1. Introd ction
1.1. Package contents
The package is an installation kit consisting of:
• 1 x Alarm actuator
• 6 x Gateway USB
• Mini PC extended range of Tª
2. Prod ct description
The Alarm kit activates a light and acoustic signal when a patient or hospital team leaves
the hospital without having been removed by the healthcare staff (Tag).
The alarm siren is responsible for emitting the light and acoustic signals.
2.1. Version

Case: 1.0.1 Cover with microUSB power connector and base.
Hardware: 1.0.1 MSIoTS10-A. Based on chip CC2541 and buzzer.
Firmware: 1.0.0 Firmware for activation of light and acoustic signals.

3. Instalation
It will be placed on the wall near the ceiling so that it is a little or nothing intrusive element
to the place where it is installed.
It will be powered with a microUSB cable.
For its operation it must be completed with other products that make up the installed set:
- - USB gateways
- - PC or multimedia device with USB connections.
4. Intended Use
Once the actuator and the USB Gateways are placed in place and connected to the
computer or multimedia device, the assembly can be considered to be in operation.
And it will indicate the output of Tags when overcoming the arc formed by the USB Gateway.

5. Maintenance and cleaning
o special cleaning products are needed for cleaning this device. Dampen a cloth with
water and run it across the surface.
Do not clean the equipment when it is turned on.
Do not use solvents.
This device does not require special maintenance.
Once the AA batteries are exhausted, the 3 batteries must be replaced. To do this, open
the battery cover with a screwdriver and replace the 3 AA batteries. Then close the battery
cover and turn on the device by pressing and holding the button for 2-3 seconds.
6. Storage and devices removal
6.1. Storage
• When the wireless gateway is not used, it should be stored in a clean and dry area.
Otherwise it can become a source of pollution.
• Store the wireless gateway under the following conditions:
• • Temperature: -10 ° C to 50C ° (14 ° F to 122 ° F)
• • Relative humidity: 20% to 80% (no condensation)
6.2. Wireless Gateway removal

In case of failure or at the end of the use of the wireless gateway, it must be returned to the
manufacturer for replacement and / or repair or removal from the market.
Contact MYSPHERA before disposing of the wireless gateway. This product should not be
treated as household waste.

consequences for the environment and human health, which could otherwise be caused by
improper handling of the waste from this product.

7. Incidents sol tion
7.1. Usual incidents
INCIDENT
The device does not t rn on.
SOLUTIO
It may be a problem of lack of charge, this will have to open the back cover of the sensor and
replace the batteries. If it still does not work, you will have to change the device and take the
damaged one to MYSPHERA.
INCIDENT
When yo open the application, one of the act ator doesn’t appear.
SOLUTIO
Contact the installation company to verify if the actuator has been configured correctly.
INCIDENT
The alarm act ator doesn’t light or so nd when the gateways USB send to him signals.
SOLUTIO
Possible fault of the alarm actuator, it will be necessary to change the device and send the fault
to MYSPHERA.
INCIDENT
Do not open the application.
SOLUTIO
When this error occurs, it must be verified that the multimedia device has a 3G connection. If not,
you will have to find a site with good coverage or change the SIM available to the multimedia
device.

9.3. Updating device
The programming and functionality of the hardware and firmware are carried out at the
factory complying with the essential requirements of the product.
The end user cannot make any modification of the FW / SW or functionality or have any
button, connector or element that allows changing any parameter that affects the correct
functioning of the product or the fulfillment of its essential requirements.
If any update, change or special modification of FW is required, the product must return to
Mysphera. You cannot vary operating parameters automatically or remotely.
10. Recycling
The product must not be disposed of as waste and must be delivered to MYSPHERA for
proper recycling. Proper disposal and recycling help protect natural resources, people's
health and the environment. For more information on the disposal and recycling of this
product, contact your municipality, the waste management service or the store where you
