2. PRODUCT FEATURES

Utilizing controlled corona discharge ozone technology developed.
To reduce the risk of electric shock, this equipment has a grounding
type plug that has a third (grounding) pin. This plug will only fit into a
grounding type power outlet. If the plug does not fit into the outlet,
contact qualified personnel to install the proper outlet. Do not alter the
plug in any way.

remove product covering.

3. INTRODUCTION
The ozone machine is designed to remove odors in unoccupied spaces. It has
a timer that will enable it to run for a maximum duration of 1 hours. The timer
will then shut the commercial air purifier off. You should allow 40 minutes
before returning to the treated area.

4. APPLICATIONS

5. QUICK START GUIDE
When placing the device, set it on top of something solid to give it a steady
base and prevent it from tipping over.
Make sure no humans, animals, pets are present in the area before starting
the treatment
Seal the treatment area to avoid ozone leakage to nearby areas occupied by
plants, animals or humans.
Turn off air purifier when cleaning.
6. OPERATING
To operate the Commercial Air Purifier:
Close off the desired area to be treated.
Remove all occupants and pets.
Position the unit as close as possible to the odor source.
In such environments as motels that have individual heating and cooling
systems, turn the fan on and set on re-circulate.
Set timer to desired time and leave the room.
Allow 40 minutes before re-entering the treated space.
Return to space & ventilation area.
7. MAINTENANCE
This unit’s ozone plate can be last over 10,000 hours. When the machine no
longer produces enough ozone to be effective, the ozone plates should be
cleaned. Some environment can cause ozone output to be reduced in shorter
time but other environments may take longer.
For best results carefully clean ozone plates every 30 days.
How to replace a plate:
First turn the unit off and unplug from outlet. Next remove the plates from back
of unit, pull plate firmly to remove from slot. With plate firmly supported in the
hand or on a flat surface, wash the stainless steel screen and ceramic plate
using a spray cleaner or detergent. Scrub with a stiff brush. A spray liquid
cleaner with ammonia or chlorine may also be used to remove any non-visible
adherents. Be careful not to drop the plate.

Rinse plate thoroughly in hot water and dry completely before reinstalling. A
hair dryer may be used to dry the plate more quickly.
How to change a plate:
When running the device, it has a burning smell, and/or appears to be arcing
or sparking, then please remove and clean the ozone plates and reinstall; If
problem persist replace ozone plates.
Ozone produces a smell or odor that smells like bleach or electric smell. This is
normal during Ozone use.
8. REPLACING THE FUSE
Fuse holder (located on the back of the unit next to the power cord)
How to replace the fuse:
To replace fuse, pull out the plastic fuse holder
Remove old fuse and insert new fuse.
Replacement fuse must be 1 amp (0.79 inch).
9. TROUBLE SHOOTING
If you suspect a problem with your unit check the following:
•Unit is plugged in properly and turned on.
• Wall outlet is active
•Ceramic plates are clean and dry.
•There are no cracks in plates and each plate is flush with back of unit.
•Fuse is installed properly and in good condition.

Note: It is important that the ozone machine be properly grounded to avoid
potential shock.
If the fan is still not operating or no buzzing sound is detected when
operating, please contact your authorized distributor.
If the UV light does not work, please contact the authorized dealer for
service repairs. DO NOT disassemble the air purifier.

The commercial air purifier comes with 3 Year Limited Warranty.
