HINTS FOR SAFE OPERATION
DO Study this manual before operang your Power Barrow PRO.
DO Check all nuts, bolts and wheel studs monthly.
DO Be safety conscious and dress appropriately when operang your Power Barrow PRO.
Always wear substanal footwear and a hard hat in relevant areas.
DO Exercise extreme cauon with the controls when working on steep or slippery surfaces.
Especially, when people are near to the working area.
DO Ensure that all safety guards are in place when operang the Power Barrow PRO.
ATTENTION
DO Keep the Power Barrow PRO free of any accumulaon of dirt, grease, oil or other
ammable material.
DO Aer use, connect the truck to the supplied baery charger. The baery
charger should be le powered up and connected to the Power Barrow PRO unl the
Power Barrow PRO is next used. This will ensure that the baeries are fully charged when
the Power Barrow PRO is next to be used.
Note that there is no inhibit on the drive motor whilst the baery charger is
plugged into the Power Barrow PRO socket.
BE SAFE: FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS AT ALL TIMES.
DO NOT Allow anyone lacking in experience to operate your Power Barrow PRO.
DO NOT Carry “passengers” on your Power Barrow PRO.
DO NOT Start work without compleng the daily maintenance checks.
DO NOT Operate the Power Barrow PRO without exercising appropriate safety precauons.
DO NOT Use other types of baery charger or baeries.
DO NOT Put Hands or Limbs near Moving Parts.
HINTS FOR SAFE OPERATION ATTENTION
DO NOT Pressure wash directly onto the trucks electronics.
BE SAFE: EXERCISE COMMON SENSE AT ALL TIMES.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS:
1. To reset the machine ready for use, pull the
Emergency Stop buon out, and turn the key
to the ON posion.
2. Move Joysck in the Direcon you
wish to Travel.
3. To Empty/Return the skip, move the rocker
switch to the desired direcon of travel.
4. You can select high or low speed by moving
the switch in to the desired posion.
5. Baery Gauge indicates the remaining
charge in the baery and machine fault.

7. To turn OFF the machine, turn the key into
OFF posion.
6. In an Emergency, PUSH the Red Emergency
Buon.

WARRANTY
POWER BARROW Serial No—
24 Months on Electric Transmission, 12 months on all other parts excluding wear parts or
Operator damage (misuse), unless deemed defecve from Manufacture.
Under the following condions
• Roune maintenance undertaken in accordance with Owner’s Manual.
• Returned defecve parts are approved by Muck-truck UK Ltd.
• Machine is not abused or operated with known faults or lack of maintenance.
• Repairs are in accordance with Muck-truck UK Ltd.
AT AN AGREED JOB RATE
Only defecve parts are covered and not wearable components that necessitate replacements
through normal wear and tear, i.e. puncture, chipped paint, dented skip/bucket etc.
Muck-truck UK Ltd will not be liable for any consequenal losses.
PERSONAL CUSTOMER GUARANTEE STATEMENT
If there is any component, or components, manufactured by Muck-truck UK Ltd that
are found to be defecve within 12 months from the date of purchase (or 90 days
In the case of a machine used for hire/commercial purposes), Muck-truck UK Ltd
undertake to replace the faulty component/s free of charge, (provided that they are
noed immediately upon date of failure) and photo/video evidence.
THE FOLLOWING ARE NOT COVERED BY THIS GUARANTEE
1. A machine which has been subject to operaon in excess of recommended
capacies , misuse, negligence or accident, or has been altered or modied in a manner
which has not been authorized by Muck-truck UK Ltd.
2. Wear parts, e.g. tyres, cables, baeries etc.
3. Transportaon Charge— to and from the warranty repair site.
Muck-truck UK Ltd operates a policy of connual development and reserves the right to alter
product specicaon without giving prior noce.

HOW TO FREE WHEEL YOUR MACHINE:

1. Unlock the Electric Middle Box Latch, lt the box backward.
2. Inside you will see Figure 1 set up.
3. Disconnect A & B, then connect B & C, and you will hear a click, as the brakes get
disconnected.
4. You can now start pushing your machine to the desired locaon.
5. Once the machine is in the desired place, please do not forget to connect back A and B.
Important!
Please DO NOT forget to connect back
wires A & B aer moving your machine to
the desired locaon, or else your Parking
Brake will not work.

BATTERY CHARGE LEVEL:
Please DO NOT discharge the Baeries below 25% level.
If you do, then the smart charger might not recognize the Baeries are aached and therefore,
you would need to disconnect and individually charge one of the Baeries with an external 12V
charger.
