IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
WARNING: FALL HAZARD
Children have suffered severe head injuries including skull
fractures when falling from high chairs. Falls can happen suddenly
if child is not restrained properly.
• The child should be secured in the high chair at all times by the
5-point harness. Always use restraints and adjust to t snugly.
• It is recommended that the high chair be used by children
capable of sitting upright unassisted.
• DO NOT leave child unattended during use. Always keep child
in view.
• Do not place the high chair near a counter or table. Your child
may be able to push hard enough against these surfaces to tip
the chair over.
• The tray is not designed to hold the child in the chair.
• Never use or modify high chair to use food tray without the
crotch post in place.
• This product is not intended for sleeping.
• Do NOT move or lift this product with the child inside it.
• Never use the high chair on uneven or reclined ground oor.
• ONLY USE PRODUCT AS INSTRUCTED.
• Check this product for damaged hardware, loose joints, missing
parts or sharp edges before and after assembly and frequently
during use. Do not use high chair unless all components are
correctly tted and adjusted. DO NOT use high chair if any
parts are missing.

AGE REQUIREMENTS
This high chair is suitable for children 6-36 months.
WEIGHT REQUIREMENTS
This high chair is suitable for children under 33 lbs/15 kg.
SWIVEL POSITIONS
Push swivel latch upward on back of support frame, then rotate seat in either direction.
Release swivel latch to lock seat at quarter-turn positions.
Seat swivels 360° for easy on and off-loading, feeding, and interaction in any direction.

1.ATTACH LEGS TO FRAME
Attach lower legs (A, B, C, D) to
matching upper legs. Screw legs
counter-clockwise until secure.
NOTE: If letters do not match, leg
lengths may differ.
3.ADD CUSHION INSERT
Place (optional) cushion insert onto seat.
NOTE: Cushion insert is recommended
for infants.
NOTE: Seat, Cushion Insert and 5-Point
Harness are pre-assembled.
2.INSTALL SEAT
Push seat posts into support frame
until seat locks click into position.
Be sure seat is securely connected
to frame before using.
To uninstall, press seat locks on
both sides and lift seat.

4.INSTALL SEAT
The 5-point harness is installed by preset. 5-point harness is recommended for your
child’s full security.
A.Lay lower harness straps across seat with
buckle facing upward. There should be
3 straps (2 side, 1 front) with anchors at
each end.
B.Starting at any end, turn anchor sideways.
Grasp anchor and end of strap together,
then push them through matching slots
in both cushion insert and seat. There are
2 side slots and 1 front slot.
C. Once anchor is through, atten it
against outside of seat to prevent strap
from retreating.
Repeat for anchors on remaining straps.
