1.1. I
NTRODUCTION
The refrigerants used for air conditioners are encironmentally friendly hydrocarbons R32. The two kinds of refrigerants are
combustible and odorless. Moreo er, the can burn and explode under certain condition. Howe er, there will be no risk of
burning and explosion if you comply with hte following table to install your air conditioner in a room with an appropriate area
and use it correctly.
Compared with ordinary refigerants, Refrigerants R32 are en ironmentally friendly and do not destroy the ozone sphere and
that their alyes of greenhouse oeffect are also ery low.

WARNINGS
•
Please read the manual before installation, using, maintenance.

Do not use means to accelerate the defrosting process or to celan, other than those recommended by the
manufacturer.

Do not pierce or burn the appliance.

The appliance shall be stored in a room without continuously operating sources (for example: open flames, an
operating ignition gas appliance or an operating electric heater).

Please contact the nearest after-sale ser ice center when maintenance is necessary. At the time of maintenance, the
maintenance personell must strictly comply with the Operation Manual pro ided by the corresponding manufacturer
and any non-professional is progibited to maintain the air conditioner.

It is necessary to comply with the procisions of gas-related national laws and regulations.
•
It is necessary to clear away the refigerant in the system when maintaining or scrapping an air conditioner.

AFETY RULES
•
Read this guide before installing and using the
appliance.
•
Make sure the base of the outdoor unit is firmly and
securely mounted.
•
After installing the kit air conditioner, test cycle and
sa e operational data.
•
Check that the outlet is properly grounded, change it
in any case.
•
When working on terminals, all power circuits must
be disconnected from the power supply.
•
Children must not ha e access to the assembly area
when installing indoor or outdoor units.
•
The indoor unit of the air conditioner must be
protected against arious types of o er oltage by a
safe de ice.
•
The ratings of the fuse installed in the built in control
unit ate T 5A / 250V.
•
The air conditioner must be installed by professional
or qualified persons.
•
Check that the system is airtight and that there is no
air or refrigerant in it.
•
Make sure that the mains oltage corresponds to the
oltage on the type plate of the de ice. Keep the plug
and cables clean. The power plug must be properly
inserted into the socket, it should be firmly pressed
into the socket to a oid the risk of electric shock or
fire.
•
Cleaning and maintenance requires the use of
qualified persons. Before proceeding, first disconnect
the de ice from the power supply.
•
The appliance must be fitted with means for
disconnection from the supply mains ha ing a contact
separation in all poles that pro ide full disconnection
under o er oltage category III condtions, and these
means must be incorporated in the fixed wiring in
accordance with the wiring rules.
Do not install the de ice near flammable substances (alcohol
etc.) or pressure containers (e.g. aerosol cans).
•
If the unit is to be installed in a non- entilated area,
appropriate precautions should be taken to pre ent
refrigerant leakage into the en ironment that could
cause a fire.
•
The packaging materials are recyclable and should be
disposed of in the separate waste bins. Take the air
conditioner at the end of its useful lige to a special
waste collection centre for disposal.
Air conditioners should only be used in accordance with the
operating instructions. This manual co ers all possible
conditions and situations that may occur.
•
Ne er install the air conditioner yourself, always
contact specialized technical personnel.
•
The air conditioner flap, responsible for the direction
of air flow (shutter), in heating de ices must be
armed down, and during cooling mode - up.
•
The air conditioner should always be set to the most
suitable temperature for the pre ailing climatic
conditions.
•
The batteries in the remote control should be
disposed of in a suitable container with recycling
materials.

This appliance can be used by children aged from 8
yeras and abo e and persons with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience
and knowledge if they ha e been gi en super ision or
instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe
way and understand the hazards in ol ed. Children
shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user
maintenance shall not be made by childen without
super ision.
•
Unplug the de ice and set the air lou er properly if
you do not intend to use it for a long time.
•
If the appliance gi es off smoke or there is a smell of
burning, immediately cut off the power supply and
contact the ser ice center.
•
Do not pul out the plug to switch off the appliance
when it is in operation, since this could create a spark
and cause a fire, etc.
•
This appliance has been made for air conditioning
domestic en ironments and must not be used for any
other purpose, such as for dying clothes, cooling
food, etc.
•
All repairs are carried out only by the manufacturer's
authorized ser ice. Incorrect repairs by unqualified
persons may expose you to the risk of electric shock
and property damage.
•
The user is responsible for installing the unit by a
qualified technician who must check that the air
conditioner is grounded in accordance with applicable
standards and regulations. The technician should
install a thermomagnetic switch.
•
Ne er remain directly exposed to the flow of cold air
for a long time. The direct and prolonged exposition
to cold air could be dangerous for you health.
Particular care should be taken in the rooms where
there are children, old or sick people.
•
Always use the de ice with an air filter fitted.
Otherwise, it can be used for excessi e accumulation
of dust on the connected equipment of the air
conditioner, which may result in its use.

MPORTANT RECOMMENDATIONS AND CAUTIONS
•
Do not use extensions or gang modules.
•
Do not lea e windows or doors open for long when
the air conditioner is operating.
•
Do not climb onto or place any hea y or hot objects
on top of the appliance.
•
Do not bend, pull or squeeze the machine's power
cord, doing so may damage it. If the electric wire is
damaged, contact the ser ice department to replace
it. Otherwise, there is a risk of electric shock or fire.
•
Do not touch de ices with wet or damp hands.
•
Do not obstruct the air inlet and outlet of the air
conditioner and outdoor unit. Blocking them will
reduce the efficiency of the de ices as well as failures
and damage.
•
Do not install the appliance in en ironments where
the air could contain gas, oil or sulphur or near
sources of heat.
•
The de ice may not be used by children under 8 years
of age, mentally or physically handicapped persons
and persons without the use of experience and
knowledge.
•
Long and direct exposure of the cold air stream to
plants and animals can ha e a negati e effect.
•
Do not install the de ice in wet and humid places (e.g.
bathroom). Electrical insulation can be damaged and
cause an electric shock.
•
Do not aim the air conditioner at the plants and
animals.
•
Do not insert any things into the de ice, it may cause
body injury.

6. O
PERATING THE DEVICE
6.1. AUTO-RESTART
FUNCTION
The appliance is present auto-restart function by manufacturer. In case of a sudden power failure, the module memorizes the
setting conditions bedore the power failure. When the power restores, the unit restarts automatically with all pre ious settings
preser ed by the memory function.
• To deactivate the AUTO-RESTART function, roceed as follows.
1. Switch the air conditioner off and plug it off.
2. Press the emergency button meanwhile plug it in.
3. Keep pressing the emergency button for more than 10 seconds until you head four short beeps from the unit. The
AUTO-RESTART function is deacti ate.
• To activate the AUTO-RESTART function, follow the same rocedure until you hear three short bee s from the unit.
6.2. E
MERGENCY FUNCTION
If the remote controller fails to work or maintenance
necessary, proceed as follows. Open and lift the front panel up
to an angle to reach the emergency button.
1. One press of the emergency button (one beep) will
lead to the forced cooling operation.
2. Two press of the emergency button within 3 sec (two
beeps) will lead to the forced heating operation.
3. To switch off the unit, you just need to press the
button again (a single long beep).
4. After 30 minutes in forced operation, the air
conditioner will automatically start working in 23°C
cooling mode, aut fan speed.
•
The shape and position of the emergencybutton may be different according to the model, but their function is the
same.
•
The external static pressure of heat pumps is 0 Pa for all models.

7.2. R
EPLACEMENT OF BATTERIES
Remo e the battery co er plate from the rear of the remote controller,
by sliding it in the direction of the arrow. Install the battteries according
the direction (+ and -) shown on the remote controller.
•
Use 3 AAA (1.5V) batteries. Do not use rechargeable batteries.
Replace the old batteries with new ones of the same type
when the display is no longer legible.
•
When you open the battery co er, you can see DIP switch on
the co er back.

When you insert the batteries for the first time in the remote controller or if you change them, you can program the
remote controller of only cooling or cooling and heating.

Long press MODE button o er 5s to get into the change mode within 3minutes.

f you adjust the remote controller in cooling mode, it will not be possible to activate the heating function in units
with heating pump. You need to take out the batteries and repeat the procedure described above.
7.3. O
PERATION
When you insert the batteries for the first time in the remote controller or if you change them, you can
program the temperature display switcho er function between °C and °F.
•
Long press TURBO button o er 5s to get into the change mode within 3minutes.
•
Press TURBO button to change °C and °F.

2. Check that there are no objects between the remote
control and the signal receptor in the indoor unit.
3. Ne er lea e the remote controller exposed to the rays of
the sun.
4. Keep the remote controller at a distance of at least 1m
from the rele ision or other electrical appliances.

EVICE FUNCTIONS
The air sucked by the fan enters from the frill and passes through
the filter, then it is cooled/dehumidified or heated through the heat
exchanger.
The direction of the air outlet is motorized up and down by flaps,
and manually mo ed righ and left by the ertical deflectos, for
some models, the erical deflectors could be controlled by motor as
well.

8.1. SWING
C
ONTROL OF THE AIR FLOW
The air outlet flow is uniformly distributed in the room.
It is possible to position the direction of the air in the optimal.
The key acti ates the FLAP, the air flow is directed alternati ely
from up to down. In order to guarantee an e en diffusion of the air
in the room.
The key acti ates the motorized deflectors the air flow is
directed alternati ely from left to right.
•
In cooling mode, orient the flaps in horizontal direction.
•
In heating mode, orient the flaps downward as the warm
air tends to rise.
The deflectors are positioned manually and placed under the flaps.
They allow to direct the air flow rightward or leftward.
•
Never position FLAPS manually, the delicate mechanism
might seriously damaged!
•
Never poke fingers, sticks or ther objects in the air inlet
or outlet vents. Such accidental contact with live pants
might cause unforeseeable damage or hurt.
8.2. C
OOLING
M
ODE
The cooling function allows the air conditioner to cool the room and
at the same time reduces air humidity.
•
To acti ate the cooling function COOL, press the (MODE)
button until the symbol COOL appears on the display.
The cooling function is acti ated by setting the button or at a
temperature lower than that of the room.
To optimize the function of the Air conditioner, adjust the
temperature (1), the speed (2) and the direction of the air flow (3),
by pressing the button indicated.

EATING
M
ODE
The heating function allows the air conditioner to heat the room.
•
To acti ate the heating function HEAT, press the (MODE)
button until the symbol HEAT appears on the display.
With the button or set a temperature higher than that of the
room.
To optimize the function of the Air conditioner adjust the
temperature (1), the speed (2) and the direction of the air flow (3),
by pressing the button indicated.
•
n heating operation, the appliance can automatically activate a defrost cycle, which is essential to clean the
frost on the condenser so as to recover its heat exchange function. This procedure usually lasts for 2-10 minutes
during defrosting,infoor unit fan stop operation. After defrosting, it resumes to heating mode automatically.

The air conditioner works in only entilation.
•
To set the FAN mod, press (MODE) until FAN appears on the display.
•
To optimize the function of the air conditioner, adjust the
speed (2) and the direction of the air flow (3) by pressing the
buttons indicated.

IMER
F
UNCTION
To set the automatic switch-on /off of the air conditioner.
Timer setting/change/cancel:
•
Press (OPTION) at the first time, select the TIMER by pressing
the button or until symbol TIMER is flashing.
•
Press (OPTION) again, the data symbol like and TIMER will
be flashing.
•
To set the timer or change the timer:
◦
Press the button or to set the expected timer
(Increase or decrease at half-hour inter als) the symbols h
and TIMER both are flashing.
◦
Press (OPTION) or waiting for 5 seconds without any
operation to confirm the timer, the pre-
setting timer like
ffff and symbol will be on the display.
•
To cancel the timer (if TIMER is on)

Repeat step 1, step 2, then press (OPTION) or waiting for 5
seconds without any operation to cancel the timer.

ODE
This function reduces the humidity of the air to make the room more
comfortable.
•
To set the DRY mode, press (MODE) button untill DRY appears
in the display. An automatic function of alternating cooling
cycles and air fan is acti ated.
8.7. A
UTO
M
ODE
To acti ate the AUTO (automatic) mode of operation, press (MODE)
button on the remote controller until the symbol AUTO appears on the
display.
•
In AUTO mode the fan speed and the temperature are set
automatically according to the room temperature (tested by
the temperature sensor which is incorporated in the indoor
unit).
To optimize the function of the air conditioner, adjust the temperature
(1), the speed (2) and the direction of the air flow (3), by pressing the
buttons indicated.

Press the "ON / OFF" button to turn on appliance and select
a COOLING / HEATING mode.
•
Press the ECO button, the appliance will run in ECO mode.
•
Pressing the ECO button again will cancel the mode, "ECO"
will no longer be shown on the LCD screen.

The ECO function is available in cooling and heating modes.

panel, and DISPLAY appears on the remote controller display.

Do it again to deacti ate this function.
After 10 hours running in sleep mode the air conditioner is switched
off automatically.

UNCTION
•
To acti ate turbo function, pressing the button TURBO or
pressing the button FAN until symbol appears on the
display.
•
To cancel this function, pressing the FAN to switch other fan
speed or pressing the TURBO button again.
In AUTO/HEAT/COOL/FAN mode: when you select TURBO feature, it
will use the highest fan setting to blow strong airflow.

UNCTION
•
Press (OPTION) at the first time, select the I FEEL by pressing
the button or until symbol I FEEL is flashing.
•
Press (OPTION) again to acti ate the I FEEL function, and I
FEEL appears on the display.
Do it again to deacti ate this function.
This function enable the remote control to measure the temperature
at its current location and send this signal 7 times in 2 hours to the
air conditioner to enable the air conditioner to optimize the
temperature around you and ensure maximum comfort.
It will automatically deacti ate 2 hours later.

the button or until symbol CLEAN is flashing.

Press OPTION again to acti ate the CLEAN function, and appears
on the display.
Do it again to deacti ate this function.

This function help carry away the accumulated dirt, bacteria, etc
from the e aporator.
•
This function will run about 30 minutes, and it will back to the
mode set before this function. You can press to cancel this
function during the process. You will hear 2 beeps when it's
finished or cancelled.
•
It's normal if there are some noise during this function process,
as plastic materials expand with heat and contract with cold.
•
We suggest operate this function per 3 months.

Press (OPTION) at the first time, select the MILDEW by pressing
the button or until symbol MILDEW is flashing.

Press (OPTION) again to acti ate the MILDEW function, and
MILDEW appears on the display.
Do it again to deacti ate this function.
This function enable the air conditioner still blow airflow about 15 minutes
to dry the indoor inner parts to a oid mildew, when the air conditioner is
off.
•
M LDEW function only available in DRY/COOL NG mode.

EATING

UNCTION
It can be set in COOL/HEAT/DRY/FAN/AUTO mode, but you need to turn
off the unit to acti ate it.
•
Press OPTION at the first time, select the 8°CH by pressing the
button or until symbol 8°CH is flashing.

appears on the display.
Do it again to deacti ate this function.
If the air conditioner is standby, this function enable the air conditioner
automatically start heating when the indoor temperature is equal or lower
than 8°C, it will return standby if the temperature is equal or higher than
18°C.
