dispositivo può rappresentare un pericolo.
d) Mantenere il dispositivo in perfette condizioni.
Prima di ogni utilizzo, vericare che non vi siano
danni generali o danni alle parti mobili (frattura
di parti e componenti o altre condizioni che
potrebbero compromettere il funzionamento sicuro
del prodotto). In caso di danni, l'unità deve essere
riparata prima dell'uso.
e) Tenere il dispositivo fuori dalla portata dei bambini.
f) La riparazione e la manutenzione dell'attrezzatura
devono essere eseguite esclusivamente da personale
specializzato qualicato e con pezzi di ricambio
originali. Ciò garantisce la sicurezza durante l'uso.
g) Per garantire l'integrità di funzionamento
dell'apparecchio, i coperchi o le viti installati in
fabbrica non devono essere rimossi.
h) Quando si trasporta e si sposta l'apparecchiatura
dal luogo di deposito al luogo di utilizzo, i requisiti
di sicurezza e di igiene per la movimentazione
manuale devono essere rispettati per il paese in cui
l'apparecchiatura viene utilizzata.
i) Non lasciare il dispositivo incustodito mentre è in uso.
j) Pulire regolarmente l'apparecchio in modo da
evitare l'accumulo di sporcizia.
k) Questo apparecchio non è un giocattolo! La pulizia
e la manutenzione non devono essere eseguite da
bambini a meno che non siano sotto la supervisione
di un adulto.
l) È vietato intervenire sulla costruzione del dispositivo
per modicare i suoi parametri o la sua costruzione.
m) Tenere dispositivi lontano da fonti di fuoco e calore.
n) Non sovraccaricare il dispositivo.
o) Durante l’utilizzo della macchina si vericano
vibrazioni e ripetute azioni che possono essere
nocive alle mani e alle braccia dell’operatore.
ATTENZIONE! Anche se l'apparecchiatura
è stata progettata per essere sicura, sono presenti
degli ulteriori meccanismi di sicurezza. Malgrado
l'applicazione di queste misure supplementari di
sicurezza sussiste comunque il rischio di ferirsi. Si
raccomanda inoltre di usare cautela e buon senso.

3.2. PREPARAZIONE AL FUNZIONAMENTO
POSIZIONAMENTO DEL DISPOSITIVO
Tenere il dispositivo lontano da superci calde. Utilizzare
sempre l'apparecchio su una supercie piana, stabile,
ignifuga e asciutta. Assicurarsi che l'alimentazione del
dispositivo corrisponda ai dati riportati sulla targhetta!
Per installare le ruote di trasporto della piattaforma, occorre
ssare l'asse delle ruote ai ganci della piattaforma.
3.3. LAVORARE CON IL DISPOSITIVO
ATTENZIONE: Il dispositivo nuovo di fabbrica non
è riempito d'olio. La messa in funzione senza aver
prima rabboccato l'olio può danneggiare il motore e
annullare la garanzia.
a) Dopo aver disimballato il vibrocostipatore, occorre
vericare che non vi siano danni visibili, componenti
allentati, tagli o parti in plastica rotte.
b) Controllare il livello dell'olio esaminando l'indicatore
del livello dell'olio
c) Se l'olio non è più visibile attraverso il vetro,
rabboccare il livello dell'olio con ISO VG46 o altro
olio di norma simile.
IMPORTANTE: il livello dell'olio dovrebbe essere
mantenuto alla metà dell'altezza dell'indicatore del
livello dell'olio.
d) Controllare che la valvola del serbatoio del
carburante sia chiusa. Svitare il tappo del serbatoio,
valutare il livello del carburante e rabboccare il
serbatoio con benzina senza piombo se necessario.
Chiudere il tappo del serbatoio del carburante.

su entrambi i lati del dispositivo; entrambi indicano
il livello nello stesso serbatoio. Se necessario,
rabboccare l'olio mettendo un imbuto nel foro.
Chiudere il tappo con l'asta di livello.

d) Regolare l'angolo appropriato dell'impugnatura
all'altezza dell'operatore.
Avvio del motore
a) Aprire la valvola del serbatoio del carburante.
b) Portare l'interruttore dello starter del motore in
posizione "ON".
c) Muovere delicatamente la leva di controllo della
velocità per evitare di avviare la macchina al minimo.
d) Spostare la leva di regolazione dell'alimentazione
del carburante del motore nella posizione
completamente aperta (il massimo a destra).
e) Per le partenze a freddo, spostare la leva di
aspirazione in posizione chiusa (massimo a sinistra),
per le partenze a caldo la leva può essere spostata in
posizione centrale o completamente aperta.
f) Aerrare la maniglia dello starter e tirare lentamente
no a quando non si sente resistenza. Poi tirare
rapidamente e vigorosamente. Dopo l'avvio, non
lasciare andare la maniglia, ma rimetterla al suo
posto.
Attenzione: Se il cavo dello starter viene tirato troppo
velocemente e senza controllo, la mano dell'utente
può essere tirata verso l'unità prima che il cavo venga
rilasciato. L'avviamento involontario può provocare
lesioni, ad esempio: fratture, contusioni, ecc.
Regolare la velocità di funzionamento con la leva di
regolazione della velocità. Si raccomanda di lavorare
alla massima velocità.
g) Se il motore non si avvia, spostare la leva di
aspirazione in posizione semi-aperta (posizione
centrale) e ripetere i passi precedentemente descritti.
h) Se il motore non si avvia dopo ripetuti tentativi,
controllare la candela per un eccesso di carburante.
Se necessario, pulire o sostituire la candela con una
nuova.
Fermare il motore
a) Spostare la leva di controllo della velocità al minimo
e lasciar girare il motore per circa 3 minuti a bassa
velocità. Poi girare l'interruttore dello starter in
posizione "OFF" e chiudere le valvole del carburante.
3.4. PULIZIA E MANUTENZIONE
a) Dopo la pulizia, prima di riutilizzare l'apparecchio,
asciugare tutte le parti.
b) Tenere l'apparecchio in un luogo asciutto, fresco,
protetto dall'umidità e dalla luce diretta del sole.
c) È vietato spruzzare il dispositivo con un getto
d'acqua o immergere il dispositivo in acqua.
d) Eettuare controlli regolari del dispositivo per
mantenerlo eciente e privo di danni.
• Dopo il lavoro
a) E' necessario rimuovere accuratamente lo sporco e
l'olio dal motore e dalla zona di comando.
b) Controllare e serrare tutte le giunzioni.
c) Controllare il soetto di protezione
• Dopo una settimana di lavoro
a) Rimuovere il coperchio del ltro del carburante e
pulire l'interno del serbatoio del carburante.
b) Rimuovere e pulire il ltro dal fondo del serbatoio.
c) Rimuovere la candela di accensione. Controllare che
la candela di accensione e la sua rondella non siano
usurate o danneggiate. Sostituire con una nuova se
necessario. Se la candela deve essere riutilizzata,
pulirla con una spazzola metallica. Controllare il
tubo della candela. Serrare l'elettrodo laterale con
attenzione, regolare lo spazio se necessario. Lo
spazio tra gli elettrodi deve avere: 0,6-0,7mm.
ATTENZIONE: smontare, sostituire e regolare le
distanze degli elettrodi a motore freddo (candela
fredda)!
d) Pulire il coperchio del ltro dell'aria.
• Dopo 200-300 ore di lavoro
a) Assicurarsi che non ci sia olio in eccesso sulle parti
lubricate.
b) Aprire il coperchio del ltro dell'aria con il morsetto.
Pulire il ltro dell'aria con parana, poi immergerlo
nel bagno di olio motore e benzina preparato in
precedenza nel rapporto 1:3. Poi spremere entrambe
le parti e scuotere il liquido in eccesso. Mettere il ltro
al suo posto, chiudere il coperchio e ssarlo con il
morsetto.
c) Cambiare l'olio idraulico. Per rimuovere l'olio vecchio,
mettere un contenitore sotto l'uscita dell'olio. Poi
allentare la vite del foro di scarico dell'olio idraulico
e inclinare la macchina per facilitare il usso dell'olio.
Se continuare a usare la macchina, riempire il
serbatoio con MOBIL ISO VG-46 o un altro olio dello
stesso standard e proprietà usando un imbuto e
osservare il livello dell'olio sull'indicatore. Stringere
la vite.
• Se conservato a tempo indeterminato
a) Rimuovere il carburante dal serbatoio, dal tubo del
carburante e dal carburatore.
b) Togliere la candela di accensione e versare alcune
gocce di olio motore nel cilindro. Aerrare e tirare
l'avviatore in modo che l'olio raggiunga tutte le parti
del motore.

2.1. SEGURIDAD DEL TRABAJO CON EL MOTOR DE
COMBUSTIÓN
a) No fume cerca del aparato. El aparato contiene
sustancias inamables.
b) Cuando el motor esté en marcha, se calienta
signicativamente. Para evitar quemaduras, no se
debe tocar el motor caliente.
c) Antes de encender el dispositivo se debe añadir
aceite hasta el nivel apropiado. Si el nivel de aceite
fuera demasiado bajo, el motor no se encenderá
o podría apagarse.
d) Se debe informar sobre las fugas de aceite del
dispositivo a los servicios correspondientes o seguir
las normas legales aplicables en el área de uso.
e) ¡Peligro! Peligro para la salud y riesgo de explosión
del motor de combustión.
f) El escape del motor contiene monóxido de carbono
venenoso. Estar en un ambiente donde haya
monóxido de carbono puede ocasionar la pérdida
del conocimiento e incluso la muerte. No se debe
poner en marcha el motor en una instalación cerrada.

1. DESCRIPCIÓN GENERAL
Este manual ha sido elaborado para favorecer un empleo
seguro y able. El producto ha sido estrictamente diseñado
y fabricado conforme a las especicaciones técnicas y para
ello se han utilizado las últimas tecnologías y componentes,
manteniendo los más altos estándares de calidad.
ANTES DE LA PUESTA EN FUNCIONAMIENTO,
LEA LAS INSTRUCCIONES MINUCIOSAMENTE Y
ASEGÚRESE DE COMPRENDERLAS.
Para garantizar un funcionamiento duradero y able del
aparato, el manejo y mantenimiento deben llevarse a cabo
de acuerdo con las instrucciones de este manual. Los
datos técnicos y las especicaciones de este manual están
actualizados. El fabricante se reserva el derecho de realizar
modicaciones para mejorar la calidad. Teniendo en cuenta

Nunca ponga la gasolina con el motor en marcha

x) Evite operar la máquina en espacios cerrados, túneles
u otras áreas mal ventiladas, ya que los gases de
escape contienen humos y gases mortales / nocivos.
Si el funcionamiento de la máquina es inevitable en
un lugar así, debe garantizarse una extracción de
escape adecuada.
y) Durante el transporte: Pare el motor del dispositivo.
Cierre y asegure la tapa del tanque de combustible
y gire la válvula de combustible a la posición "OFF-O".
Antes de transportar a distancias largas o en caminos
difíciles, la gasolina debe drenarse del tanque de
combustible.
z) Mantenga los materiales inamables (gasolina,
fósforos, paja, etc.) lejos de los gases de escape.
2.2. SEGURIDAD EN EL PUESTO DE TRABAJO
a) Mantenga el lugar de trabajo limpio y bien iluminado.
El desorden o la mala iluminación pueden provocar
accidentes. Tenga cuidado, preste atención al trabajo
que está realizando y use el sentido común cuando
utilice el dispositivo.
b) No utilice el aparato en atmósferas potencialmente
explosivas, p. ej., en la cercanía de líquidos,
gases o polvo inamables. Bajo determinadas
circunstancias los aparatos generan chispas que
pueden inamar polvo o vapores circundantes.
c) En caso de avería o mal funcionamiento, apague el
aparato y contacte con el servicio técnico autorizado.
d) Si no está seguro de que la unidad funcione
correctamente, póngase en contacto con el servicio
técnico del fabricante.
e) Las reparaciones solo pueden ser realizadas por
el servicio técnico del fabricante. ¡No realice
reparaciones por su cuenta!
f) En caso de incendio, utilice únicamente extintores
de polvo o dióxido de carbono (CO2) para apagar el
aparato.
g) Se prohíbe la presencia de niños y personas no
autorizadas en el lugar de trabajo (la falta de
atención puede llevar a la pérdida de control del
equipo).
h) Utilice el equipo en un espacio bien ventilado.
i) Durante el funcionamiento la unidad produce polvo
y suciedad. Las terceras personas deben protegerse
contra los posibles efectos nocivos.
j) Compruebe regularmente el estado de las etiquetas
de información de seguridad. Si las pegatinas fueran
ilegibles, habrán de ser reemplazadas.
k) Conserve el manual de instrucciones para futuras
consultas. Este manual debe ser entregado a toda
persona que vaya a hacer uso del dispositivo.
l) Los elementos de embalaje y pequeñas piezas de
montaje deben mantenerse alejados del alcance de
los niños.
m) Mantenga el equipo alejado de niños y animales.
n) Al utilizar este equipo junto con otros, también
deben observarse otras instrucciones de uso.
2.3. SEGURIDAD PERSONAL
a) No está permitido utilizar el aparato en estado de
fatiga, enfermedad, bajo la inuencia del alcohol,
drogas o medicamentos, ya que estos limitan la
capacidad de manejo del aparato.
b) La máquina debe ser manipulada exclusivamente por
operarios con la formación adecuada y físicamente
sanos, que hayan leído las presentes instrucciones
y conozcan los requisitos en materia de seguridad y
salud.
c) Esta máquina no debe ser utilizada por personas
(entre ellas niños) con capacidades físicas, sensoriales
o mentales reducidas, o con falta de la experiencia
y/o los conocimientos necesarios, a menos que
sean supervisadas por una persona responsable de
su seguridad o que hayan recibido de esta persona
responsable las indicaciones pertinentes en relación
al manejo de la máquina.
d) Actúe con precaución y use el sentido común cuando
maneje este producto. La más breve falta de atención
durante el trabajo puede causar lesiones graves.
e) Utilice el equipo de protección personal necesario
para el empleo de este dispositivo, de acuerdo con
las especicaciones del punto 1 de las explicaciones
de los símbolos. El uso de un equipo de protección
personal apropiado y certicado reduce el riesgo de
lesiones.

n) No permita que el aparato se sobrecargue.

asegúrese de que las paredes de la excavación estén
estables y que no se colapsen bajo la inuencia de
vibraciones.
r) Asegúrese de que no haya cables eléctricos, gas,
agua u otros servicios de comunicación en el área
a compactar, que podrían dañarse con las vibraciones.
s) No se pare sobre el dispositivo durante su
funcionamiento o cuando no esté en uso.
t) Resbalones o caídas son la causa principal de
lesiones graves o la muerte. Tenga cuidado con las
supercies de trabajo irregulares o resbaladizas.
Tenga cuidado cuando trabaje cerca de aberturas
o excavaciones desprotegidas.
u) Use ropa y calzado de protección adecuados cuando
trabaje con una mezcla de betún caliente.
v) Este dispositivo es una unidad pesada y debe ser
movido y colocado por dos personas sucientemente
fuertes. Use los soportes de la máquina y las técnicas
correctas para levantar los elementos pesados.
3. INSTRUCCIONES DE USO
El apisonador vibratorio sirve para compactar el terreno
de caminos, terraplenes y embalses antes de los trabajos
de construcción superciales y después de los trabajos de
instalación subterráneos.
El usuario es responsable de los daños derivados de un
uso inadecuado del aparato.
3.1. DESCRIPCIÓN DEL APARATO
f) No sobrestime sus habilidades. Mantenga el
equilibrio durante el trabajo. Esto le da un mejor
control sobre el dispositivo en caso de situaciones
inesperadas.
g) No utilice ropa holgada o adornos tales como joyas.
Mantenga el cabello, la ropa y los guantes alejados
de las piezas móviles. La ropa holgada, las joyas o el
cabello largo pueden quedar atrapados en las piezas
móviles.
h) Antes de encender el equipo, aleje todas las
herramientas o destornilladores utilizados para su
ajuste. Los objetos que permanezcan sobre piezas
rotatorias podrían ocasionar desperfectos y lesiones.
i) Se recomienda utilizar protecciones para ojos, oídos
y vías respiratorias.
j) Este aparato no es un juguete. Debe controlar que
los niños no jueguen con él.
2.4. MANEJO SEGURO DEL APARATO
a) No permita que el aparato se sobrecaliente. Utilice
las herramientas apropiadas para cada trabajo.
Debe seleccionarse el aparato adecuado para cada
aplicación y utilizarse conforme al n para el que
ha sido diseñado, para conseguir así los mejores
resultados.
b) No utilice la unidad si el interruptor ON/OFF no
funcionara correctamente (no enciende o apaga).
Los aparatos que no pueden ser controlados por
interruptores son peligrosos. Estos pueden y deben
ser reparados.
c) Mantenga las herramientas fuera del alcance de los
niños y de las personas que no estén familiarizadas con
el equipo en sí o no hayan recibido las instrucciones
pertinentes al respecto. En manos de personas
inexpertas este equipo puede representar un peligro.
d) Mantenga el aparato en perfecto estado
de funcionamiento. Antes de cada trabajo,
compruébelo en busca de daños generales o de
piezas móviles (fractura de piezas y componentes
u otras condiciones que puedan perjudicar el
funcionamiento seguro de la máquina). En caso de
daños, el aparato debe ser reparado antes de volver
a ponerse en funcionamiento.
e) Mantenga la unidad fuera del alcance de los niños.
f) La reparación y el mantenimiento de los equipos
solo pueden ser realizados por personal cualicado
y siempre empleando piezas de repuesto originales.
Esto garantiza la seguridad durante el uso.
g) A n de asegurar la integridad operativa del
dispositivo, no se deben retirar las cubiertas o los
tornillos instalados de fábrica.
h) Al transportar o trasladar el equipo desde su lugar
de almacenamiento hasta su lugar de utilización,
se observarán los requisitos de seguridad e higiene
para la manipulación manual en el país en que se
utilice el equipo.
i) No deje este equipo sin supervisión mientras esté en
funcionamiento.
j) Limpie regularmente el dispositivo para evitar que la
suciedad se incruste permanentemente.
k) Este aparato no es un juguete. La limpieza y el
mantenimiento no deben ser llevados a cabo por
niños que no estén bajo la supervisión de adultos.
l) Se prohíbe realizar cambios en la construcción del
dispositivo para modicar sus parámetros o diseño.
m) Mantenga el dispositivo alejado de fuentes de fuego
o calor.

¡ATENCIÓN! Aunque en la fabricación de
este aparato se ha prestado gran importancia
a la seguridad, dispone de ciertos mecanismos de
protección extras. A pesar del uso de elementos de

3.2. PREPARACIÓN PARA LA PUESTA EN MARCHA
LUGAR DE TRABAJO
Mantenga el dispositivo alejado de cualquier supercie
caliente. Utilice siempre el dispositivo sobre una supercie
uniforme, estable, resistente al fuego y seca.
Montaje de la plataforma
Para instalar las ruedas de transporte de la plataforma,
se debe colocar el eje de las ruedas en los ganchos de la
plataforma.
3.3. MANEJO DEL APARATO
ATENCIÓN: El aparato nuevo de fábrica no contiene
aceite. Arrancar sin rellenar primero el aceite puede
dañar el motor y anular la garantía.
a) Después de desempaquetar el apisonador,
compruebe que no presente daños visibles,
elementos estructurales sueltos, cortes o elementos
de plástico rotos
b) Compruebe el nivel de aceite que se muestra en el
indicador de nivel de aceite.
c) Si el aceite no se ve a través de la ventanilla, hay que
reponerlo con aceite ISO VG46 o con otro aceite de
estándar similar.
IMPORTANTE: El nivel de aceite se debe mantener
a media altura del indicador de nivel de aceite.
d) Comprobar si la válvula del depósito de combustible
está cerrada. Desenroscar el tapón del depósito,
evaluar el nivel de combustible y rellenar con
gasolina sin plomo si es necesario. Enroscar el tapón
de llenado de combustible.

e) Comprobar el nivel de aceite del motor. Los tapones
con la varilla para comprobar el nivel de aceite del
motor están situados a ambos lados del aparato,
ambos indican el nivel en el mismo depósito. Si es
necesario, rellenar con aceite colocando un embudo
en el oricio. Enroscar el tapón con la varilla.
3.4. LIMPIEZA Y MANTENIMIENTO
a) Después de cada limpieza, deje secar bien todas las
piezas antes de volver a utilizar el aparato.
b) Guarde el aparato en un lugar seco, fresco
y protegido de la humedad y la radiación solar
directa.
c) Prohibido rociar agua sobre el dispositivo
o sumergirlo en agua.
d) El dispositivo debe ser inspeccionado regularmente
para vericar su eciencia técnica y detectar
cualquier daño.
• Después del trabajo
a) Elimine minuciosamente la suciedad y el aceite del
motor y del área de control.
b) Compruebe y atornille todos los conectores.
c) Examine el fuelle de protección.
• Después de una semana de trabajo
a) Retire la cubierta del ltro de combustible y limpie el
interior del depósito de combustible.
b) Saque y limpie el ltro de la parte inferior del
depósito.
c) Desenroscar la bujía. Comprobar si la bujía y la
arandela de la bujía no están desgastadas o dañadas.
Si es necesario, reemplazarla por una nueva. Si
quiere reutilizar la bujía, debe limpiarla con un
cepillo de alambre. Comprobar el tubo de la bujía.
Doblar con cuidado el electrodo lateral y ajustar
la separación si es necesario. El espacio entre los
electrodos debe tener: 0,6-0,7mm.
ATENCIÓN: ¡el desmontaje, la sustitución y el ajuste
de la separación de los electrodos deben realizarse
en un motor frío (bujía fría)!
d) Limpie la cubierta del ltro de aire.
• Después de 200-300 horas de trabajo
a) Asegúrese de que no haya un exceso de aceite en los
elementos lubricados.
b) Abrir la tapa del ltro de aire con la abrazadera.
Limpiar el ltro de aire con queroseno y, a
continuación, sumergirlo en un baño preparado
de aceite de motor y gasolina en proporción 1:3. A
continuación, se exprimen ambos elementos y se
sacuden para eliminar el exceso de líquido. Colocar
el ltro en su lugar, cerrar la tapa y asegurarlo con la
abrazadera.
c) Cambiar el aceite hidráulico. Para eliminar el aceite
viejo, colocar un recipiente debajo de la salida de
aceite. A continuación, aojar el tornillo del oricio
de drenaje del aceite hidráulico e inclinar la máquina
para facilitar el ujo de aceite. Para seguir utilizando
la máquina, rellenar el depósito con el aceite MOBIL
ISO VG-46 u otro aceite de la misma norma y
propiedades utilizando un embudo y observando el
nivel de aceite en la varilla. Apretar el tornillo.
• Durante el almacenamiento indenido
a) Retirar el combustible del depósito de combustible,
el conducto de combustible y el carburador.
b) Saque la bujía y eche algunas gotas de aceite de
motor al cilindro. Agarre y tire del estárter para que
el aceite llegue a todas las partes del motor.

Antes de arrancar
a) Compruebe que los elementos estructurales estén
bien ajustados.
b) Compruebe que el fuelle de protección no gotee.
c) Elimine cualquier tipo de la suciedad de las
supercies lisas del apisonador y asegúrese de que
el mango esté limpio.
d) Ajuste el ángulo del mango adecuado a la altura del
operario.
Arranque del motor
a) Abrir la válvula del depósito de combustible
b) Poner el interruptor de arranque del motor en la
posición "ON".
c) Mover la palanca de control de la velocidad con
suavidad para evitar que la máquina arranque al
ralentí.
d) Mover la palanca de ajuste del suministro de
combustible a la posición totalmente abierta
(máximo a la derecha).
e) Para los arranques en frío, mover la palanca de
succión a la posición cerrada (máximo a la izquierda),
para el arranque con el motor caliente la palanca
puede ajustarse a la posición media o totalmente
abierta.
f) Agarrar el tirador de arranque y tirar lentamente
hasta que sentir resistencia. A continuación, tirar
rápida y enérgicamente. Después de la puesta en
marcha, no soltar el tirador, sino ponerlo en su sitio.
¡Atención! Si se deja que la cuerda vuelva a su sitio con
demasiada rapidez y sin control, esto puede tirar de
la mano del usuario hacia la unidad antes de soltar
la cuerda. El arranque imprudente puede provocar
lesiones, por ejemplo: fractura, contusión, etc.
Ajustar la velocidad de trabajo con la palanca de control
de velocidad. Se recomienda trabajar a la máxima
velocidad.
g) Si el motor no se pone en marcha, mover la palanca
de succión en la posición semiabierta (posición
media) y repetir los pasos descritos anteriormente.
h) Si el motor no arranca después de repetidos
intentos, comprobar si la bujía no tiene exceso de
combustible. Si es necesario, limpiar o sustituir la
bujía por una nueva.
Parada del motor
a) Mover la palanca de control de velocidad al mínimo
(ralentí) y dejar que el motor trabaje durante unos 3
minutos a baja velocidad. A continuación, poner el
interruptor de arranque en la posición "OFF" y cerrar
las válvulas de combustible.
