INSTRUCTIONS PERTAINING A RISK OF FIRE, ELECTRIC SHOCK OR INJURY A PERSONS
WARNING - When using electric products, basic precautions should always be followed, including the following.
1. Read all the SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS before using the product.
2. A reduce the risk of injury, close supervision is necessary when the product is used near children.
3. Do not use this product near water - for example, near a bathtub, washbowl, kitchen sink, in a wet basement or
near a swimming pool or the like.
4. This product in combination with an amplifier, may be capable of producing sound levels that could cause
permanent hearing loss. Do not operate for a long period of time at high volume level or at level that is
uncomfortable. If you experience any hearing loss or ringing in the ears, you should consult an audiologist.
5. This product should be located so that its location or position does not interfere with its proper ventilation.
6. This product should be located away from heat sources such as radiators, heat register or other product
that produce heat.
7. The product may be connected a power supply only of the type described on the operating instructions or
as marked on the product.
8. The product may be equipped with a polarized line plug (one blade wider then the other). This is a safety
feature. If you are unable a insert the plug into the outlet, contact an electrician a replace your obsolete
outlet. Do not defeat the safety purpose of the plug.
9. The power-supply cord of the product should be unplugged from the outlet when left unused for a long
period of time. When unplugging the power-supply cord, do not pull on the cord, but grasp it by the plug.
10. Care should be taken so that object do not fall and liquid are not spilled into the enclosure through
openings.
11. The product should be serviced by qualified service personnel when:
A. The power-supply cord or the plug has been damaged; or
B. Objects have fallen, or liquid has been spilled into the product; or
C. The product has been exposed to rain; or
D. The product does not appear to operate normally or exhibits a marked change in performance; or
E. The product has been dropped or the enclosure damaged.
12. Do not attempt to service the product beyond that described in the user-maintenance instructions.
All other servicing should be referred to qualified service personnel.
13. WARNING - Do not place objects on the product’s power cord or place it in a position where anyone
could trip over, walk on or roll anything over it. Do not allow the product to rest on or to be installed over
power cords of any type. Improper installations in this type create the possibility of fire hazard and/or personal
injury.

3. NORME DI INSTALLAZIONE E USO
1. LA PROTEZIONE E LA MANUTENZIONE
Evitate di collocare i diffusori in vicinanza di forti fonti di calore e di esporli direttamente alla luce solare, alla pioggia,
all’umidità, alla polvere o ad intense vibrazioni. Lasciate l’apposita griglia di protezione sempre applicata ai diffusori. In
caso di avaria non aprite il diffusore, ma rivolgetevi al più vicino Centro di Assistenza MY AUDIO.
2. COLLEGAMENTI
Collegando gli apparati del vostro impianto audio, fate attenzione ai cosiddetti “loop di massa” che potrebbero causare
ronzii: in caso di disturbi, provate ad agire sullo switch SHIELD posto sul pannello controlli del diffusore. Prima di collegare
i diffusori alla presa di corrente, accertatevi che la tensione di rete corrisponda a quella indicata sul retro dell’apparato
(è accettata una tolleranza fino al 10%). Collegate il cavo di alimentazione al diffusore sempre prima di accenderlo e
rimuovete il cavo sempre dopo aver spento il diffusore.
Per evitare pericolosi picchi di segnale effettuate i collegamenti con altri apparati sempre a diffusore spento e accendete
sempre prima il mixer e poi il diffusore.
3. I CAVI DI COLLEGAMENTO ( FIG. 2 )
Per il collegamento dei diffusori al mixer accertatevi di utilizzare sempre e solo cavi di segnale schermati costituiti da due
fili più una calza che funge da schermo. L’utilizzo di cavi non schermati potrebbe determinare l’insorgere di fastidiosi ronzii
e rumori di fondo. Verificate periodicamente che i cavi impiegati siano in buono stato, con le connessioni realizzate nel modo
corretto e con tutti i contatti in perfetta efficienza, in modo da evitare inconvenienti come falsi contatti, rumori di massa,
scariche, ecc.
4. LA SERIE ILLUNIS ACTIVE……………………………………Fig. 1
La serie ILLUNIS ACTIVE è una linea di diffusori attivi con cabinet in Polipropilene. La serie si compone di 4 modelli.
■ILLUNIS 12A: utilizza un driver a compressione da 1” con caricamento a tromba ed un woofer da 12”. Il modulo di
amplificazione interno include un amplificatore AB da 250W RMS per la sezione bassi ed un amplificatore in classe AB da
50W RMS per la sezione alti.
■ILLUNIS 10A: utilizza un driver a compressione da 1” con caricamento a tromba ed un woofer da 10”. Il modulo di
amplificazione interno include un amplificatore AB da 200W RMS per la sezione bassi ed un amplificatore in classe AB da
50W RMS per la sezione alti.

- ILLUNIS ACTIVE SERIES -
■ILLUNIS 8A: utilizza un driver a compressione da 1” con caricamento a tromba ed un woofer da 8”.
Il modulo di amplificazione interno include un amplificatore in classe H da 180W RMS per la sezione bassi ed un
amplificatore in classe AB da 30W RMS per la sezione alti.
■ILLUNIS 6A: utilizza un driver a compressione da 1” con caricamento a tromba ed un woofer da 6”. Il modulo di
amplificazione interno include un amplificatore in classe H da 100W RMS per la sezione bassi ed un amplificatore in classe
AB da 30W RMS per la sezione alti.
Tutti i modelli con bi-amplificazione sono dotati di crossover attivo ad elevata precisione e di limiter indipendenti per la
parte alta e la parte bassa.
5. INSTALLAZIONE E COLLEGAMENTI
1. INSTALLAZIONE
Tutti i modelli della serie sono stati disegnati e concepiti per l’installazione su supporto standard per diffusori. Grazie alla
speciale forma del cabinet, i modelli della serie ILLUNIS Active possono essere collocati anche a terra in posizione
orizzontale.
2. COLLEGAMENTI
Gli ingressi dei diffusori ILLUNIS Active possono essere utilizzati con segnali di linea provenienti da apparecchiature con
uscite ad alto livello. Per il collegamento utilizzate cavi di segnale BILANCIATI con connettore XLR o JACK. Il livello del
segnale in ingresso può essere regolato tramite il controllo VOLUME. Se utilizzate apparecchiature con un livello di uscita
particolarmente alto, potete ruotare il potenziometro verso sinistra riducendo il guadagno fino alla chiusura completa. Per
rilanciare il segnale verso un secondo diffusore utilizzate il connettore LINK.
3. SISTEMI SUB + SATELLITE
Grazie alla loro versatilità, tutti i diffusori attivi ILLUNIS, possono essere accoppiati con i Sub-woofer della linea LUNARIS
Active. Nelle configurazioni seguenti sono riportate le combinazioni consigliate Sub-Woofer + satellite per i diffusori della
serie ILLUNIS Active.

1. COMBO INPUT
A seconda della posizione del selettore LINE/MIC, potete collegare segnali di linea oppure segnali microfonici. Per il
collegamento utilizzate cavi di segnale bilanciati con connettore XLR o JACK.
2. LINK XLR-M
Consente il rilancio del segnale verso un altro diffusore o un’altra apparecchiatura.
3. SELETTORE LINE/MIC
Utilizzate questo pulsante per selezionare la sensibilità di ingresso dell’amplificatore.
In posizione LINE (selettore sollevato) l’ingresso accetta segnali di linea provenienti da apparecchiature con uscite ad alto
livello. In posizione MIC (selettore abbassato) l’ingresso può ricevere direttamente il segnale di un microfono dinamico,
senza bisogno di utilizzare un mixer esterno.
4. VOLUME
Controllo di livello del segnale inviato all’
amplificatore interno. La sensibilità varia a seconda della posizione del selettore LINE/MIC (LINE + 4dB / MIC - 40dB).
5. SELETTORE PRESET
Consente di selezionare i 4 PRESETS di equalizzazione disponibili.
▻FLAT:questo PRESET è stato elaborato per fornire la risposta in frequenza ideale per la riproduzione di musica
registrata ed è, pertanto, adatto per DJ, installazioni in locali pubblici ed applicazioni multi-mediali.
▻STAGE: questo PRESET fornisce una risposta lineare efficace, adatta all’utilizzo nelle situazioni LIVE oppure in tutte
quelle applicazioni che richiedono una risposta in frequenza neutra.
▻MONITOR: si tratta di un PRESET ottimizzato per l’utilizzo dei diffusori come monitors da palco. A questo scopo la
risposta in gamma medio-bassa è stata corretta per compensare le riflessioni del pavimento ed è stata aggiunta una
compensazione in gamma medio-alta per ottenere un suono chiaro e brillante.
▻VOICE: questo PRESET può essere utilizzato quando al diffusore viene collegato direttamente un microfono dinamico. Il
PRESET contiene di default una equalizzazione che consente di ottenere dal microfono una risposta in frequenza chiara ed
intelleggibile senza l’ausilio di un mixer.
6. LED LIMIT
Segnala l’entrata in funzione del CLIP LIMITER a seguito del rilevamento di un segnale troppo alto inviato agli amplificatori.
In questi casi, il LIMITER provvede ad abbassare il livello del segnale evitando di danneggiare gli altoparlanti.
7. SHIELD
Controllo di separazione della massa elettrica dalla massa del telaio. In alcune condizioni, può consentire, l’interruzione dei
“loop” di massa e, quindi, di eliminare ronzii o altri rumori di fondo.
8. ON/OFF LED
Segnala l’accensione del diffusore.
N.B: è normale che allo spegnimento del diffusore questo LED rimanga acceso per alcuni secondi.

3. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE AND INSTALLATION
1. PROTECTION AND MAINTENANCE
To avoid jeopardizing correct operation, it is better not to put the enclosures for long periods in exposed places (damp,
high temperature, etc.), in dusty environments or those subject to strong vibrations.
On this subject, it’s advisable to always leave the protective grid mounted on the enclosures. In the event of breakdown,
do not open the enclosure, but contact the nearest MY AUDIO Centre.
2. CONNECTIONS
Avoid installing your equipment next to radios, televisions, etc., since this could cause noisy disturbance. When connecting
other equipment to your sound system, pay close attention to the so-called earth loops, which can cause hum: in the
event of interference, try using the SHIELD switch on the enclosure’s control panel.
Before connecting the enclosure to the mains supply, make certain that the current corresponds with that indicated on the
rear of the unit (there is an allowance of ±10%). Always connect the power cable to the enclosure before switching on the
enclosure and always remove it after having switched off.
Remember to always connect or disconnect other equipment with the enclosure off and to always switch on the mixer
first, then the enclosure: in this manner, annoying and often dangerous peaks are avoided.
3. CONNECTOR CABLES ( FIG.2 )
When connecting the enclosures to the mixer, make certain to always use only screened signal cables made up of two
wires plus a braid/screen: the use of unscreened cables could in fact probably cause annoying hum and noise. Check
periodically that your cables are in good condition, correctly wired and with perfectly efficient contacts: in fact many
problems and drawbacks (false contacts, ground hum, crackles, etc.) are caused by the use of unsuitable or damaged
cables.
4. THE ILLUNIS ACTIVE SERIES……………………….………Fig. 2
The ILLUNIS Active series is a range of passive loudspeaker systems hosted in Polypropylene cabinets. The series includes
4 different models.
■ILLUNIS 12A: it is fitted with a 1” compression driver horn and with a 12” woofer. The built-in power module includes one
250W RMS AB amplifier for the low section and one 50W RMS AB class amplifier for the high section.
■ILLUNIS 10A: it is fitted with a 1” compression driver horn and with a 10” woofer. The built-in power module includes one
200W RMS AB amplifier for the low section and one 50W RMS AB class amplifier for the high section.

■ILLUNIS 8A: it is fitted with a 1” compression driver horn and with a 8” woofer. The built-in power module includes one
180W RMS H amplifier for the low section and one 30W RMS AB class amplifier for the high section.
■ILLUNIS 6A: it is fitted with a 1” compression driver horn and with a 6” woofer. The built-in power module includes one
100W RMS H amplifier for the low section and one 30W RMS AB class amplifier for the high section.
The models with bi-amp power amplifiers are fitted with high-precision active crossover and independent limiters for the
high and the low section.
5. INSTALLATION AND CONNECTIONS
1. INSTALLATION
All the ILLUNIS Active series models are fitted and created for the installation on a standard loudspeaker stand.
Thanks to the shape of their cabinet, the models of ILLUNIS Active series can be placed on the floor in horizontal position
and used as stage monitor.
2. CONNECTIONS
The inputs of the ILLUNIS Active loudspeaker systems can be used with line signals coming from devices with high-level
outputs. For the connection, use BALANCED signal cables with XLR or JACK connector.
The input level of the incoming signal can be set using the VOL control. If you are using devices with a too high output
level, you can reduce the input gain turning the control counter clockwise. If you need to send the same signal to a
second loudspeaker system, you can use the XLR-M LINK connector.
3. SUB + SATELLITE SYSTEMS
Thanks to their versatility, all the ILLUNIS powered can be used together with the LUNARIS Active Sub-woofers.
In the following configurations you can find the suggested subwoofer + satellite setups for the ILLUNIS Active speakers.

1. INPUT COMBO CONNECTOR
According to the LINE/MIC selector position, you can connect line or microphone signals. For the connection use BALANCED
signal cables with XLR or JACK connectors.
2. XLR-M LINK CONNECTOR
It sends the signal towards another speaker or another equipment.

3. LINE/MIC SELECTOR
Use this button to select the input sensitivity of the built-in amplifier. In the LINE position (button up) the input accepts
line signals from equipment with high-level outputs.
In the MIC position (button down) the input accepts the signal coming from a dynamic microphone without using any external
mixer.
4. VOLUME
Level control of the signal sent to the built-in amplifiers. The nominal sensitivity is different according to the LINE/MIC
selector's position (LINE +4dB / MIC -40dB).
5. PRESET SELECTOR
The 4 PRESETS available in all models have been prepared in order to provide the loudspeaker systems with different
acoustical responses suitable for different applications, different kind of signal and different tastes. Here below you can
find a short description that can help you in the choice.
▻FLAT: this PRESET has been prepared to provide the best frequency response for the reproduction of recorded music
and is suitable for DJs, installations in public venues and multimedia applications.
▻STAGE: this PRESET provides a flat response, suitable for LIVE setups and for any applications requiring the ‘natural’
response of the loudspeaker system.
▻MONITOR: this is the PRESET to be chosen when the NIS Active are used as stage monitors. The frequency response
has been adjusted in order to compensate the reflections from the floor, while the mid-high EQ provides a clear and
intelligible sound.
▻VOICE: this PRESET can be used when you connect a dynamic microphone directly to the speaker's input. The equalization
contained in this PRESET allows to get from the microphone a brilliant and intelligible response even without using a mixer.
6. LIMIT LED
It indicates when the CLIP LIMITER starts operating following the detection of a too high signal level being fed to the
amplifiers. In this case, the LIMITER lowers the signal level to avoid damage to the enclosure components and amplifier
clipping.
7. SHIELD
Control for separating the electrical earth from that of the chassis: under certain conditions, the SHIELD selector can
enable to break earth loops and to eliminate hum or other annoying noises.
8. ON/OFF LED
This LED glows when the unit is switched ON.
Note: it is normal for this LED keep glowing for a few seconds when the units is switched off.

3. REGELN ZUM AUFBAU UND GEBRAUCH
1. SCHUTZ UND ERHALTUNG
Stellen Sie die Lautsprecherboxen nicht in der Nähe von Wärmequellen auf. Setzen Sie die Boxen nicht direktem
Sonnenlicht, Regen, Feuchtigkeit, Staub oder starken Erschütterungen aus. Lassen Sie das Schutzgitter immer auf den
Boxen. Im Schadensfall öffnen Sie die Boxen nicht, sondern wenden Sie sich an das nächstgelegene MY AUDIO
Servicecenter.
2. ANSCHLÜSSE
Achten Sie beim Anschließen der Geräte ihres Audio-Systems auf die sogenannten Massen-Loops, die die Ursache von
unangenehmen Rauschen sein können: falls Störungen auftreten, versuchen Sie, diese mit Hilfe des SHIELD-Schiebers am
Bedienfeld der Boxen zu beheben. Bevor Sie die Boxen an das Stromnetz anschließen, vergewissern Sie sich, dass die
Netzspannung mit der Spannung am Gerät übereinstimmt. Die erforderliche Spannung ist auf der Rückseite des Geräts
aufgedruckt (Toleranz bis zu 10%). Stecken Sie das Stromkabel der
Lautsprecherbox immer vor dem Einschalten des Gerätes an und ziehen Sie das Kabel immer erst nach dem Abschalten der
Box ab. Um gefährliche Übersteuerungen zu vermeiden, schließen Sie andere Geräte an den ausgeschalteter Box an und
schalten Sie zuerst das Mischpult und dann die Lautsprecherbox ein.
3. ANSCHLUSSKABEL (ABB. 2)
Für den Anschluss der Lautsprecherbox an ein Mischpult verwenden Sie ausschließlich zweiadrige, abgeschirmte und
abgemantelte Signalkabel. Nicht abgeschirmte Kabel können unangenehmes Rauschen und Hintergrundgeräusche verursachen.
Vergewissern Sie sich regelmäßig, dass die verwendeten Kabel in gutem Zustand und korrekt angeschlossen sind und dass
alle Kontakte einwandfrei funktionieren, um Störungen (Krachen, Netzbrummen, Ladungen, usw.) zu vermeiden.
4. DIE ILLUNIS ACTIVE-SERIE……………………………….Abb. 2
Die Serie ILLUNIS ACTIVE ist eine aktive Lautsprecherlinie mit Polypropylengehäuse. Die Serie besteht aus 4 Modellen.
■ILLUNIS 12A: verwendet einen 1” horngeladenen Kompressionstreiber und einen 12” Woofer. Das eingebaute
Verstärkermodul besteht aus einem AB- Verstärker mit 250W RMS für den tiefen Bereich und einem AB- Verstärker mit
50W RMS für die Höhen.
■ILLUNIS 10A: verwendet einen 1” horngeladenen Kompressionstreiber und einen 10” Woofer. Das eingebaute
Verstärkermodul besteht aus einem AB-Verstärker mit 200W RMS für den tiefen Bereich und einem AB- Verstärker mit
50W RMS für die Höhen.

■ILLUNIS 8A: verwendet einen 1” Kompressionstreiber und einen 8” Woofer. Das eingebaute Verstärkermodul besteht aus
einem H- Verstärker mit 180W RMS für den tiefen Bereich und einem AB-Verstärker mit 30W RMS für die Höhen.
■ILLUNIS 6A: verwendet einen 1” Kompressionstreiber und einen 6” Woofer. Das eingebaute Verstärkermodul besteht aus
einem H- Verstärker mit 100W RMS für den tiefen Bereich und einer AB-Verstärker mit 30W RMS für die Höhen.
Alle Modelle mit Doppelverstärkersystem (bi-amplified) verfügen über einen hochpräzisen aktiven Crossover und
unabhängige Limiter für die hohen und tiefen Bereiche.
5. MONTAGE UND ANSCHLÜSSE
1. MONTAGE
Alle Modelle der Serie wurden so konzipiert, dass sie auf handelsübliche Boxenständer montiert werden können. Dank der
speziellen Form der Gehäuse können die Modelle der ILLUNIS-Active Serie auch waagrecht am Boden aufgestellt werden.
2. ANSCHLÜSSE
Die Eingänge der Lautsprecher ILLUNIS Active können für Line-Signale aus anderen Geräten mit hohem Pegel verwendet
werden. Zum Anschluss verwenden Sie symmetrische XLR oder Jack-Signalkabel. Der Lautstärkepegel des Eingangssignals
kann mit dem VOLUME-Regler gesteuert werden. Falls Sie Geräte
mit besonders hohem Ausgangspegel verwenden, können Sie den Potentiometer nach links drehen, um die Verstärkung zu
verringern bzw. ganz zu wegzuschließen. Um das Signal an eine zweite Box weiterzuleiten verwenden Sie die LINK-Buchse.
3. SUB + SATELLITEN-SYSTEME
Dank ihrer vielseitigen Verwendungsmöglichkeiten können alle aktiven ILLUNIS Lautsprecherboxen an die Sub-Woofer der
aktiven LUNARIS-Serie angeschlossen werden.
Die folgenden Kombinationen zwischen Sub-Woofer + Hochtöner der Lautsprecherserie ILLUNIS Active werden empfohlen:

3. LINE/MIC-WÄHLER
Verwenden Sie diesen Regler, um die Eingangssensitivität der Endstufe zu regeln. Der Eingang akzeptiert in der LINE-
Stellung (Regler ist oben) Line-Signale, die von Geräten mit hohen Pegelausgängen kommen. Ist der Regler auf MIC (Regler
ist unten), kann der Eingang direkt dynamische Mikrofonsignale empfangen. Ein externes Mischpult ist dazu nicht
erforderlich.
4. VOLUME
Regler des an den eingebauten Verstärker gesendeten Signalpegels. Die Sensitivität ändert sich entsprechend der Position
des LINE/MIC Reglers (LINE +4dB / MIC - 40dB).
5. PRESET-WÄHLER
Zur Auswahl der 4 vorhandenen EQ-PRESETS:
▻FLAT:dieses PRESET wurde speziell für eine ideale Frequenzantwort bei “Musik vom Band” erstellt. Es eignet sich daher
besonders für DJs, Installationen in öffentlichen Lokalen und Multimedia-Anwendungen.
▻STAGE: dieses PRESET bietet eine lineare Antwort und eignet sich besonders für LIVE-Auftritte oder für Anwendungen,
die neutrale Frequenzen bevorzugen.
▻MONITOR: dieses PRESET eignet sich zur Verwendung der Boxen als Bühnenmonitore. Die mittleren und tiefen Bereiche
wurden korrigiert, um die Abstrahlungen vom Fußboden zu kompensieren. Die hohen Bereiche wurden so korrigiert, dass sie
auch bei dieser Verwendungsart einen brillanten und sauberen Klang bekommen.
▻VOICE: verwenden Sie dieses PRESET, wenn ein dynamisches Mikrofon direkt an den Lautsprecher angeschlossen ist. Das
Voice-Preset hat eine voreingestellte EQ-Funktion, die einen klaren und gut hörbaren Mikrofon-Klang ohne Mischpult ergibt.
6. LED LIMIT
Zeigt an, wann der CLIP LIMITER hinzugeschaltet wird ein Signal, das als zu hoch eingestuft ist, an die Verstärker
gesendet wird. In diesen Fällen setzt der LIMITER den Signalpegel herunter, um Schäden an den Lautsprechern zu
verhindern.
7. SHIELD
Regler zur Trennung der elektrischen Masse von der Masse des Rahmens: kann unter bestimmten Bedingungen die
Massenloops unterbrechen und Krachen und andere lästige Hintergrundgeräusche entfernen.
8. ON/OFF LED
Zeigt an, dass die Lautsprecherbox eingeschaltet ist.
ANMERKUNG: es ist normal, dass diese LED-Anzeige nach Ausschalten der Box noch einige Sekunden leuchtet.

1. PROTECTION ET ENTRETIEN
Évitez de placer les enceintes à proximité de fortes sources de chaleur et de les exposer directement aux rayons du
soleil, à la pluie, à l'humidité, à la poussière ou à d'intenses vibrations. Laissez toujours la grille de protection montée sur
les enceintes. En cas de panne, n'ouvrez pas l'enceinte, mais adressez-vous au Centre d'assistance MY AUDIO le plus
proche.
2. BRANCHEMENTS
Lors des branchements des appareils de votre installation audio, faites attention à ce que l’on nomme les "boucles de
masse" qui pourraient causer des ronflements : en cas de perturbations, essayez de bouger le commutateur SHIELD situé
sur le panneau de commandes de l’enceinte. Avant de brancher les enceintes à une prise de courant, vérifiez que la
tension du secteur correspond bien à celle indiquée à l’arrière de l'appareil (avec une tolérance de 10 %). Branchez
toujours le câble d'alimentation à l’enceinte avant d’allumer cette dernière et ne débranchez ce câble qu’après avoir éteint
l’enceinte.
Pour éviter les crêtes de signal dangereuses, faites toujours les branchements d’autres appareils avec l’enceinte éteinte
et allumez toujours la table de mixage avant l’enceinte.
3. CÂBLES DE BRANCHEMENT ( FIG. 2 )
Pour relier les enceintes à la table de mixage, veillez à toujours n’utiliser que des câbles de signal blindés constitués de
deux conducteurs plus une masse. L'utilisation de câbles non blindés peut être la cause de l'apparition de ronflements et
bruits de fond gênants. Vérifiez périodiquement que les câbles que vous employez sont en bon état, avec des connexions
correctes et avec tous les contacts parfaitement efficaces, de façon à éviter des désagréments comme des faux contacts,
bruits de masse, parasites etc.
4. LA GAMME ILLUNIS ACTIVE…………………………………..Fig. 1
La gamme ILLUNIS ACTIVE est une ligne d'enceintes actives en polypropylène. La gamme se compose de 4 modèles.
■ILLUNIS 12A : utilise un moteur de compression de 1” chargé sur pavillon et un woofer de 12”. Le module d'amplification
interne comprend un amplificateur de classe AB de 250W RMS pour la section des graves et un amplificateur de classe AB
de 50W RMS pour la section des aigus.
■ILLUNIS 10A : utilise un moteur de compression de 1” chargé sur pavillon et un woofer de 10”. Le module d'amplification

Tous les modèles bi-amplifiés sont équipés d’un filtre répartiteur (crossover) actif de haute précision et de limiteurs
indépendants pour les sections graves et aigus.
5. INSTALLATION ET BRANCHEMENTS
1. INSTALLATION
Tous les modèles de la gamme ont été dessinés et conçus pour une installation sur pied d'enceinte standard. Grâce à la
forme spéciale de leur enceinte, les modèles de la gamme ILLUNIS Active peuvent même être placés au sol en position
horizontale.
2. BRANCHEMENTS
Les entrées des enceintes ILLUNIS Active peuvent accepter des signaux de niveau ligne provenant d'appareils à sorties de
haut niveau. Pour le branchement, utilisez des câbles de signal SYMÉTRIQUES à connecteur XLR ou JACK. Le niveau du
signal d’entrée peut être réglé avec la commande VOLUME. Si vous utilisez des appareils à niveau de sortie
particulièrement haut, vous pouvez tourner le potentiomètre vers la gauche afin de réduire le gain jusqu'à la coupure
complète. Pour renvoyer le signal vers une seconde enceinte, utilisez le connecteur LINK.
3. SYSTÈMES AVEC CAISSON DE GRAVES + SATELLITES
Grâce à leur polyvalence, toutes les enceintes actives ILLUNIS peuvent être associées aux caissons de graves de la gamme
LUNARIS Active. Dans les configurations suivantes sont décrites les combinaisons caisson de graves + satellites
conseillées pour les enceintes de la gamme ILLUNIS Active.

2. RENVOI SUR XLR-M
Permet le renvoi du signal vers une autre enceinte ou un autre appareil.
3. SELECTEUR LINE/MIC
Utilisez ce bouton pour sélectionner la sensibilité d'entrée de l'amplificateur. En position LINE (haute), l'entrée accepte des
signaux de niveau ligne provenant d'appareils à sorties de haut niveau. En position MIC (basse), l'entrée peut recevoir
directement le signal d'un microphone dynamique, sans avoir à utiliser une table de mixage externe.
4. VOLUME
Commande de niveau du signal envoyé à l'amplificateur interne. La sensibilité varie avec la position du sélecteur LINE/MIC
(LINE +4 dB/MIC -40 dB).
5. SELECTEUR DE PRESET
Permet de sélectionner les 4 PRESETS de correction ("égalisation") disponibles.
▻FLAT :ce PRESET a été élaboré afin de fournir la réponse en fréquence idéale pour la reproduction de musique
enregistrée et est par conséquent adapté aux DJ, installations de lieux publics et applications multimédia.
▻STAGE : ce PRESET fournit une réponse linéaire efficace, adaptée à l'emploi en "live" ou dans toute application
demandant une réponse en fréquence neutre.
▻MONITOR : il s'agit d'un PRESET optimisé pour l'emploi des enceintes comme retours de scène. À cette fin, la réponse en
bas-médiums a été corrigée pour compenser les réflexions du plancher et une compensation des hauts-médiums a
été ajoutée pour obtenir un son clair et un brillant.
▻VOICE : ce PRESET peut être utilisé lorsque l'enceinte est directement reliée à un microphone dynamique. Il contient par
défaut une correction ("égalisation") qui permet d'obtenir du microphone une réponse en fréquence claire et intelligible
sans avoir à utiliser une table de mixage.
6. DIODE (DEL) DE LIMITEUR
Signale l'entrée en service du LIMITEUR d'écrêtage suite à la détection d'un signal trop élevé envoyé aux amplificateurs.
Dans ce cas, le LIMITEUR veille à abaisser le niveau du signal pour éviter d'endommager les haut-parleurs.
7. BLINDAGE
Commande séparant la masse électrique de la masse du châssis. Dans certaines conditions, elle peut permettre de couper
une "boucle de masse" et donc d'éliminer des ronflements ou autres bruits de fond.
8. DIODE (DEL) ON/OFF
Signale la mise sous tension de l'enceinte.
N.B : il est normal que cette diode reste allumée quelques secondes après la mise hors tension de l'enceinte.

3. NORMAS DE INSTALACION Y USO
1. LA PROTECCIÓN Y EL MANTENIMIENTO
Evite colocar los difusores en proximidad de fuentes de calor fuertes y exponerlos directamente a la luz solar, a la lluvia,
a la humedad, al polvo y a las vibraciones intensas. Deje la rejilla especial de protección siempre aplicada a los difusores.
En caso de avería no abra el difusor, sino que remítase al Centro de Asistencia MY AUDIO más cercano.
2. CONEXIONES
Al conectar los aparatos de su equipo audio, preste atención a lo denominados “loop de masa” que pueden provocar
zumbidos: en caso de interferencias, pruebe regular con el switch SHIELD colocado en el cuadro de controles del difusor.
Antes de conectar los difusores a la toma de corriente, controle que la tensión de red corresponda con la indicada en la
parte posterior del aparato (se acepta una tolerancia hasta el 10%). Conectar el cable de alimentación al difusor siempre
antes de encenderlo y quitar el cable siempre después de haber apagado el difusor. Para evitar peligrosos picos de señal
realice las conexiones con otros aparatos siempre con el difusor apagado y encienda siempre antes el mixer y después el
difusor.
3. LOS CABLES DE CONEXIÓN (FIG. 2)
Para la conexión de los difusores al mixer controle que está utilizando siempre y exclusivamente cables de señal blindados
formados por dos alambres más una precinta que hace de protección. El uso de cables no blindados puede determinar la
insurgencia de fastidiosos zumbidos y ruidos de fondo. Controle periódicamente que los cables empleados estén en buen
estado, con las conexiones realizadas en el modo correcto y con todos los contactos en perfecta eficiencia, de modo que
se eviten inconvenientes como falsos contactos, ruidos de masa, descargas etc.

La serie ILLUNIS ACTIVE es una línea de difusores activos con cabinet de Polipropileno. La serie está compuesta por 4
modelos.
■ILLUNIS 12A: utiliza un driver de compresión de 1” con carga de trompa y un woofer de 12”. El módulo de amplificación
interno incluye un amplificador AB de 250W RMS para la sección bajos y un amplificador clase AB de 50W RMS para la
sección de altos.
■ILLUNIS 10A: utiliza un driver de compresión de 1” con carga de trompa y un woofer de 10”. El módulo de amplificación
interno incluye un amplificador AB de 200W RMS para la sección bajos y un amplificador clase AB de 50W RMS para la
sección de altos.

- ILLUNIS ACTIVE SERIES -
■ILLUNIS 8A: utiliza un driver de compresión de 1” con carga de trompa y un woofer de 8”. El módulo de amplificación
interno incluye un amplificador clase H de 170W RMS para la sección bajos y un amplificador clase AB de 30W RMS para la
sección de altos.
■ILLUNIS 6A: utiliza un driver de compresión de 1” con carga de trompa y un woofer de 6”. El módulo de amplificación
interno incluye un amplificador clase H de 100W RMS para la sección bajos y un amplificador clase AB de 30W RMS para la
sección de altos.
Todos los modelos con bi-amplificación están dotados de crossover activo de elevada precisión y de limiter independientes
para la parte alta y la parte baja.
5. INSTALACIN Y CONEXIONES
1. INSTALACIÓN
Todos los modelos de la serie han sido diseñados y concebidos para la instalación en soporte estándar para difusores.
Gracias a la forma especial del cabinet, los modelos de la serie ILLUNIS Active se pueden colocar también al suelo en
posición horizontal.
2. CONEXIONES
Las entradas de los difusores ILLUNIS Active se pueden utilizar con señales de línea procedentes de aparatos con salidas
de alto nivel. Para la conexión utilice cables de señal BALANCEADOS con conector XLR o JACK. El nivel de la señal en
entrada se puede regular mediante el control VOLUMEN. Si utiliza aparatos con un nivel de salida especialmente alto, puede
girar el potenciómetro hacia la izquierda reduciendo la ganancia hasta el cierre completo. Para relanzar la señal hacia un
segundo difusor utilice el conector LINK.
3. SISTEMAS SUB + SATÉLITE
Gracias a su versatilidad, todos los difusores activos ILLUNIS, se pueden combinar con los Sub-Woofer de la línea LUNARIS
Active. En las configuraciones siguientes se detallan las combinaciones recomendadas Sub-Woofer + satélite para los
difusores de la serie ILLUNIS Active.
