Montáž tlumiče na motory 80 ccm
1. Přišroubujte držák tlumiče (3) na trn (2)
šroubem (4) a dotáhněte.
2. Držák připevněte lehce k tlumiči šroubem
(1) s podložkou.
3. Přišroubujte tlumična válec motoru a
pevnědotáhněte.
4. V případěpotřeby použijte distanční
podložku ∅6 (5).
5. Dotáhněte pevněšroub na zadní víko.
6. Dotáhněte pevněšroub (1).
7. Podložky (6) použijte pro vymezení
vzdálenosti od přepážky.
Assembling the exhausts to engine 80 ccm
1. Screw the exhaust holder (3) on the pin (2)
using the screw (4) and tighten.
2. Fix the holder to the exhaust lightly using
the screw (1) and a washer.
3. Screw the exhaust on the engines cylinder
and tighten.
4. If necessary use clearance washer ∅6 (5).
5. Screw the exhaust also on the rear back
plate of the engine.
6. Tighten the screw (1) well.
7. Use washers (6) to set the distance of
firewall.
Schalldämpfereinbau auf die Motoren 80 ccm
1. Befestigen Sie der Halter (3) auf dem Dorn (2) mittels Schraube (4).
2. Halter auf dem Schalldämpfer mittels Schraube (1) mit Unterlegscheibe leicht befestigen. Der
Schalldämpfer auf dem Zylinder befestigen.
3. Wenn nötig, die Unterlegscheibe Ø6 (5) benutzen.
4. Die Schraube (1) auf dem Hinterdeckel fest nachziehen.
5. Unterlegscheibe (6) ausgleichen der Abstand zu Motorenwand.
