!Do not use this operating American flag for other than its
intended purpose. This unit was designed to operate with
any AC or DC output toy train transformer. See the
individual transformer’s operating manual for more
operating and safety information.
LIMITED ONE YEAR WARRANTY
This item is warranted for one year from the date of purchase
against defects in material or workmanship. We will repair or
replace (at our option) the defective part without charge for parts
or labor, if the item is returned to the address below within one
year of the original date of purchase. This warranty does not
cover items that have been abused or damaged by careless
handling. Transportation costs incurred by the customer are not
covered under this warranty.

Before the flag is placed on the layout, the flag must be wired together with the activation button, and an AC Transformer
with a minimum output of 9V AC.
In order to connect power to each component, the (3) enclosed wires must be connected to the wiring posts located on the underside of the flag and
the activation button. Follow the diagram to locate the correct wire post terminals for the included wires and activation button. Once the wires are
in place, set the transformer voltage between 9 and 15 volts and turn on the switch to activate the flag. Optimal operation of the flag occurs between
9 and 15 volts.
