HINTS FOR SAFE OPERATION
DO Study this manual before operating your E Truck.
DO Check all nuts, bolts, and wheel studs weekly.
DO Be safety conscious and dress appropriately when operating your
E Truck. Always wear substantial footwear and a hard hat in relevant areas.
DO Exercise extreme caution with the controls when working on steep or slippery
surfaces. Especially, when people are near to the working area.
DO Ensure that all safety guards are in place when operating the E Truck
ATTENTION
DO Keep the E Truck free of any accumulation of dirt, grease, oil or other
ammable material.
DO After use, connect the truck to the supplied battery charger. The battery
charger should be left powered up and connected to the E Truck until the
E Truck is next used. This will ensure that the batteries are fully charged when
the truck is next to be used.
Note that there is an inhibit on the drive motor whilst the battery charger is
plugged into the E Truck socket.
BE SAFE: FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS AT ALL TIMES.
SAFETY
DO NOT Allow anyone lacking in experience to operate your E Truck.
DO NOT Carry “passengers”on your E Truck.
DO NOT Start work without completing the daily maintenance checks.
DO NOT Operate the E Truck without exercising appropriate safety precautions.
DO NOT Use other types of battery charger or batteries.

ATTENTION
DO NOT Pressure wash directly onto the trucks electronics.
BE SAFE: EXERCISE COMMON SENSE AT ALL TIMES.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS:
GETTING STARTED:
1. Using the battery charger supplied, charge the batteries until the green,
“ready” light on the charger comes on.
TO MOVE FORWARD:
1. Switch the on/o button to ON. The switch will illuminate.
2. Select “FORWARD” on the rocker switch on the electrical box.
3. Grip the handlebars and pull up on the left hand lever. The parking brake will
be automatically released and the E Truck will start to move. The more the
lever is raised, the faster the E Truck will move.
TO REVERSE:
1. Release the left hand throttle lever to stop the E Truck.
2. Move the rocker switch to “REVERSE”.
3. Grip the handlebars and pull up on the left hand lever. The more the lever is
raised, the faster the E Truck will move.
TO STOP:
Release the throttle lever. The E Truck will slow down and stop. After a short
delay the parking brake will automatically come on.
After 10 minutes of inactivity, the controller will power down. The on/o
switch must be pushed to o and back on again to activate the truck.

90 Days for units used in the Commercial sector.
Under the following conditions
lRoutine maintenance undertaken in accordance with Owners Manual.
lReturned defective parts are approved by muck-truck UK Ltd.
lMachine is not abused or operated with known faults or lack of maintenance.
lRepairs are in accordance with muck-truck UK Ltd.
AT AN AGREED JOB RATE
Only defective parts are covered & not wearable components that necessitate
replacement through normal wear & tear, i.e. puncture, chipped paint, dented
hopper etc. muck-truck UK Ltd will not be held liable for any consequential losses.
PERSONAL CUSTOMER GUARANTEE STATEMENT
If there is any component, or components, manufactured by muck-truck UK Ltd that
are found to be defective within 12 months from the date of purchase (or 90 days
in the case of a machine used for hire/commercial purposes), muck-truck UK Ltd
undertake to replace the faulty component/s free of charge, (provided that they are
notied immediately upon date of failure).
THE FOLLOWING ARE NOT COVERED BY THIS GUARANTEE
1. A machine which has been subject to operation in excess of recommended
capacities, misuse, negligence or accident, or has been altered or modied in a
manner which has not been authorised by muck-truck UK Ltd.
2. Wear parts, e.g. tyres, cables, batteries etc.
3. Transportation Charge – to and from the warranty repair site.
muck-truck UK Ltd operates a policy of continual development and reserves the right to alter
product specication without giving prior notice.

MK 5 E TRUCK


TO EMPTY SKIP:
1. Stop the machine and disengage the skip release lever.
2. Jerk both handles upwards; the skip will pivot forward and dump the load with
gravity force.
TO RESET SKIP:
Pull back on the skip and engage the locking catch that holds the skip closed.
NOTE: Check that the locking catch has engaged before moving o.
MAINTENANCE
Routine checks of your E Truck will ensure trouble free operation with less ‘down’
time.
