1 Veiligheidsvoorschriften
• Maak zeker voor gebruik dat de bandenvuller in goede staat is.
• Maak zeker voor het onderhoud van het toestel, dat alle druk afgevoerd werd.
• Gebruik enkel goedgekeurde bevestigingen en onderdelen. Het gebruik van ongeschikte onderdelen kan gevaarlijk zijn en
annuleert de garantie.
• Lees de gebruiksinstructies van alle accessoires, die met de bandenvuller gebruikt worden.
• Houd de werkruimte steeds schoon, opgeruimd en goed verlicht.
• Draag steeds een veiligheidsbril en een gehoorbescherming tijdens het gebruik van de bandenvuller.
• Houd kinderen en onbevoegde mensen uit de buurt van de werkruimte.
• Gebruik de bandenvuller niet voor een toepassing waarvoor deze niet ontworpen is.
• Zorg ervoor, de certiceringsplaat op het toestel niet te beschadigen of verwijderen.

Richt nooit perslucht naar mensen of dieren.
AANDACHT!
De bandenvuller is een drukvat, neem dus de volgende veiligheidsvoorschriften in acht:
• Gebruik het toestel nooit zonder veiligheidsklep.
• Wijzig de veiligheidsklep niet, wijzig het toestel op geen enkele manier en bevestig er niets aan.
• Stel het toestel niet bloot aan schokken, vibraties, hitte, en vermijd contacten met schurende of bijtende producten.
• Voer dagelijks de condensatie van het toestel af, controleer de binnenwanden alle drie maanden op corrosie, en
laat elk jaar een gedetailleerde inspectie van het toestel uitvoeren. De wanddikte van het toestel mag op geen enkel
moment onder de gecerticeerde waarde vallen.
AANDACHT!
De waarschuwingen, veiligheidsvoorschriften en instructies in deze handleiding kunnen alle
mogelijke omstandigheden en situaties omvatten. Gezond verstand en voorzichtigheid zijn
factoren, die in dit product niet geïntegreerd kunnen worden, maar die door de bediener
toegepast moeten worden.
2 Omschrijving
De BVP80 is en klein toestel met een hoog vermogen. Levert een onmiddellijke luchtstroom. Laat lucht in de band door de
hiel tegen de velgrand te drukken voor het opblazen. Volledig gecerticeerde tank met manometer en veiligheidsklep tegen
overdruk. Dankzij de trekker met drukknop kan de technicus beide handen op de tank houden voor een betere controle.
Geschikt voor auto’s, lichte bedrijfsvoertuigen en ATV-banden. Wordt geleverd met veiligheidsbril, oordopjes en muurbeugel.

4. CONTENTS
The next generation of bead blaster which produces a huge punch despite its size. Delivers an instantaneous blast of air. Dumps air into tyre
that allows the technician to keep both hands on the tank for more control. Suitable for use on cars, light commercials and ATV tyres. Supplied
with safety spectacles, ear plugs and wall mounting bracket.
5. ASSEMBLY
5.1. Fit an air coupler nipple, not supplied, to suit the available air line system into the small intake valve shown in fig.1.
5.2. Fit the twin outlet barrel to the receiver securely, ensuring air tight integrity of the connection. In use, it is required that the angle
flange is carrying handle side (opposite side to air release trigger) of the receiver when the task wheel is horizontal (fig.2).
When the task wheel is vertical the angle flange should be the same side as the air release trigger (fig.3).
5.3. Check the integrity of the pressure gauge and safety relief valve connections.

1. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

GENERAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Ensure the bead seating tool is in good order and condition before use.
Before carrying out maintenance on the unit ensure that the pressure has been vented.
Use only authorised attachments and parts. Unauthorised items may be dangerous and will invalidate your warranty.
Read the instructions regarding any accessory used with the bead seater.
Keep the work area clean and tidy.
Ensure the working area is well lit.
Always wear safety glasses and ear defenders when using the bead seater.
Keep children and unauthorised persons away from the working area.
DO NOT use the bead seater to perform a task for which it is not designed.
DO NOT deface, or remove, the certification plate attached to the bead seater.
DANGER! DO NOT direct compressed air towards people or animals.
WARNING! The bead seater is a pressure vessel and the following safety measures apply:
DO NOT use the bead seater without the safety valve fitted.
DO NOT tamper with the safety valve, DO NOT modify or alter the bead seater in any way and DO NOT strap anything to it.
DO NOT subject the bead seater to impact, vibration or heat and DO NOT allow contact with abrasives or corrosives.
Drain condensation from bead seater daily, inspect inside walls for corrosion every three months and have a detailed inspection carried
out annually. The bead seater shell must not fall below the certified thickness at any point.
WARNING! The warnings, cautions and instructions discussed in this manual cannot cover all possible conditions and situations
that may occur. It must be understood that common sense and caution are factors which cannot be built into this product, but must
be applied by the operator.

5 Assemblage
1. Monteer een luchtkoppeling, niet meegeleverd, om het beschikbare luchtleidingsysteem aan te passen in de kleine
inlaatklep getoond in g. 1.
2. Bevestig de dubbele uitlaathuls stevig aan de tank, zodat de verbinding luchtdicht is.
Tijdens het gebruik moet de hoekens zich aan de draaghendelzijde (tegenovergestelde zijde van
de luchtstroom trekker) van de tank bevinden wanneer u met het wiel in horizontale positie (g. 2)
werkt.
Om met het wiel in verticale positie te werken, moet de hoekens zich aan de trekkerzijde (g. 3)
bevinden.
3. Controleer de verbindingen van de manometer en van de veiligheidsklep.
6 Gebruik
6.1 Wiel in horizontale positie (g. 2)
1. De assemblage huls en hoekens moet zich aan de tegenovergestelde zijde van de trekker bevinden. Zie ook 5.2.
2. Plaats het wiel met de band op een velgstandaard en klem het vast door de centrale naaf.
De band en het wiel mogen boven de grond zijn. De onderste hiel moet al correct gemonteerd zijn.
3. Sluit de luchtslang aan met de snelkoppeling en open de inlaatklep, om de tank onder druk te brengen, tot de werkdruk.
De normale werkdruk moet tussen 6 en 8 bar / 87 en 120 psi bedragen.
De nodige werkdruk is afhankelijk van de ervaring, de bandenmaat en de toestand van de band.
4. Met een hand op de draaghendel en de andere op de trekker, richt op de dubbele uitlaat, recht tegenover (*180°) de
klepsteel. Richt op het midden van de spleet, een hoek van 50° tot 70° ten opzichte van de verticaal, om de hoekens
in contact met de velg te brengen, die nu als stop- of draaipunt dient. Plaats na het positioneren de benaderingshoek en
verplaats de twee uitlaatopeningen van ongeveer 40 mm weg, om een voortijdig contact met de band te voorkomen,
omdat deze snel uitzet met de kracht van de netlucht.
5. Breng een gelijkmatige luchtstroom in de klepsteel en zet tegelijk de twee uitlaatopeningen in de richting van het draaipunt
tussen de band en de velg.
6. Houd deze positie stevig vast en druk voorzichtig op de trekker met uw wijsvingen, waarbij u de lucht van de tank naar de
sleep tussen de band en de velg richt.
6.1. Horizontal wheel mode. (fig.2)
6.1.1. The assembled unit barrel angle flange will be on the opposite side to the air release trigger. See also 5.2.
6.1.2. Place the wheel with tyre on to a proprietory rim stand and clamp in position through the central hub.
The tyre and wheel must be off the ground. The bottom bead must already be correctly seated.
6.1.3. Connect an air line to the "quick" coupling and open the intake valve to pressurise the receiver to the 'working pressure'.
Normal working pressure is from 87 to 120psi / 6to 8bar.
The pressure required in the receiver will depend upon experience, the tyre size and the tyre condition.
6.1.4. With one hand on the carrying handle and the other on the trigger release handle, aim the twin outlets, directly opposite (*180°) the tyre
valve stem. Target the middle of the gap, an angle of 50° to 70° from the vertical to bring the angle flange into contact with the rim of
the wheel, now the stop or pivot point. Once positioned, keeping the angle of approach, move the twin outlets away
approximately 40mm to avoid premature contact with the tyre as it quickly expands with the force of mains air in 6.1.5..
6.1.5. Apply a steady flow of air into the valve stem whilst simultaneously returning the twin outlets toward the tyre and rim fulcrum position.
6.1.6. Hold this position firmly and gently press the air release trigger with your index finger, directing the receiver air into the gap between the
tyre and rim.
6. OPERATION
6.2. Vertical wheel mode. (fig.3)
6.2.1. The assembled unit barrel angle flange will be on the same side as the air release trigger. See also 5.2.
6.2.2. Place the wheel with tyre against a wall, for example. The tyre must be off the wall and the back bead must already be correctly
seated. Use a wedge if required to set the bead.
6.2.3. Connect an air line to the "quick" coupling and open the intake valve to pressurise the receiver to the 'working pressure'.
Normal working
pressure is from 87 to 120psi / 6to 8bar. The pressure required in the receiver will depend upon experience, the tyre size and
the tyre condition.
6.2.4. With one hand on the carrying handle and the other on the trigger release handle, aim the twin outlets, directly opposite (*180°) the tyre
valve stem. Target the middle of the gap, an angle of 50° to 70° from the horizontal to bring the angle flange into contact with the rim of

6.3. Notes for both horizontal and vertical process
6.3.1. If above procedure does not set the bead, repeat the procedure at a higher pressure or try with the receiver vertical in (fig.2); horizontal
in (fig.3).
6.3.2. After the bead has set to the wheel, stop the air flow to the valve stem, fit a valve core in the stem, move the wheel assembly to a tyre
inflation cage and inflate the tyre to the manufacturer's recommended operating pressure.
6.3.3. * In some instances on smaller wheels it may be better to position the barrel closer to the valve stem (fig.4). See also 6.1.4 and 6.2.4.

6.2 Wiel in verticale positie (g. 3)
1. De assemblage huls en hoekens moet zich aan de trekkerzijde bevinden. Zie ook 5.2.
2. Plaats het wiel met de velg tegen bijvoorbeeld een muur.
Het wiel mag de muur niet aanraken, en de achterste hiel moet al correct gemonteerd zijn. Gebruik
indien nodig een wig om de hiel in te stellen.
3. Sluit de luchtslang aan met de snelkoppeling en open de inlaatklep
4. Sluit de luchtslang aan met de snelkoppeling en open de inlaatklep, om de tank onder druk te brengen, tot de werkdruk.
De normale werkdruk moet tussen 6 en 8 bar / 87 en 120 psi bedragen.
De nodige werkdruk is afhankelijk van de ervaring, de bandenmaat en de toestand van de band.
5. Met een hand op de draaghendel en de andere op de trekker, richt op de dubbele uitlaat, recht tegenover (*180°) de
klepsteel. Richt op het midden van de spleet, een hoek van 50° tot 70° ten opzichte van de horizontaal, om de hoekens
in contact met de velg te brengen, die nu als stop- of draaipunt dient. Plaats na het positioneren de benaderingshoek en
verplaats de twee uitlaatopeningen van ongeveer 40 mm weg, om een voortijdig contact met de band te voorkomen,
omdat deze snel uitzet met de kracht van de netlucht.
6. Breng een gelijkmatige luchtstroom in de klepsteel en zet tegelijk de twee uitlaatopeningen in de richting van het stoppunt
tussen de band en de velg.
7. Houd deze positie stevig vast en druk voorzichtig op de trekker met uw wijsvingen, waarbij u de lucht van de tank naar de
sleep tussen de band en de velg richt.
6.3 Opmerkingen voor zowel horizontaal als verticaal proces
• Als bovenstaande procedure de hiel niet goed plaatst, herhaal deze met een hogere druk of met de tank in verticale positie
in (g. 2) / horizontale positie in (g. 3).
• Nadat de hiel op het wiel geplaatst is, stop de luchtstroom in de klepsteel, plaats een core in de klepsteel, verplaats de
wielmontage naar een bandenkooi en pomp de band op onder de door de fabrikant aanbevolen druk.
• * In sommige gevallen, of voor kleinere wielen, kan het beter zijn de huls dichter bij de kelpsteel te plaatsen (g. 4).

1 Consignes de sécurité
• Assurez-vous que l’appareil est en bon état avant de l’utiliser.
• Avant d’effectuer l’entretien de l’appareil, assurez-vous que toute la pression a été évacuée.
• Utilisez uniquement des xations et pièces détachées autorisées. L’utilisation de pièces non conforme peut être dangereuse
et annule la garantie.
• Lisez les instructions d’utilisation de tous les accessoires utilisés avec le pistolet de remplissage.
• Maintenez l’espace de travail propre, rangé et bien éclairé.
• Portez toujours des lunettes de sécurité et des protections auditives pendant l’utilisation du pistolet de remplissage.
• Maintenez les enfants et les personnes non autorisées loin de l’espace de travail.
• N’utilisez pas le goneur de pneu pour effectuer un travail pour lequel il n’est pas conçu.
• Veillez à ne pas abîmer ou enlever la plaque de certication xée à l’appareil.
DANGER !
Ne dirigez jamais d’air comprimé vers des personnes ou des animaux.
ATTENTION !
Le pistolet de remplissage est un récipient sous pression, respectez les mesures de sécurité
suivantes :
• N’utilisez jamais l’appareil sans la soupape de sécurité.
• Ne modiez pas la soupape de sécurité, ne modiez en aucune façon l’appareil et n’attachez rien dessus.
• Ne soumettez pas l’appareil à des chocs, à des vibrations, à la chaleur, et évitez tout contact avec des produits
abrasifs ou corrosifs.
• Vidangez la condensation de l’appareil chaque jour, vériez tous les trois mois si les parois internes présentent des
traces de corrosion, et effectuez une fois par an une inspection détaillée de l’appareil. L’épaisseur de la parois de
l’appareil ne peut à aucun moment descendre sous la valeur certié.

2 Description
Le BVP80 a une grande puissance malgré sa petite taille. Fournit un soufe d’air instantané. Décharge de l’air dans le pneu
en forçant le talon à se plaquer contre la jante pour le gonage. Réservoir entièrement certié avec manomètre et soupape de
sécurité contre la surpression. La gâchette avec bouton poussoir permet au technicien de garder les deux mains sur le réservoir
pour un meilleur contrôle. Convient pour les pneus de voitures, de véhicules utilitaires légers et les pneus de VTT. Livré avec
lunettes de sécurité, bouchons d’oreilles et support mural.

5. ASSEMBLY
5.1. Fit an air coupler nipple, not supplied, to suit the available air line system into the small intake valve shown in fig.1.
5.2. Fit the twin outlet barrel to the receiver securely, ensuring air tight integrity of the connection. In use, it is required that the angle
flange is carrying handle side (opposite side to air release trigger) of the receiver when the task wheel is horizontal (fig.2).
When the task wheel is vertical the angle flange should be the same side as the air release trigger (fig.3).
5.3. Check the integrity of the pressure gauge and safety relief valve connections.

5 Assemblage
1. Montez un raccord d’air, non fourni, pour adapter le système de distribution d’air disponible dans la petite soupape
d’admission illustrée en g. 1.
2. Fixez solidement la double douille de sortie au réservoir, en assurant l’étanchéité de la connexion.
Pendant l’utilisation, il faut que la bride d’angle soit du côté de la poignée (côté opposé à la
gâchette de libération de l’air) du réservoir quand vous travaillez avec la roue en position
horizontale (g. 2).
Pour travailler avec la roue en position verticale, la bride d’angle doit être du côté de la gâchette
(g. 3).
3. Vériez les connexions du manomètre et de la soupape de sécurité.
6 Utilisation
6.1 Roue en position horizontale (g. 2)
1. L’assemblage douille et bride d’angle doit être du côté opposé à la gâchette. Voir aussi 5.2.
2. Placez la roue avec le pneu sur un support de jante et xez en position par le moyeu central.
Le pneu et la roue doivent être au-dessus du sol. Le talon inférieur doit déjà être correctement
monté.
3. Connectez le tuyau d’air avec le raccord rapide et ouvrez la soupape d’admission pour pressuriser le réservoir à la
pression de service.
La pression de service normale doit se situer entre 6 et 8 bars / 87 et 120 psi.
La pression nécessaire dans le réservoir dépend de l’expérience, de la taille du pneu et de son état.
4. Avec une main sur la poignée de transport et l’autre sur la gâchette, visez les deux sorties, directement en face (*180°)
de la tige de la valve du pneu. Visez le milieu de la fente, un angle de 50° à 70° par rapport à la verticale pour mettre
la bride d’angle en contact avec la jante de la roue, qui sert d’arrêt ou de pivot. Quand la position est correcte, tout en
gardant l’angle d’approche, éloignez les deux sorties d’environ 40 mm pour éviter un contact prématuré avec le pneu, car
il se dilatera rapidement à cause de la force de l’air.
5. Injectez un ux d’air constant dans la tige de la valve tout en ramenant les deux sorties vers le pivot entre le pneu et la
jante.
6. Maintenez fermement cette position et pressez doucement la gâchette avec votre index, en dirigeant l’air du réservoir vers
la fente entre le pneu et la jante.

Normal working pressure is from 87 to 120psi / 6to 8bar.
The pressure required in the receiver will depend upon experience, the tyre size and the tyre condition.
6.1.4. With one hand on the carrying handle and the other on the trigger release handle, aim the twin outlets, directly opposite (*180°) the tyre
valve stem. Target the middle of the gap, an angle of 50° to 70° from the vertical to bring the angle flange into contact with the rim of
the wheel, now the stop or pivot point. Once positioned, keeping the angle of approach, move the twin outlets away
approximately 40mm to avoid premature contact with the tyre as it quickly expands with the force of mains air in 6.1.5..
6.1.5. Apply a steady flow of air into the valve stem whilst simultaneously returning the twin outlets toward the tyre and rim fulcrum position.
6.1.6. Hold this position firmly and gently press the air release trigger with your index finger, directing the receiver air into the gap between the
tyre and rim.

inflation cage and inflate the tyre to the manufacturer's recommended operating pressure.

déplacez l’ensemble de la roue vers une cage de gonage et gonez le pneu à la pression recommandée par le fabricant.
• * Dans certains cas ou pour des roues plus petites, il peut être préférable de positionner la douille plus près de la tige de
la valve (g. 4). Voir aussi 6.1.4 et 6.2.4.

5. Apply a steady ow of air into the valve stem whilst simultaneously returning the twin outlets toward the tyre and rim
fulcrum position.
6. Hold this position rmly and gently press the air release trigger with your index nger, directing the receiver air into the
gap between the tyre and rim.

6.1.1. The assembled unit barrel angle flange will be on the opposite side to the air release trigger. See also 5.2.

Normal working pressure is from 87 to 120psi / 6to 8bar.
The pressure required in the receiver will depend upon experience, the tyre size and the tyre condition.
6.1.4. With one hand on the carrying handle and the other on the trigger release handle, aim the twin outlets, directly opposite (*180°) the tyre
valve stem. Target the middle of the gap, an angle of 50° to 70° from the vertical to bring the angle flange into contact with the rim of
the wheel, now the stop or pivot point. Once positioned, keeping the angle of approach, move the twin outlets away
approximately 40mm to avoid premature contact with the tyre as it quickly expands with the force of mains air in 6.1.5..
6.1.5. Apply a steady flow of air into the valve stem whilst simultaneously returning the twin outlets toward the tyre and rim fulcrum position.

(*180°) the tyre valve stem. Target the middle of the gap, an angle of 50° to 70° from the horizontal to bring the angle
ange into contact with the rim of the wheel, now the stop or pivot point. Once positioned, keeping the angle of approach,
move the twin outlets away approximately 40 mm to avoid premature contact with the tyre as it quickly expands with the
force of mains air in 6.2.5.
