Dear Customer,
Incorporating the very latest developments in piezo-electric drop-on-demand inkjet printing technology, the
Falcon II combines high speed and high-resolution output, making it equally suitable for short-run production
printing and high-quality photographic reproduction.
The Falcon II offers you maximum application versatility, thanks to a variety of ink configuration options. The
Falcon II has a 4, 6 and 8 colour channel output. The user can load two sets of either CMYK 220 ml dye or
pigmented ink cassettes, offering 440 ml ink autonomy per colour and the possibility to double the printer’s
speed. Moreover, it is possible to load 4 CMYK 220 ml dye and 4 CMYK pigmented ink cassettes, allowing
for instant switching from one ink type to another without washing nor cleaning procedures involved.
Making high-quality photographic reproductions and short-run productions has never been easier. The
incorporated “Dynamic Variable Dot Imaging Technology”, enables the RJ-8000 to independently produce
multiple and unique dots and moreover to adjust the size of the ink droplets produced by each of the print
head nozzles on-the-fly. The result is finer details and smoother gradients in highlight areas and crisp
colours in the midtones and shadows.
Print resolutions offered are 360 x 360 dpi, 720 x 360 dpi, 720 x 720 dpi, 1440 x 720 dpi and 1440 x 1440
dpi. The Falcon II reaches production print speeds of no less than 39.5 square meters per hour at 360 x 360
dpi. The RJ-8000 50”, RJ-8000 64” and the RJ-8000 87”, with respectively printing widths of 1263 mm, 1641
mm and 2230 mm, ensure that in every application your colours look bright and vivid, making a lasting
impression of your signage.
The Falcon II with standard 20.3 Mb Hard Disk, automated Take-up System, “Dynamic Variable Dot Imaging
Technology”, automatic media thickness compensation, 4,6 and 8-colour channel output, automatic ink level
and media remainder, bundled with Software and 8 cassettes of 220ml ink per colour, delivers high speed
and top image quality.
The Falcon II is an easy to use printer for your short-run production and high-quality reproduction print jobs.
